Abstract

The importance of spiritual education in shaping student character in Islamic-based schools, such as Madrasah Aliyah SKB 3 Menteri Bingkat, as well as the challenges faced in integrating Islamic values into students' daily lives. This study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach to explore students' experiences in developing spiritual life through Islamic spiritual organizations. The purpose of this study was to understand the impact of the holistic approach in spiritual education and assess the effectiveness of using various technology-based learning media, including mobile applications, e-learning platforms, learning videos, audio podcasts, web-based interactive resources, ebooks, and education-specific social media. The results showed that this holistic approach significantly improved students' understanding and practice of Islamic teachings. Technology-based learning media proved effective in making religious learning more engaging, accessible and interactive, thereby increasing student motivation and understanding. Support from family and community also plays an important role in strengthening students' spiritual experiences. The conclusion of this study is that a holistic approach that incorporates various learning media and environmental support is an effective strategy to develop students' spiritual lives in Islamic-based schools.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the limited learning of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) at Madrasah Aliyah SKB 3 Bingkat. Fiqh, as a branch of Islamic science that discusses sharia laws in everyday life, should be a central pillar of religious education. However, observations and interviews indicate that the intensity of fiqh learning at this madrasa remains relatively low, both in terms of teaching time, teacher competence, and learning methods used. Several contributing factors identified include a limited number of competent teachers in fiqh, a lack of relevant teaching materials, and low student interest in the subject. This limited fiqh learning impacts students' poor understanding of Islamic law and its application in daily life. This study recommends improving the quality and quantity of fiqh teaching through teacher training, the provision of engaging learning media, and the integration of active learning methods to increase student participation and understanding.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the quality of thematic learning for early childhood through the implementation of digital educational technology at Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard Malaysia. The program involved training and mentoring teachers in utilizing various interactive digital media such as educational videos, Android-based learning applications, and interactive visual tools. The implementation method included initial observation, training sessions, digital media development workshops, and classroom application evaluations. The results showed that teachers were able to use digital technology effectively in thematic learning, which positively impacted children’s motivation, participation, and understanding of learning materials. Therefore, the implementation of digital educational technology serves as an innovative strategy to support enjoyable and meaningful learning experiences for early childhood.

Abstract

Time management in education is very important so that the goals you want to target can be easily achieved and systematically. If there is no good management, the desired targets will be difficult to achieve. The existence of management makes the learning system more structured. This research aims to find out how the time management program in the Tahfidz Maskanulhuffadz Medan Islamic boarding school is so that it can complete memorizing 30 juz of the Al-Quran in the span of one year. Using a qualitative research approach, this research uses. The research approach taken is a qualitative approach. namely descriptive data in the form of written words taken from Maskanulhuffadz's daily guidebook as well as information obtained from people's words and behavior that can be obtained. The data collection techniques used were through interviews, observation and copying documents. The results of this research explain the good time management of the program which has been prepared and designed to utilize one year's time. Students can complete their memorization quickly and the three year program is compressed into one year.

Abstract

Pada zaman pemerintahan Sultan Mahmud dari Dinasti Ghaznawiyah, terjadi kemajuan yang signifikan dalam berbagai sektor, termasuk politik, ekonomi, ilmu pengetahuan, sastra, dan arsitektur. Perkembangan yang dicapai oleh Dinasti Ghaznawiyah juga berpengaruh pada kemajuan di bidang pendidikan, di mana Sultan Mahmud memberikan perhatian yang besar terhadap perkembangan pendidikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian penelusuran literatur, yaitu suatu tindakan kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca, menganalisis dan mengelola informasi dari berbagai sumber literasi.Hasil penelitiannya adalah pada masa pemerintahan Sultan Mahmud, terjadi perkembangan dalam sistem pendidikan yang mencakup beberapa aspek: 1) Tujuan Pendidikan: Sistem pendidikan yang diterapkan memiliki tujuan yang berorientasi pada aspek keagamaan untuk mempertahankan ideologi (mazhab negara) dengan penganut faham Sunni. Selain itu, tujuan pendidikan juga termasuk aspek kemiliteran guna memperluas wilayah kekuasaan Kesultanan Ghaznawiyah. 2) Guru-guru Terkemuka: Para guru yang terlibat dalam sistem pendidikan ini adalah tokoh-tokoh (ilmuwan) yang memiliki reputasi internasional dan menganut teologi Sunni. Beberapa di antaranya adalah Abu al-Rayhan Muhammad bin Ahmad al-Biruni, Al-Firdausi, Ibnu al-Arraq, dan Ibnu Khamman. 3) Pelajar Beragam Asal: Para pelajar yang mengikuti pendidikan berasal dari daerah sekitar dan juga negara-negara lain. 4) Kurikulum Komprehensif: Kurikulum pendidikan meliputi berbagai disiplin ilmu, baik yang bersifat naqli (berasal dari Alquran dan Hadis) maupun yang bersifat aqli (rasional), seperti filsafat, falak (astronomi), matematika, sejarah, bahasa, sastra, syair, kedokteran, astronomi, geografi, dan lain-lain. 5) Metode Pengajaran Varied: Metode pengajaran yang digunakan mencakup beragam pendekatan seperti metode halaqah (dalam kelompok), lisan, ceramah, diskusi, hafalan, serta metode tajribah (eksperimen) dan rihlah 'ilmiah, seperti yang dilakukan oleh al-Biruni. 6) Fasilitas Pendidikan: Sarana dan prasarana pendidikan yang ada di madrasah pada masa Dinasti Ghaznawiyah mencakup perpustakaan, asrama pelajar (khan), masjid, dan juga di sekitar madrasah disediakan rumah tempat tinggal bagi para guru. 7) Jenis Lembaga Pendidikan: Lembaga-lembaga pendidikan yang ada meliputi maktab atau kuttab (sekolah dasar), madrasah, universitas, masjid (tempat pembelajaran agama), pendidikan rendah di istana, perpustakaan, majelis kesusastraan, dan bahkan rumah sakit. Semua perkembangan ini merupakan bukti nyata dari perhatian Sultan Mahmud terhadap kemajuan pendidikan dalam berbagai aspek di masa pemerintahannya.

Abstract

Poverty is a classical problem that becomes a question of almost all countries and Indonesia is one of them. One alternative to reduce poverty can be through the MSME sector. This research purpose to analyze the growth of KUR distribution to MSME in the effort of poverty reduction in Indonesia. Data used from secondary data that yearly published by Badan Pusat Statistik, Bank Indonesia, Kementerian UMKM dan Koperasi, and Komite-KUR. Data analysis method who used in this research are error correction model (ECM). Based on the results of research, variable KUR distribution and MSME GDP have the negative impact on poverty in the long term, and MSME GDP and business unit MSME have the negative impact on poverty in the short term . A variable that has negative impact on poverty either in the short-term and long-term is  variable MSME GDP.Keyword: kemiskinan, UMKM, KUR

Abstract

This research was motivated by the problems of students of the English education study program at UIN Sjech M. Djamil Djambek Bukittinggi. Some students pronounce the dental fricative sound in various ways. First, some students pronounce the sound /?/ correctly, however, there are also some students pronounce the sound /?/ by replacing it with the sound /t/. Second, some students pronounce the sound /ð/ correctly, however, there are also some students pronounce the sound /ð/ by replacing it with the sound /d/. The researcher's question in this study was how students pronounce the dental fricatives sound at the initial, medial and final position of a word based on the PRAAT application. The purpose of this study was to analyze the way students pronounce the dental fricative sound at the initial, middle and final of a word based on the PRAAT application. This study uses a qualitative research method with seventh semester students as the research population. The research sample amounted to 13. Data was collected through audio recordings. Students are asked to pronounce 12 words that contain the sound of dental fricative sound. The sound is uploaded to the PRAAT software. The results showed that some of the students pronounce the dental fricative sound correctly, showed by a spectogram display like a scribble pattern in the focus phoneme. others pronounce the dental fricative sound incorrectly, showed by an empty area on spectrogram in the focus phoneme. It showed that they replaced the phoneme with another phoneme such as /t/ or /d/. Researchers can conclude as follows. First, some students pronounce the dental fricative sound correctly. Second, most of the students pronounce the dental fricative sound incorrectly.

Abstract

This quantitative study aimed to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of self-efficacy and gender on mathematics learning outcomes related to circle equations among high school students. Employing a multiple regression design, the research involved 139 twelfth-grade students from SMA Negeri 7 Tambun Selatan, selected via simple random sampling. Data were collected through a self-efficacy questionnaire analyzed using the Successive Interval Method and an essay-based test for learning outcomes. Multiple regression analysis, after fulfilling classical assumptions, revealed that self-efficacy and gender significantly influenced learning outcomes simultaneously (F = 1025, p < 0.00). Partially, self-efficacy emerged as a significant predictor, with a positive coefficient (β = 0.585, t = 5.969, p < 0.001), indicating that higher self-efficacy is associated with improved cognitive achievement. Conversely, gender showed no significant partial effect (p > 0.05). Additional correlation analysis indicated a stronger relationship between self-efficacy and learning outcomes in male students (  = 0.545) compared to female students (  = 0.348). Nonetheless, self-efficacy remained the primary explanatory factor for cognitive achievement in both groups. These findings underscore the dominant role of self-efficacy as the key determinant of success in learning circle equations, surpassing the influence of gender.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the quality and competence of teachers at Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard, Malaysia through training on the design of educational animated media. The rapid development of digital technology requires early childhood education teachers to deliver learning experiences that are creative, interactive, and aligned with students’ characteristics. However, many teachers still face limitations in designing and utilizing animation-based learning media effectively. The implementation methods of this program include training sessions, mentoring, and hands-on practice in developing educational animated media using accessible digital design applications. The results indicate an improvement in teachers’ understanding and skills in designing animated learning media, as well as increased creativity in delivering engaging and innovative learning materials. This training is expected to contribute to enhancing the quality of learning and teacher professionalism at Tadika Al-Fikh Orchard.

Abstract

Penerapan metode talaqqi qiraah dalam pendidikan Al-Qur'an merupakan cara efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penguasaan Al-Qur'an oleh siswa . Dalam pendidikan Al-Qur'an, ini adalah cara efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penguasaan siswa terhadap Al-Qur'an. Talaqqi qiraah, yang memiliki makna mendengarkan dan belajar secara langsung dari seorang guru, mendukung pengembangan keterampilan membaca dan menghafal secara benar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan penerapan metode talaqqi qiraah dalam pendidikan tahfidz, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, dan menilai efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kecepatan dan ketepatan hafalan. Metode qira'ah dalam pendidikan tahfidz mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dan menilai efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kecepatan menghafal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode ini tidak hanya meningkatkan aspek teknis membaca Al-Qur'an, tetapi juga meningkatkan motivasi dan disiplin siswa. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa metode ini tidak hanya meningkatkan aspek teknis membaca Al-Qur'an, tetapi juga meningkatkan motivasi dan disiplin siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperkirakan metode talaqqi qira'ah dapat menjadi model pengajaran yang ideal untuk program pendidikan Al-Qur'an di berbagai lembaga pendidikan. Bahwa talaqqi metode qira'ah berpotensi menjadi model pengajaran ideal untuk program pendidikan Al-Qur'an di berbagai lembaga pendidikan.
