Abstract

This research was proposed to find out how much influence Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment have on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Bireuen Regency Land Office Employees. The data collection method used in this research was by administering questionnaires to 46 respondents at the Bireuen Regency Land Office. Data collection techniques through open interviews, questionnaires and supporting documentation.  The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the independent variable simultaneously has a significant influence on the dependent variable. Variables consisting of Leadership, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment partially and simultaneously influence the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Bireuen Regency Land Office employees

Abstract

The research examines the influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction. Also seen from the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) factor of employees. The research was conducted at the Emergency Room (IGD) of Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli Hospital. The research method used an associative method with a quantitative approach, using path analysis. The sample in this study was 85 employees. The results of the study showed that 1) There is a direct and indirect influence of work motivation on job satisfaction, through the organizational commitment variable, which is 41%. 2) There is a direct and indirect influence of organizational commitment on job satisfaction, through the work motivation variable, which is 37.93%. 3) There is a relationship between work motivation and organizational commitment of 0.498. 4) There is a direct and indirect influence of work motivation on OCB, through the organizational commitment variable, which is 23.55%. 5) There is a direct and indirect influence of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), through the work motivation variable, which is 25.67%. 6) Simultaneously, work motivation and organizational commitment influence employee OCB. 7) The magnitude of the total influence of work motivation and organizational commitment on employee OCB, through the job satisfaction variable, is 15.98%.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test the contribution of quality management, organizational culture, and the work environment to employee performance. The study took the form of a survey at the Civil Service Police Unit and Wilayatul Hisbah (Satpol PP and WH) Office in Bireuen Regency. 123 employees were used as respondents, using an associative method. The analysis used a path model. The study results revealed: (1) a positive contribution of quality management to employee performance of 43.18%, while organizational culture contributed 41.18%, and the work environment 60.29%. (2) simultaneously, quality management, organizational culture, and the work environment had a significant impact on employee performance of 52,2%. (3) a causal relationship exists between the variables of quality management, organizational culture, and the work environment, with a moderate category.
