Abstract

Permasalahan keterampilan menulis pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia di SD Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantoro adalah siswa masih kesulitan untuk memulai menulis, menemukan ide, dan mengorganisasikan karangan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji keefektifan model examples non examples daripada model konvensional terhadap keterampilan menulis karangan narasi pada siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantoro Kabupaten Sragen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen semu bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantoro Kabupaten Sragen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan insidental sampling sebagai kelas eksperimen, kontrol, dan uji coba. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji kesamaan rata-rata, uji hipotesis, dan uji n gain. Hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan nilai t hitung adalah 2,268; nilai t tabel dengan df 42 adalah 1,648; data tersebut menunjukan bahwa t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka Ha diterima. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah model examples non examples lebih efektif daripada model konvensional terhadap keterampilan menulis karangan deskripsi pada siswa kelas IV SD Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantoro Kabupaten Sragen. ABSTRACT The problem of the Indonesian language subject of writing skill in group of Ki Hajar Dewantoro Elementary School is that students still find difficulties to begin writing, discovering ideas, and organising essays. The purpose of this research is to test the effectiveness of “examples non examples” rather than “the konvensional model” on the student description essay writing skill at fourth-grade in group of Ki Hajar Dewantoro Elementary School, Sragen Regency. The type of this research is quasi experimental research with nonequivalent control group design. The population of this research is all fourth-grade students in group of Hasanuddin Elementary School, Batang Regency. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling as the experimental, control, and trial class. Data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test, average equality test, hypothesis test, and n gain test. Hypothesis test results obtained that t count value is 2.268; t table value with df 42 is 1.648. The data shows that t count is greater than t table so that Ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted. The conclusion of this research is the mind mapping model is more effective than the example non example model on the student description essay writing skill at fourth-grade in group of Ki Hajar Dewantoro Elementary School, Sragen Regency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan media pembelajaran matematika berbasis Sparkoll Videoscribe dengan kriteria yang memenuhi validasi, efektif, dan praktis pada materi pokok trigonometri. Jenis yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah penelitian dan pengembangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X SMAN 8 Maros, dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 71 orang peserta didik terdiri dari 35 peserta didik dari kelas X MIPA 2 dan 36 peserta didik dari kelas X IPS 2. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran matematika berbasis videoscribe pada materi pokok trigonometri. Berdasarkan hasil angket validasi dan respons peserta didik mengenai kelayakan dan kemenarikan video pembelajaran diperoleh rata-rata 2.745 oleh ahli materi, dan 2,8 oleh ahli media sedangkan hasil angket respons peserta didik pada skala uji coba X MIPA 2 diperoleh rata-rata 2,924 dengan kriteria “menarik” sedangkan X IPS 2 diperoleh rata-rata 2,885 dengan kriteria “menarik”. Berdasarkan hasil uji efektivitas Adapun hasil perhitungan dari Posttest X MIPA 2 yaitu nilai rata-rata 81,2 dan X IPS 2 yaitu nilai rata-rata 80,2. Tersebut menunjukkan bahwa video pembelajaran yang dikembangkan layak dan efektif digunakan sebagai bahan ajar untuk membantu peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil dari uji dapat diketahui bahwa metode Research and Development (R&D) dapat mengembangkan media pembelajaran sparkoll videoscribe karena dapat membantu peserta didik dalam memahami pelajaran yang ada dan bisa digunakan di masa pandemi saat ini.

Abstract

Changes in software development are unavoidable and can occur due to changing needs of users, stakeholders, and the presence of new technologies. Analysis of the impact of changes greatly affects the cost and time of project work that can affect the success of the project. With the analysis, can help reduce the impact caused. Therefore, proper change management in software development projects is required. In this paper we present a review of the need for change management in software development. The writing of this paper is done to answer the problems that arise based on the discussion of the journals studied. The problems include: 1. what are the causes of change management, 2. What is the impact of change? 3. What methods can be used to cope with change? 4. What tools can be used to cope with change? The method used in writing this review is to draw conclusions based on the discussion obtained from the grouping of journals related to change management and the need for change management sourced from ScienceDirect and IEEE. The results obtained from this review are to answer four questions that arise and draw conclusions about the methods and tools that are often used in large case studies in change management. The method that is often used to support the management of requirements change is Requirements Change Management (RCM). RCM consists of 3 stages (1) Understanding changes (2) Analysis of changes and (3) Finalizing changes to this method can be assisted with web tools. The web is often used to support change management needs because it can be used to manage quantitative and qualitative data. Abstract

The process of scheduling replacement classes is a crucial activity in a university environment. This task is performed when events occur that result in the cancellation of scheduled classes, such as a teacher's unavailability, emergency situations, and others. The manual approach to scheduling replacement classes often takes a long time, lacks efficiency, and is prone to errors. Therefore, an efficient system for scheduling replacement classes is needed. The Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology is used for the analysis, which includes various diagrams such as use case diagrams, use case scenarios, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams.

Abstract

The student entrepreneurship data application is an innovative solution to enhance entrepreneurship's efficiency and development within the higher education environment. In an increasingly competitive era, entrepreneurship has become crucial in harnessing students' potential to create job opportunities and drive economic growth. This application is designed to facilitate collecting, processing and analysing data related to student entrepreneurship across various universities. Integrated and systematic data management will assist educational institutions in monitoring the progress of student entrepreneurship, identifying trends and patterns, and taking strategic measures to support entrepreneurial activities. Key features of this application include student entrepreneurship registration, collection of individual and business profile data, document archiving, and the generation of entrepreneurship reports and analysis. Students can register themselves as entrepreneurs and provide information about their ongoing or past business ventures. Faculty, counsellors, and other relevant parties can then utilise this data to provide appropriate guidance, training, and support. Furthermore, the application provides various data analysis and visualization tools, aiding in identifying untapped business trends and opportunities. Information regarding business types, success rates, and challenges student entrepreneurs face will provide valuable insights to universities in developing curricula, programs, and entrepreneurship development activities. With the student entrepreneurship data application, it is expected that educational institutions can optimize their role in supporting student entrepreneurship. The information collected through this application can be utilized to track progress, identify new needs and opportunities, and design appropriate strategies to enhance students' success in their entrepreneurial endeavours.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding Schools is the oldest Islamic education institution in Indonesia, with efforts to increase the morale of students. Baiturrahman Islamic Boarding School contributes to shaping the character of the students by acting as a). maintainer of Islamic culture b). training of prospective scholars. So that this contribution fosters the character values ​​of the santri, including: humility, independence, tolerance, peace-loving, cooperation, deliberation, responsibility, patience and concern. Baiturrahman Islamic Boarding School also has supporting factors and inhibiting factors in shaping the character of the students. Supporting factors include internal factors from within the students themselves and external factors from the community environment. While the inhibiting factors of the Baiturrahman Islamic Boarding School are also from within the students themselves and the community environment as well as the facilities of the Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan refleksi kerusuhan Mei 1998 dalam novel Pulang karya Leila S. Chudori sehingga terlihat kronologi kerusuhan Mei 1998 yang disajikan penulis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan historis yang dikemukakan oleh Nyoman Kutha Ratna, yaitu karya sastra sebagai representasi tradisi pada zamannya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penyajian data penelitian secara deskriptif dengan kata-kata. Teknik baca dan catat digunakan untuk memperoleh data penelitian yang bersumber dari novel Pulang karya Leila S. Chudori. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) kerusuhan Mei 1998 yang direfleksi oleh penulis dan sesuai dengan fakta; 2) gerakan mahasiswa 1998 yang terdiri dari aksi damai dan mimbar bebas di Universitas Trisakti serta demonstrasi di depan gedung MPR/DPR; 3) faktor terjadinya kerusuhan Mei 1998 yang terdiri dari krisis moneter dan tragedi Trisakti; dan 4) pengunduran diri Presiden Soeharto yang direfleksi oleh penulis dan sesuai dengan fakta.

Abstract

Advances in information technology, especially in digital-based services, have created potential business opportunities, including in the provision of handyman services that are easily accessible to the public. This has encouraged PT Semen Indonesia Distributor to develop a new business in the provision of handyman services. To facilitate public access and interaction, a website is needed that functions as a portal for information services for handyman services. Therefore, this prototype is designed to help users choose the right handyman services and provide information related to services, prices, and locations of handymen. The User Centered Design UCD method is used to ensure that the website design is in accordance with user needs and convenience, and provides more efficient interactions. This study uses a research and development (R&D) approach with a technology readiness level (TKT) of 6. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews with five respondents from the information communication technology and digital marketing divisions of PT SID. Based on the results of the needs analysis, the prototype was developed using the Figma tool, starting from making wireframes to high fidelity prototypes. The evaluation was carried out using the Black Box Testing method to test the functionality on the main pages such as Home, Our services, products, profiles, articles, and choose us, and the results showed that all features had run according to the specified specifications and according to user expectations.

Abstract

This research aims to redesign the CV Sentosa Abadi Steel website to improve the quality of appearance, ease of access to information, and user satisfaction. The approach used in the design process is the Double Diamond framework which consists of four stages: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. In addition, the website development process is carried out using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Prototyping model, which is iterative and involves direct feedback from internal company parties. The Discover stage is done through observation of the old website, and interviews with the CEO and marketing staff. The Define stage is used to formulate system requirements. At the Develop stage, researchers created wireframes and mockups that were adjusted based on the validation results. The Deliver stage is the process of finalizing the design that is ready to be implemented. Implementation is done through the WordPress platform with the help of plugins such as Elementor, Blocksy, and WPForms. Evaluation was carried out using the usability testing method based on five indicators from Nielsen, namely Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error, and Satisfaction, which were measured through questionnaires to five regular customers of CV SAS. The test results show an average score of 3.68 on a scale of 4, which is categorized as Very Good, so it can be concluded that the website has fulfilled the usability aspects and is ready to be used as a medium for company information and promotion.

Abstract

The application of integrated learning to develop the creativity of elementary school students through an approach that integrates several subjects into one related learning topic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of integrated learning in increasing the creativity of elementary school students. This study used a qualitative method with a library research approach. The results showed that there were two major themes studied. The theme is the implementation of integrated learning and student creativity.
