Abstract

Permainan kartu angka adalah salah satu metode pembelajaran menggunakan media berupa kartu bertuliskan angka dan gambar yang digunakan untuk memperkenalkan konsep angka pada anak usia 4-5 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menstimulasi kemampuan kognitif anak dalam mengenal angka 1 sampai 10 melalui permainan kartu angka pada anak usia 4-5 tahun di kelompok A TK Al-Jauhar Desa Penanggungan Kecamatan Maesan Kabupaten Bondowoso, yang berjumlah 10 anak, terdiri dari 4 anak laki-laki dan 6 anak perempuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kognitif anak dalam mengenal angka 1 sampai 10 mengalami peningkatan setelah adanya penerapan metode bermain kartu angka. Terdapat 7 anak atau 70% masuk kategori BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan) dan 3 anak atau 30% masuk dalam kategori BSB (Berkembang Sangat Baik), sehingga secara klasikal kemampuan kognitif anak dalam mengenal angka 1 sampai 10 sudah berkembang dengan baik.

Abstract

Innovations in the economic sector gave rise to online loans such as Shopeepay later which were easily accessible by several students which sparked the desire of students to always shop on the Shopee application because of the many demands on lifestyles from the environment, trends from social media such as Tiktok, to the basic needs they use . The large number of products sold at Shopee, ranging from relatively low prices to those that seem expensive, has created a desire to use Shopeepay later to make it easier for them to make transactions because of easy access and registration which is quite easy for students to do. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence there is between variables, namely the influence partially by lifestyle variables, TikTok social media, and the need for using Shopeepay Later, and the simultaneous influence of these 3 variables affecting the use of Shopeepay Later on Bojonegoro University students, as well as variables the most dominant of the three variables in the use of Shopeepay Later. The type of research used is quantitative by using the questionnaire method with a sample of 100 respondents from the entire population of Bojonegoro University students. Using quantitative methods to easily test hypotheses, the sampling technique itself uses random sampling where the researcher distributed questionnaires via a google form. it is concluded that the research obtains results if Life Style (XI), Social Media (X2), and Needs (X3), have a partial effect on the Use of (Y) Shopeepay Later, then Life Style (XI). Social Media (X2), and Needs (X3) simultaneously influence the use of (Y) Shopeepay Later, and it can be seen that the most dominant result that influences the use of (Y) Shopeepay Later is Needs (X3).

Abstract

Service is the main task of state apparatus. The scope of public interest services and services covers a broad field of public life. This mandate is contained in the 4th paragraph of the Preamble of the 1945 Constitution, but in practice, Indonesian public services have not run well. Provisions of public service to public civil servants are actually the result of the functioning of state institutions as civil servants. Therefore, the position of government agencies in staffing is very strategic because it determines the extent to which the government can best serve the community. .According to the purpose of the establishment. The results of this study indicate that the role of the village government in improving the economy of rural communities can be seen from the indicators of this study: governance, development implementation, community empowerment, and village community empowerment. The research method used to compile this article is a library survey. That is, reviewing the journal references we find and adapting them to the topic of this article. Based on the literature and reviews conducted in these journals, we found an impact between the welfare of teaching staff and improving the quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze customer satisfaction with purchasing decisions at Mie Gacoan Pancing, especially among Economic Education students class of 2021, Medan State University. Using literature review and interview methods, this research evaluates factors such as product quality, price and service that influence customer satisfaction. The findings show that product quality, especially the taste and texture of the noodles, is the main attraction, while the affordable price supports the preferences of students on a limited budget. However, service quality is still a challenge, such as irregular queues and unfriendly staff attitudes. High customer satisfaction contributes to repeat purchase decisions and word-of-mouth recommendations, while dissatisfaction can reduce customer loyalty. This research underlines the importance of improving service and maintaining consistent product quality to improve customer experience and support business sustainability in the culinary sector.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how price determination in Adam Smith's thinking compares with Karl Marx's thinking. The research method used in this research is a literature review by analyzing a number of articles and magazines related to the thoughts of Adam Smith and Karl Marx. We get all kinds of data through relevant assessments. The results of this research are that according to the thoughts of Adam Smith, one of the figures of Capitalism, determining prices in the free market, market prices are determined by the power of the market mechanism called the "law of supply and demand". Meanwhile, according to the thoughts of Karl Marx, who is a figure of Marxism, it is different from Adam Smith's thoughts that the price of a good or service is determined by the amount of labor needed to produce it.
