Abstract

Inspectorate as an institution that supervises violations in government agencies or organizations. However, when individuals report a deviation, they often get into trouble because the identity of the reporter is not kept secret. So that in this research a complaint system is designed that uses the concept of whistleblowing with the cryptographic method. Where this method uses the Message Digest 5 (MD5) algorithm to lock or encrypt data so that the confidentiality of the reporting data can be maintained. In collecting data, it is done qualitatively, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and literature studies. This study resulted in a complaint system using the whistleblowing concept with the message digest 5 cryptographic method which was used at the Polewali Mandar Regency Inspectorate Office as a medium for reporting violations. With this complaint system, the reporter need not be afraid, because his identity will be encrypted using the Message Digest 5 algorithm.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the success of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) teachers at SMAN 5 PALU in overcoming students' lack of interest in learning at school. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach by collecting data through observation, interviews and document analysis. The research results show that the learning strategies implemented by PPKn teachers at SMAN 5 Palu, such as the use of good communication, active learning methods, integration of social issues, and use of technology, have succeeded in increasing student involvement in the learning process. By implementing interesting and relevant activities, students feel more motivated to understand the material being taught. Apart from that, students' involvement in extracurricular activities and social projects also contributes positively to their interest in Civics lessons. The conclusion of this research confirms that the success of PPKn teachers at SMAN 5 PALU in making learning interesting and relevant is very important to increase students' interest and motivation to learn. These findings suggest the need for further development of innovative learning methods to support effective citizenship education.

Abstract

Tugas Akhir (Skripsi) merupakan komponen penting dalam kurikulum pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia yang menjadi syarat utama untuk memperoleh gelar sarjana. Proses pemilihan judul skripsi sering menjadi tantangan bagi mahasiswa, yang sering kali kesulitan menentukan judul yang sesuai dengan minat dan kompetensi mereka. Di sisi lain, dosen pembimbing juga menghadapi kesulitan dalam memberikan saran dan bimbingan yang optimal karena tingginya beban kerja. Pengelolaan data skripsi yang kurang efisien di banyak institusi pendidikan juga menghambat aksesibilitas dan utilisasi data. Aplikasi Klasifikasi Judul Skripsi dikembangkan menggunakan metode Rational Unified Process (RUP) untuk memberikan pendekatan terstruktur dan iteratif yang cocok untuk proyek perangkat lunak kompleks. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu mahasiswa menemukan judul skripsi yang tepat berdasarkan analisis minat, kompetensi, dan data judul skripsi sebelumnya, mendukung dosen dalam memberikan saran yang lebih efisien, serta mempermudah pengelolaan data skripsi secara terstruktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam membantu mahasiswa menemukan judul skripsi yang sesuai, mengurangi waktu dan usaha dalam pencarian judul. Aplikasi ini juga mendukung dosen pembimbing dengan menghemat waktu dan tenaga dalam memberikan saran, memungkinkan fokus pada aspek pembimbingan lainnya. Selain itu, pengelolaan data skripsi menjadi lebih terstruktur, memudahkan akses dan pencarian data di masa depan, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengelolaan data di lingkungan akademik.

Abstract

Islamic education has a central role in shaping individual character and morality, as well as contributing to society based on Islamic values. The management of quality management and accreditation of Islamic education is crucial in facing global challenges, with a focus on quality involving academic aspects and Islamic values. Accreditation is not only a standard of quality but also reflects the institution's commitment to continuous improvement. This article explores the key roles of quality management and accreditation, identifies challenges and details opportunities in the context of Islamic education. The research method includes a theoretical literature review, analysis of Islamic education policies, as well as a literature study of quality management guidelines. With a holistic approach, the research provides in-depth understanding to enhance the contribution of Islamic education institutions in shaping quality generations globally.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini berfokus pada implementasi Perda 2/2012 tentang penanggulangan bencana di Kabupoaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif  dengan menggunakan teori Van Meter dan Van Horn. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa standar dan tujuan kebijakan belum dilaksanakan secara optimal sehingga sasaran kebijakan tidak merasakan dampak dari regulasi yang ada. Kemudian sumber daya yang belum memadai baik dari segi kualitas sumber daya manusia, anggaran, maupun material di Desa Pantai Hurip. Hubungan antar organisasi telah dilakukan namun belum berjalan secara maksimal, hanya berupa komunikasi struktural dan kondisional. Karakteristik pelaksana yang belum terimplementasi dengan baik khususnya di Desa Pantai Hurip, dikarenakan belum adanya sinergi dan kerjasama yang terbangun dengan masyarakat di Desa Pantai Hurip. Selain itu, kondisi lingkungan ekonomi, sosial, dan politik tidak mendukung pelaksanaan penanggulangan bencana. Disposisi implementor atau sikap agen pelaksana dalam memahami kebijakan sudah baik, namun perlu adanya langkah-langkah realistis dan preventif yang dilakukan dalam penanggulangan bencana khususnya di Desa Pantai Hurip.Kata Kunci: Implementasi Kebijakan, Penanggulangan Bencana, Kebijakan Bencana Alam, Mitigasi AbstractThis research focuses on the implementation of Regional Regulation 2/2012 on disaster management in Bekasi Regency. This study uses a qualitative method using the Van Meter and Van Horn’s theory in policy implementation. The results of the study show that policy standards and objectives have not been implemented optimally so that policy targets do not feel the impact of existing regulations. Then the inadequate resources both in terms of the quality of human resources, budget, and materials in Pantai Hurip Village. Relations between organizations have been carried out but have not run optimally, only in the form of structural and conditional communication. The characteristics of implementers that have not been implemented properly, especially in Pantai Hurip Village, are due to the absence of synergy and cooperation that has been developed with the community in Pantai Hurip Village. In addition, economic, social, and political environmental conditions do not support the implementation of disaster management. The disposition of the implementor or the attitude of the implementing agent in understanding the policy is good, but realistic and preventive steps are needed in disaster management, especially in Pantai Hurip Village.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Disaster Management, Natural Disaster Policy, Mitigation

Abstract

Social media is one of the options used by the government to communicate with the people and carry out its function in providing public services. Government social media management requires an organizational culture with support from all levels of government officials to be able to share information with the public. Utilization of e-government which is intended to make management and government work more effective and efficient. In addition, with the existence of e-government in e-governance, the relationship between the Government, business actors, private sector and the public can be more responsive, effective, efficient, transparent and accountable. The use of social media for e-Government also has an impact or risk that needs to be taken into account. So that the expected results can be achieved, then in using social media the government needs a strategy in the use of social media.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) is a special program held by a University and used as a forum for students to serve a village or region through programs designed based on field surveys. Slum areas have become commonplace in Indonesia, especially areas that have received less attention from the government. This is due to the lack of public awareness of cleanliness, so they are indifferent to littering. A similar thing happened in one of the RTs in Rabangodu Utara Village where the people used empty land as a garbage dump. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to process the former garbage dump into a healthy garden, in the form of planting vegetables. This activity is carried out in stages starting with cutting grass, lifting garbage, loosening the soil, then planting seeds. From these activities, it is hoped that the healthy garden will be beneficial to the community.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of integrating digital innovation and innovative pedagogy on educational outcomes in primary and secondary schools. Using a cross-sectional survey design, data were collected from a stratified random sample of 50 schools, focusing on digital tool usage, teaching practices, and academic results. The findings reveal that both digital innovation and innovative pedagogy significantly enhance student achievement, engagement, and teacher satisfaction. Regression and correlation analyses indicate strong positive relationships between these variables, suggesting that schools with higher levels of integration of these practices experience better educational outcomes. Despite the challenges of access and the rapid pace of technological advancement, the study emphasizes the need for equitable access to digital resources and ongoing teacher professional development to maximize the benefits of these educational innovations.

Abstract

Jurnal ini membahas tentang bagaimana peran perpustakaan fakultas sastra dan humaniora dalam meningkatkan minal baca mahasiswa Universitas Islam Makassar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan nilai kunjung dan minat baca mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data observasi, parsipatif dan dokumentasi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah strategi yang ditempuh perpustakaan fakultas sastra dan humaniora Universitas Islam Makassar dalam meningkatkan minat baca mahasiswa dengan menyelenggarakan berbagai kegiatan talk show, pameran buku, seminar dan workshop penulisan, literasi informasi, menerima kunjungan siswa dan mahasiswa, menerapkan layanan prima dan unggul, penyediaan aneka macam koleksi, dan promosi perpustakaan serta peningkatan sarana prasarana perpustakaan. Upaya tersebut diharapkan minat baca mahasiswa meningkat sehingga mereka tidak akan mudah menerima informasi hoax
