Abstract

Abstrak Anggar adalah cabang olahraga beladiri menggunakan senjata, di Indonesia cabang olahraga anggar telah sering dipertandingkan pada suatu kejuaraan daerah maupun nasional. Teknik yang harus dikuasai adalah teknik serangan anggar karena teknik serangan adalah teknik dasar dari setiap gerakan serangan kombinasi lainnya. Sama dengan olahraga beladiri lain, serangan dalam anggar bertujuan untuk mendapatkan sebuah point demi sebuah keberhasilan kemenangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data maupun informasi besaran hubungan kekuatan otot lengan, kekuatan otot perut dan explosive power tungkai terhadap accuracy serangan anggar dengan hubungan individu dan secara bersama-sama. Metode analisa menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional dengan pengumpulan data melalui intrumen push up, sit up, standing board jump dan bower fencing test. Hasil dari penelitian dipaparkan: hasil dari ANOVA menjelaskan nilai Fhitung = 2,74 < Ftabel = 3,71. Hal tersebut dijelaskan melalui Fhitung = 2,74 < Ftabel = 3,71 bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel kekuatan otot lengan (X1), kekuatan otot perut (X2) dan explosive power tungkai (X3) secara bersama-sama terhadap accuracy serangan anggar (Y). Kemudian hasil dari masing-masing individu menunjukkan variabel kekuatan otot lengan yang memberikan hubungan paling tinggi terhadap variabel accuracy serangan anggar, yang diikuti variabel explosive power tungkai. Untuk kekuatan otot perut (X2) masih perlu mendapatkan perhatian lebih dengan meningkatkan program latihan khusus pada kekuatan otot perut agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih sempurna. Kesimpulan: Variable kekuatan otot lengan (X1) memberikan hubungan sebesar 30,25%, Variable kekuatan otot perut (X2) memberikan hubungan sebesar 14,13%, Variabel explosive power tungkai (X3) sebesar 28,62%, Variable kekuatan otot lengan dan explosive power tungkai dari masing-masing individu memiliki hubungan dan secara bersama variable bebas mempunyai hubungan 45,02% terhadap accuracy serangan anggar (Y). Abstract

Abstrak Cabang olahraga karate adalah salah satu ilmu beladiri yang tidak sama sekali di ajarkan penggunaan senjata selain anggota tubuh sendiri untuk dapat jadi seorang karateka yang handal di butuhkan kondisi fisik yang prima. Olahraga ini bergantung pada tingkat kondisi fisik maksimum kekuatan, kecepatan, daya ledak, dan kelincahan. (Mitkle, 2014: dalam davaran, Elmieh, & Arazi, 2014). Dalam olahraga karate kelincahan dapat mendukung performance atlet saat bertanding di atas matras. Kelincahan yang baik memungkinkan karateka dapat dengan mudah mengubah posisi tubuhnya untuk menyerang ataupun untuk menghindari serangan lawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari jawaban dari rumusan masalah yang telah di rumuskan, yaitu (1). Apakah ada pengaruh latihan icky shuffle terhadap kelinchan anggota ekstrakulikuler karate SMAN 1 Sumenep?, (2). Apakah ada pengaruh latihan 2 in 2out forward terhadap kelincahan anggota ekstrakulikuler karate SMAN 1Sumenep?, (3). Manakah dari latihan icky shuffle dan 2 in 2 out forward yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan SMAN 1 Sumenep? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan design ?two group pretest posttest design?. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota ekstrakulikuler karate yang berjenis kelamin perempuan yang berjumlah 12 orang. Instrumen yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah T-test untuk mengetahui kelincahan anggota esktarkulikuler karate SMAN 1Sumenp. Analisis data mengguakan uji t. Kesimpulan : (1). Ada pengaruh latihan agility ladder icky shuffle terhadap kelincahan anggota esktrakulikuler karate SMAN 1Sumenep (2). Ada pengaruh latihan agility ladder 2 in 2 out forward terhadap kelincahan anggota esktrakulikuler karate SMAN 1 Sumenep, (3). Latihan agility ladder 2 in 2 out forward lebih berpengaruh terhadap kelincahan anggota ekstrakulikuler karate SMAN 1 Sumenep. AbstractKarate sports is one of the martial art that is not taught at all by using weapons other than the body myself to be able to becoe a relible karateka who needs excellent physical condition. This sport depends on the level physical condition maximum strength, speed, explosive power, and agility. (Mitkle, 2014: in davaran, Elmieh, & Arazi, 2014). In karateka sports agility ca support the athele?s performance when competing on a mattress. Good agility allows the karateka to easily change his body position to attack or to avoid an opponent?s attack. This study aims to find answers to the formulation of the problems that have been formulated, namely 1. Is there an effect of the icky shuffle training on the karate extracurricular members of SMAN 1 Sumenep?, 2. Is there any effect of exercise 2 in 2 out forward on the agility of karate extracurricular members of SMAN 1 Sumenep? , 3. Which of the exercise for the icky shuffle and 2 in 2 out forward has more influence on the agility of SMAN 1Sumenep?Thsi study uses a quantitative experimental method wuth the design of?two group pretest posttest design?. The sample in this study were karateka extracuricular members who were female, amounting to people. The instrument used in this study is a T-test to determine the agility of members of karateka esktracurricular SMAN 1Sumenep. Data analysis uses t test. Conclusion: 1. There is an effect of training on agility ladder icky shuffle on the agility of members of karate extracurricular SMAN 1 Sumenep, 2. There is an effect training in agility ladder 2 in 2 out forward on the agility of members of karate extracurricular at SMAN 1Sumenep, 3. Abstract

ABSTRAK Kejuaraan Ju-jitsu Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo antar dojo ke-VII se-Indonesia di Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. Pertandingan tersebut mempertandingkan kategori senior putra kelas A, B, C, D, E, F, G, senior putri kelas A, B, C, D, E, F, G, junior putra kelas A, B, C, D, E, F, junior putri kelas A, B, C, D, E, F, G, regular putra kelas A, B, C, D, E, F, regular putrid kelas A, B, C, D, E, F tingkat nasional. Teknik pada ju-jitsu ada komite berupa tangkisan dan tendangan serta teknik randore berupa bantingan dan kuncian. Sasaran teknik komite diatas kemaluan hingga dibawah leher, sasaran teknik randori apabila membanting lawan sesuai ketentuan teknik dan kuncian masuk bila lawan tidak bisa bangkit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas teknik komite dan randori kelas B senior putra yang berjumlah 13 peserta. Hasil penelitian ini adalah teknik komite lebih efektiv dibandingkan teknik randori pada kelas B senior putra dengan perolehan poin pukulan 26 kali dengan persentase 35,50%, poin tendangan 30 kali dengan persentase 37,50%, sedangkan perolehan poin masuk pada teknik randore lebih sedikit yaitu poin bantingan 16 kali dengan persentase 20%, poin kuncian 8 kali dengan persentase 10%, jumlah total teknik komite di seluruh babak sebanyak 56 kali dengan total efektivitas 70%, jumlah total teknik randori di seluruh babak sebanyak 24 kali dengan total efektivitas 30%. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Ju-Jitsu, Komite, Randori. ABSTRACT Championship Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo Between Dojo the Seventh Championship as Indonesia at Muhammadiyah University of Ponorogo. The match represents the senior male categories of class A, B, C, D, E, F, G, senior female categories of class A, B, C, D, E, F, G, junior male categories of class A, B, C, D, E , F, junior female categories of class A, B, C, D, E, F, G, regular male categories of class A, B, C, D, E, F, regular female categories of class A, B, C, D, E, F nationa grade. Techniques on ju-jitsu there are komite in the form of punch and kicks and randore techniques in the form of takedown and locks. The technical targets of the komite above the genitals to the bottom of the neck, target randori technique when slamming the opponent in accordance with technical provisions and locks in when the opponent can not rise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of effectiveness of technical komite and randori class B male senior which amounted to 13 participants. The result of this research is the effectiveness of komite technique rather than the technique of randori in the class B male senior with the acquisition of 26 punch points with the percentage of 35.50%, the kick point 30 times with the percentage of 37.50%, while the gain points on the randore technique is takedown points 16 times with percentage of 20%, locking points 8 times with percentage of 10%, the total number of komite techniques throughout the round counted 56 times with a total effectiveness of 70%, the total number of randori techniques throughout the round counted 24 times with a total effectiveness of 30%. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Di dalam permainan anggar terdapat gerakan mendasar yaitu gerakan serang. Dimana dari hasil gerakan serang tersebut dapat menghasilkan point dan dapat memenangkan pertandingan, namun pada saat kejuraan sering kali atlet saat akan melakukan serangan tidak tepat sasaran. Dikarenakan pada saat atlet melakukan serangan, gerakan cenderung lambat dan ketika senjata menuju kearah sasaran sudah bisa dibaca oleh lawan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan box jump, push up dan single leg balance terhadap ketepatan serang anggar pada atlet putri Situbondo Fencing Team. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quasi Experiment kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian control group pre-test post-test. Jumlah sampel 20 orang atlet putri usia 16-17 tahun dan merupakan kategori Kadet. Pemberian latihan selama 6 minggu, setiap minggu terdapat 3 kali latihan. Hasil: Hasil dari Independent Sample T-test dimana uji ini dilakukan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Adapun hasilnya yaitu mean pre-test signifikansi p-value untuk ketepatan serang anggar 0,844; dan signifikansi p-value untuk waktu serang anggar 0,710. Mean difference bernilai -0,17 (negatif) untuk kelompok treatment menunjukkan bahwa waktu serang lebih rendah dari kelompok kontrol. Dari kedua nilai Signifikansi < 0,05 maka pada latihan box jump, push up dan single leg balance dinyatakan terdapat pengaruh. Simpulan: Bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada latihan box jump, push up dan single leg balance terhadap ketepatan serang anggar pada atlet putri Situbondo Fencing Team.Kata kunci: pengaruh, latihan box jump, push up dan single leg balance, fencing electric test,ketepatan serang.

Abstract

Abstrak Pada atlet Gasta Fencing Club Surabaya, rata-rata memiliki ketepatan akurasi yang kurang. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan latihan daya tahan otot untuk meningkatkan akurasi. Peneliti ingin mengetahui Pengaruh Latihan daya tahan otot Lengan Resistance Band dan Dumbell terhadap akurasi tusukan pada cabang olahraga Anggar (Studi kasus pada atlet Gasta Fencing Club Surabaya). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif Quasi Experimen Design pendekatan (Pretest Post-test) Control group Design. Jumlah sampel penelitian 20 Atlet Anggar putra Gasta Fencing Club Surabaya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data daya tahan otot Resistance Band dan Dumbell terhadap peningkatan kemampuan daya tahan otot lengan dan akurasi tusukan. Hasil peningkatan daya tahan otot lengan (Push-up 60 detik) dan peningkatan terhadap akurasi (Kuhadja Fencing Tes). Hasil menunjukan kelompok Resistance Band dan kelompok Dumbell pada peningkatan daya tahan otot memiliki nilai signifikan Sig-(2-tailed) 0,00 yaitu hasil dibawah 0,05. Hasil pada peningkatan akurasi pada kelompok Resistance Band dan Dumbell memilki nilai Sig-(2-tailed) 0,00 nilai hasil yaitu dibawah 0,05. Hasil Post-test pada kelompok Resistance Band daya tahan otot lengan Mean sebesar 34,0 dan akurasi Mean sebesar 9,6. Pada kelompok Dumbell menunjukan hasil Daya tahan otot lengan Mean sebesar 35,0 dan akurasi Mean sebesar 9,8. Latihan menggunakan Resistance Band dapat meningkatkan daya tahan otot lengan sebesar 4% dan akurasi sebesar 8%. Latihan menggunakan Dumbell dapat meningkatkan daya tahan otot lengan sebesar 5% dan akurasi sebesar 10 %. Berdasarkan Penjelasan tersebut maka latihan menggunakan Dumbell memberikan efek yang lebih signifikan daripada menggunakan Resistance Band terhadap akurasi tusukan pada cabang olahraga Anggar. Kata Kunci : Latihan, Resistance Band, Dumbell, daya tahan otot lengan, akurasi, Anggar. Abstract In the Gasta Fencing Club Surabaya athlete, the average accuracy is lacking accuracy. Therefore it takes muscle endurance exercise to improve accuracy. Researchers want to know the effect of resistance training of arm resistance bands and dumbbells on the accuracy of punctures in the fencing sport (a case study on Gasta fencing club athletes in Surabaya). This research uses a quantitative method Quasi Experiment Design approach (Pretest Post-test) Control group Design. The number of research samples are 20 male fencing athletes from Gasta Fencing Club Surabaya. Based on the results of research and data analysis of Resistance Band and Dumbell muscle endurance to increase endurance ability of the arm muscle and puncture accuracy. The results of increased arm muscle endurance (Push-up 60 seconds) and an increase in accuracy (Kuhadja Fencing Test). The results showed the Resistance Band and Dumbell groups on increasing muscle endurance had significant Sig- (2-tailed) 0.00 ie results below 0.05. The results on increasing accuracy in the Resistance Band and Dumbell groups have a Sig- (2-tailed) value of 0.00 with a yield value below 0.05. Post-test results in the Resistance Band muscle endurance group Mean arm is 34.0 and Mean accuracy is 9.6. In the Dumbell group the results showed that the muscular endurance of the mean arm was 35.0 and the accuracy of the mean was 9.8. Exercises using Resistance Bands can increase arm muscle endurance by 4% and accuracy by 8%. Exercise using Dumbell can increase arm endurance by 5% and accuracy by 10%. Based on this explanation, training using Dumbell has a more significant effect than using Resistance Bands on puncture accuracy in fencing. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of imagery and concentration training on puncture accuracy in fencing. It was a quasi-experimental research with a pretest-posttest control group design, involving 15 members of fencing extracurricular club in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Surabaya. Respondents were then divided into three groups which consisted of 5 people each, which were control group (C), imagery-training group (IM),and concentration-training group (CT). Respondents in IM and CT were assigned to respected training that was conducted for six weeks, and puncture accuracy was measured using kuhadja or fencing skill test before and after 6-weeks of training. The puncture accuracy score was then statistically analyzed using paired t-test and one-way Anova at confidence level set as 95%. Paired t-test analysis found that the mean puncture accuracy score in treatment groups (IM and CT) were higher than the control group, with significance value were 0.013 and 0.000, respectively. Further analysis using Anova test showed that the type of training significantly gave different effect on the pucture accuracy (p <0.05). From these results we can conclude that the imagery and concentration training are proven to be effective in improving student's ability to perform accurate and precise punctures in fencing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of whole-body reaction training to reaction training, In fencing training, speed and accuracy are key factors to achieve victory in matches. Therefore, wall body reaction tools have been developed to help fencers improve their reaction ability. This research is correlational research, the method used is a survey with data collection techniques using tests and measurements. The sample of this study was Surabaya and Sidoarjo fencers, totaling 13 athletes. data analysis using the help of SPSS application Version 26.00. The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between visual Whole Body Reactions exercise with Reactive Exercise of 0.373 with a value of rx1.y = 0.373 > r (0.05) (13) = 0.553. There is a relationship between visual Whole-Body Reactions and Reaction Exercise of 0.373 with values of rx1.y = 0.373 > r (0.05) (13) = 0.553. and There is a relationship between audio and visual Whole-Body Reactions with Reaction Exercises of 0.453, with values rx3.y = 0.453 > r (0.05) (13) = 0.553. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between whole body reaction exercise and reaction training.

Abstract

Fencing is a complex martial art because some special techniques and tactics involve the use of weapons for hand ability and agility in cutting, attacking, blocking, stabbing and also defending movements. Biomotor is a human movement that is influenced by the internal organ system, namely the respiratory system, neuromuscular, digestive, circulatory, energy, joints and bones. The type of research is quantitative descriptive. The subjects of the study were 32 male fencing athletes from Situbondo Regency. Measurements of the biomotor test of physical conditions include speed, strength, flexibility, endurance, explosive power, balance coordination, agility, and accuracy. The results of the analysis of the average speed of 5.16 sec. Average arm strength 26.75 times/minute. Average leg strength 111.41 kg. Average sit & reach flexibility is 33.14 cm, ankle flexibility of the right leg 14.71 cm, left leg 16.31 cm, upper body flexibility right 0.09 cm, left 1.19 cm, and full 0 cm. Average endurance 42.25 ml/kg/min. The average arm explosive power is 172.74 watts. The average leg explosive power is 19.08 watts. Average balance 16.55 sec. Average coordination 4.98 sec. Average agility 11.24 sec. The conclusions of this study include sufficient speed, sufficient arm strength, sufficient leg strength, sit & reach flexibility is lacking, right ankle flexibility is sufficient, left is lacking, upper body flexibility is very good, sufficient endurance, sufficient arm explosive power, sufficient leg explosive power, sufficient balance, sufficient coordination, and sufficient agility.

Abstract

Healthy eating patterns and physical activity are two crucial factors that influence physical fitness, especially among junior high school students. This study utilizes a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to explore the relationship between healthy eating, physical activity, and physical fitness. Relevant articles were selected based on inclusion criteria, such as focusing on junior school students, using empirical data, and being published within the last 10 years. The results reveal that a healthy diet rich in nutrients, such as complex carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, and minerals, significantly contributes to improving students’ physical endurance and bodily functions. Regular physical activity, such as exercise, has been shown to enhance muscle strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular function. Furthermore, the combination of healthy eating and physical activity demonstrates a significant synergistic effect on physical fitness, creating metabolic balance and reducing the risk of obesity and non-communicable diseases. This study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach in consistently applying healthy eating patterns and physical activity among junior high school students. The implementation of nutrition education and physical activity programs in schools is a key recommendation to improve students' physical fitness.

Abstract

Background: This study aimed to prove that high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is superior to medium-intensity continuous training (MICT) in reducing creatine kinase and interleukin 6 (IL-6) levels in sports students after 4 weeks of exercise. Methods: The study examined the effects of two different training methods—MICT and HIIT. This study included 30 students aged 19-22 years, using a pretest-posttest control group design. Participants were randomly assigned to MICT, HIIT, or control groups (no training) and trained three times a week for four weeks. Creatine and IL-6 levels were analyzed by blood sampling. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, normality tests, and ANOVA tests to evaluate group differences. Results: HIIT was found to be more effective than MICT and the control group in reducing CK and IL-6 levels in sports students after 4 weeks of training (p< 0.001). Conclusion: The HIIT and MICT reduced creatine kinase and IL-6 levels compared to the control group, but HIIT was more effective in reducing creatine kinase and IL-6 levels than MICT in sports students after 4 weeks of exercise.
