Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Minangkabau di SMK Pembina Bangsa Bukittinggi melalui tradisi makan bajamba, terutama dalam proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan peserta didik kelas X, guru koordinator P5, dan pimpinan sekolah. Melalui kolaborasi dengan komunitas lokal dan kunjungan ke tempat-tempat tradisional, sekolah memperdalam pemahaman siswa tentang budaya lokal mereka. Hasilnya menunjukkan respons positif siswa terhadap kearifan lokal dan pembelajaran teknis yang seimbang. Implikasinya adalah terbentuknya lingkungan pendidikan yang mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan globalisasi sambil mempertahankan nilai-nilai budaya lokal mereka.

Abstract

This problem is motivated by several issues that the author found at Junior High School 1 Banuhampu West Sumatera, especially in the subject of Islamic religious education in class VII, where in the learning process, the media used is poor and does not keep up with the times to cause student apathy towards the concentration of P.A.I. subjects so that it causes low student learning outcomes. The research aims to restore the enthusiasm of students’ learning that has disappeared. So that students can learn more enthusiastically in the future. The research method used in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D or 4P model, which has 4 phases: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. This test was carried out in three stages: a validity test conducted by several experts in their fields, such as material, appearance, and language using Aikens’ V. The next practicality test was performed with educators. The next practicality test was carried out with educators at school using the Kappa moment (K). The feasibility test was conducted on several students, namely VII 5 and VII 6 class students using G-Score (<g>). The validity test results with a value of 0.90 were declared feasible, the practicality test results with a value of 0.92 were declared very helpful, and the feasibility test results obtained from the T-test results on the limited trial showed a T table value of 10.422 with an α value of 0.000. If tested with a confidence level of sig 0.05, the α result is smaller than 0.05. Thus, the effectiveness of learning using animated video-based learning media is higher than in classes that only use conventional, so H1 is accepted. In addition, Islamic religious education learning media based on animated videos is feasible for learning at Junior High School.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of students if they learn to like to play, do not pay attention to the teacher when explaining, rarely do the assignments given, students' low knowledge of tajwid and lazy in learning. This study aims to describe: (1) Learning Motivation of MDTA IKRAR Tungka Santri Kec. Patamuan Kab. Padang Pariaman, (2) Ability to Read the Qur'an of MDTA IKRAR Tungka Santri Kec. Patamuan Kab. Padang Pariaman, (3) The Influence of Learning Motivation on the Ability to Read the Qur'an of MDTA IKRAR Tungka Santri Kec. Patamuan Kab. Pariaman Padang. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type. Sampling using total sampling technique. And the sample in this study were 35 students. With data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and tests. The analysis technique uses the formula r product moment, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. While the requirements for the analysis test used normality, linearity and homogeneity tests. The results of the study are: (1) The results of the study of students' learning motivation are in the low category with a percentage of 35%. (2) The results of the research on the ability to read the Koran of students are in the medium category with a percentage of 54%. While the results of the research on the influence of learning motivation on the ability to read the Koran of students obtained the results of 0.439. (3) The results of the determination test obtained x 100% = 19%. So the ability to read the Koran 19% is influenced by learning motivation, the remaining 81% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.  Keywords: Learning Motivation, Ability to Read Al-Quran, MDTA

Abstract

The development of e-commerce and social media has brought significant changes in the way people shop, especially through platforms such as TikTok Shop. This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention on TikTok Shop. Based on the survey, TikTok Shop has become a popular e-commerce platform in Indonesia. The type of research used in this study is associative, which aims to explore the relationship between social media marketing, customer satisfaction, and repurchase intention. The data in this study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to active TikTok Shop users in Pontianak, while secondary data includes respondents' use of social media for shopping. Data analysis techniques used Partial Least Squares (PLS) in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study indicate that social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Additionally, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Social media marketing also shows an indirect influence on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination (R²) indicates that social media marketing and customer satisfaction together influence repurchase intention with a significant contribution. This study suggests that companies should focus more on social media-based digital marketing to improve customer satisfaction and encourage repurchase intention.

Abstract

Education is a topic that is always interesting and current to discuss. The development of science and technology, which is marked by advances in the fields of information media and technology, is currently progressing so rapidly, that in placing a nation in a position, the extent to which the nation is advanced is based on how far the nation has mastered these two fields. The method used is the library research method. The aim of this research is to discuss problems in the world of education, to find out developments in technology and media, and ways of education in facing the challenges of globalization. The results of this research are: First, problems at the input stage. Second, problems with the process. Third, problems with output. Education in facing the challenges of globalization: education must be able to produce quality human resources, know science and technology and improve quality.

Abstract

Konsep Merdeka belajar antara pendidik dan peserta didik merupakan subjek di dalam sistem pembelajaran, yang berarti guru bukan dijadikan lagi sebagai sumber kebenaran oleh siswa namun pendidik dan peserta didik berkolaborasi menjadi penggerak dan mencari kebenaran dan posisi peserta didik di ruang kelas juga bukan untuk menanam atau menyeragamkan kebenaran untuk menurut pada guru namun menggali sebuah kebenaran, daya pikir dan kritisnya peserta didik melihat perkembangan dunia dan fenomena yang terjadi. adanya peluang dan berkembangnya internet, teknologi informasi menjadi sebuah momentum kemerdekaan belajar. Dengan ini dapat meretas sistem pendidikan yang kaku dan tidak membebaskan kebebasan untuk belajar dengan mandiri kreatif dan berinovasi dapat dilakukan oleh semua unit pendidikan. Saat ini antara guru dan peserta didik mempunyai pengalaman tersendiri termasuk di dalam sebuah lingkungan. Adaptasi sistem pendidikan di era revolusi industri 4.0 memulai stimulasi dengan proses literasi baru.

Signs of learning people can be seen and the occurrence of transformations within a person Transformation is a change in behavior Changes in behavior touch 3 educational domains within the learner, namely cognitive abilities, affective domains, and psychomotor domains or better known as knowledge domains, attitude domains, and domain of skills So and that requires situations and conditions of teaching and learning activities that support, available facilities, and so on must be adjusted to the educational goals to be achieved This study aims to find out the learning theory that must be known by teachers and students so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficient This research is "Library Research" with a research approach to text literacy and field phenomena. Methods and types of data collection by collecting journals that support the research theme. The data stages are from identifying and finding information that is relevant to the theme of learning theory, its implications in PAL learning, then analyzing the findings. Data processing is carried out by carrying out activities of review, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization , as well as interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic and scientific meaning. Meanwhile, data analysis in this study was carried out during and after data collection using a critical-comparative descriptive method and content analysis method. to improve the quality of learning, as well as convey teaching materials to students so that they can be understood besides that teachers want to make the teaching process functional, this means that a teacher must master how learning theories to find out what is needed by students, also at the same time will help students in developing the world

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisi Program budaya sekolah dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di era revolusi industri 5.0  di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Lapang Aceh Utara. Pelaksanaan budaya sekolah dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di era revolusi industri 5.0 di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Lapang Aceh Utara. Dampak keberhasilan budaya sekolah dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di era revolusi industri 5.0 di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Lapang Aceh Utara. Metode Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Lapang Aceh Utara. Peneliti mengambil lokasi tersebut di SD Negeri 1 Lapang, SD Negeri 3 Lapang dan SD Negeri 6 Lapang. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2023 sampai Mei 2024. teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dapat dijelasakan sebagai berikut: (1) Wawancara, (2) Observasi, dan (3) Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan (1) Data Reduction (Reduksi Data), (2) Data Display (Penyajian Data). (3) Conclusion Drawing/ Verification (Penarikan Kesimpulan/Verifikasi). Hasil penelitian Program budaya sekolah melalui kegiatan-kegiatan pembiasaan yang dilakukan di dalam jam pelajaran meliputi berdoa sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran, menyanyikan lagu nasional sebelum pembelajaran dan lagu daerah setelah pembelajaran, pembentukan kelompok, kegiatan sosial, salat Dhuha, pemeriksaan buku penghubung dan buku salat, guru mengingatkan hal-hal yang baik, guru memberi contoh yang baik ketika di kelas, piket sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran, dan sebagainya. Implementasi budaya sekolah dalam menanamkan karakter peserta didik SD Negeri  di Kecamatan Lapang Kabupaten Aceh Utara, adalah telah mampu memainkan perannya dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik dalam disiplin melaksanakan ibadah, seperti shalat dhuha berjamaah. Terbentuknya karakter dermawan melalui bersedekah setiap hari jum‟at, terbiasa menghafal al- Qur‟an. Kemudian terbinanya adab yang baik ketika makan dan minum dengan tangan kanan dan terbangunya karakter tanggung jawab, kejujuran, ketekunan dan percaya diri. Faktor penghambat dan penunjang yang dihadapi budaya sekolah dalam menanamkan karakter peserta didik di SD Negeri Kecamatan Lapang Kabupaten Aceh Utara, adalah mencakup dua hal yaitu pertama minimnya fasilitas tempat berwudhuk dan yang kedua adalah sebagian besar guru serta siswa belum disiplin dalam melaksanakan budaya sekolah.
