Abstract

The aim of this study was to test the effect of budget participation and budget goal clarity on the performance of government officials, organizational commitment as moderating variables. The population in this study was the entire leadership of SKPD Siak, head of the financial and Planning section. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 93 respondents. This research was conducted using questionnaires and multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the data with SPSS version 20.0. The statistical results showed that budget participation and budget goal clarity affects on performance of government officials with the adjust R square of 41,5%. Organizational commitment variable affecting the relationship between budgetary participation and budget goal clarity on the performance of government officials with the adjust R square of 47,3%.Keywords : participation, budget, performance, government and, commitment.

Abstract

Karya tulis ini merupakam hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan penulis bersama mahasiswa program studi pendidikan agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan IAIN Ternate tahun 2022, dengan tujuan; mendeskripsikan gerakan mendidik anak bagi ibu rumah tangga di desa Sidangoli Gam kecamatan Jailolo Selatan dalam melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi keluarga sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam, 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan hambatan yang dialami para ibu rumah tangga dalam mendidik anak sesuai dengan fungsi-fungsi keluarga di desa Sidangoli Gam kecamatan jailolo Selatan, Bagaimana gerakan mendidik anak bagi ibu rumah tangga di desa Sidangoli Gam kecamatan Jailolo Selatan dalam melaksanakan fungsi-fungsi keluarga sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam, Hasil PKM menunjukkan baha terbentuknya keluarga berasal dari perkawinan yang syah menurut agama, adat, dan pemerintah. Kehidupan sosial/masyarakat mengharapkan adanya keteraturan, ketentraman dalam berinteraksi, berkomonikasi untuk memenuhi minimal kebutuhan dasar manusia, karena fungsi ekonomi dalam keluarga sangat penting bagi kehidupan, terutama pencarian nafkah, perencanaan dan penggunaannya. Orang tua mempunyai tanggung jawab yang terpenting yang harus dipikul dalam keluarga, dan merupakan salah satu lingkungan Pendidikan pertama kali diserap dan diterima oleh anak. Ayah dan ibulah yang mempunyai peran aktif dalam memberikan pendidikan dalam keluarga bagi anak-anaknya.

Abstract

The essence of human nature lies within humans themselves. Humans have a crucial and fundamental goal of education to guide human life. Early Childhood Education (ECE) plays a significant role in shaping children's characters from an early age. This research aims to examine the factors contributing to the formation of children's characters from an early age. The research method employed is qualitative research, oriented towards a descriptive qualitative approach, which relies on natural settings as direct sources of data and where the researcher serves as the key instrument. Factors such as understanding human nature, implementing integrated character education, and social environment influence significantly the development of ECE characters. The 7 fitrah anak program is one powerful approach to character education, emphasizing fundamental moral values. Despite the acknowledged importance of character education, challenges such as adjusting educational approaches to individual children's needs still need to be addressed. Through collaboration among the government, educational institutions, families, and society, and by understanding the interaction between the development of ECE characters and children's human nature, we can create an optimal educational environment for holistic child development. Therefore, a strategy of education based on human nature becomes crucial in shaping positive characters in early childhood, aiming to provide them with a strong foundation for success in the future.

Abstract

This research explores a new paradigm in Islamic educational thought regarding the integration of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The primary focus is on bridging the dichotomy between religious and secular sciences through an integrative approach grounded in the concept of tauhid (the oneness of God). Through this integration, STEM is seen as a means to comprehend the Ayat Kauniyah (signs of God in the universe), thereby positioning STEM learning as both an act of worship and a means of exploring God’s creation. The study also examines the implementation of the I-STEM model developed in Malaysia, which incorporates Islamic principles into STEM education. Although this paradigm shows great potential, significant challenges exist in its implementation, including gaps between philosophical conceptualization and practical application, as well as cultural resistance within certain communities. To address these challenges, initiatives such as the development of contextual teaching materials and teacher training programs have been introduced. The research underscores the importance of developing a STEM curriculum aligned with Islamic ethical values and highlights the contribution of STEM-Islam in character building and social ethics. Thus, integrating STEM into Islamic education can serve as a catalyst for scientific revival in the Muslim world without compromising its religious identity.

Abstract

Peran mahasiswa KKN dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis social dan keagamaan dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya kesenjangan yang terjadi dari segi kehidupan social maupun keagamaan. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari adanya krisis identitas, pengaruh negatif dari media sosial, kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam kegiatan keagamaan, serta tekanan yang di bebankan dalam memenuhi ekspetasi sosial. Untuk mengatasi hal-hal tersebut, maka mahasiswa KKN IAI Sumbar Pariaman berinisiatif untuk membantu memperbaiki berbagai kesenjangan yang tejadi melalui wirid remaja dan mini soccer. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter generasi muda secara holistic, baik dari segi spiritual, maupun fisik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektifitas pelatihan karyawan pada RS BUNDA BMC Padang dengan menggunakan empat level model evaluasi kirkpatrik, yaitu melihat reaksi atau tanggapan peserta pelatihan terhadap pelatihan yang diadakan, pembelajaran yang didapatkan oleh peserta, mengubah perilaku  peserta yang diimplikasikan kedalam pekerjaannya dan hasil yang didapat bagi peserta dan perusahaan setelah mengadakan pelatihan ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel secara Purposive Sampling yaitu karena setiap unsur yang terdapat dalam populasi tidak memiliki kesempatan atau peluang yang sama untuk dipilih sebagai sampel. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel adalah karyawan RS BUNDA BMC yang mengikuti pelatihan pelayanan prima sebanyak 45 orang responden. Untuk pengukuran Skala Likert menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan pengujian dengan metode uji beda rata-rata untuk dua sampel berpasangan (paired sample t-test) menggunakan Software  SPSS 25.0.  Model uji beda ini digunakan untuk menganalisis model penelitian pre-post atau sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest pada pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan  dari rata-rata awal 77,02 menjadi 83,37 atau Pre Test 77,02 < Post Test 83,37, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa  Evaluasi Pembelajaran Terhadap Efektivitas Pelatihan dinyatakan  (signifikan). Hal ini  menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan pembelajaran sebelum peserta mengikuti pelatihan. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Evaluasi,  Evaluasi Pelatihan,  Metode Kirkpatrick

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower groups undergoing drug rehabilitation through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach. This approach emphasizes changing thought and behavior patterns, aiming to help participants manage urges to use drugs, develop stress management skills, and face social pressures more adaptively. The program is conducted at the Lentera Putih Bersinar Drug Rehabilitation Community in Metro City, Lampung Province, involving 10 participants currently in recovery. The implementation methods include intensive training, group counseling, and individual therapy sessions led by professionals. Results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of adaptive thinking patterns, emotional management skills, and a reduction in drug-use urges. Evaluation shows that after the program, participants enhanced their skills in identifying and managing addiction triggers and developed a more positive and resilient mindset. Based on these results, the CBT-based empowerment program provides long-term skills that support participants in sustaining their recovery. In conclusion, CBT in drug rehabilitation shows promising potential for sustainable development and broader community application.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in fostering students’ religious values at SMA Negeri 8 Kota Ternate, identify its challenges, and formulate effective improvement strategies. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed using observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results show that PAI is implemented through both intraclass and extracurricular activities in an integrated manner, with the teacher playing a central role as a role model. Internal challenges include students’ low spiritual awareness and lack of religious practice at home, while external challenges involve limited facilities and low parental involvement. To address these issues, the school applies strategies such as religious habit formation, integration of religious values across subjects, student leadership in spiritual activities, and partnerships with parents and the community. Effective implementation of PAI requires a comprehensive synergy among all educational elements
