This study aims to determine the effect of product design and price on consumer interest in buying Jepara Teak furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung. This type of research is associative quantitative research, the number of research samples were 100 people. Data was collected in the form of questionnaires and using analyzed SPSS software ver.21.0 for Windows. The conclusions from this study is the product design variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchase decision in Jati Jepara furniture at the New Furniture Business Shop in Lubuk Alung, as evidenced by t value > t table (10,400> 1,660) and a significant influence between price variables ( X2) purchase decision with t value> t table (2,015> 1,660). There is a positive and significant influence between product design (X1) price (X2), on purchase decision of Jati Jepara furniture consumers with an F-value 156,644> F- table (3,09) means that it affects together. The coefficient of determination (RÂ²) results obtained a coefficient of 0.764 or 76.4%, while 23.6% is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Product design; prices; purchase decision.

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagai mana gaya kepemimpinan dan bagaimana lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Solok Selatan.Poulasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan karyawan yang berkerja pada PT PLN (Persero) Solok Selatan yang berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil pengisian, dengan teknik analisis meliputi analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji koefisien determinasi , uji t dan uji f. Dari hasil penelitian data yang di gunakan secara keseluruhan di nyatakan valid (Sig. 2-tailed) kurang dari 0,05. variabel gaya kepemimpinan(X1) yang bernilai positif menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinani terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Solok Selatan, Hasil penelitian variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kepuasan kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung<ttabel( 2,301< 1,681 ) dengan tingkat signifikan (0,27) Hasil uji F, didapatkan nilai F hitung35,736 > F tabel 2,82dengan nilai sig 0.000< 0,05, makaH3 diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hasil nilai R2 adalah 0,641. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerjadengan persentase sebesar 64,1%, sedangkan sisanya 35,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya

Technological advances require companies to follow and adapt to technological developments and require companies to move with existing changes. Companies need a strategy to have a competitive advantage and improve organizational performance in dealing with these conditions. The study empirically tested the effect of mediating supply chain management (SCM) implementation on the relationship between Organizational performance and enterprise resource planning (ERP). The sample of this study were employees of PT. Semen Padang is involved in the supply chain management process and runs an enterprise resource planning system with 100 employees. The results of data processing using PLS-SEM showed a positive and significant effect in the direct relationship between ERP to SCM and SCM to performance. Furthermore, SCM mediates the relationship between ERP and company performance.

Good business performance for every business actor is a major concern to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of the company. To be able to achieve satisfactory business performance, MSMEs must be able to carry out various strategies such as creating competitive advantage, implementing SCM Practices, and innovate. This study was conducted to see how MSME supply chain management practices, competitive advantage, and innovation affect the Business Performance of Snack MSMEs in Padang City. The population of this research is snack food SMEs assisted by the Department of Trade, Cooperatives, and SMEs of Padang City, with a total sample of 130 SMEs. Research data were collected using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected was analyzed using a multiple regression analysis approach with SPSS ver software. 24. The results show that (1) competitive advantage has a significant effect on business performance, (2) SCM Practicessignificant effect on business performance, and (3) innovation has no significant effect on business performance. In Padang City snack SMEs, competitive advantage, SCM Practices and innovation have an influence of 87.7% on MSME business performance.

The objective of this study was just to look into the impact of supply chain management practices on operational performance mediated by using the competitive advantage of package food MSMEs in Padang city. The population during the study were all owners or managers of packaged food MSMEs in Padang City. Non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type was utilized. As a sample size, 185 samples were used. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 was used to analyze this study. The result of this study indicate that; (1) supply chain management practices have a major and beneficial effect on operational performance; (2) supply chain management practices have a major and beneficial effect on competitive advantage; (3) competitive advantage has a major and beneficial effect on operational performance, and (4) supply chain management practices have a major and beneficial effect on operational performance through competitive advantage as a mediating variable.

SABBIHISMA INTEGRATED ISLAMIC SMP, Padang City, is one of the choices for junior high schools in Padang City. The use of software as a source and medium of school learning in the future The COVID-19 pandemic is very important. The objectives to be achieved from this educational software introduction training are: Introducing training participants to the importance of Mastering Information Technology and Computers today and teaching how to use Microsoft Word, MS. Excel, Power Point which can be used to learn typing and others. The method used in this activity is Education to the Community in the form of lectures and training on introductions basic computer and application Microsoft Word, MS. Excel, Powerpoint. The result of this activity is to provide implications for adding participants' insight into Microsoft Word, MS. Excel, Powerpoint. In view of the educational activities that during the covid-19 pandemic were carried out regularly, online/online has made many limitations for school-age children in developing skills, especially the practice of using computers. This can be seen from the results of the evaluation that carried out before and after the training activities. This study aims to fill the knowledge gap by examining the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through trust in the Tranex Mandiri company. In this study, sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method which included non-probability sampling in the population of Tranex Mandiri Padang customers. The respondents studied were 200 respondents of Tranex Mandiri Padang customers. the results of research conducted SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with AMOS, it can be concluded that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty through trust in the Tranex Mandiri Padang company. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan dengan menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan pada perusahaan Tranex Mandiri. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yang termasuk non-probability sampling pada populasi pelanggan Tranex Mandiri Padang. This study aims to analyze how the influence of eco design, green manufacturing and green purchasing on the performance of UMKM Culinary Bread companies in Padang City. The population that will be used as material in the research is all Bread Culinary MSMEs in Padang City, totaling 150 MSMEs. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires and data processing was carried out through SmartPLS version 4 software. The results of this study indicate that (1) eco design has a significant positive effect on company performance (2) Green manufacturing has a significant negative effect on company performance (3) Green purchasing has a positive effect significantly to the company's performance in UMKM Culinary Bread in Padang City. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana pengaruh eco design, Green manufacturing dan Green purchasing terhadap kinerja perusahaan UMKM Kuliner Roti di Kota Padang. Populasi yang akan dijadikan bahan dalam penelitian adalah seluruh UMKM Kuliner Roti di Kota Padang yang berjumlah 150 UMKM. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan pengolahan data dilakukan melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) eco design berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (2) Green manufacturing berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan (3) Green purchasing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada UMKM Kuliner Roti di Kota Padang.

Para pemuda yang di Kecamatan Lubuk Alung tergolong para pemuda aktif yang beberapa diantaranya berinisiatif berwirausaha skala mikro. Semangat para pemuda berwirausaha ditindaklanjuti oleh tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat STIE Perdagangan dengan membantu mereka mengatasi beberapa persoalan yang umumnya dialami oleh usaha khususnya di bidang laporan keuangan. Oleh sebab itulah pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan membantu unruk memulai usaha dalam pencatatan keuangan yang rapi dan benar melalui penyampaian ilmu dasar-dasar keuangan. Metode yang dipilih dengan cara memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah panduan praktis dan sederhana berupa pedoman bagi usaha mikro dalam membuat laporan keuangan sederhana yang di aplikasi dengan microsoft excel yang terangkum dalam bentuk materi PKM STIE Perdagangan. The spirit of entrepreneurial youth was followed up by the Community Service team of STIE Perdagangan by helping them overcome some of the problems commonly experienced by businesses, especially in the field of financial reporting. That is why this community service is carried out with the aim of helping to start a business in recording neat and correct financials through the delivery of basic financial knowledge. The method chosen is by providing counseling and training. The results of this community service activity are practical and simple guidelines in the form of guidelines for micro businesses in making simple financial reports that are applied with Microsoft Excel, which are summarized in the form of PKM STIE Perdagangan.
