Dosen Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Jerman, Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Universitas Negeri Surabaya ABSTRAK Penelitian dengan judul ?Penerapan Metode Schnell Finden Untuk Keterampilan Menulis Bahasa Jerman Siswa Kelas XI SMA N 11 Surabaya? ini berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang telah dilakukan yaitu kurangnya minat untuk menulis Bahasa Jerman dengan baik dan benar siswa kelas XI SMAN 11 Surabaya. Metode pembelajaran saat ini sudah sangat banyak untuk membantu memudahkan pemahaman dalam pembelajaran bahasa asing. Dalam rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah ?bagaimana penerapan pembelajaran keterampilan menulis menggunakan metode Schnell Finden?. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode Schnell Finden dalam pembelajaran keterampilan menulis Bahasa Jerman siswa kelas XI Sman 11 Surabaya. Terkait dengan tujuan penelitian tersebut penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil yang di peroleh dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam proses penerapan metode Schnell Finden pada pertemuan pertama dan pertemuan kedua. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan subtema Familie diambil dari buku Lembar Kerja Siswa. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian adalah observasi setelah mengumpulkan data melalui observasi pada saat observasi di dokumentasikan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah metode tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini metode tersebut di harap mampu membantu keterampilan menulis dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Jerman siswa kelas XI SMA. Kata Kunci : Metode, Schnell Finden, Keterampilan Menulis

Abstract

Personnel information system is one of important operational activities at UPTD office DPPKAD Pangkalpinang. However, the current operational activities are still handled with a manual system. This results in frequent disintegration of data resulting in less effective and efficient, especially in terms of time and energy. This study aims to design a website-based personnel information system required UPTD DPPKAD so as to improve the performance of UPTD DPPKAD Pangkalpinang employees in collecting data employees. In analyzing and designing the application of personnel information system, the writer uses the FAST research model which consists of six phases: initial investigation, problem analysis, needs analysis, decision analysis, system design, and system construction. For research method writer use object-oriented method, and tools use UML (Unified Modeling Language). This system is expected to accelerate and facilitate TU staff in collecting and looking for employee data. Personnel information system UPTD DPPKAD-based website can be used easily, user friendly and can be done flexibly.Keywords-Employee Information System, FAST Model, and UPTD DPPKAD Pangkalpinang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan upaya guru dalam mengatasi kesulitan belajar matematika; (2) penggunaan media pembelajaran untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar matematika; (3) mendeskripsikan hambatan yang dialami guru dalam upaya mengatasi kesulitan belajar matematika. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mengatasi kesulitan belajar matematika dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara yaitu: (1) perubahan model pembelajaran yang dapat menarik minat belajar siswa; (2) penggunaan media pembelajaran yang menarik sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran; (3) melibatkan siswa dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran; (4) memberi kebebasan untuk siswa bertanya mengenai materi yang belum dipahami; dan (5) memberikan remedial bagi siswa yang mendapatkan nilai dibawah KKM. Media pembelajaran matematika siswa kelas V yang tersedia di sekolah yaitu jaring-jaring bangun ruang, dakota FPB dan KPK, serta tangga pintar. hambatan yang dirasakan oleh guru yaitu: (1) jumlah media yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah siswa, sehingga banyak siswa yang tidak bisa menggunakan media saat pembelajaran; (2) kondisi media pembelajaran matematika banyak yang sudah tidak terpakai; (3) siswa merasa kesulitan dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

This research aimed 1) to know the generic structure written in the hortatory exposition text. 2) to know the quality of generic structure written in the hortatory exposition text, and 3) to know the problems are faced in using the generic structure of written hortatory exposition text. This research used the descriptive qualitative method and used students’ writing of Hortatory Exposition text to be analyzed. This research sample was 25 from 32 students of second-grade at MAN 2 Kediri, from XI-MIPA 3. Data collection was carried out by conducting writing test and interview. The data was analyzed by using contextual data which includes three procedures such as: reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. Furthermore, the researcher only used an external auditor to review the entire project's data validity. This result showed that there were five problems that are faced by students 1) developing the ideas into a paragraph, 2) translating the text into English, 3) determining the topic or title in accordance with the theme, 4) making recommendations, 5) making thesis and argumentation. The researcher suggested that the teacher should explain the materials step by step and intensively.

Abstract

Endophytic bacteria are a potential biocontrol agent to control plant diseases. Controlling plant disease using bactericides has negative impacts, including the death of other organisms on plants. This research aimed to identify potential endophytic bacteria from melon roots for biocontrol against Acidovorax citrulli, the pathogen causing Bacterial Fruit Blotch (BLB) disease in the Cucurbitaceae family. A total of 11 endophytic bacteria were isolated from healthy melon roots. The isolates exhibited similar colony morphology with white, circular, convex elevation. Physiology and biochemistry tests revealed 8 isolates as Gram-negative and catalase-positive, while the remaining 3 were identified as Gram-positive and catalase-negative. A fluorescence test on King's B media indicated that the Gram-negative isolates could belong to the Pseudomonas genus. This study also confirmed Acidovorax sp. cultures isolated from infected melon plants many years ago as A. citrulli. Assessment of pathogenicity in the melon plants showed that A. citrulli isolate N2 was the most pathogenic. Based on the in vitro inhibition test, all the Gram-negative isolates formed inhibition zones ranging from 1.94-4.41 mm, suggesting their potential to inhibit the growth of A. citrulli. The EB6 isolate exhibited the highest inhibition zone at 4.41 mm ±0.28. five of the eight isolates tested (EA1, EB1, EB3, EB4, and EB6) did not exhibit any Hypersensitive Response (HR) reaction in the tobacco leaves, thus can potentially be used as a biocontrol agent against BLB disease in melon plants. Further studies are required to determine the species identity of the isolates and explore their application as biocontrol agents.

Abstract

Bogor Botanical Gardens is a conservation area that assists the preservation of flora in Indonesia, including the Araceae. Araceae is often used by the public as medicine, food sources, and ornamental plants. Therefore, the Araceae is often used as an interesting research object and conservation efforts have commenced maintaining its sustainability. The purpose of this research was to determine the species of living Araceae and the potential possessed by each living Araceae species in the conservation area of the Bogor Botanical Gardens. This research was conducted on 8-9 June 2021 to determine the diversity and potential of the Araceae in Bogor Botanical Gardens. The method used in this research is the exploring method and data analysis using descriptive method. The result of this research revealed there were 60 species of Araceae consisting of 25 genera. The genera with the highest number of species are Philodendron. Two species of them are Araceae which has a habitat in the waters. A total of 33 species are terrestrial and 25 are epiphytic plants. Araceae have many potentials, such as food, aromatic, medicine, flavoring, animal feed, and ornamental plants. More than 50% of the Araceae species were used as ornamental plants.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of human resource development and training policies at Aisyiyah II Kartasura Kindergarten. The focus of this research is to understand how the human resource development policies are implemented, the challenges faced, and their impact on the quality of teachers and supporting staff. The research approach used is qualitative with a descriptive method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the human resource development and training policies at Aisyiyah II Kartasura Kindergarten have been implemented as planned, although some challenges remain, such as budget constraints and training time limitations. The training programs provided include improving pedagogical competence, technological skills, and strengthening religious values. These policies have positively impacted the improvement of teaching quality and the ability of teachers to face modern educational challenges. In conclusion, the implementation of human resource development and training policies at Aisyiyah II Kartasura Kindergarten plays a significant role in improving the quality of education, although improvements are still needed in terms of funding and scheduling. The recommendations provided include increasing budget allocation for training and creating a more flexible training schedule to ensure optimal program execution. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pengembangan dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia di TK Aisyiyah II Kartasura. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dilaksanakan, tantangan yang dihadapi, dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas guru dan tenaga pendukung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan pelatihan di TK Aisyiyah II Kartasura telah dilaksanakan sesuai rencana, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala seperti kendala anggaran dan keterbatasan waktu pelatihan. Program pelatihan yang diberikan meliputi peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik, keterampilan teknologi, dan penguatan nilai-nilai keagamaan. Kebijakan-kebijakan ini berdampak positif pada peningkatan kualitas pengajaran dan kemampuan guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan modern. Kesimpulannya, implementasi kebijakan pengembangan sumber daya manusia dan pelatihan di TK Aisyiyah II Kartasura sangat berperan dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, meskipun masih diperlukan perbaikan dari segi pendanaan dan penjadwalan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan antara lain meningkatkan alokasi anggaran untuk pelatihan dan membuat jadwal pelatihan yang lebih fleksibel untuk memastikan pelaksanaan program yang optimal.

Abstract

Optimal inventory management is key to the smooth production process in the manufacturing industry. Overstock and material shortages are challenges caused by fluctuations in demand and the types of materials with different characteristics. This research aims to develop a strategy for prioritizing material inventory that requires special attention compared to other inventories using AHP TOPSIS method, as well as to ensure the optimal inventory amount so that the material reorder process can be carried out accurately and efficiently using the monte carlo simulation method. The strategy used in determining the priority of reordering production materials is to establish a priority order of materials based on the level of importance. Material coil ranks first with the highest value of 0.530, followed by sheet metal, supported inv, chemical, shaft, and packaging material. Next, to determine the reorder quantity of coils using monte carlo simulation for three scenarios during the period from January to March 2025. The prediction results indicate that scenario 2 has an accuracy rate of 92%, so it is selected as the reference. The amount of coil material orders based on scenario 2 is 605,433 KGM for January, 676,097 KGM for February, and 549,784 KGM for March.
