Abstract

Abstrak Teknologi sebagai sarana penyedia kelangsungan hidup manusia dalam berkomunikasi. Tentunya dalam berkomunikasi membutuhkan obyek sebagai perantara yaitu sebuah media. Media berkaitan erat dengan dunia pendidikan memegang peranan penting sebagai penjembatan komunikasi guru dan siswa. Jurusan Kecantikan SMK Negeri 3 Kediri membutuhkan media pembelajaran yang mampu mewakili semua isi dan penjelasan materi secara bersamaan dengan membuat kondisi kelas tetap dalam keadaan kondusif. Video tutorial dimaksudkan memudahkan guru dalam keefektifan menyampaikan materi prekatek. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kelayakan video tutorial sebagai media pembelajaran praktek rias wajah sehari-hari dan meningkatkan hasil praktek siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Kediri. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Research and Development (R&D). Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket respon diberikan kepada 6 Guru Jurusan Tata Kecantikan sebagai penguji media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesesuaikan tujuan dan manfaat media hasil sebsar 83,3% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, perolehan kesesuaian materi dalam media mencapai 83,3% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, persentase media memudahkan penerimaan materi memperoleh hasil persentase sebanyak 90% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik, persentase perolehan media membangkitkan semangat belajar sebanyak 96,6% dengan kualifikasi sangat, persentase karakteristik kesesuaian media memperoleh hasil 87% dengan kualifikasi sangat baik. Ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media video tutorial sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran rias wajah sehar-hari untuk meningkatkan hasil praktek kelas X SMK Negeri 3 Kediri dinyatakan layak. The tutorial video is intended to make it easier for teachers to effectively deliver practical materials. The purpose of this study aims to test the feasibility of video tutorials as a learning medium for daily makeup practice and improve the practice results of students of class X SMK Negeri 3 Kediri. This type of research is quantitative. This research method uses Research and Development (R&D). Data collection using a questionnaire response given to 6 Teachers of Beauty Department as a media examiner. The results showed that the conformity of the objectives and benefits of the media yielded 83.3% with very good qualifications, the acquisition of material suitability in the media reached 83.3% with very good qualifications, the percentage of media facilitated the receipt of material obtained a percentage of 90% with very good qualifications, the percentage of media acquisition aroused the spirit of learning as much as 96.6% with very high qualifications, the percentage of media suitability characteristics obtained 87% with very good qualifications. The conclusion was drawn that the video tutorial media as a learning medium for daily makeup subjects to improve the results of class X practice at SMK Negeri 3 Kediri was declared feasible. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh penggunaan sampo silver terhadap hasil pewarnaan rambut artistik menggunakan teknik tipping. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Eksperimen yang dilakukan pada rambut model. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah penggunaan sampo silver, variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil akhir pewarnaan rambut artistik menggunakan teknik tipping. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Observasi yang dilakuan oleh 24 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji statistic analisis variasi klasifikais tunggal (one way anova) dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 21. Dari hasil penelitian , rambut dengan undercoat level 10 yang menggunakan sampo silver dengan aspek pewarnaan atau warna rambut sebesar 3,04 , aspek porositas rambut sebesar 3,04, aspek keawetan warna rambut sebesar 3,03 , aspek penetralan pigmen rambut sebesar 3,04, dan aspek tingkat kesukaan sebesar 3,05. Berdasarkan jumlah nilai rata-rata hasil yang didapatkan oleh tingkat kesukaan mendapatkan hasil baik dengan rata-rata 3,05. rambut dengan undercoat level 10 yang tidak menggunakan sampo silver dengan aspek tingkat kesukaan sebesar 2,08 , aspek penetralan pigmen rambut sebesar 2,06 , aspek porositas rambut sebesar 2,05 , dan aspek keawetan warna sebesar 2,03. Berdasarkan jumlah nilai rata-rata hasil yang didapatkan oleh aspek warna rambut mendapatkan hasil baik dengan nilai 3,00. Karena nilai signifikan kurang dari 0,5. This type of research is an experiment conducted on a hair model. The independent variable in this study is the use of silver shampoo, the dependent variable in this study is the final result of artistic hair coloring using tipping technique. Data collection methods used were observations carried out by 24 people. The data analysis technique used is the statistical test analysis of single classifical variation (one way anova) using SPSS 21. From the results of the study, hair with a level 10 undercoat that uses silver shampoo with the coloring aspect or hair color of 3.04, the porosity aspect of the hair is 3.04, aspects of hair color durability of 3.03, the neutralizing aspect of hair pigment is 3.04, and the favorite level aspect is 3.05. Based on the average number of results obtained by the level of liking get good results with an average of 3.05. hair with a level 10 undercoat that does not use silver shampoo with a favorite level aspect of 2.08, the neutralizing aspect of hair pigment is 2.06, aspect of hair porosity of 2.05, and the color durability aspect of 2.03. Based on the average number of results obtained by the aspect of hair color get good results with a value of 3.00. Because the significant value is less than 0.5. Abstract

Abstrak Griya Tatha Salon & Wedding merupakan salon yang terletak di Kecamatan Pare, Kabupaten Kediri yang menyediakan jasa sewa baju dan merias pengantin serta berbagai macam perawatan. Strategi pemasaran yang lebih baik dan disesuaikan dengan perkembangan jaman diharapkan dapat meningkatkan popularitas dan penghasilan salon. Promosi yang baik dan menarik merupakan salah satu strategi yang harus dilakukan pengusaha supaya salon yang dikelola dapat terus berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh promosi online terhadap peningkatan penjualan di Salon Griya Tatha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, di mana data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan owner atau pemilik dari Griya Tatha Salon & Wedding, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber pustaka dan hasil penelitian terdahulu. Pencarian data yang dilakukan menggunakan, observasi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan dari wawancara dan observasi menunjukkan bahwa promosi online melalui berbagai media sosial dapat meningkatkan penghasilan salon. Efektivitas ini dapat dilihat dari antusiasme masyarakat era ini akan media sosial, sehingga promosi melalui media sosial akan lebih mudah tersampaikan dari pada melalui media cetak. Meskipun penghasilan meningkat seiring meningkatnya popularitas salon yang dipromosikan dari media sosial, peningkatan kualitas dan promo harga produk-produk salon. Kata Kunci: promosi online, peningkatan penjualan, salon Abstract Griya Tatha Salon & Wedding is a salon located in Pare sub-district, Kediri Regency which provides rental services and bridal makeup and a variety of treatments. A better marketing strategy and adapted to the times are expected to increase salon popularity and income. A good and attractive promotion is one of the strategies that must be carried out by entrepreneurs so that the salon managed can continue to grow. This study aims to determine the effect of online promotion on increasing sales at the Griya Tatha Salon. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, where primary data is obtained through interviews with the owner or owner of Griya Tatha Salon & Wedding, while secondary data are obtained from literature sources and the results of previous studies. Data search is performed using, observation of documentation and interviews. Research results obtained from interviews and observations show that online promotion through various social media can increase salon income. This effectiveness can be seen from the enthusiasm of the people of this era for social media, so that promotion through social media will be more easily conveyed than through print media. Although the income increased with the increasing popularity of salons that were promoted from social media, an increase in the quality and price promotion of salon products. Abstract

ABSTRAK Henna adalah daun kering dan bubuk dari semak hijau kerdil Lawsonia inermis, anggota keluarga Lythraceae. Tanaman pacar tumbuh subur di iklim kering. Arab Saudi, Iran, Sri Lanka, India, Mesir dan Sudan adalah produsen utama. Henna adalah pewarna kulit alami atau suatu bentuk seni tubuh yang sering dilakukan oleh para wanita. Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan daun pacar (Lawsonia Inermis Linn) dan Kopi Gula (Coffee Sugar) terhadap hasil organoleptik henna yang meliputi kekentalan, tekstur, warna dan tingkat kesukaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah proporsi daun pacar dan kopi yaitu dengan perbandingan ?? = 3 gram daun pacar dan 15 ml kopi gula, ?? = 5 gram daun pacar dan 20 ml kopi gula dan ?? = 6 gram daun pacar dan 20 ml kopi gula. Variabel Terikat dari penelitian ini adalah sifat organoleptik yang meliputi kekentalan, tekstur, warna dan tingkat kesukaan panelis. Pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi yang dilakukan oleh 30 panelis dan analisis data menggunakan anova tunggal dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 21 terdapat pengaruh penggunaan daun pacar dan kopi gula terhadap hasil jadi organoleptik henna ditinjau dari kekentalan dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 14,510 dan nilai signifikan 0,000; tekstur dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 10,179 dan nilai signifikan 0,000; warna dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 12,658 dan nilai signifikan 0,000; dan tingkat kesukaan panelis dengan nilai Fhitung sebesar 8,489 dan nilai signifikan 0,000. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan nilai dari seluruh aspek penilaian X1 memiliki rata-rata 3,10; X2 memiliki rata-rata 2,74; X3 memiliki rata-rata 2,63. Kata Kunci : Henna, daun pacar, ekstrak kopi gula dan sifat organoleptik ABSTRACT Henna is the dried and powdered leaf of the dwarf evergreen shrub Lawsonia inermis, a member of the family Lythraceae. The henna plant thrives in arid climates. Saudi Arabia, Iran, Sri Lanka, India, Egypt and the Sudan are its major producers. Henna is a natural skin coloring or a form of body art that is often done by women. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of henna (Lawsonia Inermis Linn) and Sugar Coffee (Sugar Coffee) on organoleptic henna results including thickness, texture, color and liking. This type of research is experimental. The independent variable in this study was the proportion of henna and coffee leaves, with a ratio of ?? = 3 grams of henna leaf and 15 ml of coffee sugar, ?? = 5 grams of henna leaf and 20 ml of sugar coffee and ?? = 6 grams of henna leaf and 20 ml of sugar coffee . The dependent variable of this study is the organoleptic trait which includes thickness, texture, color and panelist preference level. Data collection by observation method carried out by 30 panelists and data analysis using a single ANOVA with the help of SPSS version 21 there is an influence of the use of henna leaves and sugar coffee on the results of finished organoleptic henna in terms of thickness with a Fcount value of 14.510 and a significant value of 0.000; texture with Fcount value of 10.179 and significant value of 0.000; color with a calculated F value of 12,658 and a significant value of 0,000; and the panelist preference level with a Fcount value of 8.489 and a significant value of 0.000. The results of the study based on values ??from all aspects of X1 assessment had an average of 3.10; X2 has an average of 2.74; X3 has an average of 2.63. Abstract

Professionalism is an attitude that is carried out when carrying out a profession that is not based only on filling free time and pursuing hobbies alone. Professionalism can be interpreted as the knowledge that is possessed when carrying out a job. Every individual definitely wants success, whether success in terms of career, study, friendship, family, and others. The first step to success is to understand yourself and your qualities. Understanding yourself and your qualities is very important. So that we can understand ourselves and our qualities, we need to form a self-concept or what is known as self-concept. The objectives of this research are 1) to describe the professionalism of male make up artists. 2) to explain the self-concept of male make up artists. 3) Factors underlying the professionalism of male Make Up Artists. This research adoption descriptive qualitative approach which cover collection data, reduction data, presentation of data and conclusions. The respondents for this research consisted of 5 male makeup artists in Surabaya. This research method uses interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research that has been carried out are 1) From several informants who have been researched to gain professionalism, these informants do several things such as courses, beauty schools, and privately at several professionals as well 2) There are things that influence self-concept, namely self-image, self-ideal, self-esteem, self-role, and self-identity. There are also factors that influence self-concept which consist of self-appraisal, reaction and response of others, roles you take, reference groups. 3) Factors that influence the performance of this male Make Up Artist are the self-concept that has been formed since childhood and the surrounding circumstances.   Keywords: Profesionalism, Self Concept, Factor of Profesionalism, Make Up Artist.

Abstract

Tata rias pengantin Solo ialah bagian dari warisan budaya yang mencakup rias wajah, penataan rambut, busana, serta aksesoris tradisional. Salah satu elemen penting dalam tata rias wajah ialah penggunaan eyeshadow pakem yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai budaya. Seiring berkembangnya tren kecantikan, teknik cut crease mulai banyak dipergunakan sebagai bentuk modifikasi modern, khususnya untuk menciptakan efek lipatan kelopak mata yang lebih tegas pada mata monolid, yakni mata tanpa lipatan kelopak ganda. Untuk menyesuaikan bentuk mata tersebut, diperlukan teknik aplikasi eyeshadow yang berbeda. Kajian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hasil riasan mata monolid memakai eyeshadow pakem, mengevaluasi hasil dengan teknik cut crease, serta menganalisis perbedaan antara keduanya dalam konteks tata rias pengantin Solo Putri Tradisional. Kajian ini mempergunakan pendekatan eksperimen dengan melibatkan 30 observer sebagai penilai hasil riasan. Dari hasil penelitian, diketahui jika penggunaan eyeshadow pakem pada mata monolid menghasilkan nilai rata-rata 3,4 yang termasuk kategori baik. Sementara itu, penggunaan teknik cut crease memperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,1 yang juga masuk dalam kategori baik. Meski keduanya memberi hasil yang cukup baik, terdapat perbedaan signifikan di antara keduanya, dengan nilai signifikansi sejumlah 0,016 (<0,05). Hal ini mempelihatkan jika eyeshadow pakem menghasilkan tampilan riasan yang lebih baik dibandingkan teknik cut crease pada pengantin Solo Putri Tradisional.

Abstract

In the last five years, marble nail art has become a trend that is increasingly in demand by nail art lovers. The purpose of this study was to determine the results of press-on nails with the water marble technique, the results of press-on nails with the marble drawing technique, and a comparison of the results of press-on nails with the water marble and drawing techniques. This study employed a quantitative approach and used an experimental research design. The results of press-on nails with water marble and drawing were assessed using a questionnaire with four aspects: design suitability, surface evenness, neatness of the finished result, and preference. Faux Nail Studio customers who like nail art and are and are and are aged 18 to 30 years were the subjects of this study who came to Faux Nail Studio on February 28, 2025. The data obtained from the questionnaire were processed using IBM SPSS 27. The t-test was used to determine the comparison of the finished results of press-on nails with the water marble and marble drawing techniques, and the average test was used to determine the finished results of each technique. The results of the study showed that (1)he finished results of press-on nails with the water marble technique had an average value of 2.96 out of 4, (2) the finished results of press-on nails with marble drawing had an average value of 3.68 out of 4, and (3) there was a significant difference between the two techniques, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) According to the panelists, the suitability of the design, surface flatness, and neatness of the results were 2.96 for the water marble technique and 3.68 for the marble drawing technique. (4) The panelists preferred the finished results of press-on nails with the marble drawing technique to the water marble technique.

Abstract

The use of skincare among Indonesian people continues to increase and develop with the times. Estee Lauder is one of the foreign brands that is quite popular in Indonesia. This research aims to examine the influence of demographic factors and product knowledge on the emotion and social status of Estee Lauder premium skincare consumers in Surabaya. The research used is an analytical observational type with a cross sectional approach. The population in this research is Estee Lauder consumers in Surabaya with a sample of people who use Estee Lauder skincare. The research instrument is a questionnaire instrument with data analysis using percentages then analyzing the relationship with multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The research results showed that demographic factors consisting of age, gender, education, employment and income had a positive effect on emotional and social status and product knowledge factors had a positive effect on emotion and social status.Keyword : Skincare, Demographics and Product Knowledge, Estee Lauder.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to investigate the impact of beauty influencer content on TikTok on increasing knowledge about makeup among students of SMK PGRI 4 Pasuruan and how students' attitudes towards the content. The background of this study is the rapid development of social media as an alternative in the learning process, especially in the field of makeup that is visual and practical. The method used is quantitative by implementing a pre-test and post-test through measuring learning outcomes. The number of subjects in this study was 36 students from the Skin and Hair Beauty study program. The data collection tool used was a questionnaire using a Likert scale and t-test. The research findings show a significant increase in knowledge about makeup after students accessed TikTok content from beauty influencers, as evidenced by the results of the paired sample t-test with a significance value of 0.000. Student responses to beauty influencer content on TikTok vary widely. On the one hand, this social media platform can be a very useful learning tool, encouraging interest in learning and facilitating access, as students can easily access various educational materials and resources through TikTok. It also helps students collaborate on assignments, exchange ideas, provide feedback, and encourage creativity in learning and conveying ideas. Several factors that support knowledge enhancement include the quality of content presentation, trust in the influencer, appropriate video length and format, and the relevance of the material to students' needs. Therefore, content on TikTok can be used as an effective supplementary medium for increasing knowledge about makeup. Various studies have shown that students respond positively to interactive learning media applications, particularly regarding their appearance and ease of use.
