Abstract

Kompetensi guru dalam mengajar di kelas ternyata masih rendah, karena kurangnya persiapan perangkat pembelajaran sebelum masuk ke kelas dan adanya pola pikir konvensional. Penelitian tindakan sekolah ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam proses pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar melalui penerapan supervisi akademik. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 12 guru SD. Penelitian dilakukan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi/evaluasi, dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kompetensi guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Pada prasiklus, tingkat kompetensi guru sebesar 65,19%, tergolong cukup. Pada siklus I, meningkat menjadi 68,06%, juga tergolong cukup. Namun, pada siklus II, terjadi peningkatan yang lebih baik, mencapai 78,06%, yang tergolong baik. Dari peningkatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan supervisi akademik efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di SD. Supervisi akademik membantu guru-guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik mereka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar Peserta Didik kelas X IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Kempo tahun pelajaran 2023/2024 melalui penerapan Model Pembelajaran PjBL Menggunakan Metode Pemberian tugas (resitasi). Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan partisipasif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi partisipan dan tes tertulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa penerapan Model Pembelajaran PjBL Dengan Menggunakan metode pemberian tugas (resitasi) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar Peserta Didik. Hal ini didukung dengan data penelitian yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan persentase ketuntasan tes tertulis yang dilakukan pada pertemuan kedua. Pada saat siklus I, ketuntasan Peserta Didik hanya 50%, setelah dilaksanakan tindakan siklus II, ketuntasan prestasi belajar mencapai 100%. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran PjBL Menggunakan metode pemberian tugas (resitasi) juga dapat meningkatkan indikator prestasi belajar Peserta Didik kelas X IPA 3 SMA Negeri 1 Kempo Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Indikator prestasi belajar Peserta Didik terdiri dari kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor. Pada siklus II skor akhir indikator prestasi belajar Peserta Didik mencapai 88% sehingga berada pada kriteria sangat baik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the increase in learning outcomes, student participation, and student creativity in science and science subjects through the Mind Mapping method at SD Negeri 03 Kanigoro Madiun. This type of research uses classroom action research. This research consists of 2 cycles of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 27 class IV students. The IPAS material used is "human needs" for cycle I and "money as a means of payment" for cycle II. Data collection techniques using observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative data (tests) and qualitative data (non-tests through observation). The success indicator for this research for the test to reach the KKM is 75. The results of participation and creativity are measured from the results of observations in the form of percentages, with success criteria above 76%. The research results showed that the average student learning outcome from pre-research was 67, in cycle I with an average of 72, and in cycle II, the average learning outcome value rose to 84. There was an increase in student learning participation from pre-research at 60%, cycle I was 72%, and cycle II at 85%. Increased student creativity has increased, as seen from pre-research at 70%, cycle I at 75%, and cycle II at 90%. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the mind-mapping learning method can improve learning outcomes, learning participation, and student creativity.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in developing students' spiritual intelligence at MTs Darul Ishlah Lendang Batah, Praya. Islamic Religious Education is a vital instrument in shaping students' character and spiritual values. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data are obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consist of PAI teachers, the school principal, and students.The results show that PAI significantly contributes to enhancing students' spiritual intelligence through the integration of Islamic values into learning activities. The implemented learning processes include activities such as practicing congregational prayers, reciting the Qur'an, discussing moral values, and reinforcing noble character. Furthermore, the role of teachers as role models in providing motivation and spiritual guidance greatly influences the character development of students. However, there are challenges in its implementation, such as the lack of support from family environments and diverse societal conditions.Nevertheless, collaborative efforts between schools, parents, and the community can serve as a solution to these challenges. This research concludes that Islamic Religious Education at MTs Darul Ishlah Lendang Batah effectively develops students' spiritual intelligence through a holistic and contextual approach.

Abstract

Abstrak Sosialisasi Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dan Supervisi Pendidikan dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk membantu pimpinan yayasan, kepala sekolah, guru, dan mahasiswa  pendidikan sejarah dalam mengembangkan pengelolaan sekolah dan Pondok Pesantren. Mempersiapkan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan untuk mewujudkan solusi yang ditawarkan dilaksanakan secara bersama anggota tim pengusul dengan mitra. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan di Sekolah MTs- IT Pondok Pesantren Assohwah Al-Islamiyah Gerung Lombok Barat. Pelaksanaan kegiatan diadakan  pada tanggal 09 Juli 2024,  selama 1 hari yang dihadiri oleh 25 orang yang dihadiri oleh pimpinan yayasan, kepala sekolah, guru dan mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah. Pembahasan materi yang disampaikan bermanfaat untuk mengingkatkan kembali menajemen berbasis sekolah dan pengelolaan sekolah yang lebih baik.  Kegiatan dapat peningkatan mutu pelayanan pendidikan di sekolah dan pimpinan yayasan dan kepala sekolah perlu memperhatikan unsur pengelola pendidikan untuk menentukan kemajuan sekolah. Kata Kunci:  sosialisasi manajemen; supervisi pendidikan; Assohwah Al-Islamiyah AbstractThe Socialization of School-Based Management and Educational Supervision was a resounding success. It helped foundation leaders, principals, teachers, and history education students develop school management and Islamic boarding schools.The proposing team and partners collaboratively prepared and implemented activities to realize the offered solutions. These activities were implemented at the MTs-IT School of Assohwah Al-Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School in Gerung, West Lombok. The event took place on July 9, 2024, spanning a single day, and was attended by 25 individuals, including foundation leaders, principals, teachers, and history education students.The discussion of the material presented proved to be invaluable in enhancing school-based management and improving the quality of education services in schools. It is imperative for foundation leaders and school principals to prioritize the elements of education management to effectively assess school progress. Keywords: management socialization; education supervision; Assohwah Al-Islamiyah

Abstract

AbstrakEdukasi Pengenalan Sejarah Lokal Rumah Adat Langgar Tua Karang Bayan dan Pura Lingsar kepada mahasiswa pendidikan sejarah bertujuan  untuk  membantu masyarakat mempromosikan keberadaan peninggalan atau warisan sejarah sejarah lokal dan mengkaji secara mendalam bentuk struktur, fungsi dan makna yang terkandung di dalam nilai-nilai filosofis.  Setiap masyarakat harus memiliki rasa tanggung jawab  terhadap warisan budaya dan sikap peduli untuk melestarikan cakar budaya. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk  meningkatkan  pengetahuan dan wawasan mahasiswa dan masyarakat mengenai pelestarian cakar budaya. Tingkat kependulian dan peran serta masyarakat dalam bidang pelestarian cakar budaya sudah cukup tinggi, tetapi tingkat kependulian  tersebut masih perlu ditingkatkan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi pengetahuan  dan perilaku secara terus menerus serta mendorong aktivitas atau tindakan nayata secara meluas dalam usaha melindungi  cakar budaya. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dan targetyang telah ditetapkan adalah dengan cara melaksanakan observasi ketempat warisan budaya  budaya  dan mempelajari sejarah dan makna yang terkandung di dalamnya Hasil dari kegiatan edukasi pengenalan tempat sejarah lokal sebagai cakar budaya dapat memberikan wawasan ilmu pengetahuan, memahami sejarah, fungsi dan makna warisan budaya. Masyarakat dan mahasiswa sejarah antusias mengikuti  kegiatan pengenalan sejarah lokal Rumah Adat Langgar tua desa Karang Bayan dan Pura Linsar Kecamatan Lingsar Kabupaten Lombok Barat.  Kata kunci: Pengenalan sejarah lokal; rumah adat langgar tua; pura lingsar.    AbstractLocal History Introduction Education of the Old Langgar Karang Bayan Customary House and Lingsar Temple to history education students aims to help the community promote the existence of local historical heritage or historical heritage and examine in depth the form of structure, function and meaning contained in philosophical values.  Every community must have a sense of responsibility for cultural heritage and a caring attitude to preserve cultural claws. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge and understanding of students and the community regarding the preservation of cultural heritage. The level of concern and community participation in the field of cultural claw preservation is quite high, but the level of concern still needs to be increased so that it can influence knowledge and behavior continuously and encourage activities or nayata actions widely in an effort to protect cultural claws. The method used to achieve the goals and objectives that have been set is by conducting observations to the place of cultural heritage and studying the history and meaning contained in it. The results of the educational activities of introducing local historical places as cultural claws can provide insights into science, understanding the history, function and meaning of cultural heritage. The community and history students enthusiastically participated in the introduction of local history of the old Langgar traditional house in Karang Bayan village and Linsar Temple, Lingsar district, West Lombok Regency.  Keywords: introduction to local history; old langgar traditional house; lingsar temple.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the character education of students in forming an Islamic Generation at IT Junior High School which will form students' noble morals. The research method used in this research is the kuliatatif method. Extracting data from direct observation, interview sources as information from the principal, teachers, students and documentation. Data analysis uses the theory of Miles and Hubermen which has several procedures in analyzing data, namely; data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data conclusion/verification. The results showed that student character education, can be seen from honesty, responsibility, care for the environment, relationships with parents, care for rules, discipline and the habit of praying in congregation, has a significant influence on the creation of a positive learning environment at IT Junior High School. Character education can help students be more productive in learning, more organized, and more responsible for academic tasks. Schools should continuously integrate character education on honesty and responsibility in the curriculum and extracurricular activities to strengthen values such as honesty, responsibility, discipline, and care for the environment. Teachers always set a good example in terms of honesty and responsibility at school and reward students who show positive behavior. Parents also play an active role in educating children about the importance of honesty and responsibility, both at home and in their daily lives.Abstrak: Penelitian ini sangat penting karena pendidikan karakter memiliki peran yang sangat krusial dalam membentuk generasi Islami yang memiliki akhlak mulia di SMP IT, pendidikan karakter tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kecerdasan akademik, tetapi juga untuk membentuk sikap dan perilaku yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam. Metode penelitian yang yang mengunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuliatatif. Mengali data dari observasi langsung, wawancara narasumber sebagai informasi kepala sekolah, terdapat 5 guru, 75 siswa dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mengunakan teori Miles dan Hubermen yang memiliki beberapa prosedur dalam menanlisis data yaitu; pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bawa pendidikan karakter, seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kependulian terhadap lingkungan, kedisiplinan, dan kebiasaan sholat berjamaah, berpengaruh besar dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang positif di SMP IT. Pendidikan karakter ini membuat siswa lebih produktif, teratur, dan bertanggung jawab.sekolah perlu terus mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kurikulum dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Guru harus memberikan contoh yang baik dan menghargai siswa yang menunjukkan perilaku positif. Orang tua juga memiliki peran penting dalam mendidik anak-anak mengenai nilai- nilai tersebut di ruma.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the form of innovation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on technology applied at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ishlah Lendang Batah Praya and analyze its impact on the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observation, interviews with PAI teachers and students, and documentation of learning activities. The results of the study indicate that innovation in PAI learning at this madrasah is realized through the use of digital media such as e-learning platforms, interactive learning videos, and online evaluation applications. This innovation has been proven to increase active student participation, strengthen understanding of religious concepts, and build learning independence. The obstacles faced include limited technological infrastructure and the digital capabilities of some teachers. In general, the implementation of technology-based innovation in PAI learning at Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ishlah has made a positive contribution to improving the quality of learning and the relevance of religious education in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pedagogical competence of history teachers on activities and learning outcomes in class X history subjects at MAN 3 Mataram City. This study uses quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The population and samples used were 30 students. Data collection using Pre Test and Post Test instruments in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire) of pedagogical competence of history teachers and student learning activities using questionnaires and student learning outcomes using student end-of-semester assessment test scores. The results of the research obtained that, by making a value decision, if the significant value> 0.05, it means that variable X has no effect on variables Y1 and Y2, and if the significance value <0.05, it means that there is an influence of variable X on variables Y1 and Y2. From the results of the simple linear regression test that has been carried out, the significance value obtained for variable X on Y1 is (0.001) and variable X on Y2 is (0.003), which means it is smaller than 0.05. So it can be concluded that seen from the basis of the T test decision making, namely, if the significance value <0.05, then Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of variable X on variables Y1 and Y2. In other words, there is an effect of the influence of the pedagogical competence of history teachers on activities and learning outcomes in class X history subjects.
