Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of various learning rate values in artificial neural networks (ANN) in increasing the accuracy of predicting rubber tree maintenance costs. Using a dataset that includes factors such as tree age, soil conditions, weather, and maintenance methods, an ANN model is built and tested with various learning rate values to find optimal parameters. The research results show that the influence of various learning rate values on the performance of artificial neural networks (ANN) in predicting rubber tree maintenance costs varies significantly. From the training and testing results, learning rate 0.1 shows the best results with MSE 0.00995387 and 75% accuracy on training data, and MSE 0.00976614 and 83% accuracy on testing data. This conclusion emphasizes the importance of choosing the right learning rate value in applying ANN to predict rubber tree maintenance costs, which is expected to help plantation managers improve operational efficiency and cost management.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is as a recommendation tool in determining high end gaming laptops for professional gamers by using a decision support system. The settlement method used in this study is Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE). The data collection techniques were carried out randomly by conducting observations, interviews and questionnaires to 250 respondents (gamers) and 10 computer shops in the district of Simalungun. In this study, using five alternatives, among others: Asus ROG G703 (A1), Razer Blade Pro (A2) MSI GT75VR Titan-083 (A3), Acer Predator Triton 700 (A4), Alienware 17 (A5) and five assessment criteria, among others: Price (C1), Processor Type (C2), RAM Capacity (C3), VGA Card Type (C4) and Hard Drive (C5). The results of the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Realite (ELECTRE) method recommend the Predator Triton 700 (A4) alternative as the first recommendation for the selection of high end gaming laptops for professional gamers.

Abstract

One company that always gets a lot of prospective employees is PT. Fullmoon Jaya Abadi is engaged in the wholesale trade of special CCTV material. At PT. Fullmoon Jaya Abadi data obtained from the employee recruitment process still use manual methods, so the HRD (Human Resource Development) division must sort and select applicants one by one. A large number of candidates make the HRD division often have difficulty in choosing prospective employees, and subjectivity occurs when they want to decide so that the company accepts employees who do not fit the criteria set by the company. To overcome the problem of making decisions on employee acceptance at PT. Jaya Fullmoon Abadi is using the Multi-Objective Optimization method based on ratio analysis (MOORA). In research data collected based on the position of prospective employees. The results obtained in this study determine each position to receive as many as three prospective employees, namely Arianto Wibowo, Deny Saputra, and Irdha Febriani Awaliyah Ibrahim in the Sales position. Ilham Akbar N.S, Johan Salim, and Alfi Muhayyar in the Graphic Design position. Agustin Sulistyani, Sri Mulyani, and Serli Damayanti in the Accounting Staff position. Hendri Tanu, Adinda Helena, and Wajum Rodi in the IT Support position. Hartopo and Taufik Hidayat in the position of Sales Project.

Abstract

The control of frozen food distribution process done by the logistic part in obtaining the data is still manual, using the form and excel, causing the admin difficulty in monitoring and controlling the distribution process or the delivery of frozen food to store or outlet. Problem solving is made an application using data collection method and RAD method, where the model of Rapid Application Development (RAD) has business modeling stage using kebutuah application admin and user, data modeling that explains the use of ERD and LRS from the database side, about usecase diagrams and activity diagrams from the application process side, application generation evolves about programming languages in application creation while testing and turnover describes the use of white box testing. The purpose of the application is made to facilitate the related division in processing the data distribution process, monitor and control the distribution process and obtain information distribution process in realtime.

Abstract

By using data mining methods can be processed to obtain information and assist in decision making, the amount of data on sales transactions in each drug purchase can cause a data accumulation and various problems, such as drug stock inventory, and sales transaction data, with Data mining techniques, the behavior of consumers in making transactions of drug purchase patterns can be analyzed, It can be known what drugs are commonly purchased by mostly people, the application of Apriori Algorithm is expected to help in forming a combination of itemset. The process of determining drug purchase patterns can be carried out by applying the Appriori algorithm method, determination of drug purchase patterns can be done by looking at the results of the consumer's tendency to buy drugs based on a combination of 3 itemset. By calculating the Analysis of High Frequency Patterns and the Formation of Association Rules, with a minimum of 30% support, there is a combination of 3 itemsset namely MOLAGIT PER TAB (M1), VIT C TABLET (V2), and PARACETAMOL 500 MG TABLET (P2) with 33.33 % support results obtained, and with minimum confidence of 65% there are 6 final association rules.

Abstract

This study describes the reception OPAC Davis 1989 TAM variables namely perceived usefulness (perceived benefit), perceived ease of use (ease perceived) and accepted (acceptance) OPAC. In this study, data were collected through a questionnaire using Likert scale to 100 users si¬stem den response OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog). Sampling technique used is purposive sampling to determine the level of acceptance of the system OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog). Quantitative analysis includes the validity, reliability. In the classic assumption test, used test for normality, multicollinearity and heterokedastisitas with F and t hypothesis testing. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to determine the effect of the independent variables with the dependent variable. The results showed that perceived usefulness and perceived ease have a significant effect on the acceptance by the user system (R Square) amounted to 40.8%.

Abstract

Autism is a developmental disorder in children that causes child is difficult do communicte and interact socially. An expert system identification and treatment of autistic children based on android has not been widely applied, ussually only done manually based on the identification of a Psychologist assessment. Identification expert system is expected to assist in the identification of children with autism are much faster and accurate approach using data from Psychologists and special needs teachers. Knowledge in the expert system is represented in the form of rules and methods of reasoning and used method of trace forward chaining. Output on a system such as whether Three si The possibility of autism in child based on facts bor symptoms given to the system. The test results shaw that the system of identification Ana treatment of autistic children to help in the identification of children with autism and provide general description of the autistic child. In addition, there is also general information on children with autism and theirs methods of theraphy for children with autism in accordance with the conditions of the child.

Abstract

Nutritional needs in Indonesia vary based on age, gender, physical activity, and an individual's health condition. According to Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 28 of 2019, the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) issued by the Ministry of Health provides guidelines on daily energy (calorie) requirements. For infants aged 0 to 12 months, the required intake is 550–725 kcal. The toddler phase (0–5 years old) is a golden period of growth, during which physical and brain development occurs rapidly. Malnutrition during this period can lead to growth disorders such as stunting, which has long-term effects on a child's health and intelligence. To determine a toddler's nutritional status, it is essential to classify their status based on weight and height ratio, commonly measured using Body Mass Index (BMI). BMI is used to determine whether a child's weight falls into the normal, underweight, or obese category. Therefore, regular monitoring is necessary to detect nutritional problems early, enabling proper intervention. This study aims to develop a website using the k-medoids algorithm to assess toddlers' nutritional status. The calculation process in this study, which involves 30 toddler data samples, determines the number of toddlers in each cluster: normal nutrition status, undernutrition, and obesity. The study also applies a Confusion Matrix to evaluate the clustering performance, including accuracy, precision, and recall. The evaluation results show that the k-medoids algorithm performs perfectly, achieving 100% accuracy for all clusters. This indicates that k-medoids successfully classifies the data into clusters without errors.

Abstract

Indonesaia tepatnya Pulau Jawa menjadi sentra kegiatan ekonomi, pendidikan, dan teknologi. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK), kebutuhan akan keterampilan digital semakin meningkat. Permasalahan penelitian masih ada perbedaan signifikan dalam tingkat penguasaan keterampilan TIK, khususnya pada kelompok usia 15–59 tahun, memiliki akses ke berbagai teknologi modern, TIK sangat vital mendorong perkembangan diwilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengelompokkan tingkat keterampilan TIK remaja dan dewasa usia 15–59 tahun berdasarkan data 2022–2024 dengan metode algoritma K-Means Clustering. Dimana metode ini mampu mengklasifikasikan data pada klaster yang mendasar pada kemiripan karakteristik tanpa memerlukan label kelas. Data dianalisis dan dikelompokkan menjadi klaster keterampilan dari rendah hingga tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pola distribusi keterampilan yang dapat menjadi acuan pemerintah dan lembaga pelatihan dalam menyusun program pengembangan kapasitas digital secara lebih merata dan sesuai kebutuhan wilayah. Pendekatan berbasis data ini mendukung peningkatan literasi dan keterampilan TIK secara lebih efisien, tepat sasaran, dan berkelanjutan di Pulau Jawa.

Abstract

Optimizing digital marketing through the TikTok platform for MSMEs in Rawa Panjang Village. MSMEs in this village face challenges in utilizing digital technology to promote their products. With the growing use of social media, TikTok has become an effective platform for marketing products to a wider audience, especially the younger generation. This training is carried out using training methods that include creating creative content, appropriate marketing techniques, and maximizing TikTok features. MSMEs make a significant contribution to the regional economy by creating jobs and strengthening the purchasing power of local communities. Through this training, MSMEs in Rawa Panjang Village can increase the visibility of their products, attract more customers, and increase sales turnover. The results of this training have a positive impact on local economic development by empowering MSMEs to be more adaptive to digital marketing trends.
