Abstract

Permasalahan yang mendasari penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya peran guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran sehingga ekstrakurikuler angklung SDIT Al-Khairaat Yogyakarta sering diundang untuk mengisi acara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembelajaran pada kegiatan ektrakurikuler angklung di SDIT Al-Khairaat Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran yang diterapkan pada ekstrakurikuler angklung di SDIT Al-Khairaat Yogyakarta meliputi perencanaan pembelajaran, pengorganisasian pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran dan staffing. Penerapan manajemen ekstrkurikuler di SDIT Al-Khairaat Yogyakarta membuat peserta didik sering diundang untuk pentas pada berbagai acara. Ekstrakurikuler angklung tidak hanya mengembangkan keterampilan peserta didik, namun juga melatih sikap percaya diri, disiplin, tanggung jawab, dan kerja sama yang tercermin pada saat proses pembelajaran angklung.The problem underlying this research is motivated by the teacher's role in managing learning so that the angklung extracurricular at SDIT Al-Khairaat Yogyakarta is often invited to attend events. The purpose of this study is to describe learning management in angklung extracurricular activities at SDIT Al-Khairaat Yogyakarta.This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. The results of the study show that the learning management applied to the angklung extracurricular at SDIT Al-Khairaat Yogyakarta includes lesson planning, learning organization, learning implementation, learning evaluation, and staffing. The application of extracurricular management at SDIT Al-Khairaat Yogyakarta makes students often invited to perform at various events. The angklung extracurricular not only develops students' skills, but also trains self-confidence, discipline, responsibility, and teamwork which is reflected in the angklung learning process.

Abstract

Tari Gelegar Nusantara pernah dibawakan oleh Kinanti Sekar di Kazakhstan dalam acara Misi Tari. Selama proses pembelajarannya menggunakan strategi ekspositori dan contextual teaching and learning (CTL). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran ekspositori dan kontekstual pada kelas tari Gelegar Nusantara di Sanggar Seni Kinanti Sekar Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah strategi pembelajaran tari Gelegar Nusantara, sedangkan subjeknya yaitu pemilik sanggar, pelatih, dan peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik validasi data menggunakan triangulasi metode. Analisis data yang digunakan meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penggunaan strategi ekspositori membantu peserta didik untuk memahami materi yang dijelaskan secara verbal oleh pelatih. Penggunaan strategi kontekstual membantu peserta didik untuk memahami makna dari setiap motif geraknya, sehingga peserta didik dapat menarikan tarian Gelegar Nusantara dengan rasa.Kata kunci: Learning Strategies, Tari Gelegar Nusantara, Pembelajaran TariStrategy of Expository and Contextual Learning in the Class of Gelegar Nusantara Dance at Sanggar Seni Kinanti Sekar Yogyakarta.Gelegar Nusantara dance was once performed by Kinanti Sekar in Kazakhstan in the Dance Mission event. During the learning process it uses expository and contextual teaching and learning (CTL) strategies. The purpose of this study is to describe the escrow and contextual learning strategies in the Gelegar Nusantara dance class at the Kinanti Sekar Art Studio in Yogyakarta. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The object of this study is the Gelegar Nusantara dance learning strategy, while the subjects are studio owners, trainers, and students. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validation techniques use triangulation methods. The data analysis used includes data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The understand the material verbally describe by the trainer. The use of contextual strategies helps students to understand the meaning of each motive of movement, so that students can dance the Gelegar Nusantara dance with feeling.Keywords: Learning Strategies, Gelegar Nusantara Dance, Dance Learning

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the experiences and perceptions of prospective student teachers in microteaching courses as part of the learning process to become a teacher. The research method used was qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected via Google Forms to ensure maximum efficiency and internet accessibility. The data collection period started in early December 2023 and extended to early January 2024. This study examines microteaching experiences of 20 student teachers (13 females, 7 males, aged 20–24 years) from urban and rural backgrounds at the Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed thematically. The study used a structured questionnaire with 19 questions across 7 topics, distributed via Google Forms for efficient data collection and secure response management. The findings showed that the experiences and perceptions of pre-service teachers varied greatly, influenced by factors such as microteaching preparation; experiences during microteaching sessions; feedback and learning; perceptions and evaluations of the microteaching course; suggestions and recommendations; perceptions of the teaching career; and self-reflection. The implication of these findings is the need for a diverse approach in micro teaching to meet the needs and enrich the learning experience of pre-service teachers.

Abstract

Learning strategies are a series of instructional actions that teachers must carry out in order for learning objectives to be achieved efficiently. The learning strategies used in the choir extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 4 Sewon include direct learning strategies, indirect learning strategies, and inquiry-based learning strategies, utilizing demonstration, imitation, and drill methods.This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The object of the research is the learning strategies employed in choir extracurricular activities, with the research subjects being the extracurricular teacher and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. Data validation is carried out using source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis is conducted through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study show that the implementation of learning strategies in the choir extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 4 Sewon uses demonstration, imitation, and drill methods in a structured and effective manner. These methods are combined with direct, indirect, and inquiry-based learning strategies to enhance students' vocal skills and creativity. The impact of implementing these strategies is an improvement in singing ability, the development of self-confidence, creativity, and independence, as well as increased student motivation to actively participate in choir activities. The teacher acts as a facilitator who creates a space for independent and collaborative learning, making the learning process more enjoyable. This activity not only develops musical skills but also builds students' confidence and professionalism in various performance opportunities. With regular practice schedules and relevant song material, this extracurricular activity makes a positive contribution to the development of students' talents and character at school.

Abstract

The school serves as a crucial setting for children's learning and personality growth. Within this environment, the essential foundations of knowledge, skills, and moral values are instilled in the younger generation. Kasih I-CARE Nusantara School reflects this principle through its vision and mission to provide quality education using the “asah asih asuh” approach. This research aims to explore the concept of “asah asih asuh” education through tembang dolanan at Kasih I-CARE Nusantara Borobudur School. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. The object of the research is the concept of asah asih asuh applied in the school, while the research subjects include teacher who are also the founders of the school, 3 other teachers, 2 employees, 2 parents of students and 2 students themselves. The data collection techniques used include direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document collection. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of techniques and sources. Data analysis was conducted through three main stages: data reduction to identify key themes; data presentation to organize findings in a structured manner, and conclusion drawing to make in-depth interpretations of the data collected. Data verification was conducted directly and indirectly through the WhatsApp application to obtain additional clarification if needed. The results showed that the concept of sinau kanthi seneng can be found in the asah asih asuh education implemented at Kasih I-CARE Nusantara Borobudur School. This illustrates that the joyful learning approach not only improves learning effectiveness, but also strengthens social and emotional values that are important in the holistic development of learners.
