Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) find out the objective conditions associated with the peer guidance in SMA Negeri 6 Madiun, (2) knowing the behavior of prososial students in SMA Negeri 6 Madiun, (3) produce peer mentoring model to improve the behavior of prosocial students in SMA Negeri 6 Madiun, (4) determine the effectiveness of peer mentoring model to improve the behavior of prosocial students in SMA Negeri 6 Madiun. This research is research reseach and development (RnD) and the steps: (1) a preliminary study, (2) formulating model hipotetic, (3) test the feasibility of a model hipotetic, (4) the improvement of model hipotetic, (5) a limited trial, (6) the end result product. This research resulted in a peer guidance model to improve the behavior of prosocial students in SMA Negeri 6 Madiun. Based on the results of the field test, peer guidance model proved effective for increasing behaviors prosocial students. This is demonstrated by student behavior prosocial rate change before treatment (pretes) and after (postes) amounted to 146 points. The results of the test of wilcoxon statistics also show the value of wilcoxon-3.625 < 0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Adolescents are a stage of full human development. In completing this development task, teenagers are faced with various challenges. One of the challenges faced by adolescents is tempted by promiscuity. Because at this age the individual has a high curiosity and a feeling of wanting to experiment. So that teenagers are easy to do things that are deviant, one example is free sex. Therefore, counselors have a high contribution to the development of healthy adolescents. Counselors can provide group guidance services to students on topics that discuss the effects or dangers of free sex and other information about the dimensions of human sexuality. Through group guidance services, students' knowledge of the impact or danger of premarital sexual relations increases. Students will understand the negative effects of free sex, such as pregnancy outside marriage, dropping out of school, contracting sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV/AIDS, syphilis, and the like. Furthermore, if students know and understand all the effects of free sex, students are able to distance themselves and not take actions that lead to promiscuity and free sex. The group guidance techniques that have been proven effective to improve students' understanding of the impact or danger of free sex include (1) Focus Group Discussion (FGD), (2) Modeling symbollic, (3) Discussion, (4) Bibliotherapy, (5) Tasks , (6) Home Room, and (7) Faith-Based Harmony.

Abstract

The changes in learning system due to the spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) have an impact on the provision of guidance and counseling services. This study aimed (1) to find out the media which were used to carry out online guidance and counseling services, (2) to find out the obstacles which were experienced when implementing guidance and counseling services during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMK Gamaliel 1 Madiun, (3) to find out the alternatives which were implemented by the counselors of guidance and counseling services. The respondents were all of the guidance and counseling teachers in SMK Gamaliel 1 Madiun consisted of three persons. Data were collected using questionnaires. Data analysis used the model of Miles and Huberman. The results obtained were (1) the media used in online guidance and counseling services during Covid-19 pandemic period were Whatsapp, Email, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and Google Classroom, (2) the difficulties experienced in implementing online guidance and counseling services were unstable networks, internet usage that took up the quota, and the challenges in creating a conducive service atmosphere during Work From Home, (3) the alternatives implemented by the counselors were studying the applications other than Whatsapp and giving more emphasis on the principles of guidance and counseling.

Abstract

Pemeliharaan alat adalah suatu kegiatan atau tindakan yang memastikan bahwa semua alat Selalu pada syarat baik & siap buat dipakai secara produktif & efisien. Permasalahannya saat Ini adalah Laporan pemeliharaan alat harian masih dilakukan ketik secara manual di Microsoft Word sehingga menyebabkan pembuatan Laporan memerlukan waktu yang lama dan tidak efektif,selain itu laporan-laporan pemeliharaan sebelumnya hanya berbentuk kertas yang sangat beresiko terjadinya kehilangan berkas laporan. Untuk mengatasi Permasalahan tersebut,Diterapkan Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pemeliharaan Alat Kantor Berbasis Website dengan menggunakan Metode Object oriented analysis and design (OOAD).

Abstract

Chatbots have become one of the popular solutions for improving customer service. One well-known chatbot is ChatGPT, a language model developed by OpenAI. As time goes by and more and more people use ChatGPT, sentiment analysis is needed about users' opinions about the ChatGPT service. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out sentiment analysis of the ChatGPT service on Twitter to find out how users respond to this chatbot service. In this research, the results showed positive sentiment of 57%, negative sentiment of 29% and neutral sentiment of 14%. Topics for each sentiment were also obtained and sentiment prediction results from 40% of the test data with results of 96% positive, 3.5% negative and 0.5% neutral with a test accuracy of 63%.

Abstract

Abstract. A gadget product that seems to be a mandatory equipment for students is a smartphone. Such conditions present positive and negative impacts. The freedom of students to access everything from their smartphone triggers free sex. Students feel awkward and embarrassed to ask questions or just share about their sex lives. So they tend to look for answers by accessing information needed on the internet through their smartphone. This is the driving factor for promiscuity. The aim of this PKM-S is that BK teachers have the skills to provide sex education to their students by utilizing technological sophistication. PKM-S is held at St. Vocational School. Bonaventura 1 Madiun. The method used in the implementation of the PKM-S is socialization, training, and mentoring. The results achieved are 1) students begin to dare to talk about their sex life with counselors, 2) students know the adverse effects of free sex behavior, 3) students are able to filter information about sex, 4) BK teachers provide e-learning based sex education services, 5) enhancing BK service innovation. Partners feel very helpful to provide prevention to St. Vocational School students. Bonaventure 1 Madiun in order to keep away from free sex. Because in the implementation of the PKM-S it produces products in the form of e-material which contains information about sex education, including one of them is the impact caused by free sex. Abstrak.Produk gadget yang seolah menjadi peralatan wajib bagi siswa adalah smartphone. Kondisi demikian menghadirkan dampak positif dan negatif. Kebebasan siswa mengakses semua hal dari smartphonenya  memicu terjadinya perilaku seks bebas. Siswa merasa canggung dan malu untuk bertanya atau sekedar sharing tentang kehidupan seks mereka. Sehingga mereka cenderung mencari jawaban dengan mengakses informasi yang dibutuhkan di internet melalui smartphonenya. Hal ini yang menjadi faktor pendorong terjadinya pergaulan bebas. Tujuan PKM-S ini adalah agar Guru BK memiliki keterampilan untuk memberikan pendidikan seks kepada siswanya dengan memanfaatkan kecanggihan teknologi. PKM-S dilaksanakan di SMK St. Bonaventura 1 Madiun. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan PKM-S ini adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah 1) siswa mulai berani untuk membicarakan kehidupan seksnya dengan guru BK, 2) siswa mengetahui dampak  buruk dari perilaku seks bebas, 3) siswa mampu memfilter informasi tentang seks, 4) Guru BK memberikan layanan pendidikan seks berbasis e-learning, 5) peningkatan inovasi layanan BK.  Mitra merasa sangat terbantu untuk memberikan pencegahan kepada siswa SMK St. Bonaventura 1 Madiun agar bisa menjauhkan diri dari perilaku seks bebas. Karena di dalam pelaksanaan PKM-S ini menghasilkan produk berupa e-material yang memuat informasi seputar pendidikan seks, termasuk salah satunya adalah dampak yang diakibatkan oleh perilaku seks bebas.

Abstract

Skizofrenia merupakan gangguan jiwa berat dengan berbagai gejala kejiwaan termasuk gejala positif waham dan halusinasi. Secara umum antipsikotik dibagi menjadi dua golongan, yaitu antipsikotik tipikal dan atipikal. Penelitian ini merupakan suatu penelitian non-eksperimental observasional dengan pengambilan data secara prospektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek samping penggunaan obat pada pasien skizofrenia di Rumah Sakit Jiwa Provinsi Lampung. Populasi sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien skizofrenia rawat jalan pada bulan Agustus tahun 2021 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi sebanyak 100 pasien. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data berupa obesrvasi dan wawancara terkait gejala efek samping antispikotik. Data sekunder dari rekam medik pasien berupa kelengkapan data pasien, jenis skizofrenia serta terapi antipsikotik. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan karakteristik usia terbanyak 26-35 tahun (28%) jenis kelamin laki-laki (62%) pendidikan terakhir SMA (48%) tidak bekerja (78%) riwayat merokok (41.7%) Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terapi 2 kombinasi antipsikotik paling banyak risperidon-clozapin (50%) 3 kombinasi paling banyak haloperidol-clozapin-olanzapin (20.3%) 4 kombinasi risperidon-trihexyphenidyl-clozapin-chlorpromazin (31.4%). Efek samping yang terjadi pada 100 pasien paling banyak S.ekstrapiramidal yaitu hipersaliva (15%) tremor (72%) rigiditas otot (33%) bradikinesia (82%) akatisia (95%) distonia (10%) pusing (86%) lemas (31%) linglung (77%) kesulitan berjalan (37%) sesak nafas (34%) berkeringat (13%) mata kabur (37%) sedasi (13%) insomnia (93%) anoreksia (17%) dan sering buang air kecil (11%). Efek samping paling banyak terjadi adalah Syndrom ekstrapiramidal dan untuk terapi antipsikotik yang paling banyak digunakan adalah terapi kombinasi antipsikotik.

Abstract

Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG) merupakan Lembaga pemerintah di Indonesia yang tidak termasuk dalam departemen dan memiliki tanggung jawab melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan di bidang Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika. Manfaat yang melimpah dapat diperoleh dengan memanfaatkan teknologi di perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, setiap perusahaan memerlukan manajemen teknologi informasi yang efisien, mulai dari perencanaan hingga implementasi, guna menjaga kinerja yang optimal. penulis ingin menilai Penggunaan COBIT Framework 2019 dalam tata kelola teknologi informasi di BMKG telah dijalankan dan menyarankan pendidikan dan pelatihan berkala untuk membantu SDM mengantisipasi masalah Hasil Evaluasi Tingkat Kemampuan Tata Kelola Audit Sistem Informasi di Stasiun Meteorologi SSK II Pekanbaru BMKG dengan menggunakan COBIT 2019 menunjukkan bahwa Objektif APO03 dan APO05 telah mencapai tingkat 3 Largely Achieved. Meskipun implementasi proses telah dilakukan, tetapi Beberapa proses dalam tingkat ini masih belum beroperasi sepenuhnya untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Oleh karena itu, perbaikan diperlukan dalam ketiga domain ini berdasarkan temuan kesenjangan agar dapat mencapai tingkat 3 Fully Achieved. Sementara itu, Objektif APO07, APO12, dan BAI02 masih di tingkat 2 Largely Achieved. implementasi proses telah mencapai tujuannya dengan efisiens, namun masih belum memenuhi standar yang diharapkan oleh perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the description of stress, the factors that influence it and how to cope with stress that is owned by novice counselors at SMP Negeri 10 Madiun City. The research sample was guidance and counseling teachers at SMP Negeri 10 Madiun City who had a working period of less than 2 years totaling 3 people. This study uses a descriptive qualitative pattern. The datacollection technique used is interviews. The results of the study were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique. From the results of the study, it is known that the sample feels stress at the beginning of their working period which is indicated by physical, emotional, interpersonal, and intellectual symptoms. Factors that affect their stress include the acceptance of colleagues, personal problems outside of work that are brought into the world of work, and feel the workload is high. Coping stress used is by venting to friends, trying to show co-workers that he has a qualified work ethic, motivating himself by believing that being a BK teacher is something to be proud of. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that novice counselors have stress disorders at the beginning of their careers and are able to manage the stress they experience with seeking social support and positive reinterpretation techniques. This is also inseparable fromhow the efforts of senior counselors who are in the workplace are able to guide and support the performance of their juniors in order to carry out their professional duties effectively.
