Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of product innovation and the obstacles faced by small businesses of palm sugar producers and etawa goat milk farmers in Kebonharjo Village, Samigaluh District, Kulonprogo Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method and a sequential explanatory descriptive approach. The sample of the study was 75 people consisting of 54 palm sugar producers and 21 etawa goat milk breeders in Kebonharjo Village, Samigaluh District, Kulonprogo Regency. The analytical approach uses index numbers, the result is a product innovation index of 31.80 palm sugar producers and etawa goat milk farmers 13.14. The constraints faced by small-scale business actors are not focused on running a business, the way of production has passed both ways and development, geographical conditions, motivation for business development is relatively lacking, production capacity depends on the availability of natural resources, capital, distribution and marketing access, patterns of substantive economic activities and comparative advantages that make people feel comfortable.

Abstract

Intellectuals educated unemployment who have graduated from vocational high school, high school, to colleges is increasing. Graduated students still oriented for looking a job, than created it. Where almost all level of education have entrepreneurship subject to study. Community service is addressed to vocational school learners (SMK), where one of their subjects in the category of adaptive group is subject Entrepreneurship. Empowerment of Class X students at SMK Respati 2, East Jakarta with training skill using patchwork, where the waste into low cost raw material, easy to find and able to make unique and interesting products with economic value and worth selling. Skill training which using participatory method and practices as well providing motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge expected to increase discourse in preparation to become entrepreneurs. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Sosial Ekonomi Orang Tua dan Lingkungan Teman Sebaya terhadap Prestasi Belajar Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Depok. Dengan alat bantu uji analisis berupa SPSS versi 27. JUmlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebesar 71 siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda adalah Y= 73,82901 + 0,232391 X1 + (-0,197658) X2 dengan hasil nilai koefisien korelasi berganda sebesar ry(1,2)= 0,798 yang berada pada interval 0,60 – 0,799 dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara sosial ekonomi orang tua dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap prestasi belajar. Hasil perhitungan hipotesis uji T diperoleh yaitu untuk variabel X1 (sosial ekonomi orang tua) diperoleh nilai Thitung = 9.996 lArtinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari sosial ekonomi orang tua (X1) terhadap prestasi belajar (Y). Untuk variabel X2 (lingkungan teman sebaya) diperoleh nilai Thitung -8.353. Artinya lingkungan teman sebaya (X2) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar (Y). Hasil perhitungan hipotesis uji F diperoleh yaitu F hitung selanjutnya dikonsultasikan dengan F tabel dengan derajat kebebasan (dk) pembilang = 2 dan dk penyebut = 68 untuk taraf signifikansi 5%, maka diperoleh F tabel = 3,13. Kesimpulan dari peneltiain ini adalah F hitung = 59.672> daripada F tabel = 3,13. Sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hasil uji hipotesis uji F adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari sosial ekonomi orang tua (X1) dan lingkungan teman sebaya (X2) terhadap prestasi belajar (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to increase the potential of a micro-economy based creative economy through empowerment programs and the role of CMS Syariah Cooperatives with 92 members. This study uses a qualitative method. The data needed is primary and secondary data obtained from the chairman of the cooperative, the ranks of the cooperative management and members of the cooperative who have micro-businesses. The population of cooperative members who have micro-businesses is 9, all of which are sampled. Data collection through field observations, discussions, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that members of cooperatives that have micro-businesses really need creative economic knowledge, motivation, and coaching, including assistance in developing products and services so that they can contribute to CMS Cooperatives as a place for their businesses that will automatically turn on CMS Cooperative operations.
