Abstract

Educators are the most important element in effective and efficient classroom management. So we need an educator who has a leadership style that encourages students to increase their potential. Apart from that, developing aspects of student development such as aspects of moral and religious values, cognitive aspects, language aspects, physical motoric aspects, and social emotional aspects. This research aims to determine the extent of the leadership style possessed by early childhood educators in managing the classroom. Data collection used an online survey with 79 respondents spread across 3 provinces, namely Papua province, South Papua province and Central Papua province. The results of the research are that educators are more inclined to apply a participative leadership style by 61%. Followed by a visionary style of 59% and a situational style of 58%. Meanwhile, authoritarian leadership style was 19%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui secara ilmiah hubungan antara daya ledak otot tungkai dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pada permainan sepak bola. Jenis penelitian ini adalah korelasi dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Instrument pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah standing broad jump, dimana standing broad jump digunakan untuk mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai kemudian Illinois Agility Run untuk mengetahui tingkat kelincahan atlet serta tes kemampuan menggiring bola. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis regresi linier berganda. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil dimana sumbangan efektif (SE) variabel daya ledak otot tungkai (X1) terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola sebesar 22.69% dan sumbangan efektif (SE) Variabel kelincahan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola sebesar 7.6%. Sedangkan sumbangan relatif (SR) daya ledak otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola sebesar 94,5%, sumbangan relatif (SR) Variabel kelincahan terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola sebesar 5.5%. Sehingga total SR adalah sebesar 100% atau sama dengan 1. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa daya ledak otot tungkai dan kelincahan berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola pemain SSB Putra Buana Paciran Lamongan KU-16.

Abstract

Sastra anak merupakan ikhwal penting yang ikut serta dalam membentuk karakter anak. Karakter anak yang merupakan bagian dari kecerdasan manusia itu menjadi hal yang penting dan tak bisa diabaikan sehingga dalam prosesnya perlu dikawal sejak dini. Sastra anak yang pada proses dan gerak mempengaruhi pembacanya itu tersematkan di dalamnya nilai-nilai karakter sebagai pembangunan karakter anak. Penelitian ini menilisik struktur naratif yang ikut membangun nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam cerpen “Sesendok Nasi Goreng” yang terdapat dalam kumpulan cerita anak “Indra Tualang Si Doktor Kopi karya Soesilo Toer”. Adapun teori yang dipakai untuk melihat struktur naratif tersebut ialah teori naratif yang diperkenalkan oleh Gerrad Genette, yang utamanya dalam konsep order. Sementara nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang diketemukan dalam karya sastra mengacu pada nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang dipaparkan oleh Azzet. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif sebagai metode penelitian, ditemukan beberapa nilai karakter yang ada dalam karya tersebut, yang antara lain kejujuran dan rasa tanggung jawab. Hasil dari penelitian ini membawa manfaat tidak hanya bagi para pendidik dalam memperluas wawasan terkait nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam karya sastra, sehingga membantu dalam profesinya sebagai pendidik, pun juga bagi khalayak umum dalam menyiapkan generasi penerus.

Abstract

Parents' considerations in choosing a school for their child, especially early childhood education in the kindergarten program, are activities that must be carried out by parents before enrolling their child in school. It is intended that the education that children receive is in accordance with their needs so that it can stimulate their growth and development. Various reasons for parents in choosing a school must be adjusted to the situation and conditions they experience. On the other hand, the reasons for this consideration can be used as reference material for school principals in developing their schools. Data collection used an online survey with 39 respondents. The results of his research are that the distance between school and place of residence is the reason that dominates parents choosing a school for their children, although the other reasons are not much different in presentation. But other things that need attention for school principals are competitors of similar schools, the age of school children around the school, parents' perceptions of the importance of getting early childhood education, especially kindergarten. In addition, the regulations for granting operational permits for kindergartens by authorized agencies must pay attention to the number of similar schools in the area, this is due to avoid schools going out of business due to not having students.

Abstract

This study finds the implications of the hybrid corn agribusiness development strategy and provides recommendations for strategies and policies for developing hybrid corn agribusiness in Deli Serdang Regency. This research is crucial for the future development of hybrid corn agribusiness. It employed a quantitative descriptive method. Qualitative research generally employs three design models: descriptive, verification, and grounded research. The research subjects were 60 hybrid corn farmers. The research focused on strategies for developing hybrid corn agribusiness and provided recommendations for strategies and policies for developing hybrid corn agribusiness. This research was conducted in Deli Serdang Regency, specifically in the districts of Tanjung Morawa, Lubuk Pakam, Beringin, and Namorambe. The results suggest that utilizing government support and farmer groups (gapoktan) to obtain quality seeds and utilizing average input prices and input availability can increase hybrid corn production. The hybrid corn agribusiness development strategy shows a value of x> 0, namely 1.67 and a value of y> 0, namely 1.41. This means that the position of the hybrid corn agribusiness development strategy is located in quadrant I. Quadrant I is a quadrant that is bounded by the x-axis and y-axis, both of which are positive and the recommended alternative strategy is an aggressive strategy, namely the SO strategy (Strategy - Opportunity), where this quadrant has the most profitable position because the strengths and opportunities in the position matrix are good so that with the strengths that farmers have in their farming, it is possible to take advantage of existing farming opportunities and develop them.

Abstract

This article explores the implementation of digital economy education and mentoring for Project Bamboo's Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to improve product quality and quantity located in Pendem Village, Mojogedang District, Karanganyar Regency. This research assessed the impact of the digital platform and mentoring on product improvement, business efficiency, and market competitiveness. Findings showed improvements in product quality and quantity attributed to digital technology and customized mentoring. In addition, the research identified challenges and opportunities encountered during the implementation process. The insights gained from this research contribute to a better understanding of the gained from this research contribute to a better understanding of the utilization of digitalization and mentoring to empower MSMEs and foster sustainable economic development in rural communities.

Abstract

Sapardi Djoko Damono is a poet whose works are loved by the public. Unfortunately, because some poems, such as “Hujan Bulan Juni” and “Aku Ingin”, are more phenomenal than others, and because the poems say their meaning indirectly or the language is difficult to understand, it makes his other poems drown out of public knowledge. This research makes the poem Sajak Telur which is one of the poems that is rarely touched by the public because of the lack of understanding of its meaning as an object of study. Through the semiotic approach of Riffaterre, this study will look at the significance contained in the poem. Riffaterre said that poetry says that impermanence means in three ways, namely displacing, distorcing, and creating. With that, Riffaterre provides a reading strategy to find out the meaning of the poem, through heuristic and hermeneutic reading. Heuristic readings are carried out based on literal references of language, while hermeneutic readings are carried out based on literary references to explain the ungrammatical obtained after the first reading. With a descriptive qualitative method, the analysis in this study obtained the result that the meaning of the poem Sajak Telur by Sapardi Djoko Damono is the hope of someone who does not forget its origin.   Sapardi Djoko Damono merupakan penyair yang karya-karyanya banyak digandrungi oleh masyarakat. Sayangnya, karena sebagaian sajak, seperti “Hujan Bulan Juni” dan “Aku Ingin”, lebih fenomenal dari sajak lainnya, dan karena puisi mengatakan maksudnya dengan tidak secara langsung atau bahasanya sulit dipahami, hal itu membuat sajak-sajaknya yang lain tenggelam dari pengetahuan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menjadikan puisi Sajak Telur yang merupakan salah satu dari puisi yang jarang disentuh oleh masyarakat karena ketidakpahaman akan maknanya sebagai objek kajian. Melalui pendekatan semiotika Riffaterre, penelitian ini akan melihat signifikansi yang terdapat dalam puisi tersebut. Riffaterre mengatakan bahwa puisi mengatakan ketaklangsungan maksudnya dengan tiga cara, yakni pergeseran makna (displacing), perusakan makna (distorcing), dan penciptaan makna (creating). Dengan itu, Riffaterre memberikan strategi pembacaan untuk mengetahui maksud puisi, yaitu melalui pembacaan heuristik dan hermeneutik. Pembacaan heuristik dilakukan berdasarkan referensi literal bahasa, sedangkan pembacaan hermeneutik dilakukan berdasarkan referensi sastra untuk menjelaskan ungramatikal yang didapat setelah pembacaan pertama. Dengan metode kualitatif deskriptif, analisis dalam penelitian ini didapatkan hasil bahwa makna dari puisi Sajak Telur karya Sapardi Djoko Damono ialah harapan akan seseorang yang tidak melupakan muasalnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji praktik pengelolaan kelas yang diterapkan oleh pendidik pada jenjang taman kanak-kanak di tiga provinsi yang memiliki karakteristik beragam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei melalui e-form yang disebarkan di Papua, Papua Tengah, dan Papua Selatan, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 76 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat satuan pendidikan yang masih mengandalkan pencahayaan alami dari sinar matahari sebagai sumber penerangan kelas. Selain itu, sebagian pendidik menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan otoriter, membatasi kebebasan bermain anak, serta melakukan penataan alat permainan edukatif (APE) hanya pada saat pembelajaran akan dimulai.
