Abstract

AbstractOn of the keys to a person’s success in living daily life whether it is in a school environment or in an outdoor setting that involves having confidence. Confidence is a positive attitude of an individual who enables himself to develop positive value both for himself and for the environment or situation he or she faces. A common problem with this research: “How is the improvement of learners confidence through group guidance services to the class X IPA 1 High school country 3 Pontianak. While sub problems are that: (1) how is the self-confidence of a learner before it is given group guidance service to the class X IPA 1 High School Country 3 Pontianak, (2) how is the group guidance service planning stage to increase learners’ confidence in the class X IPA 1 High school country 3 Pontianak, (3) how is the conduct of the group guidance service to increase learners, confidence in the class X IPA 1 High school country 3 Pontianak, (4) how is confidence enhanced after being given group guidance service to class learners X IPA 1 High school country 3 Pontianak. The variables in this study consist of problem variables: self confidence, Act variable: group guidance, The subject of research is as much as 7 public high school learners 3 pontichild with low self-confidence with an indicator (1) confidence in ability, (2) optimist, (3) objective, (4) be responsible (5) rational and realistic. The method used is a descriptive method and form of the research is a study of counseling action. Data collection techniques with questionnaire, observation, interview, whereas data analysis techniques use a percentage formula, planning and implement group guidance format, T-Test formula. Based on research on the subject’s self confidence after action by group guidance, it reached 83% in the “highest” category. Keywords: Group Guidance, Increase Self Confidence

Abstract

The practical field work (PKL) that we have carried out at the Central Kalimantan Provincial Health Service provides students with understanding, skills and creativity in being responsible for the tasks given as well as providing knowledge and new things in knowing the real world of performance that occurs in the field. As with the use of technology, it must be able to continue to be developed to speed up and make it easier to complete a job. As the era of recording guest books progresses, the list of visits and complaints which are still manualized can be transferred using developing technology such as using websites or applications. Likewise, the Central Kalimantan provincial health service still uses manual guest book recording using books. For this reason, we as PKL students created an application, namely Front Office, to make it easier for officers to serve guests visiting the Central Kalimantan Provincial Health Service. Apart from that, the website created is expected to make it easier to record guest books, visits and complaints at the Central Kalimantan Provincial Health Service

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk (1) meminimalisir penggunaan gadget pada anak. (2) menumbuhkan budaya bermain sambil belajar pada anak, (3) meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak dengan benda sekitar. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah siswa sekolah dasar di dusun ketangga sebanyak 20 siswa. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan jarimatika sebagai alat bermain dan berhitung bagi anak. Kegiatan ini dibagi menjadi tiga tahapan yaitu tahap awal, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Kegiatan evalasi dilakukan untuk melihat ketercapaian target pengabdian dengan memberikan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 7 butir pernyataan dengan menggunakan pengukuran skala likert 1-4. Hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan menunjukkan sebanyak 20 siswa lebih senang bermain sambil belajar dengan jarimatika dibanding bermain gadget. Terdapat respon kepuasan peserta dengan nilai rata-rata persentase sebesar 91% menyatakan puas dengan pengabdian ini. Selain itu, sebesar 95% peserta menyatakan pengetahuan meningkat setelah mengikuti kegiatan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the availability of facilities and infrastructure at SMPN 12 Palopo school in physical education learning. This research used survey method. The population in the study was SMP Negeri 12 Palopo totaling 145 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data analysis technique in this study is to use descriptive analysis techniques. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation, research instruments. the results of research on facilities and infrastructure that support the physical education learning process of students of SMP Negeri 12 Palopo are 39.55% in the category of less to support the physical education learning process in accordance with the applicable curriculum. This finding indicates that the existing facilities at SMP Negeri 12 Palopo are far from adequate and require serious attention for improvement. The limitations of physical education facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 12 Palopo are caused by the limited ability of schools to procure these facilities. In conclusion, the facilities at SMP Negeri 12 Palopo are far from adequate and require serious attention for improvement. Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the impact of business transformation on improving operational performance at PT Telkom Witel Sulbagteng. The qualitative approach is based on a literature review of business transformation, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and operational performance. Microsoft Excel was used as the analysis tool. The study population consists of employees at PT Telkom Witel Sulbagteng. The results of this study indicate that service quality based on interviews, the top priority in improving operational performance is focusing on more responsive and high-quality customer services, such as enhancing customer trust through technologies such as cloud computing and big data, operational optimization is the second priority, although it faces challenges in coordination and service distribution, service diversification is critically important to meet changing market demands, making it a high priority, and human resource development does not dominate due to challenges in human resource capacity.

Abstract

Masalah pada budidaya Jamur Tiram Cokelat (Pleorotus cystidiosus) adalah pertumbuhan miselium yang relatif lama dan produksi belum maksimal, hal ini disebabkan karena kurangnya nutrisi pada media. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi air tebu terhadap produksi jamur Tiram Cokelat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian perbandingan yaitu membandingkan media yang diberikan air tebu dengan konsentrasi berbeda-beda dan media tanam yang tidak diberikan air tebu. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Rancangan  Acak Lengkap dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan, yaitu dengan menggunakan media tanam tanpa air tebu (T4) dan media tanam dengan konsentrasi air tebu  10% (T1), 30% (T2), dan 50% (T3). Uji analisis data statistik yang digunakan adalah ANOVA. Hasil penelitian dengan nilai Fh > Ft dari pengambilan data dengan konsentrasi air tebu 10%, 30% dan 50% berturut-turut adalah: (5,3 >3,49), (5,33 > 3,49), (4,17 > 3,49). Kesimpulannya adalah pada indikator badan buah hasil paling baik pada pemberian konsentrasi 10% dengan hasil rata-rata 27,56 gr, dan pada indikator tinggi badan buah hasil paling baik pada pemberian konsentrasi 10% dengan rata-rata 8,633 serta pada pengukuran diameter tudung buah hasil paling baik pada pemberian air tebu 30% dengan rata-rata 7,19.
