Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the health examination policy for Prospective Hajj Pilgrims (PHP) and the issues encountered. The research method employed is juridical-normative, using a legislative approach, with secondary data consisting of legislation and reference sources. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive-analytical techniques. The findings indicate that the PHP health examination program by the district health office has implemented the Minister of Health Regulation regarding PHP Health Isthita'ah through a first and second stage examination mechanism for determining health isthita'ah status which includes anamnesis, physical examination, supporting examinations, diagnosis, determination of health isthita'ah, recommendations, and follow-up plans on examination results. However, there are policy gaps regulating disease criteria that meet the istitaah requirements and are fit to fly at the third stage of inspection. There is no continuity of the first and second stage inspection policy with airworthiness. Technical instructions that regulate the limits of the health development program for PHP need to be adjusted to improve the health status of those PHP and provide certainty regarding the departure of PHP in terms of health.

Abstract

To ensure that youngsters have good values, moral development must be implemented. In order to realize pupils who have noble character, teachers must provide an example for their students and constantly focus on their knowledge, attitudes, and behavior as well as their worship abilities. The author conducted descriptive qualitative research for this article. The author employs observational, interview, and documentation approaches to gather data. The principal, moral aqidah instructors, and Harapan Mandiri Private High School students served as the study's main data sources. In the meantime, books about children's moral growth serve as secondary data. The collected data were then examined using data reduction analysis methods, data visualization, and conclusion-making. According to the findings of the research, it is evident that SMA Swasta Harapan Mandiri uses the proper ways to develop the morals of its pupils, including leading by example, inculcating good habits, offering guidance or understanding, and punishing or warning offenders. However, the authors of the study discovered that the lack of parental attention to their children and the students' personal development of morals at the Harapan Mandiri Private High School led to behavioral deviations on the part of the students because they lacked the necessary self-defense to keep up with the times. such that they are susceptible to peer pressure, limited parental involvement in the personality-development process, an unbalanced and economically disadvantaged upbringing, a lack of education funding, and a lack of support from the local community for an orderly educational process.

Abstract

Juvenile delinquency cases continue to increase, the causes of which vary, ranging from poor association among adolescents, especially in the areas of Al-Ihsan Sidorejo Mosque and Sidorejo Hilir Medan City, lack of parental responsibility in educating their children, disputes with family and with friends, lack of religious understanding among adolescents to lack of public awareness about the importance of cultivating religious awareness for adolescents. This study aims to foster adolescent religious awareness is important to be able to control cases of juvenile delinquency. This research uses strategy theory which is a process of determining the plans of top leaders that focus on the long-term goals of the organization, accompanied by the preparation of a way or effort on how to achieve these goals. And the theory of extension strategy which is a step or action implemented to achieve a target (mission) or goal to be achieved which depends on the extension system, extension approach, type of extension and extension model carried out on the characteristics of the community. This research uses a qualitative approach. The techniques in data collection used are observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is a descriptive data analysis technique. The results of data analysis and research that have been conducted show that the religious awareness counseling strategy carried out by the Islamic Youth organization Al-Ihsan Mosque (HIGMIA) has been running well as HIGMIA's efforts in fostering adolescents in Arinda to grow their religious awareness so as to avoid bad influences in the adolescent environment. Researchers also found that the supporting factors of HIGMIA in implementing the strategy are good BKM that houses the IGMIA, cooperation with various parties and public acceptance of the strategy implemented. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of human resources, the lack of HIGMIA members makes the implementation of the strategy slightly hampered.

Abstract

Current technological advances have made it possible to superimpose radio frequency (RF) signals over optical signals. Besides being transmitted through optical fiber, optical signals can also be transmitted through free air known as Free Space Optic (FSO) system. Optical signals that are superimposed by RF signals and transmitted through optical fibers are known as Radio over Fiber (ROF) systems. In ROF systems, fiber chromatic dispersion causes power fluctuations in the received radio frequency (RF) signal. These power fluctuations cause the performance of the ROF system to decrease greatly at certain fiber lengths. In FSO systems, optical signals experience attenuation which is influenced by weather conditions. To avoid errors in determining the length of fiber used in the ROF system and the distance between the transmitter and receiver in the FSO system which can result in system performance not meeting the standards of optical communication systems, it is necessary to measure the performance of these two systems. System performance in this study is measured by the Q-factor value. The Q-factor value is obtained from simulations using OptiSystem software. The results of this study show that the fiber lengths in the ROF system that need to be avoided are at fiber lengths of 0.9 - 1.3 km, 2.7 - 3.5 km, and 4.7 - 5 km. This applies to both 0 and 10 dBm laser power. Meanwhile, the maximum distance between the transmitter and receiver in the FSO system is 0.5 km when the laser power is 0 dBm and 1.6 km when the laser power is 10 dBm.
