Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan dukungan organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Objek penelitian ini adalah para pegawai di lingkungan Dinas Tanaman Pangan, Hortikultura dan Peternakan Provinsi Jambi. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 78 responden. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi sedangkan dukungan organisasi menunjukkan tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan. Namun dari hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan dukungan organisasi secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi yaitu sebesar 79,4 %. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 20,6 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Employee Personality in increasing Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with its impact on Employee Performance at the Regional Research and Development Agency Office of Jambi Province. This type of research is Quantitative Research with a population of 56 people from all employees of the Balitbangda Office. This data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Data analysis techniques are descriptive analysis and SEM analysis. Based on calculations using SMARTPLS version 4.0, the results show that Employee Personality has a positive and significant influence on OCB. Employee Personality has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of competence on student readiness in the face of the work world or known as the work readiness with confidence as an intervening variable. The target of this research is on Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka  (MBKM) Students Strata 1 Management Studies Program of Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Jambi. Population and sample for this study were MBKM students amounting to 190 students with the number of samples 66 students. This research is a quantitative research, the data used in this study obtained through the questionnaire method is composed. Methods of data analysis This research is descriptive statistical analysis using Structural Equantion (SEM) technique, with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a process of priority using the SmartPLS program (v.3.3.9). The results of this study prove that the competence has a positive and significant effect on the readiness of work, competence has a positive and significant influence on confidence, confidence has a positive and significant influence on work readiness, competence has positive and significant purses on work readiness through MBKM Student Strata 1 State of Management Studies Faculty of Economics and Business Universitas Jambi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of students' soft skills & hard skills in facing work readiness with self-efficacy as an intervening variable in students of the 2019 batch of Management Study Program students at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Jambi University. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all 183 students of the Bachelor of Management Study Program class of 2019 with a sample of 65 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The research data analysis method is descriptive statistical analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique, with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a processing tool using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that soft skills havent a positive andnot significant effect on work readiness, hard skills havent a positive and not significant effect on work readiness, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on work readiness, soft skills have a positive and significant effect on self-efficacy, hard skills have an effect positive and significant on self-efficacy, then soft skills have a positive and significant effect on work readiness through self-efficacy, and hard skills have a positive and significant effect on work readiness through self-efficacy.

Abstract

Digital transformation is one of the business strategies for improving business performance and increasing competitiveness. Leaders in organizations who have digital capabilities can become innovation leaders in their organizations. Digital transformation is very much influenced by users, so the close relationship with human aspects and intercultural relations play a big role in this change. Strengthening the digital capabilities of leaders of MSME business organizations and equipping them with intercultural competence should improve business performance. The objectives of this research are (1) to analyze the influence of digital transformation on MSME business performance; (2) analyzing the influence of digital transformation on digital leadership capability; (3) analyzing the influence of digital transformation on intercultural competences; (4) analyzing the influence of digital leadership capability on MSME business performance; (5) analyzing the influence of intercultural competences on MSME business performance; (6) analyzing the role of digital leadership capability in mediating the influence of digital transformation on MSME business performance; (7) analyze the role of intercultural competences in mediating the influence of digital transformation on MSME business performance. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurements using SmartPLS software. The research results can be concluded as follows: (1) digital transformation shows a significant positive influence on MSME business performance; (2) digital transformation shows a significant positive influence on digital leadership capability; (3) digital transformation shows a significant positive influence on intercultural competences; (4) digital leadership capability shows a significant positive influence on MSME business performance; (5) intercultural competences show a significant positive influence on MSME business performance; (5) digital leadership capability as a mediating influence of digital transformation shows a significant positive influence on MSME business performance; (6) intercultural competences as a mediating influence of digital transformation show a significant positive influence on MSME business performance

Abstract

Kelurahan Rajawali adalah salah satu dari sembilan kelurahan yang ada di Kecamatan Jambi Timur, dengan luas wilayah 31.060 Ha dan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 8.441 jiwa. Dari total jumlah penduduk, sekitar 60% sudah memiliki mata pencaharian dengan berbagai tingkat penghasilan. Hanya 33 % warga yang berusia diatas 15 tahun, dimana 17 % masih berada di usia sekolah dan sisanya berada di usia produktif. Jumlah penduduk terbanyak di kelurahan ini adalah perempuan, yaitu sebanyak 4.304 jiwa atau 51 % dari total penduduk yang ada, sedangkan jumlah penduduk laki – laki adalah sebanyak 4.107 jiwa atau 49 % dengan jumlah KK sebanyak 2.061 KK.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Person in Charge performance management on the efficiency of the clearance process in and out of ships with facilities and infrastructure as mediating variables at PT Pandawa Samudera Indonesia. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that the performance management of Person In Charge has a positive and significant effect on the efficiency of the clearance process in and out of the ship, the performance management of Person In Charge has a positive and significant effect on facilities and infrastructure, facilities and infrastructure have a positive and significant effect on the efficiency of the clearance process in and out of the ship, and facilities and infrastructure mediate the effect of Person In Charge performance management on the efficiency of the clearance process in and out of the ship. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen kinerja Person in Charge terhadap efisiensi proses clearance in dan out kapal dengan fasilitas dan infrastruktur sebagai variabel mediasi di PT. Pandawa Samudera Indonesia. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kinerja Person In Charge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi proses clearance in dan out kapal, manajemen kinerja Person In Charge berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap fasilitas dan infrastruktur, fasilitas dan infrastruktur berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi proses clearance in dan out kapal, dan fasilitas dan infrastruktur memediasi pengaruh manajemen kinerja Person In Charge terhadap efisiensi proses clearance in dan out kapal.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of workload on employee performance with teamwork as an intervening variable at the General Election Commission of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency. The analysis method used is quantitative analysis met hod. The population and sample are employees of the General Election Commission of Tanjung Jabung Timur Regency with a sample size of 30 employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The statistical analysis used is using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique, with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a processing tool using the SmartPLS program. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on teamwork, teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by teamwork. So it can be concluded that teamwork serves as a link between workload and employee performance.

Abstract

The growth of MSMEs should be a central focus for various stakeholders, particularly the government, as MSMEs play a vital role in driving economic growth in Indonesia, especially at the regional level such as in Jambi Province. In 2023, MSMEs in Jambi Province experienced a decline, which poses a potential threat to regional economic growth. Given this context, the performance of MSMEs must be prioritized to ensure their resilience also capacity for sustainable growth. Achieving optimal performance in meeting organizational objectives requires the implementation of corporate entrepreneurship. However, for corporate entrepreneurship to effectively enhance business performance, it must be supported by the entrepreneurial collaborative capability of business owners.A review of existing literature indicates a lack of studies investigating MSME business performance influenced by corporate entrepreneurship through the mediating role of entrepreneurial collaborative capability. Accordingly, this study aims to: (1) examine the effect of corporate entrepreneurship on MSME business performance; (2) examine the effect of corporate entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial collaborative capability; (3) examine the effect of entrepreneurial collaborative capability on MSME business performance; also (4) assess the mediating role of entrepreneurial collaborative capability in the relationship between corporate entrepreneurship also MSME business performance.This study adopts a quantitative research design to analyze the relationships also causal effects among variables. The analytical approach employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS software for data processing also hypothesis testing.
