Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which service digitalization partially affects the effectiveness of data dissemination at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of the Talaud Islands Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed using Google Forms. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, involving 40 users of the services provided by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of the Talaud Islands Regency. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.1.1.8 software. The results indicate that service digitalization has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of data dissemination at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of the Talaud Islands Regency. These findings indicate that better implementation of service digitalization can improve the effectiveness of data dissemination to service users. Digitalized services facilitate faster and more efficient access to, retrieval of, and dissemination of statistical information. Therefore, improving the quality and utilization of digital-based services is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of statistical data dissemination to the public and users of BPS services in the Talaud Islands Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the implementation of the JMO (Jamsostek Mobile) application and its effect on user satisfaction at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Manado Branch Office. The study was motivated by the fact that many participants still preferred to submit Old-Age Security (JHT) claims manually by visiting the branch office, although JMO provides a more practical and efficient online claim feature. This condition is associated with technical constraints and limited digital literacy among some participants. A quantitative descriptive method with a causal associative approach was employed. The population consisted of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participants who had used the JMO application, with 100 respondents selected using the Lemeshow formula. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, documentation, and literature study. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination, F-test, and t-test using SPSS. The results produced the regression equation Y = 22.035 + 0.492X. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.324 indicated that JMO contributed 32.4% to user satisfaction. The F-test and t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the JMO application had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Manado Branch Office.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of digital technology integration and business simulation on the quality of students’ business plans within a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) framework. A quantitative survey was conducted with 62 students enrolled in an Entrepreneurship course. The instrument was a five-point Likert questionnaire measuring three constructs: Digital Technology (TD), Business Simulation (SB), and Business Plan Quality (KB). Data were analyzed using Par-tial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SmartPLS 4.0). The measure-ment model showed adequate convergent and discriminant validity, and all con-structs met the reliability thresholds. Results show that digital technology has a positive and significant effect on business plan quality (β = 0.539; t = 4.148; p < 0.001), as does business simulation (β = 0.506; t = 4.961; p < 0.001). Together, both predictors explain 56.2% of the variance in business plan quality (R² = 0.562). These findings suggest that integrating digital tools such as Microsoft Ex-cel, Canva, and Google Docs, combined with scenario-based financial simulation exercises, meaningfully improves the quality of students’ business plan projects. The results support constructivist and experiential learning theory as a pedagogi-cal basis for technology-enhanced entrepreneurship education.
