Abstract

There are several factors that can influence the financial performance of sharia banks, So it is necessary to assess the health level of Islamic banks to determine whether the condition of a bank is healthy or unhealthy (Gultom, et al., 2022). This research aims to determine the level of bank health by applying the method RGEC at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk in 2020-2022.In this research, the RGEC This method includes several factors, the first is the riskprofile factor, the ratios used are net performing financing (NPF) and financing to debt ratio (FDR). The second factor is good corporate governance (GCG), which is good corporate governance. The third factor is earnings (profitability), the ratios used are return on assets (ROA), return of equity (ROE) and operating expenses to operating income (BOPO). The final factor in the RGEC method is the capital factor, using the capital adequacy ratio (CAR) as an assessment of the bank's health.In 2020 PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk obtained an NPF of 1.72%, which means it was ranked 1st. FDR is 73.84%, which means it is ranked 1st. GCG gets a score of 2. ROA is 1.29%, which means it is ranked 2nd. ROE is 4.56%, which means it is ranked 2rd. BOPOgot 84%, which means it was ranked 1st. CAR gets 18.24%, which means it is ranked 1st. The results of the research show that the assessment of the health level of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk in 2020 obtained a score of 88.57%, which was ranked 1st. In 2021 PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk obtained an NPF of 2.93%, which means it was ranked 1st. FDR is 72.69%, which means it is ranked 1st. GCG gets a score of 2. ROA is 1.53%, which means it is ranked 2nd. ROE is 12.11%, which means it is ranked 3rd. BOPO got 80%, which means it was ranked 1st. CAR got 22.09%, which means it was ranked 1st. The research results show that the 2021 health level assessment obtained a score of 88.57%, which is ranked 1st. In 2022 PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk obtained an NPF of 2.24%, which means it was ranked 2nd. FDR is 78.50%, which means it is ranked 2nd. GCG gets a score of 2. ROA is 1.85%, which means it is ranked 1st. ROE is 12.87%, which means it is ranked 2nd. BOPO got 76%, which means it was ranked 1st. CAR got 20.29%, which means it was ranked 1st. The results of the research show that the assessment of the bank's health level in 2022 received a score of 88.57%, which is ranked 1st. This means that it can be concluded that from 2020-2022 PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk received a very good assessment, obtaining a score of 88.57%, Composite Rank 1 with a very healthy predicate..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian terhadap: (1) Pemetaan sumberdaya inovasi (internal, eksternal) untuk Pengembangan UKM Berbasis Inovasi di Kabupaten Semarang, (2) merumuskan strategi pengembangan UKM berbasis inovasi di Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) atau workshop dengan staff instansi terkait di Kabupaten Semarang, observasi lapangan serta menggunakan data sekunder dari intansi terkait untuk menganalisis peluang dan tantangan berdasarkan situasi global, lokal dan potret kondisi aktual permasalahan kapasitas UKM selama ini. Selanjutnya, analisis strategi model pengembangan UKM Berbasis Inovasi Di Kabupaten Semarang melalui pendekatan analisis SWOT. Hasil kajian menemukan hasil sebagai berikut. Pertama, faktor eksternal kunci dalam pengembangan UKM berbasis inovasi di Kabupaten Semarang meliputi: perkembangan teknologi digital, dukungan pemerintah daerah, dinamika pasar dan intensitas persaingan. Faktor internal kunci yang merupakan kekuatan UKM adalah fleksibilitas dan agilitas, sedangkan faktor internal yang merupakan kelemahan UKM meliputi kapasitas manajemen dan kelemahan UKM dari efisiensi skala ekonomi. Kedua, strategi pengembangan UKM berbasis inovasi di Kabupaten Semarang, meliputi: (1) mendorong UKM untuk go digital dan naik kelas yaitu dengan memanfaatkan teknologi untuk inovasi dalam meningkatkan daya saing melalui efisiensi produksi dan operasional, perluasan pasar, dan praktik manajemen kualitas, (2) ketersediaan akses inovasi terbuka, (3) pengembangan kapasitas inovasi UKM yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Paper ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran sektor ekonomi terhadap peningkatan pendapatan rumah tangga pedesaan di provinsi Jawa Tengah. Paper ini menggunakan data Sistem Neraca Sosial Ekonomi Provinsi (SNSE) Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2004. Sektor ekonomi dalam paper ini terbagi menjadi 6 sektor sesuai deskripsi yang terdapat dalam data SNSE. Analisa dalam paper ini menggunakan pengganda neraca atau account multiplier. Temuan paper ini, (1) sektor keuangan, real estate, dan jasa berkonstribusi paling besar dalam meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga di pedesaan; (2) sektor pertambangan, industri pengolahan kecuali makanan, listrik, gas, dan air minum berkonstribusi paling kecil dalam meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga di pedesaan; dan (3) hanya sektor pertanian tanaman lain, kehutanan, dan perburuan yang konstribusinya terhadap peningkatan rumah tangga pedesaan berpendapatan rendah lebih kecil dibandingkan rumah tangga pedesaan berpendapatan tinggi. Rekomendasi paper ini adalah pemerintah dapat terus mendorong perkembangan sektor keuangan, real estate, dan jasa agar dapat lebih berperan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga pedesaan khususnya bagi rumah tangga dengan pendapatan rendah.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh store atsmophere, product quality, dan price fairness terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada cafe Joglo Turen Sari di Desa Brongkol Kecamatan Jambu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen cafe Joglo Turen Sari di Desa Brongkol Kecamatan Jambu dan sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan accidential sampling sehingga menghasilkan sampel sejumlah 96 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Smart PLS 4.0, Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: 1) store atmosphere secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 2) product quality secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 3) price fairness secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. 4) secara bersama-sama variabel store atmosphere, product quality, dan price fairness berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada café Joglo turen Sari di Desa Brongkol Kecamatan Jambu.Kata kunci: kepuasan konsumen, store atmosphere, product quality, price fairness ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to determine the influence of store atmosphere, product quality and price fairness on consumer satisfaction at Joglo Turen Sari Cafe in Brongkol Village, Jambu District. This research uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study consisted solely of consumers of Joglo Turen Sari Cafe in Brongkol Village, Jambu District and the sample was selected using purposive and random sampling techniques resulting in a sample of 96 respondents. The analysis tool used in this study is Smart PLS 4.0. The results of this study show that: 1) Store atmosphere has partially no influence on customer satisfaction. 2) Product quality partially influences consumer satisfaction. 3) Price fairness partially influences consumer satisfaction. 4) Taken together, the variables store atmosphere, product quality and price fairness influence customer satisfaction at Joglo Turen Sari Cafe in Brongkol Village, Jambu District.Keywords: Consumer satisfaction, Store atmosphere, Product quality, Price fairness

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingkat minat beli pada produk Scarlett di Kabupaten Semarang oleh kurangnya kualitas produk, citra merek, dan celebrity endorser. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, dan celebrity endorser terhadap minat beli produk Scarlett. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode non probability sampling atau lebih tepatnya dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 responden dengan kriteria pernah menggunakan dan pengguna produk Scarlett di Kabupaten Semarang. Sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar melalui google form, Data dari penelitian ini diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan uji instrumen, uji korelasi, uji regresi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan dari software SPSS versi 2021. Kata kunci: kualitas produk; citra merek; celebrity endorser; minat beli. AbstractThis research is motivated by the level of buying interest in Scarlett products in Semarang Regency due to the lack of product quality, brand image, and celebrity endorsers. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence product quality, brand image, and celebrity endorsers have on the buying interest of Scarlett products. The research method used is a quantitative research method using the non-probability sampling method or more precisely with the purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 96 respondents with the criteria of having used and using Scarlett products in Semarang Regency. The sample was taken using a questionnaire distributed through google form, the data from this study was processed and analyzed using instrument tests, correlation tests, regression tests, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests with the help of the 2021 version of SPSS software. Keywords: product quality; brand image; celebrity endorser; buying interest

Abstract

In the increasingly rapid development of information technology, the education sector is experiencing the digital transformation, such as academic information systems (Siakad). Siakad is an academic system built to make easy to be used for academic users, in order to doing some academic activities. This study intented to assess the performance of educational staff through education, competence, and knowledge sharing in the implementation of the Academic Information System in Darul Ulum Islamic Centre Sudirman GUPPI University. A survey-based research method was used in this study, involving 45 respondents from the total educational staff. Data were collected by distributing a questionnaire by google form to all educational staff using a likerts scale. The data analysis method employed was multiple linear regression with the aid of IBM SPSS Statistic 25 version. The results of this study indicate that the variables of education have a significant value of (0,30<0.05), indicating that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that the education variable significantly affects the performance of the academic information system. Similarly, the competence variable have a significance value of (0,25<0,05 indicating that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that the competence variable significantly affects the performance of the academic information system. Howeve,r the knowledge sharing variable have a significance value of (0,87>0,05), resulting in the rejection of Ha and the acceptance of Ho, indicating that knowledge sharing does not significantly affect the performance of the academic information system. Abstract

ABSTRACT This article discusses the concept of Islamic Teacherpreneurship as an innovative approach in preparing Muslim educators who have global competitiveness. Islamic Teacherpreneurship is an integration of Islamic values, teacher competencies, and entrepreneurial spirit that is the basis for developing the professionalism of contemporary Muslim educators. This study uses a comprehensive literature study approach by analyzing various scientific publications related to Islamic education, entrepreneurship, and teacher professionalism. The stages of this research include searching for relevant literature, in-depth reading, coding themes related to Islamic Teacherpreneurship, grouping codes into broader categories, analyzing patterns and relationships between categories, and interpreting and synthesizing findings to construct a conceptual framework, with validation through source triangulation. The results of the study indicate that Islamic Teacherpreneurship contributes significantly to character formation, capacity building, and development of learning innovations for Muslim educators. Through the implementation of Islamic Teacherpreneurship, Muslim educators are not only able to transfer Islamic knowledge and values, but also develop leadership skills, creativity, innovation, and economic independence. This study has implications for the urgency of developing an Islamic education curriculum based on entrepreneurship and a continuing professional development program for Muslim educators to improve their competitiveness in the era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0 towards society 5.0. ABSTRAK Artikel ini membahas konsep Islamic Teacherpreneurship sebagai pendekatan inovatif dalam menyiapkan pendidik Muslim yang memiliki daya saing global. Islamic Teacherpreneurship merupakan integrasi antara nilai-nilai Islam, kompetensi keguruan, dan jiwa kewirausahaan yang menjadi basis pengembangan profesionalisme pendidik Muslim kontemporer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur komprehensif dengan menganalisis berbagai publikasi ilmiah yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan Islam, entrepreneurship, dan profesionalisme guru. Tahapan penelitian ini meliputi penelusuran literatur relevan, pembacaan mendalam, pengkodean tema terkait Islamic Teacherpreneurship, pengelompokan kode ke dalam kategori, analisis pola dan hubungan antar kategori, serta interpretasi dan sintesis untuk membangun kerangka konseptual, dengan validasi melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Islamic Teacherpreneurship berkontribusi signifikan dalam pembentukan karakter, peningkatan kapasitas, dan pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran bagi pendidik Muslim. Melalui implementasi Islamic Teacherpreneurship, pendidik Muslim tidak hanya mampu mentransfer pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai keislaman, tetapi juga mengembangkan kemampuan leadership, kreativitas, inovasi, dan kemandirian ekonomi. Penelitian ini berimplikasi pada urgensi pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam berbasis kewirausahaan serta program pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan bagi pendidik Muslim untuk meningkatkan daya saing mereka di era globalisasi dan revolusi industri 4.0 menuju society 5.0.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study explores the concept of entrepreneurship from various theoretical, historical, and practical perspectives, particularly in the context of education. The discussion begins with the history of entrepreneurship from prehistoric times, the agricultural revolution, the Middle Ages, the industrial revolution, to the modern digital era marked by technological transformation and globalization. Specifically, this paper highlights the concept of the teacherpreneur, which integrates the roles of teacher and entrepreneur capable of creating innovation in the field of education. As teacherpreneurs, teachers are expected not only to teach but also to become agents of change through the development of ethical and sustainable education-based enterprises. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The research stages involve collecting data and information from various relevant written sources, such as books, scientific journals, articles, and credible digital literature discussing entrepreneurial concepts. The findings show that a deep understanding of entrepreneurial concepts and theories is crucial to be applied in education to create an adaptive, innovative, and highly competitive system. The concept of entrepreneurship encompasses a broad understanding, from definitions and historical developments to interdisciplinary theories that explain the vital role of entrepreneurs in creating value, innovation, and economic growth. In the modern era, this concept has evolved into the educational domain through the idea of the teacherpreneur, a teacher who acts as both an educator and an innovator in the educational landscape. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas mengenai konsep wirausaha dari berbagai perspektif teoritis, historis, dan aplikatif, khususnya dalam konteks pendidikan. Pembahasan dimulai dari sejarah kewirausahaan sejak masa prasejarah, revolusi pertanian, abad pertengahan, revolusi industri, hingga era digital modern yang ditandai dengan transformasi teknologi dan globalisasi. Secara khusus, makalah ini mengangkat konsep teacherpreneur, yaitu integrasi peran guru sebagai pendidik dan wirausahawan yang mampu menciptakan inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan. Guru sebagai teacherpreneur diharapkan tidak hanya mengajar, tetapi juga menjadi agen perubahan melalui pengembangan bisnis berbasis pendidikan yang etis dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Tahapan penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi dari berbagai sumber tertulis yang relevan, seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, dan literatur digital terpercaya yang membahas konsep kewirausahaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mendalam tentang konsep dan teori kewirausahaan sangat penting untuk diterapkan dalam dunia pendidikan guna menciptakan sistem yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berdaya saing tinggi. Konsep kewirausahaan mencakup pemahaman yang luas, mulai dari definisi, sejarah, hingga teori-teori lintas disiplin yang menjelaskan peran penting wirausaha dalam menciptakan nilai, inovasi, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Di era modern, konsep ini berkembang ke ranah pendidikan melalui gagasan teacherpreneur, yaitu guru yang berperan sebagai pendidik sekaligus inovator dalam dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

Instilling entrepreneurial character based on Islamic values is a challenge and urgent need in the world of Islamic education today. Teachers as central figures in education are expected to be able to play a role more than just teachers, namely as Islamic teacherpreneurs who are able to integrate sharia values into learning practices. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Islamic Teacherpreneurship concept in the Market Day program and its role in shaping the character of Muslim entrepreneurs in students at the Khoiru Ummah Tahfidz Plus School, Semarang Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through participatory observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The results of the study show that teachers play an active role as facilitators and role models in instilling Islamic entrepreneurial values, such as honesty, trustworthiness, hard work, and usefulness. The Market Day program is run in a structured manner as part of character education based on real experiences. Students show positive developments in aspects of responsibility, independence, social empathy, and courage to take business initiatives. These findings confirm that the integration of Islamic Teacherpreneurship through Market Day activities is an effective approach in shaping the character of Muslim entrepreneurs holistically. This research provides conceptual and practical contributions to the development of a contextual and transformative Islamic education model.  Keywords: Islamic Teacherpreneurship, Market Day, Muslim Entrepreneur Character, Islamic Education, Islamic Entrepreneurship
