Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Influence of Product Innovation and Competitive Advantage on Sales (Case Study of Syarah Bakery Shop, Bengkulu City)". This type of research is quantitative research, research on data measurement and object statistics through calculations. The population in this study were consumers of the Bengkulu City Syarah Bakery Shop. The sampling technique was carried out by nonprobability sampling, so there were 96 respondents in this study. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Research results show that Product Innovation has a positive and significant effect on Sales, Competitive Advantage has a positive and significant effect on Sales, Product Innovation and Competitive Advantage together have a positive and significant effect on Sales.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of pricing policies and service quality on customer satisfaction in laundry flowers in the Surabaya urban village, Bengkulu city (a case study in laundry interest customers in the Surabaya urban village, Bengkulu city), either partially or simultaneously. There are several factors that will be discussed in this study, including pricing policies and service quality. The objects in this study were customers at Laundry Flowers in the Surabaya Village, Bengkulu City, totaling 140 people. In this research the writer uses data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and questionnaires. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, namely instrument testing namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination, and also hypothesis testing. From the results of the multiple linear regression test, the regression equation is as follows: Y = 2.242 + 0.567 (X1) + 0.416 (X2). From the hypothesis test, namely the T test that has been carried out, it can be seen that the variable Pricing Policy (X1) obtained a tcount of 7.180 (higher than the value of ttable, or ttable > 1.97743 (see distribution in table t), and a significance level of 0.000 (significant <0.05) and the variable Quality of Service (X2) obtained a tcount of 7.350 (lower than the value of ttable, or ttable <1.97743 (see distribution in table t), and a significance level of 0.000 (significant > 0.05). So it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a partial influence between the Pricing Policy (X1) and Service Quality (X2) on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y).From the F test it is known that the Pricing Policy variables (X1) and Service Quality (X2) are obtained fcount of 114.545 (higher than the ftable value, or ftable > 2.67 (see distribution in table f), and a significance level of 0.000 (significant <0.05). This means that together the variables l Pricing Policy (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have an effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y) on Laundry Flowers in the Surabaya Village, Bengkulu City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Career Development, Training and Communication on Employee Performance at the Nusantara Sakti (NSS) Dealer in Bengkulu City. The population in this study were all employees of the Bengkulu City Dealer Nusantara Sakti (NSS), totaling 36 people and sampling using the saturated sampling method. In this study the researcher used data collection methods by means of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires.The data analyzed using the instrument tests , classical assumption tests, analysis of respondents' responses, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results showed that career development had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance, then training had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance and communication had a negative and insignificant effect on the employee performance due to a lack of communication between superiors and subordinates as well as fellow co-workers. So, from the results of the research,it can be concluded that career development, training and communication have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at Nusantara Sakti (NSS) Dealer of Bengkulu City. While partially the communication variable has no effect on employee performance at Nusantara Sakti (NSS) Dealer of Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Koperasi Nusantara cabang Bengkulu dan Curup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Faktor-faktor yang akan dibahas pada penelitian ini adalah Beban Kerja (X1) dan Lingkungan Kerja (X2). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara wawancara dan kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis data, diantaranya uji instrumen, uji asumsi klasik, analisis tanggapan responden, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinan, dan juga uji hipotesis. Dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan Koperasi Nusantara Cabang Bengkulu dan Curup. Dari hasil analisis regresi linear berganda didapat hasil sebagai berikut : Y = 20,315 - 0,489 (X1) + 1,135 (x2) + e.Kata kunci : Beban Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

The Mayola was firstly opened in November 2018. This shop is one of the stores at mega mall in Bengkulu city. It sells women's fashion products. This study aims to determine how much effect of the Shopping Lifestyle and Store Atmosphere on the Impulse Buying on consumers of Mayola Shop Mega Mall Bengkulu City. The method used in this research was quantitative data analysis. The population were consumers at Mayola Shop totaling 120 people. To determine thesampling, the researcher used accidental sampling method. The data was  collected using a questionnaire. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including instrument test, classic assumption test, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and also hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation form Y = 3.099 + 0.333 (X1) + 0.122 (X2). The Results and hypotheses show that Shopping Lifestyle (sig <α = 0.001 <0.050), Store Atmosphere (sig <α = 0,000 <0.050), simultaneously have a significant effect on Impulse Buying. Partially both the Shopping Lifestyle and Store Atmosphere variables have significant effect on Impulse Buying. Keywords: Shopping Lifestyle, Store Atmosphere, Impulse Buying

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and incentives on employee productivity at PT. J&T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City. The population in this study were all employees at the PT. J&T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City. Sampling in this study, using the census method, namely taking the entire existing population. Research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results show that (1). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. J&T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City, and (2). Incentives have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. J&T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City. (3) the work environment and incentives simultaneously influence the work productivity of employees at the PT. J&T Cargo Mahakam Bengkulu City by 75.50%. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Quality of Work Life, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Hypermart Bengkulu. The population in this study was Hypermart Bengkulu employees, totaling 50 people. The sampling technique in this research is to use total sampling where the entire population is sampled, namely 50 employees. Data collection methods use observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the Quality of Work Life variable has a significant effect on employee performance at Hypermart Bengkulu, seen from the significant value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. Then work motivation has an influence because the significant value of 0.028 is smaller than 0.05. And job satisfaction also has an influence because the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05. The coefficient of determination R square is 0.461. This means that the performance of Hypermart Bengkulu employees can be explained by 46.1% by independent variables, namely the influence of quality of work life, work motivation and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the remainder (100-46.1% = 53.9%) was influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Consumer buying interest is a source of motivation that encourages consumers to do what they want to do when they are free to choose, when consumers judge that something can be useful, they can become interested, then this can bring satisfaction, when satisfaction decreases then their interest can also decrease. So interest is not permanent, but interest is temporary or can change. This type of research is a quantitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection methods used here include interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Based on the results of research on the influence of advertising views, advertising credibility, advertising attractiveness and advertising strength on purchasing decisions of Beat automatic motorbike users in Bengkulu City, Bengkulu, the Fsig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable (42.612> 2.47) , so it can be concluded that together the views of the advertisement, the credibility of the advertisement, the attractiveness of the advertisement and the strength of the advertisement influence the purchasing decisions of users of Beat automatic motorbikes in Bengkulu City. Abstract

Menabung adalah salah satu cara dalam pengelolaan keuangan yang dimana kita menyisihkan sebagian uang untuk disimpan. Yang bertujuan untuk dana persiapan di masa depan. Menumbuhkan kebiasaan menabung dilakukan saat anak masih usia dini, sehingga menabung menjadi kebiasaan sampai dia dewasa. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh anak-anak sekarang ini adalah belum paham betul untuk apa menabung dan kesadaran untuk menabung pun masih minim. Maka dari itu kami Mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu tahun 2023 yang berlokasi di Desa Lubuk Gung, Kecamatan Semidang Gumay, Kabupaten Kaur berinisiatif melakukan edukasi melalui Sosialisasi Menabung Sejak Dini Untuk Masa Depan Siswa Kelas IV SD N 8 Kaur, dengan tujuan untuk memberi pemahaman pentingnya menabung pada anak-anak pada usia dini. Adapun materi yang diberikan yaitu definisi menabung, tujuan menabung, manfaat menabung, dan cara menabung yang baik. Dengan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan berupa : 1) melakukan observasi dan audiensi kepada kepala sekolah dan dewan guru. 2) persiapan Materi yang akan disampaika. 3) Pelaksanaan Sosialisasi Menabung Seak Dini Siswa Kelas IV SD N 8 Kaur. 4) Pemberian reward kepada siswa yang aktif. Hasil dari Program kerja sosialisasi tersebut siswa mampu mempersiapkan diri untuk masa depan dan mampu memahami materi dan bisa di implementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The title of this research is The Effect of Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating and Free Shipping on Purchasing Decisions through the Shopee Marketplace (Case Study of 5th Semester Management Students). The purpose of the study was to determine which factors are most dominant in influencing purchasing decisions. This study uses pourpuse sampling technique, namely population members have certain characteristics, namely those who use the shopee application directly as targets and research objects. This study uses quantitative methods on 65 respondents. The population used in this study were 5th Semester Management Students and the sampling in this study was random sampling. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, the regression equation Y = 4.236 + 0.774 (X_1) + 0.490 (X2) + 1.322 (X3) is obtained. And the coefficient of determination R. Square (R2) obtained a value of 0.791 or 79.1% on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace. While the remaining 0.209 or 20.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this research model. The research results and hypotheses show that Online Customer Review, Online Customer Rating, and Free Shipping have a positive and significant effect both partially and simultaneously on Purchasing Decisions.
