Abstract

Sampah merupakan hasil sisa dari produk yang tidak dapat digunakan kembali. Sampah memiliki ancaman bagi lingkungan apabila tidak diolah dengan baik. Banyak cara untuk menangani permasalahan sampah. Salah satu bentuk dari penanganan sampah adalah penanganan berbasis circular economy dengan bank sampah menjadi wadah masyarakat untuk memilah sampah. Sampah yang ditabung oleh nasabah akan memiliki nilai ekonomi bagi nasabah berupa saldo tabungan. Bank sampah dapat mengolah sampah yang telah dikumpulkan menjadi produk yang dapat digunakan kembali. Kota Cilegon memiliki bank sampah di berbagai lokasi. Cara penanganan sampah dengan sistem pendataan yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan pertukaran informasi secara tatap muka belum memiliki manajemen yang efektif dan efisien. Perancangan sistem informasi secara digital dengan platform android dapat mempermudah manajemen pendataan sampah dan nasabah dalam bank sampah. Tujuan dari makalah ini sebagai bentuk dokumentasi secara komprehensif tahapan dalam perancangan sistem informasi manajemen penanganan sampah berbasis circular economy secara digital menggunakan platform android. Aplikasi android yang dikembangkan menggunakan konsep System Development Life Cycle. Tahapan yang dilakukan yaitu perancanaan sistem, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi sistem dan pengujian sistem. Penggunaan model DFD, ERD, use case diagram dan activity diagram dalam perancangan sistem maka dapat dibuatnya aplikasi android dengan nama Bank Sandi. Aplikasi Bank Sandi dilakukan pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Skala Kebolehgunaan Aplikasi Mudah Ahli (SKAMA) dengan skor sebesar 85,75. Aplikasi Bank Sandi memiliki usability yang baik karena memiliki nilai rata-rata skor usability diatas skor 68.

Abstract

Penyakit virus corona menyebar ke seluruh dunia sebagai akibat dari pandemi virus corona tahun 2019, disebut pula sebagai pandemi Covid-19. Virus baru bernama SARS-CoV-2 menjadi dalang penyakit yang menginfeksi hampir semua manusia di Bumi. Pada bulan Desember 2019, Kota Wuhan, Provinsi Hubei, Tiongkok, melaporkan kasus pertama. Baru kemudian, pada 11 Maret 2020, Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menetapkannya sebagai pandemi global. Pemkab Tangerang lalu segera menerbitkan Keputusan Bupati Tangerang Nomor 440/Kep.283-Huk/2020 tentang Pembentukan Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) di Kabupaten Tangerang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana pelaksanaan penanggulangan penyebaran Covid-19 di Kabupaten Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik menganalisis data dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis atau t-test satu sampel dengan uji pihak kiri diperoleh hasil thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (38,572 > -1,648), dinyatakan bahwa Ha diterima, serta hasil perhitungan sebesar 74,38% dan dinyatakan terlaksana dengan baik. Peneliti menyarankan supaya keberhasilan yang sudah tercapai dapat dijaga dengan baik dan ditingkatkan kembali untuk beberapa aspek seperti penegakkan serta kedisiplinan terhadap program vaksinasi serta upaya – upaya di dalam menanggulangi penyebaran virus Covid-19. Hal ini menjadi yang terpenting agar supaya kita tetap waspada terhadap apa yang terjadi berikutnya, karena bukan tidak mungkin kita bisa saja menghadapi gelombang – gelombang berikutnya baik dari virus Covid-19 maupun virus – virus lainnya.

Abstract

This study examines the politics of representation of the “Rumah Aspirasi Rakyat Aam Amarulloh” in representing the people’s aspirations in Cilegon City. This Aspiration House is an intermediary space between constituents and legislators, facilitating communication and conveying public aspiration. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews and direct observation of activities at the Aspiration House. The research results show that around 80% of the aspirations collected have been responsively followed by the relevant legislator, Aam Amarulloh. These findings indicate that “Rumah Aspirasi Rakyat Aam Amarulloh” effectively facilitates the public in conveying their complaints and aspirations. Furthermore, the residents in electoral district 3 Cilegon Municipal, which includes the Pulomerak and Grogol districts, express a deep sense of satisfaction with the performance of this Aspiration House. Thus, this study provides empirical evidence that the descriptive representation model applied in this Aspiration House can enhance public participation and representation in the legislative process. The study also suggests that further development is needed to improve some aspects that are still less optimal.

Abstract

Kampung Literasi Taman Barang Desa Sindangsari Kabupaten Serang merupakan kontribusi Untirta yang bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Koordinator Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia melalui program Gerakan Nasional Revolusi Mental. Diresmikan pada 17 Agustus 2023, Kampung Literasi Taman Barang dirancang sebagai ruang publik agar masyarakat memperoleh informasi melalui buku dan aktivitas literasi. Situs berbasis konten warga www.kampungliterasi.untirta.ac.id, merupakan produk pengabdian kepada masyarakat, karena masyarakat sekitar Kampung Literasi Taman Barang belum memiliki ruang publik digital yang memungkinkan mereka melakukan interaksi sekaligus memproduksi pengetahuan. Metode pengabdian yaitu pelatihan jurnalistik, pelatihan keredaksian media, dan pelatihan operasionalisasi website. Hasil dari pelatihan tersebut adalah pemuda desa Sindangsari memahami cara menulis berita, melakukan peliputan dan cara kerja keredaksian media sehingga mereka menjadi redaksi situs konten warga dengan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan demi terciptanya masyarakat yang literat. Kampung Literasi Taman Barang, Sindangsari Village, Serang Regency, is a contribution from Untirta in collaboration with the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia through the Mental Revolution National Movement program. Inaugurated on August 17, 2023, Kampung Literasi Taman Barang was designed as a public space for people to obtain information through books and literacy activities. The citizen content-based website www.kampungliterasi.untirta.ac.id, is a product of community service, because the community around Kampung Literasi Taman Barang does not yet have a digital public space that allows them to interact and produce knowledge. The service methods are journalism training, media editorial training, and website operationalization training. The result of the training is that Sindangsari youth understand how to write news, do reporting and how media editorial works so that they become editors of the citizen content website with ongoing assistance for the creation of a literate community.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the Tangerang LIVE application in promoting democratization and public policy through digital innovation. The approach used is exploratory qualitative, with literature studies, document analysis, and non-participatory observation of citizen interactions—including user reviews, agency responses, and bold media—from May 2024 to March 2025. Data were analyzed using thematic techniques assisted by NVivo, with validation through source triangulation. The focus of the study encompasses (1) citizen accessibility and participation (e-participation), (2) government transparency and accountability, and (3) digital democracy practices, including evidence-based policy deliberations. The results show that the LAKSA feature in Tangerang LIVE provides a space for citizens to convey their aspirations and complaints, most of which are responded to quickly and transparently by the government. This reflects the application of e-governance principles. However, technical constraints, such as application bugs and login difficulties, remain obstacles. Within the UTAUT theoretical framework, digital citizen participation is greatly influenced by perceptions of the ease and benefits of technology. Complaint data also has the potential to be analyzed with artificial intelligence (AI) to strengthen evidence-based policy research. The study concludes that Tangerang LIVE is a real-life example of digital innovation that promotes inclusive, participatory, and responsive governance. AI integration and technical system enhancements are needed to strengthen digital democracy at the local level.

Abstract

The amendment of Indonesia’s Mineral and Coal Law through Law No. 3 of 2020 has significantly reshaped the governance of the mining sector. A key feature of the new regulation is the re-centralization of authority, whereby licensing power was withdrawn from local governments and concentrated at the national level. The central problem arising from this shift is the increasing marginalization of small-scale and traditional miners, whose operations persist under illegal status due to overlapping regulations and conflicting interests among levels of government. This study investigates the implications of the new mining regulatory framework by examining the case of illegal gold mining in Lebak Regency, Indonesia. In this region, local communities have long relied on traditional gold mining as a survival strategy amid poverty and the absence of alternative livelihoods, despite the illegality of such practices. Employing a qualitative case study approach, based on literature review and interviews with key informants, the findings reveal ongoing contestation over resource control between government, corporations, and local miners. The state tends to favor large-scale corporate mining, leaving traditional miners marginalized and criminalized.

Abstract

TikTok is widely used for eating-related content. One type of content uploaded by many content creators or influencers on TikTok is "What I Eat in A Day". There is a complex relationship between social media use and dietary habits, showing that social media can influence food choices and contribute to unhealthy eating patterns. This study aims to analyse the nutritional content of "What I Eat in a Day" videos on TikTok, examining the characteristics of content creators and evaluating their video dietary contents over the past three months from a nutritional perspective. This study uses a content analysis approach involved the collection and analysis of Indonesian TikTok "What I Eat in a Day" videos from February to May 2024. The nutritional variables assessed included fruit and vegetable consumption, calorie counting, weight monitoring, types of diets, and adherence to the "Isi Piringku" guidelines. The analysis revealed that less than 70% of content creators included fruits in their diet, with only half of them consuming vegetables. None of the videos adhered to the "Isi Piringku" dietary guidelines. These findings highlight a significant gap in promoting balanced diets among popular TikTok content. The rising trend of "What I Eat in a Day" videos on TikTok necessitates further research into their potential impact on viewers' dietary habits. Future studies should investigate how exposure to these videos influences audience behaviour and nutritional choices. Understanding this dynamic can inform public health strategies to promote healthier eating habits through digital media platforms.

Abstract

SATUSEHAT’s platform has been implemented as a form of digital transformation in health services in Indonesia. This platform includes features that facilitate data integration from medical records, medical resumes, and various similar health platforms with the concept of interoperability and data sharing between healthcare facilities in Indonesia. Data sharing and ownership of patient data raises various ethical and legal issues in its application, especially when it relates to the right to patient data in electronic medical records (EMR) in health services. However, in the guidelines for the implementation of EMR, there is no general consent regarding the release of the data. This study aims to analyze legal issues that can occur and recommendations related to the implementation of SATUSEHAT which is integrated with EMR of health care facilities and to develop legal concepts in its application. The method used uses a statutory approach and conceptual. General consent regarding the release of EMR data to be integrated with SATUSEHAT needs to be applied. Several issues may arise regarding the implications of refusing or approving the integration of EMR with SATUSEHAT such as security, confidentiality, and data usage. Healthcare facilities should include general consent regarding the integration of the data as a separate option in the clause in the general consent which is preceded by information regarding the risks and benefits obtained. Guarantees regarding the security and privacy of patient data by both health facilities and the SATUSEHAT’s platform also need to be strengthened so that they do not harm patients. In addition, guidelines regarding data access and ownership need to be developed, and clarification on the responsible party and the sanctions to be imposed in the event of a data leakage need to be further defined

Abstract

Dalam banyak penerapannya, penggunaan sistem peresepan elektronik (computerized physician order entry, CPOE) dalam penulisan resep terbukti mampu menurunkan angka kesalahan peresepan obat (adverse drug event, ADE). Kesalahan pengobatan seperti kekeliruan penulisan nama obat, penentuan dosis, dan penggunaan jenis obat yang tepat untuk pasien dengan kondisi kesehatan tertentu di pelayanan kesehatan dapat ditekan. Namun, CPOE masih memiliki kelemahan seperti tambahan waktu untuk mengentri data pasien oleh para dokter ke dalam sistem. Untuk meng- evaluasi dampak persepsi pengguna tentang penerapan CPOE terhadap keselamatan pengobatan pasien, suatu penelitian kualitatif telah dilakukan di Gadjah Mada Medical Health Center yang telah mengadopsi sistem ini selama sepuluh tahun. Data dan informasi dikumpukan dengan wawancara mendalam terhadap sembilan dokter (tujuh dokter umum dan dua dokter spesialis) sebagai informen pengguna CPOE menggunakan pedoman wawancara, alat perekam suara, buku catat, dan daftar centang observasi. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa sepuluh tahun CPOE telah mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan, tetapi potensi ADE masih terjadi akibat gangguan komunikasi pasien-dokter karena perlunya waktu tambahan untuk entri data. Disimpulkan bahwa sistem CPOE belum mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan untuk mencegah ADE dalam pengobatan pasien. In most of its applications, Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) has been improved patient safety by reducing medication errors and subsequent adverse drug events (ADEs). Medication error such as elixir in writing, determination of dose, and correct drug type used for patient with certain health condition in health services can be reduced. But, the CPOE still has some weknesses such as additional time to entry the patient information by physician to the sistem. To evaluate the impact of end-user perception using CPOE sistem on patient safety medication, a qualitative research has been conducted at Gadjah Mada Medical Health Center which has adopted this sistem for ten years. Data and informations were collected by in-depth interviewing nine physicians (seven general docters and two specialists) as end-user informen using interview guide, tape recorder, note-book, and checklist observation tools. The results show that ten year CPOE implemention has improved the effectiveness and efficiency of medical health care, but potential adverse drug event (ADE) such as drug prescription errors still occur as a result of patient-physician communication distraction due to additional time for data entry. It is concluded that CPOE sistem has not been able to support decision to prevent the ADEs in patient medication.
