Abstract

Penyakit degeneratif merupakan penyakit kronis yang disebabkan oleh penurunan fungsi sel-sel tubuh yang dapat dicegah dengan cara mengkonsumsi tempe yang merupakan makanan yang mengandung antioksidan tinggi. Keunggulan tempe adalah kandungan vitamin E dan senyawa antioksidannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecambah kedelai hitam dan inkubasi terhadap kadar serat, vitamin E dan aktivitas antioksidan tempe kedelai hitam. Metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Faktorial yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Tahapan yang dilakukan kecambah kedelai hitam pada waktu perkecambahan selama 18 jam, pembuatan tempe penambahan kecambah kedelai hitam (0, 10, 20, 30 dan 40 persen) dan waktu inkubasi pembuatan tempe (30, 36 dan 42 jam) yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Pengujian yang dilakukan adalah sifat kimia (kadar serat kasar, vitamin E dan aktivitas antioksidan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan interaksi antara penambahan kecambah kedelai hitam dan waktu inkubasi memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap kadar vitamin E dan aktivitas antioksidan pada tempe, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar serat kasar. Perlakuan terbaik adalah penambahan 30 persen kecambah kedelai hitam dalam waktu inkubasi selama 36 jam.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the concept of cooperation in the Sumenep area, Madura and the practice of cooperation are analyzed with Islamic law.This study uses qualitative research, and this type of research uses analysis with a sociological normative approach. Where the approach used in this study is to use secondary data and primary data from books, interviews and other materials. This normative approach is about the implementation of normative legal provisions in its actions to every specific event that occurs in a society. The approach used in this writing is the sociological normative method where this normative approach examines the practice of ngowan sapeh cooperation in the perspective of Islamic law. This data analysis technique also uses data collection methods, namely by conducting observations, interviews and also recommendations in the practice of ngowan sapeh cooperation in the perspective of Islamic law. The results of this study found that the practice of ngowan sapeh cooperation in the perspective of Islamic law is a form of cooperation that occurs in the community in Aeng Tong-tong Village, in general, the Aeng Tong-tong community is more cooperative in raising cows (ngowan sapeh) because raising cows has become a common phenomenon in the community in satisfying their own lives and their families.

Abstract

This study aimed to test the relationship between job demand, work meaningfulness, and turnover intention with job stress as a mediating variable. A population of 1310 officers from a government unit were asked to complete questionnaires (which consisted of 32 questions adapted from previous research) employing a cross-sectional study approach. The final sample consisted of 383 responses, and regression analysis with Macro PROCESS was used to test the hypotheses. The findings indicate that job stress was positively correlated with job demands, but negatively correlated with work meaningfulness. Further, this study found that job stress positively correlated with turnover intention and was a mediating variable in the relationship between job demand, work meaningfulness, and turnover intention. This study implies that to lower turnover intention, organizations may decrease job demand and stress levels and improve work meaningfulness.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the factors influencing the quality of the Pembinaan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (PSMK) website using a user satisfaction approach. The PSMK website is a critical component of the Education Management Information System; however, users often encounter issues related to information quality, ease of interaction, usability, and interface design. These challenges may hinder the effectiveness of technology-based educational services. As a solution, this study employs the Modified WebQual 4.0 method to analyze four key aspects: information quality, interaction, usability, and interface design. Data were collected through a survey of 100 PSMK website users and analyzed using multiple linear regression. This approach helps identify the most significant factors influencing user satisfaction. The results indicate that all four factors—information quality, interaction, usability, and interface design—positively and significantly affect user satisfaction. Enhancing these aspects can significantly improve the user experience. These findings provide valuable insights for educators and policymakers to improve the quality of the PSMK website, support more effective educational services, and promote the integration of technology in vocational education. By addressing these factors, the PSMK website can better support the achievement of educational goals at the vocational school level.

Abstract

Diabetes Melitus (DM) adalah penyakit tidak menular yang sulit disembuhkan dan dapat menyebabkan kematian jika tidak dikelola dengan tepat. Konseling farmasi kepada pasien DM dapat meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap penyakit, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan efektivitas pengobatan baik secara farmakologis maupun non-farmakologis, serta memperbaiki kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji dampak konseling farmasi terhadap kualitas hidup dan kadar gula darah pasien DM tipe 2 sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan kuasi-eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah kuesioner Diabetes Quality of Life Clinical Trial Questionnaire (DQLCTQ) untuk menilai kualitas hidup, serta pemeriksaan kadar gula darah sewaktu sebagai parameter klinis. Sebanyak 23 responden dipilih secara purposive sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi. Hasil analisis menggunakan paired sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa konseling farmasi berdampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien, dengan rata-rata skor meningkat dari 188,70 menjadi 206,17 (p = 0,00). Selain itu, terjadi penurunan rerata kadar gula darah sewaktu dari 337,91 mg/dL menjadi 285,17 mg/dL setelah intervensi (p = 0,00). Dengan demikian, konseling farmasi terbukti berperan positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan menurunkan kadar gula darah sewaktu pada pasien DM tipe 2 di Puskesmas Palimanan, Kabupaten Cirebon.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of psychological capital (PsyCap) on happiness at work (HAW) and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), while exploring the mediating role of HAW. Using data from 1,236 employees of a public financial organization in Indonesia, this research applied confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM). The results show that PsyCap significantly enhances OCB, both directly and indirectly through HAW. These findings highlight the critical role of emotional well-being as a psychological pathway that connects personal resources to positive work behavior. By adopting the Broaden-and-Build Theory, this study provides new insights into the mechanisms that promote extra-role behaviors in the workplace, particularly in public sector organizations. It also emphasizes the practical importance of developing PsyCap and fostering happiness at work to support organizational success.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi akuntansi Mudharabah sesuai dengan PSAK 405 pada produk Tabungan Haji iB Maslahah di Bank Jabar Banten Syari’ah Kantor Cabang Pembantu Majalaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya penerapan standar akuntansi syari’ah dalam meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan kepatuhan terhadap prinsip syari’ah dalam praktik penghimpunan dana perbankan syari’ah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui empat tahapan: studi pendahuluan, pengumpulan data, analisis, serta evaluasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data diperoleh melalui studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tabungan Haji iB Maslahah menggunakan akad Mudharabah Mutlaqah dengan skema nasabah sebagai shahibul maal dan bank sebagai mudharib. Proses pencatatan, pengakuan, serta penyajian transaksi sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan PSAK 405, terutama terkait pembagian nisbah keuntungan, serta pengungkapan informasi yang jelas dan relevan. Selain itu, produk ini memiliki daya tarik kompetitif seperti bebas biaya administrasi, pendaftaran haji sejak dini melalui integrasi dengan SISKOHAT, dan kemudahan transaksi digital. Temuan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi PSAK 405 pada produk Tabungan Haji iB Maslahah tidak hanya memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar akuntansi syari’ah, tetapi juga memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap layanan perbankan syari’ah Kata Kunci: Akuntansi Mudharabah, Perbankan Syari’ah, PSAK 405, Tabungan Haji Abstract This study aims to analyze the implementation of Mudharabah accounting in accordance with PSAK 405 on the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings product at Bank Jabar Banten Syari’ah Majalaya Branch Office. The background of this study is based on the importance of implementing sharia accounting standards in improving transparency, accountability, and compliance with sharia principles in the practice of collecting Islamic banking funds. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through four stages: preliminary study, data collection, analysis, and evaluation and drawing conclusions. Data were obtained through documentation studies, interviews, and relevant literature reviews. The results of the study indicate that iB Maslahah Hajj Savings uses a Mudharabah Mutlaqah contract with a scheme of the customer as shahibul maal and the bank as mudharib. The process of recording, recognizing, and presenting transactions is in accordance with the provisions of PSAK 405, especially regarding profit sharing ratio, and clear and relevant information disclosure. In addition, this product has competitive attractions such as free administration fees, early hajj registration through integration with SISKOHAT, and ease of digital transactions. The findings of this study confirm that the implementation of PSAK 405 on the iB Maslahah Hajj Savings product not only ensures compliance with sharia accounting standards, but also strengthens public trust in sharia banking services Keywords: Mudharabah Accounting, Islamic Banking, PSAK 405, Hajj Savings.

Abstract

Gerakan boikot terhadap produk pro-Israel telah mempengaruhi secara signifikan pasar kopi di Indonesia, khususnya mengenai penjualan Starbucks sebagai merek yang diduga sebagai pendukung Israel dan kopi lokal seperti Kopi Janji Jiwa yang menjadi alternatif produk yang di boikot. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur untuk menganalisis dampak boikot ini terhadap sektor kopi di Indonesia. Ditemukan bahwa gerakan boikot telah menyebabkan penurunan drastis dalam penjualan dan harga saham Starbucks di Indonesia setelah gerakan boikot dimulai. Di sisi lain, merek kopi lokal seperti Kopi Janji Jiwa mengalami peningkatan penjualan yang signifikan, mencerminkan preferensi konsumen untuk mendukung produk lokal dan menghindari produk yang terkait dengan Israel. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa industri kopi Indonesia secara keseluruhan mengalami manfaat dari gerakan boikot ini, dengan peningkatan permintaan terhadap kopi lokal dan produk-produk lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana gerakan sosial dapat mempengaruhi perekonomian lokal di negara dengan perekonomian terbuka seperti Indonesia, serta implikasinya terhadap strategi bisnis perusahaan-perusahaan global yang terlibat dalam kontroversi politik internasional.

Abstract

The government pays attention to vocational education, including vocational high schools (SMK). The aim of the various programs that have been launched by the government is to produce graduates who are able to meet industry needs. Bintang Nusantara Vocational School offers skills competency education such as AKL, OTKP, ​​Multimedia with graduates ready to work, become entrepreneurs or continue their education. To achieve this, the education and learning process must refer to and comply with the applicable curriculum in accordance with the school's vision, mission and goals. Subjects that discuss Digital Marketing teach how to market via the internet. This marketing can be done through web pages or using the social media provided. By doing business online, of course it will be easier and will not require a lot of costs, to rent a shophouse, buy stock, pay employees and so on. Carrying out online buying and selling activities requires special skills to achieve success. So we are hereby proposing this PkM activity with the theme of building Soft Skills for Bintang Nusantara Vocational School students through training in optimizing live shopee management for marketing content. The presentation by the resource person and then continuing to practice the features available on Shopee live streaming is expected to increase knowledge regarding online selling skills in a good and structured manner.
