Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan adalah menghasilkan sebuah produk akhir berupa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android yang dikembangkan melalui software Articulate Storyline 3 yang layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pada materi IPA SMP gerak dan gaya. Data penelitian yakni berupa hasil kelayakan media diperoleh dari angket kelayakan media pembelajaran interaktif hasil validasi ahli media, ahli materi, dan guru IPA. Hasil data diperoleh media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android yang dihasilkan sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dengan prolehan skor persentase kelayakan sebesar 81,94% ditinjau dari segi kelayakan media dan sebesar 85,16% dari segi kelayakan materi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android yang dihasilkan sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penentuan nilai akhir mahasiswa merupakan komponen esensial dalam sistem evaluasi akademik di perguruan tinggi, karena berperan signifikan dalam mencerminkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) sebagai pendekatan sistematis dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait penilaian akhir mahasiswa. Data yang digunakan bersifat dummy untuk menekankan proses penerapan algoritma AHP. Analytic Hierarchy Process dipilih sebagai metode utama karena memiliki kemampuan untuk mengakomodasi kriteria penilaian dengan bobot yang bervariasi, meliputi aspek tugas, ujian tengah semester, ujian akhir, kuis, serta proyek akhir. Implementasi ini diharapkan mampu menyediakan sistem penilaian yang lebih terstruktur, transparan, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa Analytic Hierarchy Process memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan keakuratan, objektivitas, dan transparansi dalam proses evaluasi akademik. Dengan demikian, Analytic Hierarchy Process dinilai efektif sebagai solusi strategis dalam menghasilkan keputusan penilaian akhir yang obyektif, terukur, dan dapat diterima secara akademik.

Abstract

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is one of the leading causes of death in Indonesia and has a high prevalence among energy sector workers who are exposed to occupational stress, unhealthy lifestyles, and limited access to medical services. This study aims to analyze the implementation strategies of digital health for long-term CVD prevention in the energy sector. A descriptive-analytical method was used with a qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews involving occupational health managers, corporate medical personnel, and workers from three energy companies, supplemented by a review of national and international literature. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques, focusing on enabling factors, barriers, and sustainability strategies. The findings indicate that successful implementation is influenced by company management support, the use of digital technologies such as mobile applications, telemedicine, and wearable devices, as well as active worker participation through education and health promotion programs. Key barriers include limited digital literacy, resistance to change, and infrastructure challenges. Nevertheless, digital health interventions have been shown to reduce CVD risk factors, raise worker awareness, and improve company productivity. This study concludes that digital health implementation strategies can serve as a long-term solution for CVD prevention in the energy sector. Ongoing collaboration between companies, medical personnel, and workers is essential to strengthen digital literacy, expand program coverage, and ensure the sustainability of digital health interventions as part of the company’s strategic investment.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menuntut guru memiliki kompetensi integratif yang mencakup penguasaan konten, pedagogi, dan teknologi. Namun, dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di sekolah dasar, pemanfaatan teknologi masih menghadapi berbagai kendala, terutama terkait literasi digital guru dan terbatasnya pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) dalam pembelajaran PAI di SDIT Bakti Insani serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap guru PAI dan dianalisis secara tematik berdasarkan kerangka TPACK. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah menerapkan unsur TPACK secara kontekstual meskipun belum memahami konsep tersebut secara teoritis secara menyeluruh. Implementasi TPACK memberikan dampak positif terhadap kualitas pembelajaran, motivasi dan keaktifan siswa, pemahaman materi PAI yang abstrak, efektivitas asesmen, serta pembentukan karakter religius. Kendala utama meliputi keterbatasan penguasaan teknologi, waktu pengembangan kompetensi, dan minimnya pelatihan formal terkait TPACK. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kolaborasi guru, pendampingan berkelanjutan, dan pengembangan profesional berbasis kebutuhan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran PAI yang inovatif dan berorientasi pada peserta didik.

Abstract

The main focus of human resource management is to improve the quality of education. The lack of training in HRM is the driving force behind this research. This study aims to find out how human resource management affects improving the quality of education at SMPN 4 Leuwiliang. Twenty-two educators and other education personnel participated in this quantitative descriptive study. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and involved all educators and education personnel. Data were collected through questionnaires, documentation, and a literature study. Assumption testing, including normality, homogeneity, and heteroscedasticity, as well as descriptive statistics, validity, and reliability, were all part of the data analysis. Then the correlation coefficient test of SPSS 27 Windows version, the simple linear regression test, and the determination coefficient test were used to test the hypothesis. The results of this study show that 42.3% of human resource management plays an important role in improving the quality of education. The conclusion of this study is that HRM has a major influence on improving the quality of education at SMPN 4 Leuwiliang, which is in the medium category

Abstract

Digital transformation requires Islamic Education (PAI) teachers to possess integrated pedagogical, content, and technological competencies. However, PAI learning is still often conducted in a conventional manner and tends to be less engaging for elementary school students. This study aims to describe the implementation of Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) in PAI learning at SDIT Bakti Insani as a contextual learning solution in the digital era. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach through semi-structured interviews with PAI teachers. The findings indicate that TPACK integration is carried out through strengthening content based on an integrated curriculum, pedagogical strategies aligned with students’ characteristics, gradual use of educational technology, as well as teacher collaboration and continuous professional development. In conclusion, TPACK is effective in improving the quality of meaningful, interactive, and relevant PAI learning.
