Abstract

Abstract-Employee attendance is one of the important aspects in managing human resources in a company. Also has a role in terms of condition or assessment of employee work discipline and payroll calculations that are carried out every month. The research problem found in the object of research is that attendance recording is done by using printed sheets of paper written with stationery by employees. It has an impact on the monthly attendance recapitulation process, or even prone to damage and loss of physical attendance files. The purpose of this study is to design an attendance application that can record attendance data through a QR-Code scan and the data is stored automatically in the database. This research method uses extreme programming software development methods, and the results obtained are the benefits of data storage automation in the prepared database, so that the attendance process becomes transparent and report recapitulation is better because data retrieval can be done faster. Keywords— Employee Attendance, QR-Code, Extreme Programming, Database Intisari - Absensi karyawan merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu perusahaan. Memiliki peranan pula dalam hal kondite atau penilaian terhadap kedisiplinan kerja karayawan dan perhitungan penggajian yang dilakukan setiap bulan. Permasalahan penelitian yang ditemukan pada objek penelitian yaitu perekaman absensi dilakukan dengan menggunakan cetakan lembar kertas yang ditulis dengan alat tulis oleh karyawan. Berdampak kepada proses rekapitulasi absensi setiap bulan, atau bahkan rawan terjadinya kerusakan dan kehilangan berkas fisik absensi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang bangun suatu aplikasi absensi yang dapat melakukan perekaman data absensi melalui scan QR-Code dan data tersimpan secara otomatis pada basis data. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak extreme programming, dan didapatkan hasil penelitian yaitu kemanfaatan otomatisasi penyimpanan data pada basis data yang disiapkan, sehingga proses absensi menjadi transparan dan rekapitulasi laporan lebih baik karena pencarian data dapat lebih cepat dilakukan. Abstract

The Ministry of Social Affairs as a supervisor, both functional and technical, always encourages youth groups to always remain productive and work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Various forms of activities have been programmed and carried out by the Rw 23 Youth Organization Organization. In order to suppress the spread of Covid-19, the Rw 23 Youth Organization activists held various social actions in the rw 23 area of ​​Pasar Kemis sub-district, such as the movement to clean the environment and manufacture covid task force. In addition, the youth organizations of RW 23 also carry out activities to educate residents regarding clean and healthy lifestyles as well as distribute basic necessities within the neighborhood of RW 23 residents and many other activities. Although there are many activities that have been carried out by this mass organization, not many people know about the existence of this organization, even though there are only a few people and they do not know for sure what activities this mass organization has carried out and whether this mass organization is very active. active or passive. Therefore, to expand information and communication between this organization and the wider community, it is necessary to have social media assistance such as Instagram, so that the activities carried out and those that have been carried out can be well documented and can make the wider community more acquainted with and increase their trust. to the youth organization rw 23. Because of this, this community service activity was carried out with the aim of helping RW 23 youth organization activists to have a virtual community using Instagram social media so that information or activities of this mass organization can be spread and increasingly known by the wider community.

Abstract

The Empowerment and Family Welfare Movement (PKK) has a role in mobilizing the community to be active in development. The role of PKK women must be in harmony with the development of conditions and the increasing demands of the needs of the community, in line with the development of regional autonomy. This organization has various work programs, including carrying out mutual cooperation, reviewing the implementation of posyandu, inviting village cadres to increase creativity that has selling points, and so on. In this working group organization, mothers are provided with valuable skills such as making bags from plastic coffee waste or dish washing soap, making fertilizer for plants from household waste, and so on. From some of the skills mentioned earlier, they have not been able to market their products to the fullest. Seeing this problem, this community service activity was carried out in order to increase the skills of PKK administrators or members of the organization in terms of marketing the products they produce through the help of Instagram social media. Then the method of community service carried out is planning, preparation and evaluation. The techniques used in it are the explanation of the theory contained in the modules that have been distributed and practice on how to use the Instagram application as well as questions and answers about the material provided. This community service is carried out online using the zoom application and other supporting applications such as Instagram, Google Chrome, WhatsApp. In addition, this service uses pretest and posttest questionnaires to find out the results of this community service that has been carried out.

Abstract

Advances in technology make all processes easier. Technology can also be an alternative or replace existing conventional processes. This technological advancement can affect anyone and anywhere in different fields. One of the areas that can be influenced by technology is the field of marketing and one of the parties that can be influenced is the students in the Faizul Haq Ta'lim Assembly. So far, the students have focused on studying religion, but they do not yet have an understanding of marketing concepts, especially using technology. With the help of technology, they can market their own products or promote the activities of the assembly where they studied. Abstract

Optimal distribution of agricultural products is the key to minimizing logistics costs, increasing farmers' profits, and reducing product prices for consumers. This research focuses on optimizing the distribution of agricultural products from several farmers to various markets using the North-West Corner (NWC) method. The NWC method is a heuristic approach that is easy to understand and apply to solve transportation problems with a balanced number of sources and destinations. This research utilizes actual data regarding transportation costs, market needs and product availability from farmers. The research results show that the NWC method is able to produce optimal distribution solutions with minimum transportation costs. The application of the NWC method can help farmers increase profits and increase the efficiency of distribution of agricultural products. This research makes a significant contribution in increasing the efficiency of the agricultural product supply chain, improving farmer welfare, and triggering the accessibility of agricultural products for consumers at more affordable prices.

Abstract

Many business actors still carry out their business processes manually which has many limitations in the process. Where the transaction process as well as financial calculations and profits still have to be done manually which takes a long time. This is also inseparable from the human error factor that everyone has. With these things in mind, it is appropriate for business actors to find solutions to the problem. One solution that can be done is to design a Point Of Sales application. Where Point Of Sales is an application that is used to manage a transaction so that the transaction process can run quickly, easily and accurately. With this application, business owners can easily see and also monitor transactions that occur in their business so that it will be very helpful in making policies from a company. By adding the use of the Agile method and the Scrum pattern at the Point Of Sales will make the application even better in performance.

Abstract

Banyak pelaku usaha yang masih menjalankan proses bisnisnya dengan cara manual yang mana memiliki banyak keterbatasan dalam pengerjaannya. Dimana proses transaksi serta perhitungan keuangan dan laba-ruginya masih harus dilakukan secara manual yang membutuhkan waktu yang panjang. Hal ini pun belum terlepas dari factor human error yang dimiliki setiap orang. Dengan adanya hal-hal tersebut maka sudah sepantasnya jika pelaku usaha mencari solusi atas masalahnya itu. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan merancang aplikasi Point Of Sales. Dimana Point Of Sales adalah sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan untuk mengelola sebuah transaksi agar proses transaksi bisa berjalan dengan cepat, mudah dan akurat. Dengan aplikasi ini, pemilik usaha bisa dengan mudah melihat dan juga memonitoring transaksi yang terjadi pada usahanya sehingga akan sangat membantu dalam pengambilan kebijakan dari sebuah perusahaan. Dengan menambahkan penggunaan motode Agile dan pola Scrum pada Point Of Sales akan membuat aplikasi menjadi lebih baik lagi dalam performanya.

Abstract

Penyakit diabetes merupakan tantangan kesehatan global yang terus meningkat, memerlukan prediksi yang tepat untuk intervensi dini dan manajemen yang efektif. Dalam studi ini, kami menggunakan algoritma C4.5, suatu metode pembelajaran mesin yang terbukti, untuk memproyeksikan risiko diabetes pada kelompok khusus. Analisis mendalam terhadap atribut klinis yang paling penting juga kami lakukan, memberikan wawasan yang lebih rinci tentang profil penyakit dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi. Harapannya, Hasil riset ini dapat menjadi panduan untuk mengembangkan strategi pencegahan yang lebih efektif dan rekomendasi pengobatan individual untuk individu yang menderita diabetes. Dengan menggunakan kumpulan data klinis yang komprehensif, kami berhasil membuat model prediksi yang mampu mengidentifikasi faktor risiko utama dengan tingkat akurasi mencapai 96.16%. Oleh karena itu, riset ini memberikan masukan yang sangat baik dalam upaya global untuk mengurangi prevalensi diabetes dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi sistem pembelian berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi proses purchasing dalam sebuah organisasi. Sistem ini dirancang agar mampu mengotomatisasi dan mempermudah pengelolaan proses pembelian, mulai dari pemilihan supplier, pengajuan pembelian, hingga pelacakan pengiriman barang secara terintegrasi. Penggunaan Laravel dalam pengembangan aplikasi ini memberikan beberapa keuntungan, seperti pengurangan kesalahan input data, akses yang lebih cepat dan mudah bagi pengguna, serta integrasi yang lebih lancar dengan berbagai sistem lain dalam organisasi. Aplikasi berbasis Laravel ini bersifat scalable, user-friendly, dan dilengkapi dengan fitur keamanan data yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Laravel dalam sistem pembelian mampu mengurangi kesalahan manual dan mempercepat alur kerja purchasing secara signifikan, sekaligus memberikan transparansi lebih tinggi dalam setiap tahap proses pembelian. Ini juga mendorong efisiensi dalam hal waktu dan sumber daya yang dibutuhkan organisasi.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) secara manual sering menimbulkan inefisiensi, seperti data yang tersebar, duplikasi informasi, dan tugas administratif berulang. Penelitian ini merancang aplikasi HRIS (Human Resource Information System) berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel untuk mengotomatisasi proses Human Resource, meliputi manajemen data karyawan, absensi, dan payroll. Sistem dikembangkan dengan metode SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) dan diuji melalui blackbox testing serta evaluasi performa untuk memastikan keandalan dan fungsionalitas. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini meningkatkan integrasi data, mengurangi kesalahan manual, mempercepat proses kerja, dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada adopsi teknologi web modern untuk manajemen SDM di UMKM, serta menjadi solusi efektif bagi pelaku usaha dalam mengelola sumber daya manusia secara sistematis dan terpusat.Kata Kunci: HRIS, HRD, Laravel, Web, SDLC
