Abstract

Abstract

The present study delves into the multifarious factors that underpin students' learning assessment in higher education. Through the utilisation of an exploratory sequential mixed methods design, the researchers scrutinise the evaluation of 5,564 students by 23 lecturers, taking into consideration 9 characteristics. To that end, ANOVA and T-test are employed to analyse the mandatory course, and three lecturers who embody distinct criteria are interviewed, and their responses are subjected to a thematic analysis. The results indicate that assessment results are significantly different based on lecturers' working experience (teaching experience [F= 20.1, p= 0.000] and age [F= 48.6, p= 0.000]), academic background (department [F= 33.8, p= 0.000] and skills [F= 30.17, p= 0.000]), and teaching load (credit unit (credit unit) [F= 48.7, p= 0.000], number of classes taught [F= 61.4, p= 0.000] and teaching partners [F= 79.3, p=0.000]). Meanwhile, there is no difference in assessment results based on lecturers' qualifications (certificates [t= -0.587, p= 0.557] and latest degree [F= 2.56, p= 0.074]). The qualitative data reveals that four crucial factors - idealism, mindset, grading standard, and perspective - account for the variance observed in compulsory courses. The study's results underscore the need for universities to devise pedagogical strategies based on lecturers' attributes, as these factors bear a direct impact on the attainment of the desired graduate profiles as reflected in students' academic performance in specific courses.

Therefore, wall body reaction tools have been developed to help fencers improve their reaction ability. This research is correlational research, the method used is a survey with data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The sample of this study was Surabaya and Sidoarjo fencers, totaling 13 athletes. data analysis using the help of SPSS application Version 26.00. The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between visual Whole Body Reactions exercise with Reactive Exercise of 0.373 with a value of rx1.y = 0.373 > r (0.05) (13) = 0.553. There is a relationship between visual Whole-Body Reactions and Reaction Exercise of 0.373 with values of rx1.y = 0.373 > r (0.05) (13) = 0.553. and There is a relationship between audio and visual Whole-Body Reactions with Reaction Exercises of 0.453, with values rx3.y = 0.453 > r (0.05) (13) = 0.553. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to explore the influence of cultural perceptions regarding gender equality on the participation of female athletes in sports. The type of research used is quantitative with a survey approach. The population in this study were female athletes who are active in various sports in Indonesia, and the sample consisted of 150 respondents who were selected randomly. The research instrument was a questionnaire that measured cultural perceptions and the level of participation of female athletes. The data analysis technique was carried out through linear regression analysis to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that cultural perceptions regarding gender equality had a positive and significant effect on the participation of female athletes, with a significance value of 0.000. As much as 39.3% of the variability in female athlete participation can be explained by cultural perceptions, while the rest is influenced by other factors such as social support and access to sports facilities. This study concludes that changes in cultural perceptions can encourage greater participation of female athletes in sports. To achieve this goal, collaboration is needed between various parties, including the government, sports organizations, and the media, to create an environment that supports gender equality in sports.
