Abstract

Media pembelajaran interaktif adalah media belajar yang menggunakan teknologi digital untuk menyampaikan informasi dan mendorong interaksi aktif antara siswa dan materi pelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif jaringan komputer untuk membantu kegiatan pembelajaran di SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengambangan Luther-Sutopo dengan tahapan pembuatan konsep, perancangan, pengumpulan bahan, pembuatan, pengujian dan distribusi dengan menggunakan pemrograman action script 3.0. pada aplikasi Adobe Animated CC. Hasil penelitian yaitu diperoleh media pembelajaran interaktif materi jaringan komputer yang dapat digunakan oleh guru kejuruan TKJ SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu dalam melaksanakan kegiatan belajar. Menu-menu pada pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif terdiri dari Menu Utama, Menu, Materi dan Menu Evalusi. Pengembangan media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pemrograman action script 3.0 pada aplikasi Adobe Animate CC yang telah dibuat mampu memberikan manfaat kepada guru dan peserta didik di SMKN 3 Kota Bengkulu dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kejuruan melalui materi jaringan dasar komputer.

Abstract

Chandra Talo Building Store is one of the building shops located in Seluma Regency, Bengkulu Province. The store sells various kinds of building materials, from cement, paint, nails, wood, and others. So far, the management of data on materials, starting from recording inventory and selling goods, is still done manually through bookkeeping and notes, because there is no specific application that can help manage this data. The Goods Sales Forecasting Application at the Chandra Talo Building Store is built on an Android basis which can be accessed via an Android smartphone. The Goods Sales Forecasting application at the Chandra Talo Building Store was made in order to assist the Store in determining the amount of building materials to be restocked, by analyzing the time series on building material sales data that occurs every month which will produce a forecast or estimate of the amount of building materials to be restocked. Based on a comparative analysis of the Linear Regression Method and the WeightMovingAverage Method through the MAPE Method and the MSE Method, the results of the Linear Regression Method have a smaller error value than the WeightMovingAverage Method. Based on the system testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the functionality of the goods sales forecasting application at the Android-based Chandra Talo Building Store has been running well and can provide output reports on the results of forecasting sales of goods.

Abstract

The Department of Agriculture and Food Security of Bengkulu Province is one of the government agencies that annually conducts outreach to farmer cultivators to increase crop yields. Therefore, in this study an expert system application was developed that can be used by cultivators to find out pests and diseases that attack plants based on the symptoms they experience. The expert system for diagnosing oyster mushroom pests and diseases at the Agriculture and Food Security Service of Bengkulu Province can be used as a tool to help diagnose oyster mushroom pests and diseases by entering the symptoms experienced by the oyster mushroom. This expert system for diagnosing pests and diseases of oyster mushrooms was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language (IDE Visual Studio 2010). The expert system for diagnosing pests and diseases of oyster mushrooms has been applied to the Certainty Factor Method which is used to obtain a percentage level of certainty for pests and diseases of oyster mushrooms based on the symptoms experienced by oyster mushrooms. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functional application of the expert system for diagnosing oyster mushroom pests and diseases is running as expected and can provide information on the results of consultations in the form of a diagnosis of oyster mushroom pests and diseases

Abstract

At school, especially in Automotive Vocational High Schools, a learning process is carried out by helping students to recognize and overcome problems that occur in motorbike/car damage. One of the SMKs that has an Automotive expertise program is SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu City. So far, the automotive learning system has used books and pictures to support the learning process at school. However, this sometimes has problems, where students do not fully understand the material given, and on the other hand students have difficulty learning independently either in the school environment or at home. Expert systems in helping students diagnose car engine damage using the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) method can be accessed online with internet access via the web link http://riska.vad.my.id. This expert system application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This expert system application has been embedded with the ESDLC method with the Forward Chaining inference engine which is used to trace damage to car engines based on the symptoms experienced by the car engine. This expert system application can help facilitate the understanding of students at SMK Negeri 2 Bengkulu City in diagnosing car engine damage, by providing consultation directions starting from entering symptoms to getting consultation results. Based on the system testing that has been done, it can be concluded that the functionality of the application has been running well and this expert system can provide consultation results based on the symptoms selected by the user through the stages of the Expert System Development Life Cycle (ESDLC) method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem pendukung keputusan untuk penilaian kinerja wakil rakyat pada Komisi IV DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu menggunakan metode promethea. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Promethee untuk menilai kinerja wakil rakyat pada Komisi IV DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu agar dihasilkan kinerja yang benar-benar sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Dimana alternatif terpilih dilihat dari 2 nilai promethee yaitu Leaving Flow dan Entering Flow, Net Flow. Oleh karena itu dirancang sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menentukan kinerja wakil rakyat DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu menggunakan metode Promethee. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini dirancang menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem yang dibuat dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu untuk menentukan penilaian kinerja wakil rakyat di DPRD Provinsi Bengkulu

Abstract

Abstract

The development of information technology has a significant impact on the world of journalism, including in efforts to improve the professionalism of journalists. PT. Rakyat Semarak Bengkulu Permai (Rakyat Bengkulu) as a press company continues to innovate, one of which is through periodic assessment of the best journalists. However, the assessment process that has been running so far still faces the obstacle of subjectivity and has not been supported by an objective and measurable system. This study aims to develop a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to help the journalist assessment process more efficiently and objectively. This system is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, and is specifically designed so that it can only be accessed by the Editor-in-Chief. The test results show that the system is able to improve efficiency, objectivity, and accuracy in the process of assessing the best journalists in the company environment

Abstract

The selection of the right field facilitator is very important in supporting the success of infrastructure development in Bengkulu Province. One method that can be used to help the objective selection process is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The TOPSIS method focuses on selecting the alternative that is closest to the positive ideal solution and conversely, the furthest from the negative ideal solution. This study aims to implement the TOPSIS method in selecting field facilitators that are in accordance with the predetermined criteria. The criteria used in this study include experience, technical skills, managerial abilities, and competence in the field of infrastructure. Data collected from various field facilitator candidates were then analyzed using the TOPSIS method to provide the best ranking based on their proximity to the ideal solution. The results of this study are expected to provide more effective and efficient recommendations in selecting field facilitators, so that they can support the smoothness and quality of infrastructure development in Bengkulu Province

Abstract

Abstract: The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia has been accelerating, driven by increasing internet penetration and the widespread use of mobile devices. The large, complex, and diverse volume of transaction data requires appropriate analytical methods to produce accurate trend predictions. This study aims to apply Big Data Analytics in analyzing consumer shopping patterns, popular product trends, and factors influencing purchasing decisions. Data were collected from various e-commerce platforms, processed using Hadoop and Spark, and further analyzed through predictive modeling with Machine Learning algorithms. The results indicate that integrating Big Data Analytics can improve trend prediction accuracy by up to 85% compared to conventional methods. These findings are expected to support strategic decision-making in Indonesia’s e-commerce sector. Keywords: Big Data Analytics, E-commerce, Machine Learning, Trend Prediction, Indonesia Abstrak: Pertumbuhan e-commerce di Indonesia semakin pesat, didorong oleh penetrasi internet dan meningkatnya penggunaan perangkat mobile. Data transaksi yang besar, kompleks, dan beragam membutuhkan metode analisis yang tepat untuk menghasilkan prediksi tren yang akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan Big Data Analytics dalam menganalisis pola belanja konsumen, tren produk populer, serta faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pengumpulan data dari berbagai platform e-commerce, pemrosesan menggunakan Hadoop dan Spark, serta analisis prediktif dengan algoritma Machine Learning. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Big Data Analytics mampu meningkatkan akurasi prediksi tren hingga 85% dibanding metode konvensional, sehingga dapat mendukung strategi bisnis e-commerce di Indonesia. Kata kunci: Big Data Analytics, E-commerce, Machine Learning, Prediksi Tren, Indonesia

Abstract

This 2D Shooter game is an adventure video game where the player plays the character of a Survivor. This game focuses on the Survivor's adventure to kill all the monsters in order to continue to the next level until the end. This game uses the Unity game engine, by implementing the Finite State Machine. Finite State Machine is used on NPCs (Non-Playable Characters), namely characters that appear in the game as monsters in the game such as Enemy and Boss characters.In the tests that have been carried out the results of the FSM (Finite State Machine) in this 2D Shooter game, most of the respondents with an average of 32% answered Very Good, 41% answered Good, 24% answered Moderate, 3% answered Poor.
