Abstract

Green marketing is not something new in business. Nowdays, environmental issues become the best opportunity in the marketing strategy. Awearness about environtmental and save the earth become one chance from our responsibility. Environmental damage has become everybody concern, including unit business interst fast food at Karawang Mall. In practice, not all units conducting green issues, but most consumer producst using packaging that can biodegrade in a shoorter time. Research purposes to obtain empirical evidence and find clarity phenomena and conclusions about Green Marketing Strategy For Increasing Customer Satisfaction Case Study In Fast Food Business Company Group At Mall Karawang espacially in environmantally friendly food packaging. This research is expected to contribute to the develpment of economics, especially marketing management. Research conducted on 60 speakers as costumers at fast food group at Mall Karawang using qualitative methods with a naturalistic approach. Data is narrative, descriptive, field notes according to interviews and dokumentation, and make conclusions and recomendations. The results of the analysis of research data, it is concluded as follows : 1. Application of green marketing strategies carried out by business in the Mall Karawang were overlooked by the customers due to perceived lack of information. 2. Customer satisfaction is not obtained from the application of the strategy management of green marketing fast food business group at Mall Karawang but service strategy and menu options. 3. Customers tend to come back even if green marketing strategy is not done because of three basic lean namely; taste, price, and prestige. 4. Factors which become obstacles in the implemantation of green marketing strategy for customers is that customera do not understand the importance of the strategy undertaken by the management to maintain environtmental balance. This is due to a lack of understanding of management information to customers is not done continously/ constantly. The results of this study, given some recommandations to the fast food business group in Mall Karawang. Key words : green marketing, implementation of strategy green marketing, eco-friendly food packaging, customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak Tugu Kebulatan Proklamasi (TKP) as a destination of heritage tourism in Rengasdengklok, Karawang, has given opportunity to many local residents to increasing their income for better family economic. Researcher found in observed that characteristic of small business from TKP area was on food bussiness and cloths. In holiday time, many small traders (pedagang kecil) for the local visitor or tourism was offered besides food, small traders such as toys for children and other specification of children’s game. But for this research, researcher just focus on local or ordinary foods. Small traders offering the local food and ordinary food, like gorengan, mie ayam, bakso, es kelapa, and serabi, ordinary drink like, coffee and other thing that they can offer. Some time they (as a small traders) offer the mie ayam and provided the drink too, such as tea or mineral water and so on. Five (5) small traders which interviewed feel the positive impact from the existences of TKP. From five (5) small traders, their income were between Rp 3,000,000 until 9,000,000 per month, the average of their income was Rp 5,800,000. This income very convenience for local residents if they want to take food for business. According to the mandate of article (pasal) 31 paragraph (ayat) (4) number of law 10 in 2009 about the tourism, that the aim of tourism is to increase economic growth and people welfare. With tourism, people or local resident could increase with many opportunity for small economic problems. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pelatihan SOP dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Stamping PT Summit Adyawinsa Indonesia baik secara korelasi, parsial maupun simultan, dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 120 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel acak. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat korelasi yang kuat dan positif antara pelatihan SOP dengan kompetensi. (2) Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial pelatihan SOP terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan pelatihan SOP dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 73,6% sedangkan sisanya 26,4% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research on the Pisang Nyapnyap business aims to identify and analyse the most effective forms of social media promotion for reaching customers, increasing sales, and expanding the market for banana-based culinary products. Social media has become one of the most crucial marketing tools for modern businesses to broaden their market reach and enchance customer engagement. Platform such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp have emerged as essential chsnnels for entrepreneurs to extend their marketing outreach, strengthen customer relationships, and raise brand awareness. This case study employs a qualitative descriptive method, focusing on the Pisang Nyapnyap business located in Kalangsari Village, Rengasdengklok Sub-district, Karawang Regency, West Java. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and analysis of the social media content utilised by the business. The findings reveral that the implementation of social media promotion via Instagram and WhatsApp has significantly boosted sales volume and widened the market reach, positively contributing to the growth of the Pisang Nyapnyap bussiness. The social media promotion strategy, creative content, and responsiveness to market demands have proven effective in maintaining business growth, increasing sales, attracting a broader customer base, and enchaning customer loyalty through innovative product variations and strategic promotions. Consistency in promotional efforts remains esseential to sustaining and improving sales performance. Furthermore, utilising analytical tools provided by platforms such as Instagram Insights in vital for evaluating promotional effectiveness and guiding future marketing strategies.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of digital marketing, customer value and transaction efficiency on customer satisfaction, the influence of digital marketing on customer value and transaction efficiency. Testing the mediating role of customer value and transaction efficiency on the influence of digital marketing on customer satisfaction. The population in this study were all customers of PT. Uwinfly has as many internet users as the sample size is 100 respondents. Analysis uses partial least squares (PLS) with the smartPLS analysis tool. The results of this research, digital marketing, customer value and transaction efficiency have a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, digital marketing has a significant positive effect on customer value and transaction efficiency. Customer value and transaction efficiency mediate the positive influence of digital marketing on customer satisfaction. The implications of this research contribute to the theory of co-creation of customer value and transaction efficiency and analyze the consequences of digital marketing on customer behavior from the perspective of customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Erigo sebuah merek fashion lokal yang tengah populer di kalangan generasi Z, telah berhasil menciptakan kualitas harga dan ulasan yang berpengaruh positif di berbagai platform media sosial terutama Instagram, menjadi salah satu strategi pemasaran yang menarik bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah pengaruh harga dan online customer review memiliki dampak terhadap keputusan pembelian terhadap produk Erigo secara online di Instagram @equalize.store. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengambilan sampel non-probabilitas menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 390 responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji asumsi dengan software SPSS.25. Populasi penelitian ini adalah followers Instagram @equalize.store yang mengenal dan telah membeli produk Erigo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh harga dan online customer riview secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Erigo di Instagram @equalizer.store. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengaruh harga dan online customer riview memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Erigo di Instagram @equalizer.store.

Abstract

This research aims to explain the mediating influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on the relationship between leadership and work motivation on the performance of Aston Inn Semarang hotel employees. This research uses a survey method, with employees as respondents. The population in this study was all employees at Aston Inn Semarang, totaling 50 people. The data used is primary data from distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the sample collection technique uses all members of the population. Data analysis using SmartPLS. The results of this research state that leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on OCB, leadership and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of hotel employees. OCB has a positive and significant effect on hotel employee performance. OCB is able to mediate the relationship between leadership and hotel employee performance. OCB is unable to mediate the relationship between work motivation and hotel employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze workload and labor needs at Cahaya Buah Semarang, a fruit and vegetable supplier. Using a mixed method approach, this research combines qualitative methods through interviews and observations with quantitative methods using Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) to measureworkload. Data were collected from 10 informants, consisting of 2 women and 8 men, who work in distribution and packing. The analysis results show that both the distribution and packing teams are experiencing overload. The distribution team shows FTE values exceeding ideal capacity, with valuesof 2.28 for Armada 1 and 2.4 for Armada 2. Similarly, the packing team experiences overload in several categories, with FTE values ranging from 1.44 to 1.88. These findings underline the importance of effective human resource planning to address excessive workload and improve operational efficiency.The study provides recommendations for enhancing human resource management, including adjusting labor numbers and improving workforce planning strategies. Thus, it is expected to assist Cahaya Buah Semarang in addressing overload issues and improving productivity and service quality.

Abstract

This research aims to look at human resource competency in the performance of employees in the Karawang Regency Communication and Information Service and provide suggestions and input to be used as a work evaluation by the agency. The analytical method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, that is, based on facts found in the field, then used as a hypothesis or theory to obtain in-depth data (actual and certain data). This research was carried out using data collection methods by observation and interviews with related parties. The data analysis method used is qualitative analysis using the interactive analysis model from Miles and Huberman which is divided into 4 major parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that the performance of Communication and Information Service employees does not yet have procedures that regulate human resource planning, so that employees have not carried out job descriptions in accordance with their respective competencies. Therefore, it is necessary to plan higher quality human resources by prospectively conducting employees so that they are able to create competencies according to work needs.

Abstract

Based on observations, it is known that the main problem is the lack of a thorough understanding of sales technology that can increase the productivity of the crab crackers. This research intends to see if there is an effect of training on the utilization of digital technology on the productivity of umkm crab crackers in Sukajaya Village, Cilamaya Kulon. The total sample in the research was 93 people. Using quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. According to observations, it is known that the case in the research is the lack of skills and understanding of digital technology that can increase productivity. based on the results of the simple linear regression test for productivity of 37.587%, based on the research conclusion shows that work learning has an absolute impact on the sales productivity of crab cracker MSMEs in Sukajaya Village, Cilamaya Kulon. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.298, this case states that job training has an impact on productivity in the crab cracker SMEs of Sukajaya Village, Cilamaya Kulon Cilamaya Kulon as much as 29.8% while as much as 70.2% is influenced by other causes that are not tested. The conclusion of the research shows that training has an absolute effect on productivity.
