Abstract

At SMAN 4 Padang, the process of determining the best students is still carried out manually, does not use a computerized system and there is no decision-making method for analyzing data. As a result, this process is often very long and the results of decisions are not precise and accurate. The purpose of this Community Service (PKM) is to provide socialization to SMAN 4 Padang in making decisions appropriately and accurately using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method, this method combines two models, namely the weighted sum model (WPM) and the weighted product model (WCM). The system implementation into the application uses the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The assessment criteria used are Attendance (C1), Personality (C2), Achievement (C3), Extracurricular (C4), and Final Report Value (C5). Several samples of data have been tested, where students with code A2 get the highest score, which is 0.7566 are declared the best students. After socializing and implementing the new system design, it can make it easier for SMAN 4 Padang schools to make decisions quickly, precisely, and accurately.

Abstract

A house is a primary need that everyone must have, yet not everyone can afford to purchase it outright. Therefore, a bank is needed as a financial institution to provide financial assistance through credit disbursement. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) offers several Home Ownership Credit (HOC) programs with the Murabahah sale and purchase contract. The current analysis of eligibility determination for granting KPR credit at Bank BSI does not yet utilize an appropriate method for decision-making. This study aims to design a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method to assist Bank BSI in analyzing KPR customer data quickly, accurately, and precisely. The ARAS method focuses on comparison with an ideal solution, ensuring that the best alternative approaches optimal conditions based on the specified criteria. The results of this study can help Bank BSI determine the eligibility of KPR credit disbursement more effectively, and the system can rank customer data as eligible or not eligible based on predefined value thresholds.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) dan metode VIsekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) dalam menentukan mobil Low Cost Green Car (LCGC) terbaik. Studi kasus dilakukan pada showroom mobil di Kota Padang dengan mempertimbangkan delapan kriteria penilaian, yaitu harga OTR, kapasitas mesin, konsumsi bahan bakar,tenaga max, torsi max, desain eksterior, desain interior dan akselarasi. Metode WASPAS digunakan untuk memperoleh peringkat kendaraan melalui kombinasi model penjumlahan dan perkalian terbobot, sedangkan metode VIKOR difokuskan pada kompromi solusi berdasarkan jarak terhadap alternatif ideal positif dan negatif. Pengujian akurasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan korelasi Rank Spearman untuk mengukur tingkat kesesuaian hasil peringkat masing-masing metode dengan preferensi konsumen aktual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode VIKOR memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan metode WASPAS, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi Rank Spearman sebesar 0,9761 yang termasuk kategori sangat kuat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa metode VIKOR lebih efektif digunakan dalam sistem pendukung keputusan untuk pemilihan mobil LCGC yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen di showroom Kota Padang.

Abstract

The process of accepting and selecting prospective employees is the earliest process for a company to get quality employees that the company or agency needs. Companies must have criteria for the employees they want. On CV. Adtuil Photocopying in recruiting employees is still less efficient, namely prospective employees still send application files to the company or via expedition delivery. So HRD will have difficulty in selecting prospective employees because they have to record and double-check incoming application files as well as the process of determining the right criteria . Solutions used to overcome problems on CV. Adtuil uses a decision support system for selecting new employees, using the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. This method is quantitative which uses a weighting system in decision making. Application design using the Vb programming language. Net and MySQL databases that can manage data quickly and accurately. The results of this research show that there were 3 employees who received 10 alternative data, namely A1, A5, A9 with scores > 75. After using this decision support system it can help CV. Adtuil Photocopy in determining employee acceptance precisely, quickly and accurately

Abstract

Kualitas sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu faktor penunjang untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja suatu instansi. Maka dari itu sumber daya manusia yang berkompetensi tinggi dapat mendukung tingkat kinerja, dengan penilaian kinerja maka akan diketahui prestasi yang dicapai setiap karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu manajer Konveksi Sahabat dalam menilai kinerja karyawan dalam menjahit berbagai jenis pakaian, bagi karyawan yang kinerjanya baik akan diperpanjang kontrak kerjanya. Konveksi Sahabat menerima pesanan dan borongan jahitan pakaian dari pelanggan baik perorangan maupun suatu instansi pemerintah dan swasta. Metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan dalam mengolah data adalah Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite (ELECTRE). Hasil penelitian ini membantu manager Konveksi Sahabat dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan terbaik dengan analisa sistem secara manual menggunakan metode Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite (ELECTRE) yang dapat mengeliminasi dan merangking alternatif terbaik sehingga manajer Konveksi Sahabat dapat mengambil keputusan tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

The selection of Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPVs) at dealerships in Padang City involves complex and often conflicting criteria, where subjective recommendations risk leading to inaccurate decisions. This study aims to develop an objective decision support system to recommend the best MPV tailored to local needs by applying a Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method based on the MOORA algorithm. Its primary contribution is a triple-perspective criteria model that integrates product technical aspects, local consumer preferences in Padang, and dealership business interests. Seven MPV alternatives were analyzed based on nine expert-weighted criteria. The optimization results identify the Honda BR-V as the top-ranking MPV, followed by the Mitsubishi X-Pander and Toyota Veloz. Validation using Spearman's Rank Correlation yielded a coefficient of ρ = 0.8036, confirming strong consistency with actual market performance. Thus, the MOORA method proves effective in generating accurate, objective recommendations for optimal MPV selection in Padang City.
