Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to members of the Stall of Business Business Unit who are members of the Economic Creative team, focusing on the data management process and coordination between divisions before and after the implementation of Google Drive. The results of the study show that the migration from manual data management systems to cloud-based systems has a significant positive impact. The implementation of Google Drive is able to improve data accessibility, strengthen document security, and increase the efficiency of real-time team collaboration. In addition, the use of Google Drive has been proven to minimize the risk of data loss and speed up the coordination process between divisions. This study concludes that the use of simple cloud computing technology, such as Google Drive, is an effective solution for campus business units in supporting digital transformation and creating more professional and integrated administrative governance.
