Abstract

This research discusses profitability ratio analysis in measuring the financial performance of sharia banking listed on the IDX for the 2021-2023 period. Profitability ratios are the ability of a company to generate profits during a certain period. This ratio also provides a measure of the level of effectiveness of a company's management. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The results of analysis of profitability ratios such as Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) from several Islamic banks show significant fluctuations and changes from year to year. Bank Aladin, BTPN and Panin Dubai showed significant variations in their ROA and ROE over the period. Aladin Bank in particular experienced difficulty in generating positive gross profits. This research aims to provide a deeper understanding of the financial performance of Islamic banks and provide recommendations for improving asset and equity management in order to improve the financial performance of these banks in the future.

Abstract

This community service project in the form of training was carried out on the basis of the collaboration of KKN-DR students from UIN Raden Intan Lampung and the Tanjung Jati village community, with the help of Tanjung Jati village officials in the southern coastal district of the west coast district of Lampung Province, in order to provide product training for the community and Pekon Tanjung Jati officials make liquid organic fertilizer from vegetable waste to fertilize plants. The method used is by socializing, practicing and providing training to the community and village officials which is held at the village hall of Tanjung Jati. The purpose of this service is as a means of education and processing vegetable waste to fertilize plants. As a result, people are very aware that vegetable waste that is recycled into liquid organic fertilizer has benefits for fertilizing plants.

Abstract

Brand Guidelines are guidelines for using an institution's brand or logo which are used as the identity of the institution and play a role in increasing institutional accountability, enhancing the positive image of the institution and supporting promotional activities. Brand guidelines contain a series of regulations regarding the meaning, philosophy, and use of a brand or logo and its application in various media, ranging from print media, electronic media, indoor media, and outdoor media. Service activities by making guidelines for the use of this brand or logo are carried out at IAIN Metro Lampung, which aims to carry out the preparation and socialization of the use of the IAIN Metro logo that is correct in size, color, shape, and precision, as well as uniform and consistent application by all IAIN academics Metro. There were 3 service sessions conducted using the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) service research method, namely: 1). Preparation (study of case analysis, collection of required information data such as IAIN Metro STATUTE), 2). Implementation (planned regarding content layout and brand guidelines, compiling a draft of the decree as the legality of brand guidelines and dissemination of the use of brand guidelines), 3). Reporting The results of this service activity show that there are still many academics who are wrong in using the IAIN Metro logo, both in terms of terrain, size and position, this service activity received a positive response from all socialization participants and IAIN Metro institutions.

Abstract

Manusia sebagai makhluk sosial selalu melakukan kegiatan yang melibatkan orang lain dalam kegiatan berumalah. Kegiatan bermuamalah juga tidak terlepas dari unsur ketidakpastian dalam segala lini kehidupan, unsure ketidak pastian tersebut dimanfaatkan oleh sektor keuangan dalam lembaga asuransi. Asuransi yang saat ini berkembang tidak hanya berfokus pada menangani unsur ketidak pastian melainkan juga dapat mendatangkan keuntungan melalui produk asuransi unit link. Dalam perkembangannya, asuransi unit link memberikan tawaran produk konvensional maupun dalam produk syariah berdasarkan akad dan system yang digunakannya. Saat ini masih terdapat beberapa perdebatan pendapat dari jumhur ulama tentang asuransi unit link syariah. Pendapat yang membolehkan karena adanya unsur tolong menolong,yakni pendapat dari Imam Asy-hab dari mazhab Maliki. pendapat yang mengharamkan transaksi ini adalah pendapat jumhur (mayoritas) ulama. Ini adalah pendapat ulama mazhab Hanafi yang menyatakan bahwa kegiatan memproteksi diri dalam asuransi seperti mendahului takdir Allah SWT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditunjukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh uang saku dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dengan konformitas teman sebaya sebagai variabel moderasi. Metodologi Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan data primer diperoleh melalui Google form dari mahasiswa yang berada di asrama vila keraton. Sampling jenuh digunakan untuk mendapatkan jumlah sampel dari seluruh jumlah populasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian yaitu Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) yang difasilitasi oleh perangkat lunak SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukan uang saku berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa dan gaya hidup juga berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Secara simultan uang saku dan gaya hidup berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Variabel konformitas teman sebaya sebagai variabel moderasi tidak mampu memoderasi uang saku dan gaya hidup terhadap perilaku konsumtif mahasiswa. Saran Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan metode yang lebih beragam agar hasilnya lebih akurat dan relevan bagi berbagai kelompok mahasiswa dan juga bisa menambah variabel yang lain untuk mempengaruhi perilaku konsumtif.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui strategi pemasaran syariah pada Warung Sate Madura Cak Budi yang bertepatan di jalan Imam Bonjol Kota Metro, metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yang didapat yakni dengan wawancara, observasi dan pengumpulan data. Sehingga mendapatkan tanggapan yang mana pada Warung Sate Madura Cak Budi dalam meningkatkan penjualan hal yang dilakukan yaitu meningkatkan kualitas produk, mengembangkan inovasi, menjaga kehalalan agar sesuai dengan syariat Islam. Sedangkan untuk Warung Sate Madura Cak Umar yaitu jujur dalam menentukan harga, melakukan pelayanan atau service secara provesional, ramah dengan pembeli, dan mempromosikan sate madura ke media sosial seperti whatsapp, serta melakukan inovasi baru pada produk warung sate Cak Umar.

Abstract

The increase in company debt will be inversely proportional to the increase in profits, the higher the company's debt, the lower the profit obtained, but the increase in debt is precisely in line with the increase in profits. This article looks at the development of financial performance of Islamic financial institutions that become public companies using solvency ratio measurement indicators. Quantitative methods with secondary data in the form of financial statements that are the main data source. Data analysis shows that the level of financial solvency shows good conditions at 35%. BTPN Syariah showed poor condition because the ratio was above the industry standard of 35%. The implication for other similar banks is that it is important to maintain the stability of solvency ratios to remain below industry standards to prevent companies from the risk of default in paying debt.
