Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a vital component of Indonesia’s economic structure, particularly in rural areas. However, many MSME actors still face challenges in marketing their products effectively, especially in terms of branding and promotion. This community service (PKM) activity titled "Marketing Training for MSMEs: Enhancing Product Competitiveness through Branding and Promotion at Tajaul Karomah, Situ Gadung Village, Tangerang Regency" was carried out to address these issues. The main objective was to improve the marketing capabilities of MSME players in Situ Gadung by equipping them with knowledge and practical skills in branding and promotional strategies. The activity was implemented in April 2025 at Tajaul Karomah School in Situ Gadung Village and involved 12 lecturers from Pamulang University as facilitators. A total of 25 participants, including local community members and MSME actors, took part. The PKM was conducted in three stages: preparation, implementation, and reporting. Methods used included lectures, hands-on practice, group discussions, and Q&A sessions. The results showed a significant increase in participants’ understanding of branding techniques, promotional tools, and digital marketing strategies. Participants also demonstrated improved confidence in applying these methods to their businesses. Overall, the training successfully contributed to enhancing product competitiveness in the local MSME sector.

Abstract

The growth of digital technology offers great potential for supporting Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially in rural regions where digital literacy remains limited. Many business actors in these areas struggle to utilize information technology effectively for marketing purposes. To respond to this challenge, a community service program (PKM) titled "Information Technology in Marketing to Improve Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Cicalengka Village, Pagedangan District, Tangerang Regency" was carried out. The program aimed to enhance the marketing capabilities of local entrepreneurs through the application of digital tools. Conducted on April 19, 2025, in Cicalengka Village, the activity involved 10 lecturers from Pamulang University and was attended by 21 MSME practitioners from the local community. The PKM employed a combination of learning methods, including material presentation, hands-on training, interactive discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. Participants received guidance on optimizing social media, online sales platforms, and digital branding techniques. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding of digital marketing and their readiness to implement it in daily business operations. This initiative plays a role in supporting MSME competitiveness and sustainability in the face of ongoing digital transformation.

Abstract

Abstrak. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions of Nibras Hijab consumers in South Tangerang both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a data collection method with a sampling technique of 97 respondents. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results show that price (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a regression equation of Y = 2.180 + 0.892X1. The correlation coefficient value is 0.756 The determination value is 57.2%. The hypothesis test shows t count> t table (11.270> 1.660). Promotion (X2) also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a regression equation of Y = 7.811 + 0.754X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.705 The determination value is 49.7%. Hypothesis test shows t count > t table (9.690 > 1.660), price (X1) and promotion (X2) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 0.522 + 0.612X1 + 0.344X2. The correlation coefficient value is 0.619 and the determination value is 61.9%, and the hypothesis test shows F count > F table (76.295 > 3.093). Keywords: price,promotion, purchase decision

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Bioskop Cinepolis Pluit Village baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan slovin sampling dan diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 99 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pembahasan mengenai pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan harga (X2) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y), sebagai berikut: kualitas pelayanan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (28,542 > 1.984). Harga (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) dengan t hitung > t tabel atau (30,207 > 1.984). Kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan harga (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) dengan nilai f hitung > f tabel atau (656,709 > 3,090).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction with Ayam Geprek Misu Cilenggang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in the research is an associative quantitative method. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The sampling method used the Slovin formula, and the sample obtained in this study comprised 92 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression tests. The research results show that service quality influences consumer satisfaction, price variables influence consumer satisfaction, and service quality and price influence consumer satisfaction at Ayam Geprek Misu Cilenggang.
