Abstract

Disaster tough village is of village that have own capability to  adapted and  facing disaster potential threat, and  healing soon from disaster impact. Board of Disaster Manajemen District of Kendal (Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Kendal or BPBD) its a branch of government that have responbility to countermeasures the disaster. I of to decrease disaster risk, BPBD Kendal district there have step before disaster with continue to doing program disaster tough village with society involve to the man actor. In 2016 Kendal district that have 3 disaster tough village in diference of kind disaster.This research used metodic of descriptive qualitative used collective data teknik through interview, observation, and document. The informan in this research is people that knowen well about this field aplication program development.This research, researcher using theory of Thomas Dye “evalution of policy its a objective, investigation, systematic and empiris to policy and public program target from the purpose”. On the basic from this theory, the implementation disaster tough village program in Kendal district thats couldn’t doing well, because limited facility and there’s no good kaderisasion program of volunter, and lack of awareness from young generation, there’s no budgeting to operasional and there’s no facility to on decrease risk disaster effort, and also theres no participation yet from branch of government in Kendal district to decrease risk disaster effort in Kendal district.Based on reseacrh result, we can the conclusion that the implementation program disaster tough village in Kendal district 2016 still have the of stacles to get purpose. To the next time development disaster tough village program can increase quality and quantity, increase the amount of volunteers, and also have facility support budgeting well.Key word : Disaster Tough Village, Disaster Risk Reduction, and Disaster Management

Abstract

Juridical analysis of the legal proceedings by the public prosecutor against the acquittal (vrijspraak) pursuant to Section 244 Criminal Procedure Code can be concluded that the attorney general penunutut could not bring a legal action in the form of an appeal to the Supreme Court, but there are additional guidelines implementing the Criminal Procedure Code, in item 19 on the attachment the justice minister's decision waives Section 244 Criminal Procedure Code Giving rise to various interpretations or multiple interpretations that add to the ambiguous essence of acquittal. Based on this consideration we conduct research to take the title "Implementation of Application Cassation Prosecutor Amar Verdict Against Corruption Free". The research method used in this study is the type of descriptive research by illustrating the results of the research, normative approach method, adhering to the secondary research materials that were examined directly from the results of field research (primary data), After the data collected will be analyzed the data by connecting lems problem which has been studied in order to be justified, the analysis will be conducted in which normative qualitative results will be reported in the form of a thesis. To determine the consideration of the public prosecutor in the corruption case in cassation in Magelang District Attorney is free to prove that the decision of the District Court Judge Magelang is not purely an acquittal or a verdict free from all charges (onstlag van alle rechtsvervolging) . Proved by the refutation of the verdict broke free in Magelang District Court judge. This was a key consideration Prosecutor Magelang District Attorney in an appeal against the acquittal verdict is not pure or free from any legal action as this is part of the assignment as deputy state prosecutor to satisfy the public interest (public).

Abstract

This study seeks to present ways or methods of applying accounting aspects in terms of controlling zakat administration, such as reports and institutional data. Administrative governance is an important thing to do, considering that zakat management requires valid, easy and clear data. Administrations such as finance, services, to reporting on institutional improvements require accounting to be more systematic and well-recorded. Because what has been a problem from the past until now, is the unification of the administration of zakat funds, it is still monotonous, rigid and manual. As a result, the required data is often not found. This has an impact on the effectiveness and development of the zakat institution itself. Therefore, by using a descriptive qualitative field study, this study will examine practically the application of zakat accounting for administrative regularity. The data collected comes from data about how zakat accounting works, hereinafter referred to as primary data. Primary data were collected through interview and documentation techniques with data analysis, reduction, editing and display. Data is only presented when it is final and there are no conflicts. From the research results, important things were found, namely 1) based on public accountants, PSAK No. 109, several policies made by BAZNAS East Java have not been realized. The reason for this problem is due to the ineffective management of zakat, infaq and shadaqah funds and the lack of adequate human resources in these business entities. 2) the method taken in completing it is to train and add quality human resources, especially in the accounting and finance departments. Then fix the information system at the accountant department.

Abstract

Increasing the character of dress and decoration of students through the understanding of fiqh of women in MAN Pasuruan City, MAN Pasuruan City students use uniforms in an Islamic way, at least the hair and limbs are not visible apart from the hands and face. Meanwhile, the efforts of PAI teachers in improving the dress and decorating morals of students through the understanding of women's fiqh in Pasuruan City MAN, namely trying their best, especially female students always cover their genitals not only at school but outside school, they must always cover their genitals, if women have their genitals all over their faces and palms. . Then many of them have followed recommendations to cover their genitals, especially from religious teachers. Whereas the method used by Islamic Education teachers in improving the dress and decorating morals of students through the understanding of women's fiqh in MAN Pasuruan City is the most important method is the habituation method, so if you meet students there are things that are not good seen will be given directions, lecture methods and discussion, and methods of providing motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of education in Islam is inductively by looking at the arguments of naqli that already exist in the Koran and al-Hadith, also integrating them in the context of the needs of society in general in education, so that it is hoped that the objectives of education in Islam can be applied to discourse and reality. present. that some people think that worship is limited to performing prayers, fasting during the month of Ramadan, issuing zakat, performing Hajj, and saying shahada. But actually worship includes all the deeds, thoughts, and feelings that are confronted or relied on by Allah. The aspect of worship is the obligation of Muslims to study it so that they can practice it in the right way. Improving the quality of education so far has not shown satisfactory results. The low quality of education is caused by many things, including the inadequate quality and distribution of teachers, the lack of educational facilities and infrastructure, inappropriate curricula, the learning environment in schools and within the family and community is not yet supportive.

Abstract

The learning atmosphere in the classroom is felt by the students to be boring, makes them sleepy, and the learning motivation decreases, especially in fiqh subjects. Madrasah Aliyah Abu Amr, which is under the auspices of the Ar-Roudloh Berbaur Islamic boarding school, has more time in studying the Islamic religious education, thus making students prone to experience weariness and boredom which results in passive students when learning in class. Therefore, to increase learning motivation, as well as increase student learning activity in class X MA Abu Amr, it is carried out with a fun learning model in fiqh subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and implications of the fun learning model on student motivation in fiqh subjects in class X MA Abu AmrPasuruan Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the type of case study research, namely research that is carried out intensively, in detail, and in depth on a particular incident or case to find out in depth how the implementation of the fun learning model on the learning motivation of class X MA Abu Amr. Data collection comes from interviews, observations, and documentation. Based on the results of the research on the implementation of the fun learning model on the learning motivation of class X MA Abu Amr students, there are the following: the fun learning model carried out by the teacher has a positive impact on students, changes in behavior and positive attitudes, activeness and full involvement of students in participating learning, as well as the growth and development of students' learning motivation, especially fiqh subjects which are marked by increased learning outcomes and student achievement in fiqh subjects, as well as increasing knowledge of fiqh knowledge more broadly than the material being taught.

Abstract

One potential solution to enhance students' proficiency in reading the Yellow Book is to implement the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method. The objective of this study is to determine the impact of applying the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum approach at Darul Karomah Mandaran Pasuruan Middle School on students' proficiency in reading the Yellow Book. This research employs an experimental methodology with a quasi-experimental research design. Data collection techniques include observation, documentation, and tests. The research sample consists of students from Darul Karomah Middle School. The findings indicate an improvement in students' ability to read the Yellow Book, as demonstrated by hypothesis testing using the T-test, with a significance value (0.000) less than 0.05. Furthermore, the application of the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method has been observed to have a significant effect, as documented by the researcher. It is hoped that this research will contribute to a deeper understanding of the Al-Miftah Lil Ulum method and provide greater insight into its effectiveness

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon at SMAN 1 Gondang Wetan Pasuruan, namely the lack of awareness among students and school members regarding environmental management, which has a negative impact on the sustainability of life. To address this issue, the school has implemented the Adiwiyata Program to instill Islamic education values at SMAN 1 Gondang Wetan. This research was conducted due to the need to enhance environmental awareness and the integration of religious values among students, which is considered important in the context of modern education. The study also focuses on the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program. The objective of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program in instilling Islamic education values at SMAN 1 Gondang Wetan. The research focuses on how the program is integrated into school activities to increase environmental awareness and religious values among students. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique consists of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with the final validation of findings done through triangulation. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Adiwiyata Program at SMAN 1 Gondang Wetan has successfully instilled Islamic education values through environmental activities. The school has achieved the title of Adiwiyata Mandiri, with activities such as composting, ecobricks, and waste banks that have increased students' environmental awareness. The success of the program is supported by the commitment of all school members and the integration of Islamic education values into the curriculum. However, there are several obstacles, such as limited funding, lack of student awareness, and differing perceptions among teachers.

Abstract

Sederhana, kaya akan sejarah budaya, dan elegan tampaknya tidak cukup bagi jersey Persatuan Sepak Bola Lamongan atau yang dikenal dengan Persela Lamongan untuk memberikan rasa nyaman pemain saat bertanding. Seiring dengan perkembangan dunia sepak bola, jersey yang awalnya hanya sebagai kostum pembeda dua klub saat bertanding, kini menjelma menjadi jubah utama pemain yang harus diperhatikan demi kenyamanan pemain saat bermain. Sebagai salah satu klub sepak bola profesional di Indonesia, Persela Lamongan sudah mengaplikasikan teknologi jersey yang bernilai tinggi untuk menunjang performa pemain. Namun, hal tersebut tidak banyak dimengerti oleh para pencinta sepak bola khususnya fans Persela Lamongan. Oleh karena itu, perancangan ini bertujuan mengangkat popularitas teknologi jersey Persela Lamongan, juga berusaha mengeksplorasikan sisi artistik jersey Persela Lamongan dan menampilkannya dalam buku fotografi jersey Persela Lamongan beserta nilai-nilai yang terkandung didalamnya. Sehingga masyarkat luas khususnya fans Persela tidak hanya sekedar membeli dan menikmati jersey Persela Lamongan secara kasat mata saja, tetapi juga mengerti nilai-nilai yang ada baik dari sisi artistik maupun teknologi jersey yang dipakai. Selain sebagai media edukasi, perancangan ini juga diharapkan mampu menjadi media promosi untuk meningkatkan popularitas Persela Store selaku Official Merchandise dari Persela Lamongan kepada khalayak umum. Dalam prosesnya, perancangan ini memiliki beberapa poin tentang startegi kreatif yang harus diperhatikan agar hasil perancangan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diinginkan penulis seperti tema, judul, dan konsep penyajian. Kemudian proses pemotretan, editng, hingga proses visualisasi juga harus memerlukan teknik-teknik yang benar baik itu teknik pemotretan, teknik editing foto, dan layouting. Sehingga menghasilkan perancangan yang konseptual, dan bermanfaat. Hasil perancangan ini berupa media dokumentasi jersey Persela Lamongan selama satu dekade terakhir yakni terhitung sejak musim 2010 sampai musim 2020 yang dikemas dalam buku fotografi. Berukuran 21 x 21 cm, buku fotografi ini tidak hanya menampilkan foto jersey Persela Lamongan dan teknologinya saja, melainkan juga sedikit menumbuh kembalikan sepenggal cerita usang Persela Lamongan selama berkontestasi di kasta tertinggi Liga Indonesia yang diharapkan mampu membuat masyarakat Lamongan kian mencintai dan bangga dengan Persela Lamongan. Abstract

The principal's assertive behavior is an important factor that has the potential to influence teacher work motivation, through the ability to communicate openly, provide constructive appreciation, make decisions wisely, and deal with differences of opinion without conflict. Teacher work motivation is a crucial factor in creating effective and quality learning. However, low teacher motivation is still found in some schools, indicated by a lack of enthusiasm in teaching and participation in professional activities. This study aims to examine the assertive behavior of school principals, the level of teacher work motivation, and the influence of principals' assertive behavior on teacher motivation in high schools or equivalent in Gondangwetan sub-district. This research employs an associative quantitative approach using a survey method, involving 65 teachers selected from 188 teachers across 10 schools through purposive sampling. The analysis results show that the assertive behavior of school principals has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation (regression coefficient = 0.845; contribution 69%). These findings emphasize that leadership characterized by open communication and professional appreciation of teachers can significantly enhance teacher work motivation.
