Abstract

Effective human resource management is essential for the success of any organization, particularly in the face of fierce competition. In order to improve overall performance, companies must ensure that their employees are selected and placed in appropriate positions. This study aims to investigate the impact of HR recruitment, placement, and work commitment on employee performance at PT LT. The chosen method was a survey approach, utilizing a quantitative causal associative questionnaire. The results of the regression analysis revealed that HR recruitment, placement, and work commitment all have a significant effect on employee performance. Therefore, it is important for organizations to gain a deeper understanding of how recruitment, placement, commitment, and performance are interconnected in order to maximize their human resources potential and gain a competitive advantage in the market.

Abstract

Logistics transportation manages and provides transportation facilities and infrastructure for smooth logistics distribution. Logistics activities or freight forwarding services refer to the management and distribution of logistics goods obtained from users, stored in logistics warehouses, sorted shipments, and transported and sent to the destination address. Logistics activities have an important role in a business company, but the important role of logistics transportation is also major in distributing goods. This activity aims to produce graduates of experts who are reliable and best in transportation and logistics and have a reputation for ready-to-use labor. The methods used are lectures, discussions, and questions and answers. The implementation of the training activities of the participants was no obstacle in conducting counseling, and the internet connection was not interrupted. In support of infrastructure, facilities are adequate, namely the availability of laptops or personal computers from participants so that all participants can take part in counseling optimally

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Leadership Style, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction have on Employee Turnover Intention (Case Study at PT. Freight Cargo Logistics). This study uses an associative research strategy with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Freight cargo logistics and there are totaling 42 employees. The method used for sampling is the non-probability sampling technique with the saturated sample technique and the number of samples used in this study is 42 respondents. The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation methods. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis through SmartPLS 3.3.9 software which includes testing the outer model, inner model, and testing the hypothesis. The results of the study prove that partially the variables of Leadership Style and Job Stress have a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, while Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention.

Abstract

Dosen STIE Indonesia Jakarta melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pengetahuan tentang kewirausaaan di Era Digital kepada siswa SMK ICB. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan bisnis saat ini. Bisnis online, yang kini marak seperti jamur di musim hujan, mudah dikelola bahkan oleh siswa SMK, dengan biaya yang relatif terjangkau. Bisnis online merupakan jenis usaha yang memanfaatkan internet sebagai sarana pemasaran produk atau jasa. Hasil kegiatan ini memberikan suatu informasi bahwa Siswa SMK mengerti dan punya kemauan tinggi dalam berwirausaha yang mempadukan teknologi kekinian yaitu dunia internet sebagai kekuatan teknologi media sosial dan kaitannya dengan dunia digital. Kegiatan ini juga diharapkan dapat membuat siswa SMK memiliki keinginan atau cita cita menjadi pengusaha yang dalam cita citanya ingin meraih masa depan melalui wirausaha yang gemilang.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine how social, psychological, and financial literacy factors influence the online shopping behavior of college students. The study included 350 undergraduates from Jakarta who were selected using a convenience sampling method. The data was analyzed using regression analysis, which revealed that social and psychological factors significantly negatively impact students' online shopping behavior. On the other hand, financial literacy has a significantly positive impact. This study gives students and the community important insights into managing finances effectively and avoiding impulsive purchases of unnecessary items. Public interest statement As the Muslim population continues to grow, it becomes increasingly important to understand the values, preferences, and needs of Muslim consumers. This knowledge can help businesses develop relevant products, improve marketing strategies, and build stronger relationships with their target markets. This study provides valuable insights into consumer behavior, particularly among Muslim consumers.
