Abstract

Mata kuliah Manajemen Kinerja merupakan mata kuliah wajib yang ditetapkan oleh Prodi Manajemen. Manajemen kinerja merupakan mata kuliah yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa untuk mampu meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, kelompok dan individu yang digerakan oleh para manajer. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan Rencana Pembelajaran Studi (RPS) Mata kuliah Manajemen Kinerja yang menerapkan metode pembelajaran studi kasus. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu studi kasus merupakan metode pembelajaran dengan menggunakan cara mengembangkan cara berfikir kritis mahasiswa untuk menemukan solusi dari kasus topik permasalahan dalam kaitannya dengan mata kuliah yang diambil. Hasil penelitian yaitu Pemanfaatan Metode Classroom Action Research (CAR) pada pembelajaran Manajemen Kinerja Prodi Manajemen FEB Universitas Jambi dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi kurang aktifnya mahasiswa dalam belajar dan minimnya penggunaan metode dan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Salah satu teknologi yang dapat membantu dalam bekerja di organisasi adalah dengan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Dengan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi maka setiap unit kerja kantor dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana efektivitas sistem komputerisasi dalam kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Kemantan sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan sistem komputerisasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam untuk mendapatkan informasi dari responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem komputerisasi merupakan salah satu fasilitas agar kelancaran tugas kerja, terbukti memberikan kemudahan. Dengan pemanfaatan komputer akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja dan efisiensi waktu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di Desa Pahlawan Belui dengan rumusan masalah penelitian bagaimana Peranan Aparatur Desa dalam mewujudkan pelayanan prima terhadap masyarakat di Desa Pahlawan Belui Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci? Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peranan aparat desa dalam mewujudkan pelayanan prima terhadap masyarakat di Desa Pahlawan Belui Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu dengan cara data-data akan dikumpulkan, disusun, diklarifikasikan, diinterpretasikan yang berdasarkan teori-teori yang ada hubungannya dengan permasalahan yang diteliti sehingga data yang diperoleh akan memberikan gambaran. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode wawancara, observasi, dan metode library research. Dimana data diperoleh melalui wawancara bebas di lapangan kepada 6 orang informan. Penelitian ini menggunakan indikator prinsip-prinsip pelayanan prima yaitu akurasi, tanggung jawab, kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana, kemudahan akses dan kedisiplinan, kesopanan, dan keramahan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, peneliti menarik kesimpulan bahwa Peranan aparatur desa Pahlawan Belui Kecamatan Depati VII Kabupaten Kerinci belum sepenuhnya optimal dalam memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat. Kurang maksimalnya dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat dikarenakan terkendala sarana dan prasarana serta etika dari birokrat dan masyarakat itu sendiri. Hal ini disebabkan karena birokrat belum siap menghadapi tuntutan masyarakat banyak dan kantor yang saat ini belum layak untuk memberikan pelayanan prima kepada publik.

Abstract

Digital transformation is one of the business strategies for improving business performance and increasing competitiveness. Leaders in organizations who have digital capabilities can become innovation leaders in their organizations. Digital transformation is very much influenced by users, so the close relationship with human aspects and intercultural relations play a big role in this change. Strengthening the digital capabilities of leaders of MSME business organizations and equipping them with intercultural competence should improve business performance. The objectives of this research are (1) to analyze the influence of digital transformation on MSME business performance; (2) analyzing the influence of digital transformation on digital leadership capability; (3) analyzing the influence of digital transformation on intercultural competences; (4) analyzing the influence of digital leadership capability on MSME business performance; (5) analyzing the influence of intercultural competences on MSME business performance; (6) analyzing the role of digital leadership capability in mediating the influence of digital transformation on MSME business performance; (7) analyze the role of intercultural competences in mediating the influence of digital transformation on MSME business performance. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurements using SmartPLS software. The research results can be concluded as follows: (1) digital transformation shows a significant positive influence on MSME business performance; (2) digital transformation shows a significant positive influence on digital leadership capability; (3) digital transformation shows a significant positive influence on intercultural competences; (4) digital leadership capability shows a significant positive influence on MSME business performance; (5) intercultural competences show a significant positive influence on MSME business performance; (5) digital leadership capability as a mediating influence of digital transformation shows a significant positive influence on MSME business performance; (6) intercultural competences as a mediating influence of digital transformation show a significant positive influence on MSME business performance

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on work productivity through work discipline as an intervening variable in the production employees of PT Berkat Sawit Utama (BSU) Batang Hari. The method used is quantitative analysis with a sample of 94 respondents selected using a simple random sampling technique from a total population of 122 employees. Data was collected through a Likert scale-based questionnaire, and analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques based on Partial Least Square (PLS) via SmartPLS 4 software. The results of the research show that: (1) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (3) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, and (4) work discipline is able to mediate the influence of the work environment on work productivity.

Abstract

The study aims to assess the direct impacts of core self-evaluation and emotional intelligence on workplace conflict and determine Diversity's mediating role in this relationship. Additionally, it seeks to understand the broader implications of these interactions for conflict management and diversity initiatives within the workplace. The research utilized a quantitative approach to distribute questionnaires to 94 lecturers to capture data on the specified variables. These results support developing targeted training programs that enhance emotional intelligence and effectively manage Diversity to mitigate workplace conflicts. Furthermore, the study advocates for organizational policies that foster inclusion, encourage open dialogue, and respect for Diversity, thereby promoting a healthy and inclusive work environment. This study contributes valuable insights into the factors influencing workplace conflict in academic settings. It highlights the crucial roles of self-evaluation, emotional intelligence, and Diversity in managing conflict and fostering a productive, inclusive workplace.

Abstract

Perkembangan zaman telah mendorong semakin banyak wanita berperan aktif di dunia kerja, termasuk sebagai pendidik. Namun, keterlibatan dalam pekerjaan sering kali menimbulkan ketegangan antara tuntutan karier dan tanggung jawab keluarga yang dikenal sebagai Work-Family Conflict. Kondisi ini dapat meningkatkan risiko stres kerja, terutama pada guru wanita yang harus menyeimbangkan peran sebagai pendidik, istri, dan ibu rumah tangga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Work-Family Conflict terhadap stres kerja dengan dukungan sosial sebagai variabel moderasi pada guru wanita SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Batang Merangin, Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kausal. Sampel berjumlah 30 guru wanita yang telah menikah, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian dan analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) menunjukkan bahwa Work-Family Conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja (β = 0,482, p-value = 0,000 < 0,05). Dukungan sosial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja (β = –0,311, p-value = 0,014 < 0,05). Selain itu, hasil uji moderasi menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial mampu memperlemah hubungan antara Work-Family Conflict dan stres kerja (β = –0,267, p-value = 0,032 < 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya dukungan sosial dari keluarga, rekan kerja, dan atasan dalam membantu guru wanita mengurangi stres akibat peran ganda. Abstract

This study examines the direct effects of core self-evaluation (CSE) and emotional intelligence (EI) on workplace conflict while exploring the mediating role of perceived workplace diversity. Grounded in organizational psychology and contextualized within a regional Indonesian university, the research adopts a quantitative design, utilizing structured questionnaires administered to 94 academic staff members at Universitas Jambi. The findings indicate that neither CSE nor EI has a statistically significant direct effect on workplace conflict. However, EI is positively associated with diversity perception, which in turn significantly increases relational, task, and process conflict—demonstrating a mediated effect. In contrast, diversity does not mediate the relationship between CSE and conflict. These results reveal the complex interplay between individual psychological resources and organizational diversity in shaping interpersonal dynamics within higher education. The study highlights the importance of context-sensitive institutional strategies, including the integration of emotional intelligence training and inclusive workplace policies, in effectively managing diversity and mitigating conflict. It contributes to the broader discourse on academic workplace behavior by highlighting how personal dispositions and structural diversity jointly influence conflict outcomes, particularly within regional universities engaged in local development.
