Abstract

This study aims to determine and test partially and simultaneously the effect of brand image and trust on customer decisions to purchase Sensi brand masks in Banjarmasin City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were brand mask customers with a total of 100 respondents with a sampling technique using accidental sampling. Data processing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test). The results showed that brand image and trust influenced the purchasing decisions of Sensi brand masks by customers in Banjarmasin City. In addition, simultaneously brand image and brand trust also affect the buying decisions of Sensi brand masks by customers in Banjarmasin City.

Abstract

Fadhl Gibran, 2010412210009, 2024. The Influence of Product Variations and Locations on Purchase Decisions at Glow Supermarket, under the guidance of: Noor Hidayati. This study was conducted to find out and test the influence of partial and simultaneous Product and Location Variations on Purchase Decisions at Glow Supermarket. The research approach used is a quantitative method. The chosen research location is Glow Supermarket. Using the accidental sampling technique as a sampling technique, there were 100 consumers who were 18 years old and older and had shopped at Glow Supermarket more than 5 times who were selected to be reunited. Data collection using questionnaires and hypothesis testing using Multiple Linear Regression Test with SPSS tool version 25. The results of the study prove that Product and Location Variations have a significant effect partially and simultaneously on Purchase Decisions at Glow Supermarket.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) and Peer Conformity on iPhone Purchase Intention in Banjarmasin City. This study also describes the level of FOMO, social conformity, and consumer purchase intention for iPhone products. In addition, this study tests partially and simultaneously the effect of FOMO and Peer Conformity on Purchase Intention. The research location is in Banjarmasin City with a total of 100 respondents selected using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study prove that Fear of Missing Out has a positive but insignificant effect on iPhone Purchase Intention in Banjarmasin City. Peer Conformity has a positive and significant effect on iPhone Purchase Intention in Banjarmasin City. And Fear of Missing Out and Peer Conformity have a positive and significant effect on iPhone Purchase Intention in Banjarmasin City.

Pengaruh Orientasi Kewirausahaan Dan Orientasi Pasar Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Pada UMKM Di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Bandarmasih Tempoe Doeloe, di bawah bimbingan: Maryono Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel Orientasi Kewirausahaan dan Orientasi Pasar terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Pada UMKM Di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Bandarmasih Tempoe Doeloe. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, lokasi penelitian di Banjarmasin, Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Bandarmasih Tempoe Doeloe. Sampel sebanyak 40 orang responden yang mempunyai usaha di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Bandarmasih Tempoe Doeloe. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dibantu IBM SPSS Statistik Versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Pada UMKM Di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Bandarmasih Tempoe Doeloe, Orientasi Pasar berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Pada UMKM Di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Bandarmasih Tempoe Doeloe. Serta Orientasi Kewirausahaan Dan Orientasi Pasar berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing Pada UMKM Di Kawasan Wisata Kuliner Bandarmasih Tempoe Doeloe.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has dramatically transformed the way people consume music, moving from traditional physical media to modern streaming services such as Spotify. This research carefully investigates the effect of Brand Identity and Online Customer Reviews on the decision to subscribe to Spotify Premium in Banjarmasin City, both individually and collectively. A quantitative research method with a causal explanatory design was applied. The population consists of active Spotify Premium users in Banjarmasin, with 100 respondents carefully selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using structured online questionnaires and analyzed via Multiple Linear Regression in SPSS version 27.0. Findings reveal that Brand Identity positively and significantly impacts subscription decisions. Likewise, Online Customer Reviews also have a significant positive effect. Together, both factors considerably influence the choice to subscribe. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.570, showing that 57% of subscription decision variance is explained by Brand Identity and Online Customer Reviews, while 43% is affected by other important factors outside the scope of this particular study. It is recommended that Spotify continue strengthening its strong visual identity and distinctive features like “Spotify Wrapped” while actively leveraging positive customer feedback to consistently support long-term user growth.

Abstract

This research seeks to analyze the effect of NCT Dream as a brand ambassador and sales promotion on consumers’ purchase intention toward TosTos Tortilla Chips. The study involved 96 respondents who are fans of NCT Dream (NCTzen) in Banjarmasin City, selected through purposive sampling, which determines samples based on predetermined criteria. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings indicate that the brand ambassador variable has a significant partial influence on purchase intention, while sales promotion also shows a significant partial effect on purchase intention. Furthermore, both brand ambassador and sales promotion simultaneously exert a significant influence on the purchase intention of TosTos Tortilla Chips in Banjarmasin City.

Abstract

Salsabila Rihhadatul ‘Aisy. 2210412320007. (2026). The Effect of Work Life Balance and Career Development on Employee Loyalty at Politeknik Batulicin. Under the guidance of: Taharuddin. This research aims to determine the effect of Work Life Balance and career development on employee loyalty. The sample in this study consists of all employees at Politeknik Batulicin, The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (census sampling), in which all members of the population are included as respondents. The data collection method employed was a questionnaire, and the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results indicate that Work Life Balance and career development simultaneously have a significant effect on employee loyalty. Partially, Work Life Balance does not have a significant effect on employee loyalty, while career development has a significant effect on employee loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of coaching and monitoring on employee performance at PT. Simpatik Borneo Utama Kapuas. This study is motivated by a decline in employee performance, indicating issues in both the quantity and quality of work. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample consists of 39 respondents. This study applies a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. The researcher collects data using questionnaires and analyzes data using multiple linear regression. The results show that coaching (X1) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y). Monitoring (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Simultaneously, coaching (X1) and monitoring (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Key Opinion Leaders and electronic Word of Mouth among smartphone users in Banjarmasin City serve as supporting factors that influence purchasing decisions for Samsung Galaxy A Series smartphones. The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine both the partial and simultaneous effects of Key Opinion Leaders and electronic Word of Mouth on purchasing decisions for Samsung Galaxy A Series smartphones in Banjarmasin City. This research is conducted using a quantitative method and was conducted in Banjarmasin City. This study involved 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling who had purchased a Samsung Galaxy A Series smartphone and previously watched technology review content from a Key Opinion Leader. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, and hypothesis testing was conducted using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS version 31 as the analytical tool. The findings showed that Key Opinion Leaders and Electronic Word of Mouth was found to have a positive and significant partial effect as well as a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions for Samsung Galaxy A Series smartphones in Banjarmasin City. These results suggest that leveraging credible technology reviewers and managing digital consumer reviews can effectively strengthen consumers’ purchasing decisions toward Samsung Galaxy A Series smartphones.
