Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam pembangunan ekonomi, baik secara lokal maupun nasional. Meskipun kontribusinya signifikan dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Margoyoso masih menghadapi berbagai permasalahan, terutama terkait dengan rendahnya pemahaman mengenai aspek legalitas usaha dan strategi branding produk. Melalui program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN), tim mahasiswa melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berfokus pada peningkatan pengetahuan serta pendampingan dalam proses pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) dan penerapan strategi rebranding produk usaha. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, penyuluhan, dan pendampingan langsung kepada 35 pelaku UMKM dan 10 mahasiswa Universitas Tidar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa banyak pelaku UMKM belum memiliki NIB dan kurang memahami pentingnya legalitas usaha. Selain itu, rebranding produk yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan daya tarik dan daya saing produk di pasar. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan UMKM dan kontribusinya terhadap perekonomian lokal. Untuk keberlanjutan hasil, disarankan adanya pendampingan berkelanjutan dan pelatihan lanjutan mengenai digital marketing dan manajemen keuangan.

Abstract

Bipolar survivors often face extreme mood swings, where ODB (people with bipolar) will experience a mania phase characterized by increased energy and activity, and the opposite depressive phase, which causes decreased energy and the emergence of depressive symptoms. This condition is certainly a challenge for providers in carrying out daily activities. Self-acceptance is an important key for ODB to get through critical periods and kontrol emotional stability in order to achieve a more optimal quality of life. This study aims to explore the dynamics of the self-acceptance process in women with bipolar type 1 who have been diagnosed since 2013. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach to explore more deeply the subject's experience related to the self-acceptance process. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with a housewife who has two children and has lived with bipolar for more than 10 years. Despite facing major challenges, the subject managed to empower herself. The results of the study showed that self-acceptance in bipolar disorder is a complex process. The results showed that the subject had gone through five stages of self-acceptance according to the Kübler-Ross & Kessler model, namely denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and finally acceptance. In addition, the results of the study showed that supporting factors in this process include support systems, both social and emotional support from the family, as well as psychotherapy assistance that helps subjects identify problems more objectively.

Abstract

Effectiveness of the Bali Satu Data Program in Information Openness Efforts at the Bali Province Communication, Information and Statistics Service Openness of public information to the public is the right of all residents of country. Openness of public informationcan also increase transparency and accountabillity of the government in carrying out its duties and functions. Bali Province is one of the province that has implemented digital based public information openness using the website namely Bali Satu Data. However, in implementing the program there are still problems that occur, such as: changing emlpoyees (operators) during the working period; presentation of data that does not match the format; document realse schedules that are not on time; and socialization of the program was less than optimal. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Bali Satu Data program in efforts to open information at the Bali Province Communication, Informatio and Statistic Service. The problem assessment was carried out using the theory of program effectiveness by Budiani (2007). This research is a type of descriptive qualitative research. Determining informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique. Researchers obtained data by conducting interview, observation and documentation wich were then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman analytical model. The result of the research show that the effectiveness of the Bali Satu Data program in efforts to open information has been running quite optimally by meeting the target accuracy indicators and program monitoring indicators well, as evidenced by the number of website visitors on launching day reaching 6 thousand visits and the program monitoring efforts being carried out optimally for the media. Provising services as well as operational monitoring of all devices involved in the program implementation process. In terms of program socialization, it has been implemented but not consistently and sustainbly so that the fulfillment of indicators is good but not yet optimal. Furthermore, the indicators for achive goals have not been implemented properly because the implementation of rules or SOPs in the field has not been implemented properly. Abstrak Keterbukaan informasi publik bagi masyarakat merupakan hak seluruh penduduk dalam suatu negara. Keterbukaan informasi publik juga dapat meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas pemerintah dalam melakukan tugas dan fungsinya. Provinsi Bali merupakan salah satu Provinsi yang telah menerapkan keterbukaan informasi publik berbasis digital dengan menggunakan website yaitu Bali Satu Data. Namun, dalam pelaksanaan program masih terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi seperti: pergantian pegawai (operator) dalam masa kerja; penyajian data yang tidak sesuai format; jadwal rilis dokumen yang tidak sesuai jadwal; serta sosialisasi program yang kurang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program Bali Satu Data dalam upaya keterbukaan informasi di Dinas Komunikasi, Informasi dan Statistik Provinsi Bali. Pengakajian permasalahan dilakukan dengan teori efektivitas program oleh Budiani (2007). Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penentuan informan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik puposive sampling. Peneliti memperoleh data dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalsis menggunakan model analsis Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan efektivitas program Bali Satu Data dalam upaya keterbukaan informasi telah berjalan cukup optimal dengan memenuhi indikator ketepatan sasaran dan indikator pemantauan program dengan baik, dibuktikan dengan jumlah pengunjung website saat hari launching mencapai 6ribu kunjungan dan upaya pemantauan program yang dilaksanakan secara optimal baik untuk media pemberian layanan maupun secara pemantauan oprasional terhadap seluruh perangkat yang terlibat dalam proses pelaksanaan program. Dalam hal sosialisasi program sudah terlaksana namun belum secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan sehingga pemenuhan indikator sudah baik namun belum optimal. Selanjutnya, dalam indikator pencapaian tujuan yang belum dapat terlaksana dengan baik karena pelaksanaan aturan atau SOP di lapangan belum dapat terlaksana dengan baik.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology encourages the need for a more effective data reporting system, especially in agriculture. The Department of Agriculture of Karawang Regency, as one of the main rice production centers in Indonesia, still faces several obstacles in harvest reporting, such as manual processes, reporting delays, and limited data visualization. This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system to improve the efficiency and accuracy of harvest reporting. The research method was carried out through observation and interviews for requirements analysis, followed by the application of the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach. The result is a web-based application that enables digital data input, presents reports in table and chart formats, and provides online access according to user roles. This system is expected to accelerate the reporting process, support the digitalization of agricultural administration, and become a practical solution for the Department of Agriculture of Karawang Regency in managing real-time harvest data.
