Abstract

This research is aimed to test and analyze the influence of motivation and job satisfactory towards teacher’s working mediated with organizational commitment of the teacher of  s State Elementary School in “ UPTD Kecamatan Genuk Semarang”, with 146 respondences. The technique of collecting data used is random samplimh by giving a austioner to the respondences. This research is aimed    to: 1)Analyze the influence of motivation towards organisational commitment , 2) Analyze  the job satisfactory towards organizational commitment, 3) Analyze the influence of motivation towards teacher’s working, 4) Analyze the influence of satisfactory towards  teacher’s working, 5) Analyze the influence of organizational commitment towards teacher’s working, 6) Analyze and prove the organizational commitment as an influence of motivation ‘ mediation towards  teacher’s working, 7) Analyze and prove organisational commitment as an influence of working satisfactory’s mediation towards teacher’s working. The technique of testing data which is used in this research includes validity with factor analysis and reliability testbyCronbachs alpha formula, multiple regression analysis, tests of significance and coefficient of determinationto prove thetruth ofthe hypothesisof the study,as well astestingthe effect ofmediation. The result of the research showed that: 1). Motivation didn’t influence positively towards organizational commitment, 2). Job satisfactory influences positively and significantly towards organizational commitment, 3). Motivation influences positively and cantly towards teacher’s working, 4).Job satisfactory didn’t influencedirectly towarde teacher’s working, 5)OrganizationalCommitment influence positive andsignificanteffecton the performance ofteachers witha positivebetaand significancepricesbelowarerequired. 6)organizationalcommitmentdid notmediate theeffect ofwork motivation, whilework motivationdirectly affects theperformance of teachers. 7)Organizationalcommitmentmediates theinfluence ofjob satisfactory towards teacher’s working. Abstract

Egg shape of second phase production (40- 70 weeks age) of layer bigger than egg shape of one phase production, but egg shell less thickly so than more perishable. On the other side 3.5-4% Ca in the diet only 50% can be absorbed in the intestinal. Ca absorption and Ca retention can be raised by supplementary zeolite in the diet. This experiment was conducted to observe the effect of supplying zeolite in the diet of 192 lohmann brown layer on the egg quality of second phase production. Different feeding treatment was carried out four each group. Layer in treatment 1 were fed control diet; treatment 2, a control diet + zeolite 1.5%; treatment 3, a control diet + zeolite 3%; and treatment 4, a control diet + zeolite 4%. 96 eggs sampel from layer experiment kept on 15 days. The result showed that supplementary zeolite in the diet was significantly ( P ≤ 0.05) increased the thickness of egg shell, significantly (P≤0.05) decreased of egg weight, significantly (P≤ 0.05) decreased air cell, significantly (P≤0.05) increased Haugh Unit (HU) score, and significantly (P≤ 0.05) decreased pH albumen of egg in the second phase production.

Abstract

The aim of this experiment was to find the effect of supplementation of zeolit and was to find the optimum level of zeolit in rations on quail performance. This experiment used 80 female Coturnix coturnix japonica of five weeks old with average body weight 145,44 ± 6,72 g (cv 4,62%). The data were analysed using Completely Randomized Design and polinomial ortogonal test. The treatments was divided to four supplementation zeolit rations treatment (0%,2%,4%,6%). Each treatment had five replication and each replication used four quails. Results of this study indicated that supplementation of zeolit (0 - 6%) in rations gave not significantly different (P ≥ 0,05) to feed consumption but gave significantly different (P < 0,05) to hen day egg production (Ŷ = 46,48 + 4,86X – 1,09 X2 ; 0≤ X ≤6 ; R2 = 0,90) and significnatly different (P < 0,05) to feed convertion (Ŷ= 4,85-0,44 + 0,10X 2 ; 0≤X≤6;R2 = 0,97). Level supplementation zeolit 2,22% was optimum to hen day egg production (51,86%) and level supplementation zeolit 2,09% was optimum to feed convertion (4,39).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAFisika.Manfaat dari penelitian ini secara umum adalah untukmendapatkan teori baru tentang peningkatan hasil belajar IPAFisikamelalui permainan “monopoli” serta sebagai dasarpenelitian selanjutnya. Manfaat praktis bagi siswa untukmeningkatkan hasil belajarnya, meningkatkan rasa senang danmotivasi belajar IPA-Fisika. Bagi guru bermanfaat untukmendorong kreativitas dan inovasi dalam mendesainpembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakanmetode penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus.Langkah-langkah dalam setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan(Planning), pelaksanaan tindakan (Acting), pengamatan(Observing) dan refleksi (Reflecting) oleh guru dalam bentukkartu. Hasil pekerjaan siswa didiskusikan dalam kelompok dantidak dipresentasikan. Pada siklus II juga demikian. Setelah siswabekerja secara individu hasilnya didiskusikan pada kelompokbesar. Perwakilan dari kelompok besar mempresentasikanhasilnya ke depan kelas dan ditanggapi oleh kelompok lain. Hasilbelajar selama 3 kali ulangan harian sebelum diberi tindakan nilaitertinggi yang dicapai oleh siswa sebesar 79, nilai terendahnya 37dan rata-rata nilainya 49. jumlah siswa yang aktif kurang lebih 13anak dari 20 anak atau 65 %. Pada siklus I hasil belajar siswameningkat yaitu nilai tertinggi 87, nilai terendah 33, dan rata-ratanilai sebesar 63. Rata-rata 93,33 %. Hasil belajar siswa padasiklus II nilai tertinggi 90, nilai terendah 40, dan rata-rata nilaisebesar 67, rata-rata peran aktif siswa 98 %.

Abstract

Kualitas layanan pendidikan dapat diamati dengan cara mengukur sejauh mana institusi pendidikan sebagai pemberi layanan dapat memberikan jaminan mutu kepada penerima layanan. Pemerintah melalui Kepmenpan Nomor KEP/25/M.PAN/2/2004 telah membuat pedoman penilaian kepuasan pelanggan bagi setiap institusi pelayanan termasuk institusi pendidikan. Poltekkes Kemenkes Palangka Raya sebagai institusi yang memberikanlayanan pendidikan perlu untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pelanggan terhadap layanan di Poltekkes Kemenkes Palangka Raya. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey dengan alat bantu kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian inisebayak 437 orang yang terdiri atas mahasiswa, dosen, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua, alumni, dan stakeholder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilaiindeks kepuasan mahasiswa, dosen, danorang tua masuk dalam kategori baik, dan kategori sangat baik untuk nilai indeks kepuasan tenaga kependidikan, alumni dan stakeholder. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum pelayanan di Poltekkes Kemenkes Palangka Raya dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada mahasiswa, dosen, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua, alumni, dan stakeholder.

Abstract

Kelahiran Prematur merupakan faktor risiko yang menyebabkan kematian neonatal. Berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk menurunkan angka kematian neonatal, salah satunya melalui pelayanan antenatal terintegrasi.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor maternal dan pelayanan terintegrasi yang mempengaruhi kejadian prematuritas di Puskesmas Wilayah Kota Palangka Raya.Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan analisis bivariat dibuktikan bahwa Ante Natal Care terintegrasi, faktor maternal umur, paritas, riwayat persalinan, pekerjaan, sosial ekonomi dan jarak persalinan memengaruhi kejadian prematuritas, sedangkan analisis multivariat membuktikan ANC terintegrasi, faktor maternal umur, pekerjaan, paritas dan jarak persalinan memberi pengaruh terhadap kejadian prematuritas di Kota Palangka Raya.

Abstract

The objective of this experiment was to determine broiler carcass performance slaughtered at different ages. Seventy-two broilers CP 707 slaughtered at 4, 5, and 6 weeks were used in this experiment. Each treatment had eight replication and each replication used three broiler. The results showed that age of slaughtering have significant effect  (P<0.05) on carcass weight, and high significant effect (P<0.01) to tear skin, bruises skin, misplaced bone and meat tenderness, but has no significant effect (P>0.05) on broken bone. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out interior quality of egg laying hens which immersion with moringa leaf solution and to find out the best moringa leaf solution.  This research carried out on August 14--September 13, 2016 housed in the Laboratory Animal Production and Reproduction, Department of Animal Husbandry, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Lampung.  The material of research used 72 eggs laying hens strain isa brown from layer of 60 weeks old with the average weight 63,0±1,51 gram and coefficient of variation 2,40%.  This research used a Completely Randomized Design with 4 treatments and 6 repetition.  The treatments of research consists of immersion egg used moringa leaf solution 0% (w/v), 10% (w/v), 20% (w/v), and 30% (w/v).  Analyzed data observation used variance with 5% trust level and continued with Least Significant Different test.  The result showed that immersion egg with moringa leaf solution significant effect (P<0,05) increase albumin index and the haugh unit, and not significant effect (P>0,05) to yolk index and percentage egg weight lo.  Concentration 30% of immersion moringa leaf solution to give the best treatment to interior quality of egg laying hens.                                 Keywords :  Albumin Index Moringa Leaf, Percentage Egg Weight Lost, Yolk Index, Haugh Unit.

Abstract

The research aims to know the effect of using leaf meal of Indigofera zollingeriana in rations on internal egg quality and know optimal treatment on the internal egg quality. This research was conducted on April-June 2017 covering step of Indigofera zollingeriana meal production in Manunggal Farmer Group, Purwodadi Village, Adiluwih Sub-district, Pringsewu District and step of feeding trial treatment ration in laying hens farm CV. Varia Agung Jaya Farm, Varia Agung Village, Seputih Mataram Sub District, Central Lampung District. Fourty eight laying hens at 32 weeks of age used. This research use Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 6 replication leaf meal Indigofera zollingeriana R0: 0%; R1: 5%; R2: 10%; R3: 15%. Obtained  data were analyzed with the assumptions of variance by 5% or 1%, the results were significantly different in the advanced test using orthogonal polynomials, and showed that the albumen index and yolk index value was not significantly different (P> 0,05), and the yolk color score was very significant (P <0,01) with regression equation ŷ = 7,33 + 1,83x.  Obtained the highest point that is on use of leaf meal Indigofera zollingeriana in a rations of 15% increase of yolk color. Keywords:  Indigofera zollingeriana leaf, Rations, Eggs and Internal Egg Quality

Abstract

Background: Adolescent pregnancy is being a problem in Indonesia. Adolescent pregnancy can bring problem not only to the baby?s health but also the mother?s health as well. It can cause problem in society too. The pressure from family and society towards adolescent who got pregnant, especially if they get pregnant without marriage can lead the mother to face anxiety during the pregnancy. The anxiety during pregnancy can bring negative impact to the baby and mother. This study aims to determine the effect of Karungut music to the anxiety level among pregnant adolescent in Kapuas Regency, Indonesia. Methods: This study was an analytical study with a quasi-experimental. Totally 60 respondents were recruited in this study used simple random sampling. 30 respondents were chosen to be experimental group meanwhile the rest as control group. The data was analyzed in univariate and bivariate analysis. binary logistic regression was used to analyze in multivariate level. Results: Majority of the respondents in this study were did the Antenatal Care regularly (55%), had high motivation for pregnant (51.7%), got families support (71.7%) but not from the health workers (83.3%). The multivariate analysis showed that heard Karungut music can reduce the anxiety level among pregnant adolescent (OR= 3.33) after controlling other variables. Conclusion: Listening Karungut music during pregnancy can reduce the anxiety among pregnant woman. It can be considered as an alternative way to improve the health status among pregnant adolescent by reducing one of risk factor that can affect to the pregnancy. Supporting from family and health workers also important during pregnancy to reduce the anxiety.
