Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Sebagai pelayanan publik di bidang kesehatan, rumah sakit harus menjamin mutu pelayanan yang diberikan kepada pasien sebagai pengguna layanan publik. Berdasarkan observasi terkait kepuasan pasien di rawat inap di dapatkan, masih belum terpenuhinya standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) kepuasan pasien di rawat inap hal ini mencerminkan kinerja perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan di rawat inap yang masih kurang baik.Komponen yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat cukup kompleks, sehingga perlu dilakukan pengamatan lebih lanjut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat di rawat inap RSUD Ungaran.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross secsional. Populasi terdiri dari 123 perawat yang berada di unit rawat inap RSUD Ungaran dengan sampel sebesar 87 perawat  yang di ambil dengan cara proportional random sampling.Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari kepemimpinan, kebijakan, motivasi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja. Dan variabel terikat penelitian ini adalah kinerja perawat. Uji yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Chi Square.Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan perawat dalam memberikan pelayanan di ruang rawat inap yang memiliki kinerja baik jumlahnya lebih besar dari pada kinerja kurang. Terdapat hubungan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja perawat di rawat inap rumah sakit dengan  p – value 0,000. Adanya hubungan kebijakan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan  p – value 0,011. Terdapat  hubungan motivasi perawat terhadap kinerja perawat dengan p – value 0,0036. Adanya hubungan pelatihan dan pengembangan terhadap kinerja perawat dengan nilai p – value 0,026. Terdapat hubungan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat dengan nilai p – value 0,026. Adanya hubungan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja perawat dengan nilai p – value 0,030.Simpulan: Dari hasil penelitian di simpulkan seluruh variabel bebas berhubungan dengan variabel terikat penelitian.Kata kunci: kinerja, perawat, rumah sakit.ABSTRACTBackground: Hospitals as public services must considered quality of services provided to community. Abstract

Latar belakang: Pengelolaan linen turut berkontribusi pada pembentukan citra rumah sakit di masyarakat. Pemanfaatan pelayanan rawat inap di RSUD Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang cukup tinggi, jika dilihat dari Bed Occupancy Rate (BOR) dan Average Length of Stay (AvLOS) rumah sakit. Namun, ketersediaan stok linen di rawat inap belum merata. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengelolaan linen rawat inap di Instalasi Laundry RSUD Ungaran Kabupaten Semarang.  Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu indepth interview dengan purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 6 orang informan utama dan 5 orang informan triangulasi. Aspek yang diteliti adalah aspek masukan dan proses pengelolaan linen.Hasil:  Pada aspek masukan menunjukkan kekurangan tenaga pelaksana di laundry, sarana dan prasarana belum memenuhi standar, dan pelaksanaan SOP belum berjalan optimal. Pada aspek proses menunjukkan tidak terdapat standar batas penggunaan linen dalam perencanaan, masih ditemukan penyimpangan pada penanganan linen kotor, masih terdapat petugas yang tidak melakukan distribusi linen bersih pada jalur linen bersih, belum semua linen yang rusak dilakukan perawatan linen, dan pengisian dokumen pelaporan linen di rawat inap belum rutin.  Simpulan: Terdapat kendala pada aspek masukan dan proses pengelolaan linen rawat inap di Instalasi Laundry RSUD Ungaran sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada aspek masukan dan proses pengelolaan linen. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Linen, Instalasi Laundry, Rumah Sakit ABSTRACT Title:  Management of Inpatient Linen in the Laundry Installation at RSUD Ungaran, Semarang Regency  Background: Linen management contributes to the establishment of the image of the hospital in the community. Public quite interest with inpatient services at Ungaran Hospital, Semarang Regency, when it viewed from the BOR and AVLOS of the hospital. However, the availability of linen stocks in inpatient rooms is not evenly distributed. The aim of this research was to analyze the management of inpatient linen at the Laundry Installation at RSUD Ungaran, Semarang Regency. Method: This research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological descriptive approach. The data collection technique was in-depth interview with purposive sampling. The research subjects consisting of 5 main informants and 5 triangulation informants. The aspects studied were the input and process aspects of linen management.Result: In the input aspect, it shows that there was a shortage of manpower laundry, the facilities and infrastructure have not met the standards, and the implementation of SOP has not been optimal. In the process aspect, it shows that there is no standard for the use of linen in planning, irregularities are still found in the implementation of handling dirty linen, there were officers who did not distribute clean linens on the clean linen route, not all damaged linens get treatment, and filling in linen reporting documents in inpatient was not routine yet. Conclusion: There are obstacles in the input and process aspects of the inpatient linen management at the RSUD Ungaran Laundry Installation, so it is necessary to improve the input and process aspects of the linen management. Keywords: Linen management, laundry installation, hospital

Abstract

ABSTRAKLatar belakang: Dalam rentan waktu 2018 hingga pertengahan tahun 2020 Puskesmas Bangetayu memiliki jumlah penderita preeklamsia tertinggi di Kota Semarang. Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang dapat ditangani oleh tim medis Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Sepeda Motor adalah preeklamsia. Sayangnya, layanan Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Sepeda Motor yang terdapat pada Puskesmas Bangetayu masih minim digunakan oleh masyarakat khususnya dalam menangani preeklamsia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi program Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Sepeda Motor dalam menangani kasus preekamsia di Puskesmas.Bangetayu Kota.Semarang.Metode: Penelitian kualitatif.dengan pendekatan.deskriptif analitik yang dilakukan melalui.wawancara mendalam, sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik.purposive sampling. Penelitian ini.dilakukan pada.bulan Oktober-Desember 2020. Subjek penelitian merupakan penanggung jawab program Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Sepeda Motor,dokter, bidan, dan perawat pelaksana program Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Sepeda Motor. Sedangkan informan triangulasi yaitu kepala Seksi Rujukan Bidang Pelayanan Kesehatan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang, Kepala Puskesmas Bangetayu, Bidan Koordinator Puskesmas Bangetayu, dan Ibu hamil atau melahirkan dengan preeklamsia. Aspek yang dianalisis terdiri dari aspek standar dan sasaran kebijakan, aspek komunikasi, aspek sumber daya, aspek disposisi pelaksana, aspek.karakteristik badan pelaksana, dan aspek lingkungan0ekonomi, sosial dan politik.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan dokter pada malam hari tidak stand by untuk melaksanakan program Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Sepeda Motor di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bangetayu, sikap bidan pelaksana dinilai tidak ramah, tidak adanya Rencana Tindak Lanjut (RTL) yang diberikan oleh pihak Dinas Kesehatan0Kota Semarang kepada Puskesmas Bangetayu mengenai pelaksanaan program dalam menangani kasus preeklamsia untuk kedepannya, kepatuhan dan kejujuran petugas dalam menjalankan tugas masih rendah, serta tidak adanya insentif ataupun reward  yang diberikan kepada petugas medis.Simpulan: Implementasi program Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Sepeda Motor dalam menangani kasus preeklamsia masih belum optimal dikarenakan masih ditemukan beberapa kendala dalam pengimplementasiannya. Penelitian ini menyaraknkan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Semarang untuk memberikan Rencana Tindak Lanjut (RTL) mengenai program Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Sepeda Motor dalam menangani kasus preeklamsia kepada pihak puskesmas bangetayu, melakukan pembinaan kepada petugas medis yang melakukan kesalahan, menambah sumber daya manusia, dan memberikan insentif maupun reward sebagai motivasi kerja.Kata kunci: Preeklamsia, Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Sepeda Motor, Wilayah Timur Kota Semarang ABSTRACT Title: Analysis  The Implementation  Of The Ambulance Hebat (Si Cepat) Motorcycle Program In Handling Maternal Case In Semarang City (Case Study At East Region Of Semarang City)Background: From 2018 to 2019 East Region Of Semarang City had the highest0number of preeclampsia patients in Semarang City. One of the health problems that can be handled by the medical team for the Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Motorcycle is preeclampsia. Unfortunately, the Service of the Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Motorcycle that is available at the East Region Of Semarang City is not used optimally by the community especially in dealing with preeclampsia, there is only 1 user in the 2018-2019 period. This study aims to.analyze the implementation of the Ambulan.Hebat (Si Cepat) motorcycle program in handling preeclampsia at East Region Of Semarang City.Method: Qualitative research0with a descriptive-analytic0approach was conducted0through in-depth interviews where the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique. This research0was conducted in October-December 2020. The research subjects were the person in charge of the Ambulance.Hebat (Si Cepat) Motorcycle Program, the doctors, midwives, and nurses that are implementing the Ambulance Hebat (Si Cepat) Motorcycle Program. Meanwhile, the triangulation informants were the Head of the Health Service Section of the Health Office of Semarang City, the Head of the Public Health Center of Bangetayu, the Coordinating Midwife for the Public Health Center of Bangetayu, and pregnant mothers with preeclampsia. The aspects analyzed consisted of standards and policy objectives, communication, resource, implementing disposition, characteristics0of the implementing agency, and economic, social, and political environmental aspects.Result: The results show the availability of doctors at night does not stand by, the midwife’s attitude is considered unfriendly, there is no follow up plan given by the Public Health Office of Semarang City or the medical team to the Public Health Center of Bangetayu, compliance and honesty of officers in carrying out their duties is still low, and the absence of incentives or rewards given to medical personnel.  Conclusion and Recommendations : The implementation of the Ambulance Hebat (Si Cepat) Motorcycle program in dealing with preeclampsia is not optimal because there are some obstacles in its implementation. This research encourages the Health Office of Semarang City to provide a Follow-Up Action Plan program to the Public Health Center of Bangetayu, guide medical personnel who did mistakes, distributing photos containing the Ambulance Hebat (Si Cepat) call center number to the public through the Whatsapp group distributed by the FKK, changing doctor shifts to 2 shifts, and provide incentives and rewards as work motivation, and tighten sanctions.Keywords: Preeclampsia, Ambulan Hebat (Si Cepat) Motorcycle, East Region Of Semarang City

Abstract

2020. Di Indonesia, Provinsi Jawa Tengah termasuk ke dalam lima besar provinsi dengan kasus COVID-19 tertinggi. Untuk meminimalisir penyebaran COVID-19, Pemerintah Indonesia menerapkan kebijakan physical distancing yang dapat mendorong adanya kerentanan yang akan mempengaruhi praktik pengasuhan anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis karakteristik responden yang berhubungan dengan praktik pengasuhan anak menghadapi risiko kerentanan pada pandemi COVID-19 di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.Metode: Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian survei, pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Terdiri dari 100 sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada bulan September hingga November 2020 yang dilakukan secara online. Variabel dalam penelitian ini yaitu karakteristik responden meliputi tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan, rata-rata penghasilan per bulan, dan status keluarga, serta praktik pengasuhan anak. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berupa google form. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Analisis bivariat menggunakan chi square dan rank spearman.Hasil: Hasil uji hubungan menunjukkan bahwa variabel tingkat pendidikan (p-value = 0,573), pekerjaan (p-value = 0,393), rata-rata penghasilan per bulan (p-value = 0,156), dan status keluarga (p-value = 0,834) tidak berhubungan dengan praktik pengasuhan anak selama pandemi COVID-19.Simpulan: Tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan, rata-rata penghasilan per bulan, dan status keluarga tidak berhubungan dengan praktik pengasuhan anak menghadapi risiko kerentanan pada pandemi COVID-19 di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.Kata kunci: Praktik pengasuhan anak, karakteristik, physical distancing, COVID-19 ABSTRACT Title: The Relation Between Individual Characteristic and Children Parenting Practice towards Vulnerability Risk of COVID-19 Pandemic in Central Java ProvinceBackground: Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) has spread in several countries since early 2020. In Indonesia, Central Java Province is one of the top five provinces with the highest cases of COVID-19. In order to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Indonesian government applied a physical distancing policy which encourage vulnerability that possibly affect parenting practice. The purpose of this study is to analyze characteristics related to children parenting practice towards vulnerability of COVID-19 pandemic in Central Java Province.Method: This is a survey research, quantitative approach is cross sectional. There are 100 samples, the sampling technique using accidental sampling. This research was conducted in Central Java Province from September to November 2020 by online. The variables are characteristics, involve education level, type of work, family status, and average income per month, also parenting practice. Data collection using a questionnaire using google form. Univariate analysis using frequency distribution. Bivariat analysis using chi square, and rank spearman.Result: The results of the correlaton test is the variable education level (p-value = 0.573), type of work (p-value = 0. 393), average income/month (p-value = 0.156), and family status (p-value = 0.712) were not related to parenting practice during pandemic.Conclusion: Education level, type of work, average income/month, and family status are not related to parenting practice toward vulnerability risk of COVID-19 pandemic in Central Java Province.Keywords: Parenting practice, characteristic, physical distancing, COVID-19

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pada masa pandemi COVID-19 penyakit hipertensi merupakan penyebab tertinggi kasus kematian akibat COVID-19 di Jawa Tengah. Puskesmas Kedungmundu adalah puskesmas dengan capaian SPM Penderita Hipertensi  terendah di Kota Semarang tahun 2020. Capaian kinerja Standar Pelayanan Minimal Penderita Hipertensi di Puskesmas Kedungmundu yaitu sebesar 23%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis implementasi Standar Pelayanan Minimal Bidang Kesehatan pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Kedungmundu.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan indepth interview dengan Informan penelitian pemegang program PTM, pemegang program prolanis, kepala puskesmas, salah satu staff P2P DKK  Semarang, dan pasien penderita hipertensi dilakukan pada bulan Januari- Maret 2021Hasil: Implementasi standar pelayanan minimal belum optimal, minimnya komunikasi dan koordinasi pihak puskesmas dengan jejaring maupun masyarakat, sasaran belum menerapkan perilaku hidup sehat dan masih sebagian sasaran yang melakukan pengobatan hipertensi secara rutin ke Puskesmas, sumber daya manusia di Puskesmas Kedungmundu memiliki tugas ganda menjadi tracer COVID-19, dan belum terbentuknya persepsi masyarakat akan kebutuhan Standar Pelayanan Minimal bidang Kesehatan.Simpulan: Implementasi standar pelayanan minimal bidang kesehatan pada pelayanan kesehatan pada penderita hipertensi belum dilaksanakan dengan optimal Kata Kunci: SPM, Hipertensi, Pelayanan Kesehatan ABSTRACTTittle : Analysis of the causes of not optimal hypertension services at the Kedungmundu Community Health CenterBackground: During the pandemic covid'19, hypertension was the highest cause of death by the covid'19 in Central Java. Performance achievement of MSS Hypertension Sufferers in Puskesmas Kedungmundu is 23%.  The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Minimum Service Standards in the Field of Health on indicators of hypertension patients' services in Puskesmas Kedungmundu.Method: This study uses qualitative method with indepth interview with Research informants of PTM program holders, prolanis program holders, head of puskesmas, one of the Semarang DKK P2P staff, and patients with hypertension were carried out from January to March 2021Result: The implementation has not been optimal, the lack of communication and coordination of the puskesmas with the network and the community, the target has not implemented healthy living behaviors and still some targets that conduct regular hypertension treatment to the Puskesmas, human resources in puskesmas kedungmundu which has a double duty to be tracer covid'19, and has not formed public perception of the needs of Minimum Service Standards in the field of Health.Conclusion: The implementation of minimum service standards in the health sector in health services for hypertension sufferers has not been implemented optimally.Keywords: MMS, Hypertension, Health Services

Abstract

Rehatta Kelet Regional General Hospital, located in Jepara Regency deals with leprosy service only. Leprosy is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Leprae which attacks the peripheral nerves and other body tissues. The preliminary study showed the leprosy patients' number hospitalized in the Leprosy Rehabilitation Unit (LRU) every year decreased the visitors' number from the 2017-2019 trend of 563 patients, 448 patients, and from January-October 2019 as many as 274 patients. The decreasing number of inpatient visits is not proportional to the increase in leprosy cases in Central Java because there are still many people and health workers in the Leprophobia Rehabilitation Unit (negative leprosy) and negative stigma, discrimination against people affected by leprosy and reporting from the district hospital and FKTP are late reporting and not fully affordable so that it could slow the healing process from leprosy. This research uses quantitative methods and a cross-sectional approach with 64 inpatients as samples. The results showed there was a relationship between communication management and the motivation of inpatient healing in the LRU, namely the aspect of information communication with a p-value of 0,000 and a correlation of 0.466, a clinical recording aspect with a p-value of 0.003 and a correlation of 0.371, an aspect of recording administration with a p-value of 0.012 and correlation of 0.313. It is recommended to the LRU to optimize and improve services in terms of officers and nurses also coordinating both with patients and their families to provide positive social support to support patient recovery.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Tenaga kesehatan yang terpapar infeksi COVID-19 semakin meningkat. Terjadi lonjakan kasus infeksi COVID-19 pada perawat di RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Kabupaten Klaten. Tercatat 38 perawat yang terpapar COVID-19 pada rentang Januari-Februari 2021. Temuan tertinggi didapat dari pelacakan kontak erat di rumah sakit, yaitu sebanyak 32 orang. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis Kepatuhan Perawat dalam Penerapan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI) COVID-19 di RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Kabupaten Klaten.Metode: Merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposif. Subjek dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Informan utama terdiri dari Kepala Ruang dan IPCLN. Informan triangulasi terdiri dari Ketua Komite PPIRS, IPCN, dan Eks Pasien COVID-19. Aspek yang dianalisis terdiri dari Konformitas, Penerimaan, Ketaatan, Ketepatan Waktu Penyelesaian Pekerjaan, Menjalankan Prosedur Kerja dan Menggunakan Peralatan dengan Baik.Hasil: Praktik pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19 oleh perawat dipengaruhi oleh pihak eksternal melalui monitoring dan evaluasi. Perawat menerima kebijakan yang berkaitan dengan pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19 karena adanya edukasi dan pelatihan. Kebersihan tangan dan praktik menyuntik belum sesuai SOP yang ada. Dalam menyelesaikan dokumentasi sering terlambat. Terdapat hambatan dalam menjalankan prosedur pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19. Praktik penggunaan alat pelindung diri sudah sesuai dengan aturan.Simpulan: Kepatuhan perawat dalam menerapkan pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi COVID-19 di rumah sakit belum sepenuhnya dijalankan secara maksimal terutama pada aspek ketaatan dan ketepatan waktu penyelesaian pekerjaan.  Background: Health workers who are exposed to COVID-19 infections are increasing. There was a spike in cases of COVID-19 infection among nurses at dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro, Klaten Regency.  38 nurses were exposed to COVID-19 in the January-February 2021 range. The highest finding was obtained from close contact tracing at the hospital, which was 32 people. dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro, Klaten Regency.Method: This is qualitative research with in-depth interviews. Purposive sampling technique. Subjects were selected based on the purposive sampling technique. The main informants consisted of the Head of Room and IPCLN. The triangulation informants consisted of the Chair of the PPIRS Committee, IPCN, and former COVID-19 patients. The analyzed aspects consist of conformity, acceptance, obedience, punctuality in completing work, carrying out work procedures, and using equipment properly.Result: The practice of preventing and controlling COVID-19 infection by nurses is influenced by external parties through monitoring and evaluation. Nurses accept policies related to the prevention and control of COVID-19 infection due to education and training. Hand hygiene and injecting practices are not followed with existing SOPs. Completing the documentation is often late. There are obstacles in carrying out COVID-19 infection prevention and control procedures. The practice of using personal protective equipment by following the rules.Conclusion: Nurses' compliance in implementing the prevention and control of COVID-19 infection in hospitals has not been fully implemented optimally, especially in the aspect of obedience and timeliness of work completion.

Abstract

The timeliness of Measles-Rubella (MR) immunization is still low among other immunization services for infants, including at the Tempuran Health Center, Magelang Regency. Attitude is something that influences a person's actions. Objectives: To analyzed the mother's attitude towards MR immunization services on time during the covid-19 pandemic in the working area of the Tempuran Health Center, Magelang Regency. Methods: It was quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach. The research population was mothers who have babies aged 9-12 months with a sample of 100 mothers using cluster sampling technique in each village. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariate with the Chi-square test. Results: The timeliness of MR immunization was still low. 74% of mothers were not punctual in immunizing MR to their children even though most mothers had a good attitude (65%). The Chi-square test showed a relationship between the mother's attitude and timeliness of MR immunization (p=0.004). Conclusion: The mother's attitude was not optimal because there were various problems with the mother's attitude, so it is hoped that the mother will increase knowledge, share experiences with peer groups, and if unable to attend, ask for family assistance, while health center is expected to carry out promotions, education about measles-rubella immunization and also coordinate with health office regarding vaccine stockKeywords:  immunization, measles-rubella, timeliness

Abstract

Kota Depok merupakan wilayah pertama terdeteksinya Covid-19 di Indonesia dan juga wilayah dengan kasus tertinggi di Jawa Barat. Untuk menangani masalah ini maka diberlakukan Kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB), namun pada pelaksanaannya masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak patuh dan kasus Covid-19 semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor yang memiliki hubungan dengan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap kebijakan PSBB di Kota Depok. Metode yang dipakai yaitu metode kuantitatif dan potong lintang. Responden penelitian sebanyak 285 orang dengan metode accidental sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji nonparametric. Penelitian ini menunjukkan faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan, yaitu jenis kelamin (p=0,005), tingkat pendidikan (p=0,036), pengetahuan (p=0,014), dan sikap (p=0,000). Kepatuhan PSBB semakin meningkat pada responden perempuan dengan tingkat pendidikan lebih tinggi, pengetahuan baik, dan sikap yang mendukung terhadap kebijakan PSBB. Depok City is the first area to have Covid-19 detected in Indonesia and also the region with the highest cases in West Java. The Large-scale Social Restrictions Policy (PSBB) was implemented to handle this problem. However, some people did not obey the rules and Covid-19 cases were increased. The purpose of this study is to figure the factors related to community compliance with the Large-scale Social Restrictions Policy in Depok City. This research used a quantitative method and cross-sectional design. Respondents of the study were 285 people and used an accidental sampling method. Data analyzed by univariate and bivariate with the nonparametric test. The results of this study indicate the factors associated with the Large-scale Social Restrictions Policy are gender (p = 0.005), education level (p = 0.036), knowledge (p = 0.014), and attitude (p = 0.000). The Large-scale Social Restrictions Policy’s compliance is increasing among female respondents with higher education level, have good knowledge, and a supportive attitude towards the Large-scale Social Restrictions Policy.

Abstract

Diterapkannya sistem implementasi verifikasi digital klaim (Vedika) oleh BPJS Kesehatan bagi fasilitas kesehatan rujukan tingkat lanjutan (FKRTL) mengakibatkan terjadinya penarikan petugas/pekerja BPJS Kesehatan di rumah sakit pemberi FKRTL. Akibat dari diterapkannya sistem ini, unit BPJS Kesehatan Centre yang sebelumnya ada di RSUD Ungaran dan memiliki fungsi sebagai unit penanganan masalah pelayanan kesehatan peserta BPJS Kesehatan menjadi hilang. Hal ini berpengaruh kepada proses pelayanan kesehatan di RSUD Ungaran terutama dalam hal penanganan keluhan pelayanan kesehatan dan pemberian informasi perihal kepesertaan BPJS, dimana hilangnya unit BPJS Kesehatan Centre ini berdampak kepada timbulnya keluhan pelayanan kesehatan oleh pasien peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Di RSUD Ungaran, fungsi unit BPJS Kesehatan Centre ini digantikan oleh unit Rekam Medis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa beban unit Rekam Medis di RSUD Ungaran paska pemberlakuan sistem Vedika.Metode penelitian bersifat kualitatif disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif untuk menggambarkan secara obyektif perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, dan tindakan.Dengan menggunakan analisa perspektif relatives advantage, compatibility dan complexity, hasil menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja unit Rekam Medis di RSUD menjadi bertambah karena dibebankan tugas pokok dan fungsi yang sama dengan unit BPJS Kesehatan Centre.RSUD Ungaran memerlukan solusi kebijakan berupa pembentukan unit baru untuk menangani masalah keluhan pelayanan kesehatan dan pemberian informasi terkait kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan untuk memastikan hak dan kewajiban pasien peserta BPJS Kesehatan terpenuhi.
