Abstract

This research is important because it is to determine the level of dissability children’s achievement motivation through the implementation of group dynamics learning models. The purpose of this study is to find out: the implementation of group dynamics learning models to the learning achievement, the process of learning activities carried out using group dynamics learning models, the level of creativity in non-academic fields. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with research data sources consisting of: primary data sources and secondary data sources. Techniques for collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The learning model used in YPAC Pangkalpinang SLB is to provide students with practical activities outside the classroom. Learning done were 75% practice and 25% theory. The practice of learning was done by using group dynamics programs with the aim of being able to improve students' non academic achievements. Some of the learning practices include: batik, cooking, makeup, making handicrafts from used materials, and making wedding delivery baskets.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) activity integrated with the Real Work Lecture (KKN) aims to increase the knowledge, awareness, and attitudes of adolescents towards three crucial issues among students: drug abuse, the impact of tattoo use, and the prevention of bullying behavior. This program was implemented at Simpang Rimba 1 State Junior High School by lecturers from the Muhammadiyah University of Bangka Belitung, namely Diah Rina Miftakhi and Erika Fitri Wardani, in collaboration with the Social Service of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province represented by Mr. Medyharto. The methods used included interactive lectures, presentations of materials, discussions, and questions and answers with all participants. The results of the activity showed an increase in the level of understanding and awareness of students regarding the dangers of drugs, the health risks of tattoo use, and the importance of building a bullying-free school environment. This program strengthens the synergy between universities, local governments, and educational institutions in building the character of a young generation that is intelligent, healthy, resilient, and has good morals.

Abstract

Manajemen kelas yang efektif merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik manajemen kelas pada taman kanak-kanak di wilayah Papua Selatan, Papua Tengah, dan Papua dengan meninjau tiga aspek utama, yaitu lingkungan fisik kelas, kondisi sosial-emosional, dan dukungan organisasional sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 76 guru taman kanak-kanak yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dari beberapa satuan pendidikan anak usia dini di wilayah penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terstruktur yang mengukur praktik pengelolaan kelas berdasarkan indikator lingkungan belajar, interaksi sosial-emosional, serta dukungan kelembagaan sekolah. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif untuk menggambarkan kecenderungan praktik manajemen kelas yang diterapkan oleh guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik manajemen kelas pada satuan pendidikan anak usia dini di wilayah Papua masih menghadapi sejumlah tantangan, terutama terkait keterbatasan fasilitas fisik pembelajaran, penerapan pendekatan pengelolaan kelas yang belum sepenuhnya berorientasi pada kebutuhan perkembangan anak, serta dukungan organisasi sekolah yang belum optimal dalam memberikan supervisi pedagogis dan pengembangan profesional guru. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penguatan kapasitas guru dan dukungan kelembagaan sekolah menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan kelas pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Implikasi penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan dan program pelatihan guru yang lebih kontekstual untuk mendukung

Abstract

The phenomenon of low self-confidence, communication difficulties, and decreased learning motivation of students at the Darul Madinah Tahfidzul Qur'an Islamic Boarding School indicates the need for a parenting approach that is not only normative-religious but also responsive to the psychological needs of students. This study aims to examine in depth the practice of parenting in the Tahfidz Islamic boarding school in integrating Islamic parenting values with assertiveness training techniques, and analyse its implications for the formation of character and learning motivation of students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Primary data sources were obtained from four main informants, namely the head of student care, the head of the foundation, the (GPH:Guru Pembina Harian) supervisor for worship, the GPH supervisor for ta'lim, and several students as supporting informants. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained through documentation of the coaching program, activity log reports, and tahfidz reports. Data collection was carried out through semi-structured interviews, participant observation, and documentation. Data analysis used an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was tested through source and technique triangulation, member checking, and audit trail. The results of the study indicate that the integration of Islamic parenting based on the values of monotheism, faith, morals, and habituation with assertiveness training techniques has been proven to significantly strengthen the character of responsibility, self-confidence, good communication quality, and increased learning motivation of students. Theoretically, these findings strengthen Bandura's social learning theory and Lickona's character education and expand the study of Islamic education through a holistic and dialogical parenting approach. This study confirms that the integration of Islamic values and assertiveness is an effective parenting strategy in Islamic boarding schools. The formulation of an integrated parenting model that combines Islamic values and assertiveness techniques can be a positive, applicable, and contextual contribution to educational institutions. However, the limitations of this study in the context of a single Islamic boarding school mean that the findings cannot be generalised widely.
