Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis komponen biomekanika swimming velocity (SV), stroke frequency (SF), stroke rate (SR), dan distance per stroke (DPS) pada 100 meter gaya dada putra kelompok umur 3. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quantitative dengan metode comparative. Sebanyak 70 atlet renang berusia 12-13 tahun dari berbagai provinsi di Indonesia yang berpartisipasi pada kejuaraan renang Jatim Open 2019 di Jawa Timur dibagi menjadi 4 quartil berdasarkan catatan waktu resmi panitia perlombaan. Video diambil dengan menggunakan kamera Canon 80D dan lensa Canon 18-135 STM dengan resolusi video full HD dan 50 fps. Delapan video dianalisis dengan menggunakan software komputer Kinovea 0.8.15 pada 8 zona pengamatan dengan jarak 10 dan 15 meter. Data masing-masing zona diuji normalitas dan uji beda dengan menggunakan One Way Anova serta Post-Hoc pada software komputer SPSS 20.0. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas, secara keseluruhan SV, SF, SR dan DPS mempunyai distribusi data yang normal (sig. > 0.05). Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil One Way Anova, ditemukan perbedaan dari ke empat kelompok pada SV, SF, SR dan DPS (sig. < 0.05). Kesimpulannya, atlet pada kuartil 1 mempunyai catatan waktu yang baik karena mempunyai efektivitas SF dan SR, serta jarak DPS yang lebih jauh dari ketiga kelompok lainnya pada 8 zona pengamatan.This research aims to analyze the biomechanics components i.e. swimming velocity (SV), stroke frequency (SF), stroke rate (SR), and distance per stroke (DPS)  at 100 meters breaststroke 12-13 years old male swimmer. This is a quantitative research which was conducted by comparative methods. There were 70 athletes which were divided in to four quartiles based on the official time record in Jatim Open 2019 swimming competition. The videos were recorded by using Canon 80D camera and Canon 18-135 STM lens with HD quality and 50 fps. Eight videos were analyzed by using Kinovea 0.8.15 in eight observation zones. The data were tested by normality test (Kolmogorov-smirnov) and comparative test (one way anova) in SPSS 20.0 computer program. The results, SV, SF, SR dan DPS have a normal distribution (sig.>0.05). Furthermore, there is a significant different among quartile group in SV, SF, SR dan DPS (sig.<0.05). In conclusion, quartile 1 group has better time compare than quartile 4 group , because quartile 1 group performs more effective SF and SR with longger DPS than other groups.

Abstract

Kebugaran kardiorespirasi memungkinkan aktivitas fisik dalam waktu lama dan memerlukan oksigen untuk mendapatkan energi. Transpor oksigen dimediasi oleh hemoglobin yang terdapat dalam eritrosit. Kebugaran kardiorespirasi dapat diukur berdasarkan nilai VO2max. Metode latihan High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) terbukti dapat meningkatkan VO2max. Namun belum jelas apakah peningkatan VO2max diiringi dan berhubungan dengan perubahan nilai hemoglobin, eritrosit dan hematokrit. Penelitian ini mempelajari korelasi perubahan nilai VO2max, hemoglobin, eritrosit dan hematokrit sebelum dan sesudah latihan HIIT selama 8 minggu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, VO2max meningkat sebesar 7,33±4,03 (ml·kg-1·min-1) atau 20,36% (p<0,05), hemoglobin dan eritrosit meningkat sebesar 0,04±0,63 atau 0,24% (p>0,05) dan 0,02±0,22·106/µL atau 0,32% (p>0,05) sedangkan hematokrit mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,12±2% dari volume darah atau 0,27% (p>0,05) dari nilai pre-test. Uji korelasi menunjukkan ada hubungan (p<0,05) antara perubahan nilai hemoglobin, eritrosit dan hematokrit, namun tidak terdapat hubungan (p>0,05) dengan peningkatan VO2max. Correlation of Change in VO2Max, Hemoglobin, Erythrocytes, and Hematocrit After High Intensity Interval Training AbstractCardiorespiratory fitness allows physical activity  for a long time and requires oxygen to gain energy. Oxygen transport mediated by hemoglobin present in erythrocytes. Cardiorespiratory fitness can be measured based on VO2max values. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) have been shown to improve VO2max. It is not clear whether the increase in VO2max is accompanied and associated with changes in hemoglobin, erythrocyte and hematocrit values. This study aim to find out the correlation of VO2max, hemoglobin, erythrocyte and hematocrit changes before and after HIIT for 8 weeks. The results VO2max increased by 7.33±4.03 (ml·kg-1·min-1) or 20.36% (p<0.05), hemoglobin and erythrocytes increased by 0.04±0.63 or 0.24% (p>0.05) and 0.02±0.22·106/μL or 0.32% (p>0.05) whereas the hematocrit decreased by 0.12±2% of blood volume or 0.27% (p>0.05) of the pre-test value. The correlation test showed a correlation (p<0.05) between changes in hemoglobin, erythrocyte and hematocrit values, but no relationship (p>0.05) with increased VO2max.

Abstract

Football requires good physical condition in playing and competing. There are four phases in football training, namely physical, technical, tactical and mental. This study discusses the physical conditions required in the sport of football and was analyzed using the review method against references published online, related to physical conditions. In this research, it shows that the physical components in football are very influential in the game. Limited this study does not analyze matches. Research related to physical components has been widely used such as strength, flexibility, speed, endurance and anthopometric conditions, namely arm length, leg length.

Abstract

Penyelam mengalami penambahan tekanan lingkungan ketika bergerak turun menambah kedalaman penyelaman. Tekanan tersebut menyebabkan volume ruang udara dalam telinga tengah berkurang dan dapat menyebabkan barotrauma dan kerusakan membran timpani. Tekanan tersebut harus diseimbangkan dengan cara melakukan ekualisasi. Ada tiga metode ekualisasi, yaitu metode valsava, toynbee dan menggerakkan rahang. Namun belum diketahui metode mana yang memiliki tingkat keberhasilan tertinggi. Penelitian ini mempelajari tingkat keberhasilan ketiga metode ekualisasi dengan membandingkan kedalaman yang berhasil dicapai oleh penyelam menggunakan tiga metode yang berbeda. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 40 orang penyelam terlatih di lingkungan kolam air tawar dengan kedalaman 5 meter. Variabel yang diukur adalah angka kedalaman (dalam meter) yang berhasil dicapai penyelam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode valsava dengan capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode toynbee (p0,05) dan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pula antara capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode valsava dengan capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode menggerakkan rahang (p0,05). Namun tidak didapati adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara data capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode menggerakkan rahang dengan capaian kedalaman menggunakan metode toynbee (p0,05). Difference in success rate of 3 equalize method among trained divers in the freshwater environment AbstractDivers experience increase of environmental pressure when the diver descends. This pressure causes the volume of air space in the middle ear to decrease, can cause barotrauma and tympanic damage. This pressure must be equalize. There are three methods of equalization, valsava maneuver, toynbee and moving the jaw. But it is not known which method has the highest success rate. This research studied the success rate of the three methods of equalization by comparing the depth achieved by divers using the three different methods. This study was conducted on 40 trained divers in the freshwater pool with 5 meters depth. The variable measured is the number of depths (in meters) successfully achieved by divers. The results of this study showed that there was a significant difference between the depth achieved using the Valsava maneuver with the depth achieved using the toynbee maneuver (p 0.05) and there were also significant differences between the depth achieved using the Valsava maneuver with depth achieved using the jaw moving method (p 0, 05). However, there was no significant difference between the depth achieved using the jaw moving method with depth achieved using the toynbee maneuver (p 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between parental income levels with the role of parents. The sample is 370 parents of affected by Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative correlational approach to the type of survey analysis. The results showed the frequency of parents playing with children before and during the pandemic increased from 38.6% to 62.0%. The results of the bivariate correlation analysis are significance values of 9,956 (Sig 0.05) with Pearson correlation coefficient numbers showing a result of -0.003 which means that the correlation only 0.003. The correlation coefficient is negative then correlation is inversely proportional, if the income level is moderate then the role of parents is high and vice versa which means that Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted there is no correlation between the level of parental income with the role of parents in early childhood learning during Covid-19.

Abstract

Sedentary behavior and obesity are becoming international concerns. Children spent less time in physical activity and sports due to several reasons. Changing children’s behavior should involve a holistic approach. Furthermore, multiple intelligence could contribute to promoting active children's behavior. This study aimed to evaluate the content of the sports summer camp curriculum which was developed by multiple intelligence theory. Moreover, the effect on children's behavior was observed in the implementation of the curriculum. This research was conducted by a qualitative-quantitative combination research design (mixed method). There were 82 elementary school students (age 9.70 ± 1.18 years old) who participated as a research sample with the approval of their parents. As a result, there were eight intelligence profiles that were implemented into this curriculum. The intelligence was bodily-kinesthetic, linguistic, logical-mathematical, musical, visual-spatial, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalist. Furthermore, based on their multiple intelligence profile, bodily-kinesthetic performed excellently in every activity. In addition, there is no significant difference in students’ involvement among multiple intelligence groups during the summer camp (Sig. >0.05). In conclusion, each intelligence was involved in the activity. Furthermore, each multiple intelligence group could involve in every activity.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an online and offline-based small ball learning electronic module to perfect the PJOK learning design needed today. The subjects of this study were junior high school (SMP) PJOK teachers in the Surabaya area. The research method used is mixed methods. The research phase consists of designing a training model, selecting samples purposively, conducting training, facilitating the development of small-ball electronic modules, monitoring the implementation of training products, and assessing student motivation. The results of this study can help PJOK SMP teachers improve their competence in digital literacy so that the quality of their learning becomes more improved, not only practical but also efficient and exciting. 21 junior high school PJOK teachers and 58 junior high school students were involved in this study. 100% of teachers said they needed training in developing e-modules and video tutorials for physical education learning. The 21 PJOK teachers who participated in the movement gave an excellent assessment of the activity carried out and have been able to develop an electronic module complete with video tutorials. 99.9% of students stated that they were very motivated in learning and involved in PJOK learning after using the electronic module from the teacher.

Abstract

Abstract: Muhammadiyah Existence In Teacher Competence DevelopmentMuhammadiyah is one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia which has a revolutionary contribution in the field of Islamic education. Circulation of news about sexual harassment, abuse by teachers against students. Then the phenomenon of Muhammadiyah's members not sending their children to Muhammadiyah schools is an important issue behind this research. This makes the competence of Muhammadiyah teachers is important to noticed because of the large influence and quantity of students. Therefore, this paper purposed to learn about the existence of Muhammadiyah in developing the teacher competence. This study was compiled using qualitative methods by interviewing several Muhammadiyah figures in Riau Province and conducting triangulation as data validity. In addition, the library approach collects various sources of relevant and comprehensive information. The results of this research show that Muhammadiyah has contributed to the development of teacher quality and competence by issuing normative rules, directives, books and other guidelines such as the Guidebook for Islamic Life for Muhammadiyah Citizens (PHIWM Book), forming social groups such as MGMP teacher associations and FGM, even training and the regeneration proses at Muhammadiyah orthonomous organizations (Muhammadiyah Youth, KORPS Mubaligh, Naisyatul Aisyiyah, etc.) can build and improving the competence of teachers and Muhammadiyah member. However, efforts to develop the competence of Muhammadiyah teachers do not always succeed, it caused lack of funding, lack of competence of Muhammadiyah leaders at lower levels, lack of Teacher awareness, and limited facilities and infrastructure. So that the guidelines and rules that have been formulated by the Muhammadiyah's Central Leadership are difficult to applicated into a comprehensive program.Abstract: Eksistensi Muhammadiyah Dalam Pengembangan Kompetensi Guru. Muhammadiyah merupakan salah satu organisasi islam terbesar di Indonesia yang memiliki kontribusi revolusioner dalam bidang pendidikan islam. Beredarnya berita tentang pelecehan, penganiayaan yang dilakukan guru kepada siswa. Kemudian fenomena pengurus yang tidak menyekolahkan anaknya di sekolah Muhammadiyah menjadi isu penting yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini. Hal tersebut membuat kompetensi guru Muhammadiyah menjadi penting untuk diperhatikan mengingat besarnya pengaruh dan kuantitas peserta didik yang diajar. Oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas eksistensi Muhammadiyah dalam mengembangkan pendidikan islam pada aspek yang lebih khusus yaitu kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini disusun menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mewawancarai beberapa tokoh Muhammadiyah di Provinsi Riau serta melakukan triangulasi sebagai validitas data. Selain itu, pendekatan pustaka dengan mengumpulkan berbagai sumber informasi yang relevan dan komprehensif. hasil telaah berbagai sumber informasi menunjukkan bahwa Muhammadiyah sudah berkontribusi dalam pengembangan kualitas dan kompetensi guru dengan menerbitkan aturan, arahan, buku dan pedoman lain secara normatif seperti Buku Pedoman Hidup Islami Warga Muhammadiyah (PHIWM), membentuk kelompok sosial seperti perkumpulan guru MGMP dan FGM, bahkan pelatihan dan proses kaderisasi organisasi otonom Muhammadiyah (Pemuda Muhammadiyah, KORPS Mubaligh, Nasyiatul Aisyiyah, dll) dapat membentuk kompetensi guru dan kader Muhammadiyah. Namun ikhtiar pengembangan kompetensi guru Muhammadiyah tidak selalu dapat berjalan dengan baik, antara lain disebabkan oleh faktor pendanaan, kompetensi pimpinan Muhammadiyah tingkat bawah, kesadaran guru; dan faktor sarana dan prasarana yang terbatas.

Abstract

Young people have a high level of health risk as they are undergoing rapid physical and mental changes. Therefore, it is crucial for young people to get accurate information and understanding about health. Adolescent integrated healthcare centers play a critical role in assisting youth in obtaining the necessary health information and knowledge and reducing youth health risks. Adolescents can get accurate health information and knowledge through health education programs and other services provided by integrated healthcare centers, which also serve to reduce adolescent health risks. Adolescent Posyandu can benefit most from this study's advice about how to increase their knowledge and understanding of health risks. Despite the fact that a comprehensive information-dissemination plan is required, young people must be made aware of the facilities and services offered by an integrated healthcare center for adolescents in order to draw them in for health-related consultations. Government and community support are crucial for bolstering and enhancing the services offered by an integrated healthcare center for adolescents.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak besar pada pola dan metode pendidikan. Kometensi professional guru menjadi hal yang penting dalam beradaptasi dengan pembelajaran daring dan perubahan yang mengikutinya. Kepala Sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat upaya-upaya yang dilakukan kepala SMP   Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta dalam meningkatkan kompetensi professional guru pada masa pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan kepala seksudah bagusolah dan guru sebagai informan penelitian. Data-data yang terkumpul di validasi menggunakan triangulasi data dan dianalisis menggunakan Teknik analisis data interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan upaya kepala sekolah antara lain mengadakan Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) intern, Studi banding, Melakukan mengawasan pembelajaran, Kunjungan guru, Seminar dan workshop serta memberikan motivasi kepada guru. Sedangkan hal yang menghambat kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru antara lain : Kurangnya sarana dan prasarana yang memadai, kurangnya kesadaran dari guru untuk meningkatkan atau mengembangkan potensinya, dan beberapa guru senior kurang mampu dalam mengoperasikan komputer atau perangkat pembelajaran online.Abstract:  The Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on educational patterns and methods. Teacher professional competence is important in adapting to online learning and the changes that follow. The principal has an important role in improving the teacher's professional competence. This study aims to look at the efforts made by the principal of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta in increasing the professional competence of teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with the principal and teachers as research informants. The collected data were validated using data triangulation and analyzed using interactive data analysis techniques. The results of the research show that the principal's efforts include holding internal Teacher Working Groups (KKG), Comparative Studies, Supervising learning, visiting teachers, Seminars and workshops and providing motivation to teachers. Whereas things that hinder school principals in increasing teacher competence include: Lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure, lack of awareness from teachers to increase or develop their potential, and some senior teachers are less able to operate computers or online learning devices.
