Abstract

Dalam rangka mengatur Masyarakat dan pelaksanaan Pembangunan daerah, pelibatan Masyarakat dalam penyusunan peraturan daerah (Perda) oleng anggota DPRD merupakan fungsi dan tugas utama yang harus dilaksanakan dalam rangka Pembangunan dan mengatur Masyarakat. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menjelaskan fungsi Perda dalam peraturan prundang-undangan Indonsia serta sejauh mana keterlibatan masyarakat dalam pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan (Perda). Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian analisis data riset kualitatif deskriptif. Perda memiliki fungsi yang jelas dan nyata dalam perundang-undangan. Pembentukan Perda, masyarakat perlu dilibatkan agar supaya peraturan daerah yang dihasilkan mampu menyerap berbagai aspirasi dan kepentingan masyarakat.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has influenced the community's lifestyle, including adolescents’ behavior. One aspect majorly affected was physical growth, which encompasses several areas, including nutritional status and personal hygiene. Maintaining the quality of physical growth is very important, even beyond the pandemic. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on adolescents' nutritional status and personal hygiene. A literature review method was used through a bibliometric and content analysis of publications obtained from databases such as Google Scholar. The articles obtained were classified by publication year, study location, keywords, and journal titles. Based on the literature search, 11 articles were found on the influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on the nutritional status of adolescents, and 10 articles discussed the effect on personal hygiene. After reviewing the articles, it was concluded that the pandemic influenced adolescents' nutritional status and personal hygiene.

Abstract

One objective of a state is to create stability and prosperity for its people. To achieve this objective requires leaders who have the capacity and integrity to accomplish the state welfare. In electoral context, one of the goals of the election is to elect a qualified leader, but the goals of fair elections precisely have their own constraints, particularly conflict potentials that often occur in every election in Indonesia. In South-Sulawesi, in particular, the conflict potentials during the election frequently occurs in communities, which leads to friction at the elite level so that the goals of peaceful and fair elections are often far from the objectives of the Public Election Laws.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the debate between presidential and vice presidential candidates in the 2024 general election on the decision to vote for Generation Z in West Sulawesi. The object of this research is the debate between presidential and vice presidential candidates in the 2024 presidential general election, the sampling is generation Z. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling. The data collection technique used in this research is a descriptive research method using survey and interview methods. The results of this research are that the debate between presidential candidates and vice presidential candidates did not completely influence generation Z's choice of voting decisions in the 2024 election. This research shows that the majority of generation Z before the debate was held had already had their choice of presidential candidate and vice presidential candidate for the reason that it was in accordance with own choice, although to a small extent influenced by watching the debate.

Abstract

Diversifikasi ke dalam pariwisata sering disarankan sebagai solusi potensial untuk meningkatnya kekhawatiran atas menurunnya peluang penangkapan ikan secara global, terutama bagi nelayan skala kecil. Melalui analisis data kualitatif dari wawancara dengan nelayan saat ini dan sebelumnya di sekitar Pulau Bokori menunjukkan bagaimana orang mendekonstruksi dan merekonstruksi identitas mereka dalam transisi dari penangkapan ikan ke pekerjaan pariwisata, dan bahwa pengalaman diversifikasi wisata bahari bersifat dinamis, multifaset, dan tertanam dalam pertemuan sosial. Artikel ini memperluas diskusi terkini tentang transisi pekerjaan dengan memberikan wawasan tentang pengalaman langsung operator wisata bahari dari perspektif psikososial, untuk melampaui narasi ekonomi dominan tentang diversifikasi dan perubahan sosial, yang berimplikasi pada bagaimana transisi ke dalam pekerjaan pariwisata difasilitasi.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain input and scientific evidence regarding Indonesia's foreign policy prediction after the Jokowi presidency in 2024. This study aims to understand what foreign policy will look like in the next presidential term. To discuss the topic of efforts to answer the problems of this study, this study obtained data from many reading sources such as international publications in the form of books, articles, reports, and newspapers. The collected data is then reviewed carefully, which involves a data coding system, sharp analysis, in-depth evaluation, and high interpretation so that we can conclude research answers with high validity and reality principles. Based on the data presentation and discussion, it can be concluded that Indonesia's foreign policy after Mr. Jokowi's tenure is a series of visions that describe how Indonesia interacts with foreign countries that regulate bilateral cooperation with the principle of free and active political economy.Another issue that Indonesia can predict is still being done, as stated in the country's constitution. In other words, there is no significant difference. Thus the results of this study are helpful for the parties, especially for educational use and policy making.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berfokus pada pemberdayaan pemuda Desa Karama, Kecamatan Tinambung, Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, dengan mengusung tema “Peran Pemuda dan Digitalisasi.” Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran dan kapasitas pemuda dalam menghadapi tantangan serta memanfaatkan peluang di era digitalisasi 5.0. Pemuda sebagai generasi penerus bangsa diharapkan tidak hanya menjadi pengguna teknologi, tetapi juga inovator dan agen perubahan dalam bidang pendidikan, ekonomi, dan budaya. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu ceramah, sharing session, dan tanya jawab interaktif untuk menggali permasalahan serta solusi yang relevan bagi pemuda Desa Karama. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatnya pemahaman dan motivasi pemuda untuk berperan aktif dalam pengembangan potensi daerah melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital secara kreatif dan produktif. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini mendorong terbentuknya generasi muda yang adaptif, berdaya saing, dan siap menghadapi transformasi digital global.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mereview fasilitas infrastruktur PANSIMAS di Wilayah Pesisir Bonto Bahari, Kecamatan Bontoa, Kabupaten Maros. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Identifikasi Masalah dan Analisis Potensi (IMAP). Temuan berupa sarana dan prasarana air bersih di Desa Bontobahri tergolong kurang baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh fasilitas PAMSIMAS yang tidak beroperasi dan dan carut-marutnya kontrak kerjasama pengelolaan air bersama mitra PANSIMAS Desa lain. Selanjutnya masalah sanitasi lebih banyak dialami kelompok masyarakat rentan di Dusun Baji Areng dan Dusun Cambayya. Rendahnya kesadaran Masyarakat dan terbatasnya infrastruktur sanitasi. Termasuk persoalan sampah menjadi perhatian khusus dimana ada indikasi minimnya kesadaran masyarakat dan kebiasaan buruk warga dalam membuang sampah. Kondisi ini menunjukkan perlunya meningkatkan kesadaran tentang kesehatan dan sanitasi yang baik. Sekaligus urgensi penyediaan akses air bersih yang aman dan berkelanjutan bagi masyarakat Desa Bonto Bahari.

Abstract

Accountability is a principle that ensures that government administration is accountable for a series of designed programs. This study aims to examine the influence of success factors in village government accountability in managing village funds, namely, village apparatus competence, community participation, utilization of information technology, organizational commitment, and internal government control systems. The type of research used is quantitative, using component-based or variant-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a tool for conducting validity tests. Sampling using the method purposive sampling, thus obtaining 87 respondents with the criteria of village governments directly involved in administering village funds in Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency. The results of this study indicate that not all variables can influence accountability in village fund management in Binuang District. For example, village apparatus competence, community participation, information technology utilization, and internal government control systems have a positive effect on accountability in village fund management. However, organizational commitment does not affect accountability in village fund management. Therefore, accountability in village fund management has not been fully able to realize the achievement of good governance in Binuang District, Polewali Mandar Regency

Abstract

At the end of 2019, the world is being hit by a pandemic worrying for humanity. Covid-19 first appeared in the city of Wuhan, China, and spread massively throughout the world afterwards. WHO has designated Covid-19 as a pandemic that is difficult to control as of March 11, 2020. As of April 2020, there have been more than 2 million cases of people in the world infected with Covid-19, and 195 thousand people died at that time. In Indonesia itself, the government has taken preventive measures to respond and prevent the virus's spread. The response of the government, especially local governments in Indonesia, is very diverse. Judging from the local government's readiness, some have responded slowly and underestimated this pandemic's emergence. Therefore, in this paper, the state's readiness, especially local governments, will be highlighted in facing a crisis (pandemic) from the aspects of risk, impact, and mitigation to the community itself.
