Abstract

Abstrak. Pada masa dewasa awal yang penuh dengan berbagai perubahan sangat berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai stressor. Dirasa perlu bagi individu untuk memiliki cara penyelesaian masalah yang baik. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengembangkan problem focused coping untuk menyelesaikan sebuah masalah. Pada sisi lain, kematangan sosial diduga dapat mempengaruhi seseorang dalam penggunaan problem focused coping untuk menyelesaikan masalahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh kematangan sosial terhadap problem focused coping pada laki-laki usia dewasa awal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan melibatkan 121 pekerja, jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan rentang umur 18-25 tahun dan sedang bekerja. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kematangan sosial dan skala problem focused coping. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kematangan sosial dan problem focused coping pada laki-laki usia dewasa awal yang bekerja di kota Jakarta.Kata kunci: Kematangan sosial, problem focused coping, stressAbstract. In early adulthood which full of various changes, it has the potential to cause many stressors. A good problem solving skill is needed to overcome the stressor. Problem focused coping is one of the best way to solve a problem. On the other hand, social maturity seemed to affect a person in the use of problem focused coping to solve a problem. The purpose of this research is to find out social maturity’s influence towards problem focused coping in early adulthood men. This research uses purposive sampling as the technique of sampling, involving 121 male workers with the age range between 18-25 years old and were working. The measuring instrument used in this research is the scale of social maturity and problem focused coping scale. The data are analysed with simple linear regression. Results of this research showed that there is a significant influence between social maturity and problem focused coping in early adulthood men that works in Jakarta.Keyword: Social maturity, problem focused coping, stress

Abstract

Abstrak. Seorang ibu yang memiliki anak dengan gangguan autis biasanya mengalami stres pengasuhan yang berasal dari tuntutan perannya sebagai orangtua. Stres pengasuhan akan terjadi dikarenakan kurangnya pemahaman orangtua terkait gangguan anak, sulitnya perilaku anak untuk dikendalikan dan ketidakberfungsiannya interaksi antara ibu dengan anaknya. Sementara itu, religiusitas dapat membantu para ibu untuk mengelola stres yang dialami. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel religiusitas dengan stres pengasuhan ibu yang memiliki anak autis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional dengan 60 subjek dan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur variabel religiusitas adalah skala religiusitas sedangkan variabel stres pengasuhan menggunakan alat ukur parenting stress index (PSI). Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah korelasi pearson product moment  dengan program spss 21.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif antara religiusitas dengan stres pengasuhan dengan nilai signifikasi <0.05 dan koefisien korelasi -0.446.Kata kunci: autis, religiusitas, stres pengasuhan Abstract. A mother who has a child with autistic disorder usually experience parenting stress from the demands of his role as a parent. Parenting stress will occur due to lack of parental understanding of child-related disorders, the difficulty of the child's behavior to be controlled and non-functioning of the interaction between a mother with her child. Meanwhile, religiosity can help mothers to manage the stress experienced. The purpose of this study was to examine the negative correlation between religiosity variable with parenting stress mothers of children with autism. This research is a quantitative correlation with 60 subjects and using a quota sampling technique. Measuring instrument used to measure the variables religiosity is the religiosity scale Kendler, et al while parenting stress variable using a measuring instrument parenting stress index (PSI). Data analysis technique used is the Pearson product moment correlation with SPSS 21.0 program. The results of this study showed a negative relationship between religiosity and parenting stress the significance value of <0.05 and a correlation coefficient of -0446.Keywords: autism, religiosity, parenting stress

Abstract

Nowadays becoming parents is not a simple thing, especially as a mother. In this era, there are many demands that make mothers carry out a dual role, a housewife and a working mother. Therefore, the multiple roles chosen by the mother will cause burnout and have an impact for childcare. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of social support and parenting self-efficacy on parental burnout in working mothers. This research uses a quantitative approach and a non-experimental quantitative research design with a causal relationship. The study encompassed a cohort of one hundred and twelve (112) employed mothers within governmental or private organizations, chosen through the application of accidental sampling methodology. The data analysis with a simple linear regression test to measure the effect of social support on parental burnout (r= 0,403, p < 0,05) and parenting self-efficacy on parental burnout (r=0,471, p <0,05) and multiple linear regression test to measure the effect of social support and parenting self-efficacy on parental burnout (p < 0,05). Social support makes an effective contribution to parental burnout of seven point seven percent (7,7%) and parenting self-efficacy of seventeen point six percent (17,6%).

Abstract

Personal Growth Initiative (PGI) helps individuals become mentally healthy because PGI is an active and conscious process by which individuals develop into better people. This study aims to determine the factors that form PGI in individuals at each stage of human development. The research subjects were 141 men and 256 women, taken by stratified random sampling. The research method used was a mixed method. Research data were collected using the PGI scale and analyzed using descriptive and correlational statistics; qualitative questions were analyzed using thematic analysis. Based on the results of the quantitative analysis, it is known that the more an individual matures, the better his PGI. In adolescence and middle adulthood, PGI is related to gender, while in early adulthood, it is related to education. The results of the qualitative analysis show that the personal growth initiatives forming factors in the participants’ lives are religiosity, achievement goals, pro-sociality, social support, self-esteem, and personal responsibility. Furthermore, the reinforcing factors of PGI are self-reflection and self-efficacy, modeling, religiosity, and self-control.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi manfaat penggunaan media pembelajaran seperti alat peraga Kertas Spiral dan Kincir Air dalam mempermudah pembelajaran IPA di SD. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan lima mahasiswa dari kelas 4B. Penelitian ini akan mengembangkan alat peraga berupa kertas spiral dan kincir air dengan tujuan meningkatkan persepsi, memfasilitasi transfer pengetahuan, meningkatkan pemahaman, serta memperkuat hasil pembelajaran. Fokus utama pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai dampak penggunaan alat peraga tersebut dalam memahami perubahan energi dalam konteks pembelajaran IPA.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) is a project-based co-curricular activity designed to build student character based on Pancasila values. The exciting issue of implementing the independent curriculum lies in students' character and soft skills development dimensions, framed in a competency and character-strengthening project following the Pancasila student profile. In the context of implementation in driving schools, P5 is the spirit for the real implementation of the independent curriculum. This article empirically examines the implementation of P5 and its implications for increasing students' learning motivation at SMKN 4 Malang to obtain a critical analysis that can analyze the implementation process within the framework of implementing a quality independent curriculum. Based on a qualitative approach with a case study type, this research found that students at SMKN 4 Malang who internalized and applied Pancasila values ​​had higher learning motivation. The research conclusion is that through P5 habituation, the dimensions of independence and cooperation are proven to be key factors that increase students' enthusiasm and initiative in the learning process. This is proven by the successful achievement of work projects through the regular "Vocational School 4 Malang Learning Work Exhibition" with several indicators: 1). Student collaboration between departments in creating interactive reading book projects; 2). Cohesiveness and independence in working on project outputs according to each assignment through class collaboration between departments. Thus, developing the Pancasila student profile is important for forming student character and increasing learning motivation and the overall quality of education.

Abstract

Perceraian orang tua membawa dampak negatif terhadap kemampuan regulasi emosi di usia remaja. Remaja cenderung merespon perceraian orang tua dengan sikap marah, kecewa, hingga melakukan tindakan negatif untuk merugikan diri sendiri. Dalam menghadapi persoalan ini, dibutuhkan dukungan sosial yang dapat membantu remaja mengelola emosi menghadapi keadaan perceraian orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap regulasi emosi remaja dengan orang tua bercerai. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain korelasional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 201 responden. Subjek penelitian ini, yaitu remaja usia 10–19 tahun dengan orang tua bercerai. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support dan Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ). Analisis dilakukan dengan teknik regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.766 (p > 0.05), artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan sosial terhadap regulasi emosi remaja dengan orang tua bercerai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa regulasi emosi pada remaja dengan orang tua bercerai tidak sepenuhnya dipengaruhi oleh besarnya tingkat dukungan sosial dari keluarga, teman, dan significant other.
