Abstract

Keputusan pembelian adalah suatu proses dimana konsumen melakukan penilaian terhadap berbagai alternatif pilihan dan memilih salah satu atau lebih alternatif yang diperlukan berdasarkan pertimbangan-pertimbangan tertentu. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen diantaranya adalah lokasi, kualitas pelayanan dan harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lokasi, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Konter SEMAKU. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 85 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh lokasi, kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. Disarankan kepada pemilik Konter SEMAKU untuk dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen dengan cara menyediakan lahan parkir yang baik, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan menetapkan harga yang bersaing sesuai dengan persepsi konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work life balance and locus of control on employee performance at PT. Bengkulu Samudera Tehnik, both individually ( partial) and simultaneously. Several key factors examined in reserch include work life balance and locus of control. The research subjects consist 70 employees from Bengkulu Samudera Tehnik. In data collection, this study employs observation, questionnarire distribution, and interviews. There are several data analysis techniques used in this study, including using instrument tests, classical assumption tests, respondent response analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. From the results of multiple linear regression tests, the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 0.552 X1 +0.100 X2. The results of the t hypothesis test on the work life balance variable show t count > t table (40.62> 1.667) and sig (0.00 < 0.05), the locus of control variable shows t count < t table (0.759 < 1.667). The f test results show the value of f count 11.790> f table 3.13 and sig 0.00 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that work life balance and locus of control have a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bengkulu Samudera Tehnik. Abstract

The growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bengkulu City has shown a positive trend in recent years. However, this progress has not been fully accompanied by increasing the capacity of human resources (HR) and the optimal use of digital technology. In the era of the digital economy marked by accelerated technology adoption and changes in consumer behavior, MSME actors are required to improve competence and adopt adaptive marketing strategies. The community service program initiated by the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu aims to strengthen the capacity of human resources and digital marketing skills for MSME actors in Bengkulu City. The activity is carried out through an educational, participatory, and needs-based approach, which includes digital literacy training, business management, and the use of social media and e-commerce platforms. The results of the program implementation show an increase in understanding of the importance of digitalization and practical skills in modern and market-oriented business management. Strengthening human resources and implementing a targeted digital marketing strategy is expected to increase competitiveness, expand market reach, and encourage sustainable adaptation in facing digital economy challenges. This kind of intervention needs to be carried out in a sustainable and collaborative manner to support an inclusive and resilient local MSME ecosystem.

Abstract

Many factors underlie the response to customer satisfaction. The objectives of Psychological well-being is not only influenced from within the individual, but can also be influenced by the individual's environment, namely Social Support and Job Insecurity. The aims of this research are (1) to determine the effect of social support on Psychological Well-being (2) to determine the effect Job Insecurity on Psychological Well-being, and (3) to determine the effect of Social Support and Job Insecurity on Psychological Well-beingThe type of research is quantitative research, conducted from December 2023 to January 2024. Respondents are employees (contract workers) of the Bengkulu City Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. Data were collected using a questionnaire and data analysis used a multiple linear regression model and processed with SPSS software.The results of the research show that social support has a positive effect on the employees psychological well-being of Bengkulu City Public Works and Spatial Planning Department, where the regression coefficient for social support is 0.737. This means that the higher the social support, the more psychological well-being will also increase. Job Insecurity has a negative effect on the psychological well-being of Bengkulu City Public Works and Spatial Planning Department employees, where the social support regression coefficient is -0.165. This means that the higher Job Insecurity, the lower the employee's psychological well-being. Social support and job insecurity together influence the employees psychological well-being. Social support and Job Insecurity contribute 55.9% in influencing the employees psychological well-being of Bengkulu City Public Works and Spatial Planning Department.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 telah merubah tatanan kehidupan masyarakat di Indonesia, khususnya masyarakat di Kota Bengkulu. Dari update yang disampaikan oleh juru bicara Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan  Covid-19 Provinsi Bengkulu, Jaduliwan, per hari ini, Rabu 29 April 2020, terjadi penambahan Positif Covid-19 sebanyak 4 kasus. “Pertama perempuan umur 44 tahun asal Bengkulu Selatan, tidak ada gejala klinis, lalu perempuan umur 26 tahun asal Kaur, tidak ada gejala klinis, selanjutnya laki-laki umur 46 tahun asal Kaur tidak ada gejala klinis riwayat perjalanan dari Kota Bengkulu dan perempuan umur 48 tahun asal Kota Bengkulu juga tidak ada gejala klinis,” jelas Jaduliwan. Dari ke empat pasien positif ini dijelaskan bahwa pasien tidak memiliki gejala klinis  alias  OTG  (Orang  Tanpa  Gejala)  hal  ini  harus  menjadi  perhatian  serius  bagi masyarakat. Dimana masyarakat harus meningkatkan kewaspadaan diri khsususnya selama masa Pandemi Covid-19 ini berlangsung.Peningkatan  kewaspadaan masyarakat Bengkulu terus menerus kita lakukan ,tidak boleh kita mundur, tidak boleh kita berhenti, jangan sampai ketika kasus tidak terjadi, masyarakat kita tidak patuh, tidak taat, seperti di pasar tidak pakai masker, tidak mengatur jarak, tidak ada satu orang pun yang bisa meyakinkan dirinya terbebas dari virus Covid-19,” tegas Herwan Antoni Kadinkes Provinsi Bengkulu. Pemerintah sudah menganjurkan berdiam di rumah kalau pun mau keluar rumah pakai masker,  jaga jarak hindari kerumunan, cuci tangan pakai sabun sesering mungkin dan tidak menyentuh tempat penularan dari virus Covid yaitu mulut, mata dan hidung,” jelas Herwan Antoni. Maka dari itu, peningkatan kewaspadaan masyarakat Tebak Rapak dalam mencegah penularan pademi covid-19 lebih intensif, melihat kondisi ini Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis melalui Pengabdian Masyarakat melakukan edukasi,sosialisasi  dan penyuluhan tentang protokol Covid-19 dalam 5 hal yaitu cuci tangan, memakai masker,menjaga daya tahan tubuh,stay at home dan social distance dilanjutkan dengan pemberian masker dan hand  sanitizer  kepada  masyarakat  Tebak  Rapat  Kec.  Muara  Bangkahulu  Kel.  Bentiring Permai Kota Bengkulu. Abstract

Setiap Usaha harus bisa mengelola usahanya dalam menghadapi persaingan pasar yang semakin pesat. Pemberdayaan Ekonomi lokal menjadi ekonomi kreatif dan inovatif melalui Bumdes ini sangat dibutuhkan dalam rangka meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat/kelompok tani untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang kemasan serta pemasaran produk yang dapat bernilai dan bersaing. Masalah utama yang menjadi fokus dalam pengembangan ekonomi lokal menjadi ekonomi kreatif dan inovatif adalah pengetahuan dan pemahaman Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) masyarakat/kelompok tani kopi Desa Pelangkian masih rendah dalam proses kemasan bubuk kopi dan pemasarannya, selain itu kelompok tani kopi Desa Pelangkian belum mendapatkan pembinaan dalam pengembangan usaha. Bentuk Kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan yang melibatkan masyarakat/kelompok tani serta Bumdes Desa Pelangkian dalam hal pengelolaan dan pengembangan usaha bubuk kopi mulai dari kemasan sampai kepemasaran produk bubuk Kopi Kitto. Dari kegiatan ini target dan hasil capaiannya adalah terlaksananya kegiatan-kegiatan pengabdian secara lancar, meningkatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman masyarakat/kelompok tani tentang pengembangan usaha kreatif dan inovatif melalui Bumdes dalam dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat/ kelompok tani serta munculnya wirausaha yang sejenis dengan kemitraan yang senergi dalam mengembangan ekonomi lokal menjadi ekonomi kreatif dan inovatif. Abstract

This study aims to determine the "Influence of Leadership Style and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Work Motivation at the Construction and Building Laboratory Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), Public Works and Housing Agency, Bengkulu Province," both partially and simultaneously. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 30 people, using the total side technique, which means the entire population is used as the research sample. Based on the t-test on the leadership style variable, it is known that the calculated t value > t table (5.535 > 1.697) with a probability of t sig 0.000 < 0.05. On the interpersonal communication variable, the calculated t value > t table (3.641 > 1.697) with a probability of t sig 0.001 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that both X variables, namely leadership style and interpersonal communication, partially influence employee performance. Based on the results of the f test, it is known that the calculated f value > f table (22,688 > 3.34) with a probability of f sig 0.000 < 0.05, which indicates that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that leadership style and interpersonal communication simultaneously have a positive effect on performance variables. The R square value obtained is 62.7%, which means it has a strong influence. This figure shows that employee performance can be explained by leadership style and interpersonal communication by 82.7%. The remaining 37.3% is influenced by other factors not examined or explained in this study. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how Brand personality and Brand awareness affect the loyalty of iphone users among UMB management students. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents who were iphone users. The sample used was 120 respondents. The results of the study showed that there was a positive and significant influence of brand personality on user loyalty, with a t-value of 4.583 and a significance of 0.000. This shows that Brand Personality is in the good category. In addition, brand awareness also has a positive effect on user loyalty, with a t-value of 8.413 and a significance of 0.000 which shows that it is in the good category. Furthermore, the results of the simultaneous analysis (f-test) showed that Brand Personality (X1) and Brand Awareness (X2) together or simultaneously had a significant influence on User Loyalty, with a calculated f value of 130,288 and a significance of 0.000. Abstract

Employee performance in companies operating in the contracting, construction, and property sectors is shaped by multiple factors, notably knowledge sharing and hard skills. This study investigates the influence of knowledge sharing and hard skills on employee performance at PT. Ejukha, Pematang Gubernur. A quantitative research design with a descriptive approach was employed. The population was all employees of PT. Ejukha, with a total sample of 25 respondents selected through a census technique. Data were collected via questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The analysis produced the regression equation Y=1.074+ 0.172X Box+0.750X Box. Knowledge sharing showed a positive and significant effect on employee performance (11.743, p = 0.047 ) while hard skills also had a positive and significant effect underline ( t = 2.269 , p = 0.033 ) Simultaneously, both variables significantly affected performance ( F = 22.505 , p < 0.001). The findings confirm that enhancing knowledge-sharing practices and improving hard skills can significantly strengthen employee performance. It is recommended that PT. Ejukha continue developing structured knowledge-sharing initiatives and targeted skill enhancement programs to sustain optimal performance outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between work stress, workload, and self-efficacy on the performance of employees at the Pagaralam City General Election Commission (KPU) office. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, with the population being employees at the Pagaralam City General Election Commission (KPU) office. Data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques included descriptive analysis, inferential analysis using SPSS, and coefficient of determination (R2) analysis. The results of this study indicate that work stress has no relationship to the performance of employees at the Pagaralam City General Election Commission (KPU) office. This means that the level of work stress experienced by employees is not directly related to their performance. Workload has no relationship to the performance of employees at the Pagaralam City General Election Commission (KPU) office. This means that the workload experienced does not directly affect employee performance. Self-efficacy has a positive relationship to the performance of employees at the Pagaralam City General Election Commission (KPU) office. This indicates that self-efficacy is very important for an employee in carrying out their work. Work stress, I, and self-efficacy simultaneously or together have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance at the Pagaralam City General Election Commission (KPU) office. This means that if the employee's Work Stress, Work Load, and Self-Efficacy are positive, their performance will be better and optimal. Keywords : work stress, work load, self efficacy.
