Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengenalisis bagaimana pemberdayaan dan pemanfaatan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) pada PT. Pelindo Regional 4 (Persero). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa studi lapangan dengan wawancara dengan pihak terkait. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari data premierdan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dengan menelaah dokemen dan literatur yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian, data yang diperoleh dan dianalisis secara kualitatif yaitu dengan menjelaskan permasalahan permasalahan yang dibahas dalam skripsi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Corporate Social Responsibility pada PT. Pelindo Regional 4 program Tanggung Jawab Social dan Lingkungan. Belum Efektif. Hal ini disebabkan dengan masih adanya sisa dana Tanggung Jawab Sosial perusahaan yang tidak direalisasikan kemudian beberapa kegiatan lebih banyak diharuskan melalui pengajuan proposal terlebih dahulu, sehingga perusahaan pasifdalam menelaah kebutuhan dan keinginan masyarakat sekitar perusahaan

Abstract

Makna Simbolik Komunikasi Budaya Dalam Tradisi Kamba-Kambano Dho Gaa Pada Masyarakat Rumpun Bombonawulu, Kecamatan GU, Kabupaten Buton Tengah Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui makna simbolik dalam tradisi kamba-kambano dho gaa pada masyarakat Rumpun Bombonawulu, Kecamatan GU, Kabupaten Buton Tengah. (2) Untuk mengetahui bentuk komunikasi budaya dalam tradisi kamba-kambano dho gaa (pernikahan) pada masyarakat Rumpun Bombonawulu, Kecamatan GU, Kabupaten Buton Tengah. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara semiterstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian adalah tiga tokoh adat dan dua masyarakat yang terlibat dalam proses pelaksanaan tradisi kamba-kambano dho gaa. Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan teknik analisis data dari Miles dan Huberman menggunakan tiga teori yaitu teori interaksi simbolis, teori semiotika, dan teori folklor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Tradisi Kamba-Kambano Dho Gaa bagi masyarakat Rumpun Bombonawulu dilakukan saat seorang anak laki-laki secara biologis sudah memiliki dasar-dasar kemampuan jasmani berupa ketangkasan dan randaa. Bagi anak perempuan ditandai dengan telah mengalami masa haid dan telah memiliki kemampuan membantu atau mengurus rumah tangga. dalam prosesi pelaksanaan tradisi Kamba-Kambano Dho Gaa dilakukan tahap demi tahap. Seperti tahap nofecilae (mengintip), Feenagho losa (menyampaikan lamaran), de owa losa (membawa lamaran), persiapan isi gambi pernikahan, pengantaran gambi, do kala powowo (pergi tinggal), haroa (baca doa), mo’ato (akad nikah), fewaniu ae (mencuci kaki), dengkoha do kawi (duduk kawin), kafeinao no pakawi (nasehat dan ijab qabul), pesua lambu moane (kerumah suami). Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui Strategi Komunikasi Kesehatan dalam penanganan covid-19 pada Perusahaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap Belang-Belang, untuk mengetahui Program Penanganan covid-19 di Perusahaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap Belang-Belang. Penelitian ini berlangsung selama kurang lebih satu bulan berlokasi di Perusahaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap Belang-Belang. Adapun Informan penelitian adalah, Manajer HSE (Health, Security and Environment), Kepala Klinik, Pekerja Puskesmas, Staff Klinik, Staff HSE, Staff HRD, Karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif Deskriptif. Menggunakan Metode Wawancara, Observasi, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Startegi Komunikasi Kesehatan yang diberlakukan dalam penanganan covid-19 pada Perusahaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap Belang-Belang dipatuhi dengan baik. Adanya Edukasi, Pemberitahuan melalui spanduk, banner, dan melakukan tes pengisian Instrumen Self Assessment Risiko Covid- 19 serta penerapan protokol kesehatan yang baik. Program Penanganan covid-19 di Perusahaan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap Belang-Belang memaksimalkan 3T (tracing, testing, dan treatment), menyediakan mess untuk keperluan isolasi ketika karyawan dinyatakan terkonfirmasi covid-19, memenuhi kebutuhan obat, asupan vitamin dan makanan. Serta, melaksankan program vaksinasi sebagai bentuk penanganan dan pencegahan covid-19.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was (1) to determine the relationship between the intensity of gadget media use and speech delay in children under five in the Pannampu sub-district, Makassar City. (2) To determine the level of speech delay in children under five aged 2-5 years in Pannampu Makassar Village. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. And this type of research is analytic observational with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all children aged 2-5 years.. This research lasted for one month and was located in Pannampu village. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires and KPSP. The results of this study indicate that the intensity of gadget use on speech delays based on research from fifty respondents, most of whom are male, namely 34 people with a percentage of 68%, and based on age the highest is 25 people at the age of 4-5 years with a percentage 50%, and based on the intensity of the use of gadgets on speech delay in toddlers where there are 28% of toddlers who experience speech delay under study, this is from the results of the chi square test analysis obtained that the value of p = 0.000 < value a = 0.05 which means that there is a relationship between the intensity of media use gadgets against speech delay in toddlers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is determine the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy in the home renovation allocation program to improve the image of the company PT Semen Tonasa Pangkep, and determine the implementation of CSR to improve the image of a company. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Using Interview, Observation, and Documentation methods. This research lasted for approximately one month located at PT Semen Tonasa Pangkep. The research informants from Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) unit and staff of PT Semen Tonasa Pangkep and also the people who received assistance from the house renovation program. The results of this study indicate that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy in the home renovation program is to improve the image of the PT Semen Tonasa Pangkep company, namely using Bottom Up through LCO or village forums by providing proposals to the company to be approved by the company. And the impact of the implementation of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program is a positive impact on the companys image through the community.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the phenomenon of social relations among students of the Faculty of Letters, Universitas Muslim Indonesia during the COVID-19 pandemic, and to describe the shift in social relations due to communication technology during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research lasted for one month with 6 (six) informants where they were active students of the literature faculty of the Indonesian Muslim University. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative phenomenological research. The sources of data obtained using observation and interview methods, and documentation as supporting material for data collection. In this study, the author wants to see how the shift in social relations of students whose scope of life is in contact with communication technology on a regular basis due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Social relations are part of human needs that come from the interaction process carried out. In this pandemic period, especially students, who are faced with a situation where structurally and processally experiencing changes that have an impact on the pattern of life. The Covid-19 Virus Pandemic is actually able to shift the lives of students who affect social interactions and social processes by utilizing and developing communication technology (gadgets) during the Covid-19 pandemic so that sometimes they forget their essence as social beings, namely beings who need other people.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the Communication Strategy of the Tourism Office and the Concept of Tourism Destination Development. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, with five (5) informants in this study. The data collection technique was through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the communication strategy carried out by the Tourism Office in the development of Lake Matano is to inform the public through social media or directly to the community to be involved in the development of Lake Matano. The concept of developing Lake Matano is to make Lake Matano a geogical park or geo park because Lake Matano is the deepest lake in Southeast Asia.

Abstract

This Research aims to describe the Strategy of Communication Organizational for Optimizing the Structures in PT. Pelindo Regional 4 (Persero). The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data of this research consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from interviewa, while secondry data is obtained by writing decoments and literature related to the object of research, data obtained and analyzed qualitative, namely by explaining the problems discussed in the thesis. The results of this research show that the Strategy of Communication Organizational for Optimizing the Structures in PT. Pelindo Regional 4 (Persero) has been running well, employees continue to improve their quality by improving the organization’s communication strategy. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the cultural communication of the Tompobulu village community in preserving the Karampuang custom in Bulupoddo sub-district, Sinjai district and how the traditional Karampuang traditional food is for the Tompobulu village community. This research lasted for 1 month and is located in Tompobulu Village, Bulupoddo District, Sinjai Regency. The informants in this study amounted to 4 people. The research method used is a qualitative research method with ethnographic studies with data collection techniques carried out in 2 ways, namely, primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it can be seen that the cultural communication of the Tompobulu Village community in preserving Karampuang traditional culture cannot be separated from the concept of leadership of the Karampuang indigenous people led by Arung or To Matoa with the help of Gella, Sanro and Guru. They are known by the term ade' eppa as the highest institution which is the last place in making decisions to resolve all problems in the customary area. The traditional food of the Karampuang indigenous people is to commemorate their ancestors, for mappakaraja (land, wind, fire and water) because the Karampuang people think that these four are the source of their life, as well as to strengthen the relationship between the Karampuang indigenous people and the village community tompobulu in general.
