Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the quality of services provided by e-commerce (2) determine the priority level of attributes for customer satisfaction. This research is descriptive research. The population of this study is the people of Padang City who have shopped more than 2 times through e-commerce. The research sample was determined based on a non-probability method and purposive sampling technique. The total sample was 330 people. The data used are primary data obtained from online questionnaires. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. This research was analyzed using SPSS v21 software. The results of this study indicate that 17 e-servqual attributes fall into the One Dimensional category and four attributes fall into the must be category.

Abstract

This study aims to calculate the stock determination and arrange the stock size using the economic order quantity (EOQ) technique with the discont factor at PT. Primajaya Maju Bersama Padang and calculate the minimum cost of shares using a different EOQ procedure. This exam is a graphic exploration (enlightenment). Important information is gathered through perceptions, meetings and writing audits. Requesting information from the last three years is used to estimate interest by applying the linear trend technique, winter strategy, and exponential smoothing. In addition, anticipated demand information will be used to plan merchandise requirements with EOQ. The consequence of this investigation shows that the exponential smoothing strategy is the best technique to use in anticipating demand in 2020. The exponential smoothing technique is used to ensure the least cost of stock and costs. With the economic order quantity (EOQ) method with discount factor, the total cost is 240,818,176 IDR.

Abstract

Scheduling in the project plan is the determination of the network and the time required for each activity to complete the project. Some of the problems in project planning in project management are non-scheduling, delays, and swelling costs that are detrimental to project contactors and reduce customer satisfaction. The type of research is descriptive research. The research was conducted in Nagari Ladang Panjang, Kec. Tigo Nagari Kab. Pasaman Prov. West Sumatra with secondary data obtained from 10 housing construction units of type 36 through interviews. Scheduling optimization is carried out using the CPM (critical path method) method with ES, EF, LS, LF, and the PERT (program evaluation review technique) method based on 3 estimated time and project completion probabilities based on the standard Z value. From the results of research conducted after scheduling using PERT /CPM and crashes on 3 activities, project completion can be done in 29 days at 47,445,781 IDR. For project completion using PERT/CPM, which is 38 days. Meanwhile, before scheduling (actualization) the completion of the project took 41.5 days at 45,295,781 IDR.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of materialism on compulsive buying with buy now pay later and impulsive buying as a mediation variable in college students in Padang City. The number of samples in this study was 294 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online and data processing was carried out using the SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that (1) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on the use of paylater. (2) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying. (3) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying. (4) Paylater has a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases. (5) Paylater has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying. (6) Impulse buying has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying. (7) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying with the use of paylater as mediation. (8) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on impulsive buying with the use of paylater as mediation. (9) Materialism has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying with impulsive buying as mediation. (10) Paylater has a positive and significant effect on compulsive buying with impulsive buying as mediation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) the influence of environmental factors on entrepreneurial orientation in SMEs in Padang City (2) the influence of environmental factors on manufacturing capabilities in SMEs in Padang City (3) the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on firms performance in SMEs in Padang City (4) the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on manufacturing capabilities in SMEs in Padang City (5) the effect of manufacturing capabilities on firm performance in SMEs in Padang City (6) the influence of environmental factors on firms’ performance through entrepreneurial orientation in SMEs in Padang City (7) the influence of environmental factors environment on firm performance through manufacturing capabilities in SMEs in Padang City. This research is causal research. The Population of this research is 200 respondents from SMEs actors in the city of Padang who are engaged in manufacturing. The sampling method was using purposive sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is smart PLS 4. The results of data processing in the study show that: (1) environmental factors have a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial orientation in SMEs in Padang City (2) environmental factors have a significant positive effect on manufacturing capabilities in SMEs in Padang City (3) entrepreneurial orientation has a significant negative effect on firm performance in SMEs in Padang City (4) manufacturing capability has a significant positive effect on firm performance in SMEs in Padang City (5) entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive effect on manufacturing capabilities in SMEs in Padang City (6) environmental factors have a significant negative effect on firm performance through entrepreneurial orientation in SMEs in Padang City (7) environmental factors have a significant positive effect on firm performance through manufacturing capabilities in SMEs in Padang City.
