Abstract

The seafood industry has experienced a gradual increase in exports each year which has an impact on the high value of competitiveness in companies. PT. Nirvana Niaga Sejahtera is a seafood industry engaged in the tuna commodity export trade. The concept of competitiveness analysis and the best supplier selection used is the Five Forces Analysis concept based on five strength indicators which are incoming company threats, buyers, consumers, substitute product manufacturers, analysis of supplier strengths and AHP methods use expert choice 11 software to produce the company's best supplier. The results of the Five Forces Analysis model show that investor threats to new companies and the number of similar companies can affect the bargaining power of buyers and the quality of suppliers. The selection model using AHP produces alternative for supplier that are Supplier A (Toli-Toli) 0.385, Supplier B (Kendari) 0.322, Supplier C (Ternate) 0.279.

Abstract

To find out the ability of a well in production, it is necessary to conduct a Well Test. Well Testing can be done by several methods, one of which is a Deliverability Test where this test is carried out to find out the value of AOFP (Absolute Open Flow Potential) of a well with supporting data from the results of the Modified Isochronal Test of the R-09 well obtained. The maximum flow rate of R-09 wells can be calculated after being calculated at 25-30% AOFP. In addition, the calculation of the maximum critical flow rate is carried out to avoid the occurrence of water coning because it can cause the water level in the reservoir to increase so that water is also produced. Then the turner rate calculation is done which is the minimum flow rate limit to avoid liquid loading so that liquid does not fall into the perforation area due to the flow rate that is not enough to lift liquid so that it can cause obstruction of gas production because liquid collects in the perforation area. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out what the optimal production value is so that there is no water coning and liquid loading by calculating the right size of bean choke and then optimizing the bean choke gas so that the flow rate is in accordance with production needs.

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the drivers of the economy in Indonesia that can increase people's productivity. However, the problem that most MSMEs experience is in marketing their products. It is still difficult for MSMEs to carry out marketing because they have not maximized visual information media in carrying out marketing activities and expanding networking. This also happened to MSMEs assisted by Lampoko Village, Barru Regency. Several coached MSMEs have not maximized visual information media in carrying out marketing and networking activities. Company profile is a form of visual information media that can be applied to MSMEs so that the business profile of MSMEs can be known and support increased sales. In this service activity, a company profile was designed for the MSME Group assisted by Lampoko Village. The Company Profile is designed to support marketing activities and expand the networking of each MSME. From the results of service activities based on measuring activity achievements, it shows that on average MSMEs understand the function of the company profile and understand the content in it and know how to use the company profile for marketing activities and expanding networking.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the understanding and skills of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) of Pangkep Regency in using SimaPro software for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) within the context of environmental sustainability. Currently, DLH Pangkep faces challenges in conducting environmental impact assessments manually, which require significant human resources, time, and costs. Through the socialization and training of SimaPro usage, this activity aims to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of DLH in assessing the environmental impact of production systems. The implementation methods include needs assessment, activity planning, an opening session, practical training in using SimaPro, discussions and Q&A sessions, as well as evaluation and feedback. The expected outcomes include increased understanding and skills of participants in using SimaPro for LCA, along with scientific publications. This activity is expected to enhance the capacity of DLH Pangkep in conducting more comprehensive and efficient environmental impact assessments, thereby supporting DLH in making more sustainable decisions related to environmental policies in Pangkep Regency. Quantitative analysis of pre-test and post-test results shows a significant improvement in participants' understanding and skills, especially in using SimaPro, with a 191.7% increase. This indicates the success of the training in enhancing DLH Pangkep's competency in environmental impact assessment.

Abstract

Inventory control problems are crucial issues often faced by heavy equipment distributors that provide various types of spare parts and supporting components. Inaccuracy in managing the availability of goods can hamper after-sales service, which ultimately reduces customer satisfaction levels. Conversely, excess inventory has the potential to cause wasteful storage costs, stockpiling, and increased risk of damage or obsolescence of goods. This study aims to evaluate the inventory control system implemented by the company through the ABC classification approach, considering the determination of safety stock and the application of reorder points as part of the inventory optimization strategy. The results of the analysis show that the application of the ABC classification method can increase the accuracy of demand estimates by up to 84%, which has a positive impact on increasing the company's profitability. However, safety stock management still shows weaknesses, especially in the fast-moving goods category, where the inventory level approaches zero. This condition has the potential to cause delays in delivery to consumers. Therefore, a review and improvement of inventory control policies are needed to ensure the continuity of service and the overall operational efficiency of the company.

Abstract

RM Riung Gunung Malino, located in Gowa, faces a major challenge in inventory management, as stock recording of raw materials and products is still carried out manually, making it difficult to monitor inventory accurately. This issue leads to overstocking or stock shortages, which reduce operational efficiency. This community service program was implemented to provide solutions through intensive assistance in structured and applicable inventory management training. The solutions offered include the implementation of a digital stock recording system using the inventory module in the Odoo application, the development of a more systematic manual format based on the concepts of safety stock, Reorder Point (ROP), and Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), as well as regular stock monitoring training. The results of the program show an improvement in the partner’s understanding and skills in managing inventory, as evidenced by the ability to create more organized stock records, calculate raw material needs, and determine reorder points accurately. The implemented recording system has proven effective in reducing the risk of stockouts and overstocking, thereby increasing operational efficiency. In addition, the partner has become more confident in managing their business sustainably. Thus, this program provides a tangible contribution to enhancing the competitiveness of culinary MSMEs while promoting business sustainability through effective and measurable inventory management.
