Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dalam bentuk pelatihan kepada pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah Rumarisa Segarjelly yang berada di rumah pribadi daerah Kelurahan Kenali Besar Kecamatan Alam Barajo Kota Jambi dalam mengembangkan usahanya, sehingga dapat memudahkan untuk memahami kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen. Selain itu, adapun tujuan umum yang dicapai adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mengenai aspek marketing mix yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai dasar untuk melayani konsumen melalui proses manajemen marketing yang baik. Target dalam pengabdian ini pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah dapat mengembangkan bisnis Rumarisa Segarjelly dengan menerapkan aspek marketing mix yang baik sehingga timbulnya kepuasan para konsumen.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are : (1) To identified and analyzed the impact of the product innovation simoutanously and partially towards the decision of Batik Jambi Maryana’s purchase. (2) To identified and analyzed the most dominant variable of the product innovasion that influenced the decision of purchasing Batik Jambi Maryana. This research is held in Jambi City and its sorroundings, by doing the survey methods. The sample came from 100 people that lives in Jambi and had purchased Batik Jambi Maryana more than once. The data was processed by using multiple regression analist tools. The research shows that all variable on the product innovation has an impact to the purchase decision both simoutanously and partially. Whilst the most dominant variable are complexity and communicability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial Intellectual Capital dan Corporate Governance (Ukuran Dewan Komisaris, Komposisi Dewan Komisaris, Kepemilikan Manajerial dan Leverage) tehadap Kinerja Keuangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2020. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan intellectual capital, ukuran dewan komisaris, komposisi dewan komisaris, kepemilikan manajerial, dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sedangkan, secara parsial terlihat bahwa tidak semua variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. intellectual capital, komposisi dewan komisaris, kepemilikan manajerial, dan leverage berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan ukuran dewan komisaris tidak berpengaruh. Dengan melihat pengaruh intellectual capital dan corporate governance terhadap kinerja keuangan ini diharapkan perusahaan-perusahaan tersebut dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sehingga para investor tertarik untuk melakukan investasi.

Abstract

Digitalization in the transportation sector is a necessity. At the same time, several cities in Indonesia have already carried the concept of smart city. Jambi city government which launced the Kota Trans Capsule Bus, the first application based bus in Indonesia. The presence of the capsule bus is an innovation in public transportation with comfortable, modern, high technology and certainly supports Jambi as a smart city in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of service quality application based of Capsule Trans City Bus on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The analysis test tool used is SmartPLS v.3.3.0 and use the SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis method. The results showed that the coefficient of indirect paths through the variable (I) customer satisfaction has a vue of 0.662 is greater than the path coefficient is 0.075. this means that the service quality of application based trans Jambi City Capsule Bus affect on customer loyalty but non diretly, namely through the intervening variable customer satisfaction. It means that customer satisfaction mediates between the influence of service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial access on business performance by testing the moderation effect of financial literacy on entrepreneurial youth groups in Jambi city. Using a survey research design, the questionnaire was distributed to 252 respondents. Hypothesis testing using PLS-SEM analysis tools with Smart PLS 2.0 software. The results of the study indicate that the entire hypothesis was accepted. This proves that financial access affects the business performance of MSMEs and financial literacy acts as a moderation variable.

Abstract

In general, people today do a lot of buying and selling online through e-commerce because there is no need to go to a shopping center and transactions can be done easily and quickly. Various kinds that can be done in this online business, one of them by using an application. The most popular online shopping platform applications in Indonesia are Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, Blibli. One of the objectives of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of customer satisfaction on competitive advantage through repurchase interest as a mediating variable. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of customer satisfaction on competitive advantage mediated by repurchase interest. This means that when customers feel like making repeat purchases, customers are satisfied with the Shopee application they use and can be superior if many customers make repeat purchases. On the other hand, if the online shopping platform ignores customer satisfaction and creates customer dissatisfaction, it will affect the repurchase intention of its customers, which will have a negative impact on competitive advantage. Abstract

Media sosial saat ini banyak digunakan oleh generasi muda khususnya mahasiswa. Mahasiswa dinilai sebagai orang yang memiliki tingkat intelektualitas yang tinggi dan mempunyai perencanaan dalam bertindak. Perguruan tinggi dapat menjadi masa penemuan intelektual dan pertumbuhan kepribadian, sikap dan perilaku individunya. Dalam perkuliahan pun media sosial dapat menjadi sarana penunjang. Oleh karena itu, yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, untuk mengetahui media sosial apa yang sering digunakan sebagai sarana penunjang perkuliahan mahasiswa FEB UNJA, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana penunjang perkuliahan mahasiswa FEB UNJA, serta untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh antara sikap dan perilaku mahasiswa FEB UNJA terhadap penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana penunjang perkuliahan. Responden pada penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa FEB UNJA yang statusnya aktif pada Tahun 2021 ini. Data yang diperoleh berdasarkan jawaban kuesioner yang telah disebar secara online kepada mahasiswa FEB UNJA. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa media sosial yang sering digunakan sebagai sarana penunjang perkuliahan yaitu whatsapp. Untuk besaran kontribusi penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana penunjang perkuliahan yaitu rata-rata dalam satu hari mahasiswa FEB UNJA menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana penunjang perkuliahan lebih dari 4 jam. Berdasarkan hasil data penelitian yang telah di olah menggunakan aplikasi SMART PLS menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh signifikan positif antara sikap dan perilaku mahasiswa FEB UNJA terhadap penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana penunjang perkuliahan. Artinya media sosial juga mempunyai peran yang cukup penting terhadap sikap dan perilaku mahasiswa dalam penggunaanya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of introverted and extroverted personalities on student interest in entrepreneurship through motivation as a mediating variable. This research method is quantitative. Respondents in this study were undergraduate students at Jambi University. The data analysis method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using the Smart PLS application. The results showed that there was an influence of introverted personality on students' interest in entrepreneurship through motivation as a mediating variable and there was no effect of extroverted personality on students' interest in entrepreneurship through motivation as a mediating variable. Abstract

Currently is the era of digitalization where all buying and selling transactions can be carried out digitally. Based on this, there is still a lack of business actors who utilize digital sales and create digital financial reports. One of the micro and small businesses in the city of Jambi that has not yet carried out digital transformation is the Salsa 717 Kerupuk & Kemplang. Business actors still use non-digital methods in their financial bookkeeping. Therefore, this service aims to provide assistance and training in creating digital financial bookkeeping, as well as digital payment methods. Planned activities that will be implemented include providing training and direct assistance to business actors. The results of this PPM activity are: UMKM business actors can face digital transformation by implementing digital financial bookkeeping and digital payment methods, and can increase the value and quality of UMKM

Abstract

Batik Rindani is one of the businesses engaged in the manufacture and sale of Jambi Batik that has been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Sustainable innovation is needed by business actors and Jambi Batik craftsmen. The purpose of this service activity is to provide knowledge about adaptive innovation strategies after Covid-19. The method used was presentation and discussion between the owner of Batik Rindani and the community service team. The results of the community service activities that have been carried out by the team at UMKM Batik Rindani are the addition of knowledge for the owner to innovate both in terms of products and in terms of sales, namely by utilizing social media in promoting and receiving online orders. Product innovation has also been carried out by Batik Rindani not by creating new motifs but also by making jackets, bags, sandals, jeans, and t-shirts with Jambi Batik motifs. The innovation offered by the team is the making of cellphone cases with Jambi Batik motifs.Batik Rindani merupakan salah satu usaha yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan dan penjualan Batik Jambi, yang tidak terlepas dari dampak pandemik Covid-19. Inovasi berkelanjutan sangat dibutuhkan oleh para pelaku usaha dan pengrajin Batik Jambi. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai strategi inovasi adaptif pasca Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemaparan dan diskusi antara pemilik Batik Rindani dan tim pengabdian. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah penambahan pengetahuan bagi pemilik UMKM untuk berinovasi, baik dari sisi produk maupun dari sisi penjualannya. Dengan memanfaatkan media sosial dalam mempromosikan dan menerima pemesanan secara online. Inovasi produk juga telah dilakukan oleh Batik Rindani tidak dengan membuat motif baru, tetapi juga dengan membuat jaket, tas, sandal, jeans, dan kaos yang bermotif Batik Jambi. Inovasi yang ditawarkan tim adalah pembuatan casing HP bermotif Batik Jambi.
